    We worked with "A Party Center" as we planned our backyard wedding this past June. They came out to the site, and because of their experience we were able to match the perfect tent to our uneven terrain. Over the course of two months, they exhibited patience as we plowed them with questions on tent, tables, glassware, plating, dance floor, lighting, etc. Both of the Jeff's were great to work with. Jeff Hamilton was so generous with his time and patience. Their recommendations made our event a total success. We hope we can use them again in the futer for another outdoor event!

    I happened to stop by to see if they had special chairs that could be rented for the sweetheart table for my daughters recent wedding. They were in the process of obtaining the type of chairs I was interested in renting. They kept me up to date and let me know when the chairs arrived at the store. I was able to see the chairs and they even had slip covers made so they would be more appropriate for a wedding. The staff was very professional and helpful. They have everything you need for any type of party-you need it they have it.

    These are the best people to help put ur min at ease when renting tents and etc for your event. They made my engagement party stress free with all the help and advice that they gave us when it came to having an outdoor party! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

    Engagement party

    So everything was great that came and set up perfectly. The guys were nice and professional. However, we had arranged for (and paid a lot extra for) delivery Thursday or Friday. On Friday when we hadn't heard anything from them and called... only to have them say that they were waiting for us to come pick up the table and chairs. Thank GOODNESS we called. That would have screwed up a lot and really was almost bad, but other than that these guys are great and have such neat things for party rentals!

    I would give zero stars if I could. I refered them to a colleague for a book signing event, who had to two defective high top tables from a previous rental. We mentioned they were defective immediately upon recognizing it to Juliana, but when I we went back for repeat business—a larger order mind you—we were told because we did not point out the two defective tables upon the equipment return from two weeks prior, they could not honor it. We started the call with Barbara who she was initially very nice and friendly. However, as we tried to tell her what our previous interaction was, she would not allow us to speak and continuously interrupted us. It was frustrating. We could not get a word in edgewise because she kept interrupting us and seemed dead set on telling her that she cannot assist us. So I asked her to allow me to finish her what we were instructed to do by another rep, so that she could look into it. Barbara was immediately defensive, cut off the conversation abruptly and referred us to the owner. Very rude, unprofessional and insecure.

    After an extended hold time, an owner Noreen jumped on the call. We told her that we wanted to order tables and chairs for delivery, and it would be nice if they could accommodate us for the $17. She dug in her heels, told is the conversation wasn’t going anywhere. She was very clear that she did not want our business.

    I think it’s nice that Noreen has the back of her employee Barbara, but I do hope for their sake they will consider in the future that their employees may be wrong at times and to give the customer the benefit of the doubt. After all, it was only $17. I even mentioned to her that I am a extremely credible, high profile news person in the NYC area, she just didn’t care. Noreen insisted there was absolutely nothing she could do to credit us $17. Her demeanor was unfazed and apathetic. And it seemed Barbara cared more about being right than actually listening to the customer.
