This vendor was recomended to me by my bridal salon and I couldn't have been happier with their service. My dress needed quite a bit of work done to it (it had to be hemmed... which seems easy but my dress was all lace so they had to take it all off by hand and reattach it!) and when everything was said and done the final payment was under budget (I was pumped)! The staff was great and they made sure that I was 100% happy and everything was perfect. This vendor was recomended to me by my bridal salon and I couldn't have been happier with their service. When my dress came from the boutique it had different colored cups than the sample and you could see them through the dress. It was 2 months before the wedding and I could have cried. I saw Jeanne 3x, she completely replaced the cups twice to get the perfect look and fit. She listened, was supportive, and extremely responsive. I was a little panicky but I was right to trust her. The gown turned out gorgeous and you never would have known it'd been any different. She'll work until you love it.When my dress came from the boutique it had different colored cups than the sample and you could see them through the dress. I had my wedding gown altered at A Perfect Fit and overall I am satisfied with my experience. However just a warning they are terrible at answering their phones and the shop is tiny and kinda tucked away making it hard to find. It was also pricy for the little that I had done but in the end my dress looked perfect and fit me just the way I wanted it to.I had my wedding gown altered at A Perfect Fit and overall I am satisfied with my experience. Great quality
I purchased my gown at a sample sale and took it to A Perfect Fit for alterations, along with my dress for
the rehearsal dinner. I had 3 fittings total and worked with Jaiyu. She was wonderful and attentive to
detail. The work done on my dress was timely and they always had appointments available for
evenings/after work. Jaiyu and Jeanne (the owner) both helped make my rehearsal dinner dress perfect
by adding extra boning to help it stay up (it was strapless) and made me feel confident in my wedding
gown. I did feel like the bust area wasn’t as supportive as I wanted, but I think that was more to do with
my body shape than the dress as we talked about the straps/cups being placed as well as they could.I purchased my gown at a sample sale and took it to A Perfect Fit for alterations, along with my dress for

A Perfect Fit was recommended to me by the shop I got my dress at. Overall, they did a good job, but I needed multiple appointments, which I felt could have been done in 2 appointments. They are not responsive to phone calls or texts. They are seems on the pricier end. The lady working on my dress also did spot cleaning. I felt like she pulled a number out of the air instead of having a standard price.A Perfect Fit was recommended to me by the shop I got my dress at. I was referred to this place by a client who had used them for her wedding dress and loved it! I first reached out via Facebook to schedule a consultation. Whoever was communicating with me through messenger was very prompt and helpful. She told me to bring my dress and that it would be a $25 fee (that would come off my total if I booked). Cool! When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted and then brought into a room where I was told to get into my dress, alone. Obviously I can't do up my dress alone, it has a corset back. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted and then brought into a room where I was told to get into my dress, alone. Obviously I can't do up my dress alone, it has a corset back. So I just held the dress up and then the woman came in and asked if I needed help. About 2 minutes into the consultation I had to ask for her name because she never introduced herself. It was Bethany. She wasn't outright rude but she didn't make any conversation, didn't ask about my wedding, or anything, mostly silent. I had never gotten anything altered before and this was the first place I had a consultation with. I do not recommend Bethany. I told her I was told to try the "French Bustle" she told me she didn't know what that was. She started pinning my dress, cutting the strings that held my train layers together, and marking my hem. While she was pinning she kept saying "well, this is going to be fun". I had no idea what to say but I felt very uneasy. After we went over pricing she stated that my dress would be my deposit. I told her that I had stated when I booked my appointment, that this was just a consultation, I was still looking around and would not be leaving my dress. She replied with "I wish I would have known that". Then she proceeded to tell me that it would be $40 and I said no, I was told $25 and she rolled her eyes. She then had me get out of my dress on my own, with pins still attached. I asked her if I should remove the pins and she said "no, because if you come back, I don't want to have to do it again". She did apologize as I was leaving by saying "sorry for the confusion" but I am most definitely not coming back. -

I worked with Bethany at Perfect Fit, and I would like to warn any bride going in for wedding dress alterations, to make sure to not have her work on her wedding dress. I took my dress in on April 19th for my first fitting, and didn't end up getting it back and right until August 15, only about 10 days before my wedding. The first appointment she was asking me what I thought I wanted done, which felt really unprofessional. I expected to be taken care of, and I just felt like I had to tell her how to do her job. I only needed the shoulders brought up, dress hemmed, and the bustle done. The first appointment she was asking me what I thought I wanted done, which felt really unprofessional. I expected to be taken care of, and I just felt like I had to tell her how to do her job. I only needed the shoulders brought up, dress hemmed, and the bustle done. I went in the second time and the dress wasn't the right length and the bustle wasn't right, and I needed to get the neckline lowered because with the shoulders brought up it rubbed my collar-bone wrong. I left thinking that the next time I came in the dress would be perfect. I went in again over a month later and she claimed she "forgot to write down what I wanted done, so she hoped she had everything right." I put it on and the length was still the same (too long) and the neckline still had the chalk marks she had done where she was supposed to lower it. The only thing right was the bustle. I couldn't believe how unprofessional the whole situation felt, and I did not feel taken care of at all. I had to go back again, and it ended up fitting, but I was nervous the whole time and it caused a lot of unneeded stress. They did give me a discount, but I didn't feel like it was enough to make me feel taken care of. After my wedding, I had bruises where they added seams to the straps, I'm not sure if it could have been avoided somehow, and also one of the seams almost came un-done throughout the night, so my dress almost came a part! Overall I would NOT recommend anyone taking their bridal gown here. I think some people have different experiences based on the person doing alterations, but I was so disappointed with this service. -

Absolutely traumatizing
If I could give a 0 rating I would. This was the most unprofessional owner I have ever met. She was rude, and condescending each time we were in there. Jeannie had my dress for over a year due to us having to postpone because of COVID. If I wouldn't have postponed my dress wouldn't have even been ready for my original wedding date. My dress still is messed up and not ready for my wedding in less than 2 months! I had to take my dress because every time she altered something, she would mess it up so bad that it would need more alterations. I had to take my dress because every time she altered something, she would mess it up so bad that it would need more alterations. Of course with each change I was forced to get due to her lack of competency it was going to cost me more. At one point, she had to order complete new material because she messed up so badly and had to redo the entire top part of my dress because she thought it was a brilliant idea to add lace in the middle of my mess top as if she put a broach there. Mind you I did not ask for her to do this! She lost a gem in my strap and shrugged if off as if it was nothing and then thought it was a great idea to "Jimmy Rig" fix it and leave a big spot of white string bunched up in replacement of where the gem belong....my entire straps are complete gems...minus this one spot thats just out of place. She admitted to us that she messed up on my dress every time she touched it. I honestly think it was done on purpose. I do not recommend her at all. I have never been so devastated in my life at how poorly my wedding dress turned out. There were so many things that went wrong at these appointments that it is way too many to list. -

I was referred to A Perfect Fit by the bridal shop where I purchased my wedding dress. After a serious mishap, they had commissioned Jeanne to resolve a large issue, which was essentially creating a new bow for the back of my dress that was meant to be removable.
The bow she made (by removing it from another dress of the same designer and gown) sat very strangely on the back of the dress, and although looked alright off the dress, never looked proper on. She kept insisting that it looked right. At this point I had internally decided I was not going to wear the bow at all based on the way it turned out.

She kept insisting that it looked right. At this point I had internally decided I was not going to wear the bow at all based on the way it turned out.
What I assumed was the best attempt at properly resolving my issue turned out to be far from the case -- my aunt created a bow out of her work, that looked 100% better, in literally 3 hours. At this point, I felt that I was treated as though I had poor standards, seeing that they could have easily done a much better job and they very clearly did not.
They also hemmed the dress too short, with the second layer being longer than the top layer, which my mom noticed very quickly. This was later resolved by shortening the second layer as well, since the first was already too short. (Unfortunately, this meant I was unable to pick up a complete dress until less than 2 weeks before our wedding.) When mentioned, Jeanne said something along the lines of "when you walk no one will notice." It IS noticable in our wedding photos, and although minor, is incredibly disappointing. This is not the attention to detail that I would expect out of a professional.
I will say that they did a good job taking it in at the top and waist.
I am thankful that I received my dress back in one piece, but I will not be returning, nor would I recommend to others. I don't like to feel this way about a small business, but unfortunately this is the case. -

I had my bridesmaids go through the seamstress at the bridal shop in which they got their dresses from. I did not have direct contact with her about my ladies dresses but everyone told me what a cluster it was to work with her. She would constantly tell them the dress I chose was really difficult to alter, and that the designer shouldn't have made the sleeves the way they did (Hayley Paige) Apparently they were too lose so she had to bring them in, but she brought them in to far so they couldn't raise their arms, and didn't take responsibility for her mistake. Then the day of the wedding I saw that all of the dresses were fit differently, one girl didn't have any breast cups in her dress?? but it did have 2 pins that poked her. Another dress was WAY to big on top that it made her chest look droopy, two of my girls' dresses were super tight on them that they could barely breathe and her clasp in the back broke. this all sounds bad but they still looked beautiful mainly because the hayley paige dress is STUNNING and no amount of shotty work could totally ruin it. Thankfully I went to a different seamstress for my dress so I didn't have to deal with Jeanne. -
