Donna is superb!

Photography was one of the items we decided to splurge on. Donna shot both our engagement photos as well as our wedding photos. She was super easy to work with and made both the groom and I comfortable. We are both pretty introverted and she made us feel relaxed and captured our personalities so well.

She helped take some of the anxiety out of a very stressful and emotional day. We definitely recommend her.

Perfect photographer

Donna was thoughtful and truly caring with her role as photographer for our wedding. We are from out-of-town and were unsure of who to use. Based on recommendation, we hired her and I could not be happier we did. She captured beautiful and intimate moments of not only us, but our family and friends. Speechless - AMAZING!

My husband and I were lucky to come across Donna Meneley with a Moment in Time Photography and we are so grateful that we did. From the first moment she and her team arrived onsite on the day of our wedding I just knew she was the perfect fit. She got straight to work photographing the venue prior to guest arrival. Then it was time for pictures of myself and the bridal party. She not only made me feel comfortable but, everyone else comfortable as well. The fact that she went above and beyond with nothing but, compliments, encouragement was just so wonderful. When it came time to take pictures of the family and bridal party she followed exactly my lists and also inquired with family members if they would like any additional pictures. The best part was how comfortable everyone felt and how fun and enjoyable she and her team made the experience. Donna and her team were so attentive and made sure to capture every moment. They honestly felt like wedding guests that brought cameras. They were just so friendly and inviting and I can't say enough how comfortable and confident everyone felt around them. Fast forward to when we received the pictures and I cried tears of joy, not only did Donna and team go above take stunning, amazing, moment capturing photos but, they also sent us a personalized case with one our sunset picture on it which, held the USB drive of all our photos. These pictures are quite literally a dream come true and I cannot say enough things about Donna, her team and A Moment in Time Photography. The business name in itself summarizes the essence of the level of detail they provide, as a person's wedding day is truly a moment in time and they captured those moments and memories in the most beautiful way. In a way that when I look at each picture I am brought back into the moment, the feeling, the love, the experience. Not all photographers can capture moments the way Donna and her team do. Not all photographers can make a bride who, planned a wedding during COVID truly feel comfortable at ease and just in the moment. I am beyond grateful that a Moment in Time Photography was my chosen photographer for my wedding. I would highly recommend them based on their professionalism, personalities, talent and so much more. They are truly the best and worth every penny!

Donna did a fantastic job at capturing our engagement photos. She was flexible/adaptive with location and timing. She was very efficient at taking the photographs and had great suggestions for lighting and backdrops. This was our first experience using a professional photographer - Donna talked us through and gave us ideas for posing and backgrounds. She has uploaded the photographs in a timely manner. I would HIGHLY recommend her. I would love to have her take our wedding photographs if we come back to southwest Florida for the wedding!

Loved working with Donna at A Moment In Time Photography. She did a beautiful job on our photos. She was reasonably priced and with COVID striking, we had to cancel our wedding 2 weeks before the event. We still got married, but on an intimate scale instead. Donna adjusted our package without hesitation to a smaller scale and was so accommodating to changing locations, times and scale. She was lovely to work with on our special day. ❤️

Photos Turned Out Stunning!

A Moment in Time Photography did exactly that - captured every precious moment of our daughter's Wedding day! Donna has a great eye for shots and was able to catch all the emotion and joy of the bride and groom as well as the guests attending. Donna took beautiful, classic wedding pictures but also came up with ideas of her own which created some of our favorite pictures. Donna and her Assistant, Angie were professional and very personable. They choreographed the wedding shots while blending into the background, still managing to capture all of the special memories.

The wedding photos turned out beautiful and we are 100% satisfied.

Breathtaking photos

Donna was such a blessing to our wedding day! She captured the day beautifully and we now have breathtaking photos to look at for the rest of our lives! She was super flexible and accommodating, especially when we had to change the location last minute due to the weather! She had little space to work with and did an amazing job creatively using the space! We had some photos on the beach and they were GORGEOUS! She is so talented. We also received our photos extremely fast and she was awesome with communication. She would respond to me within hours and was very accommodating with my requests! We chose a package that allowed us a wedding website that family could view and we were able to keep all the pictures she had taken! I am beyond thankful we chose Donna as our photographer. I am recommending her to all my friends and family! I searched many many photographers in the Naples area, and she is by far the best! Skip your searching and take my word for it! My photos speak for themselves!

Donna is wonderful person. She is professional and very caring. Donna took our engagement and wedding photos and we are thrilled with all of them. My husband and I are not big photo people. We tend to get awkward when we know someone is taking our picture. Our photos from a Moment in Time Photography didn't show any of that! Donna and her team made us feel so comfortable and relaxed, that the awkwardness melted away. She was more than willing to take charge by recommending poses or backgrounds, while also letting us lead when we had ideas of our own. What a grand experience I had working with Donna. Not only is she knowledgeable about locations and perfect settings for an awesome photo, she is also a great resource with wedding planning and very helpful. For me and my husband we were planning our wedding from different states. Neither of us lived in Florida but Donna made recommendations for our engagement shoot venue, cake vendor and also recommended a florist. She helped us choose the perfect time for our engagement shoot and had already marked spots for us to conduct the actual photo that would yield the backgrounds we wanted. Donna is timely and works to get you what you want within your budget. The quality of her photos are phenomenal and she captures moments you have forgotten. I appreciate her professionalism and thoughtfulness during my wedding planning time. To top it off she is very personable and provides you with great customer service. 6.17.17 was PERFECT because of A Moment in Time Photography. Donna did our engagement pictures on the beach when we were on vacation in Naples. I had previous contacted another photographer a couple months prior that failed to write me down after even sending a confirmation email to me. I saw Donna's website and was immediately impressed and emailed her. She emailed me back the same night and sent the information the next morning. The evening of our pictures she was on time and exceeded my expectations. She is a beautiful person inside and out and I loved meeting her and being around her. She made us feel very comfortable and not rushed at all. She gave the best customer service even after the pictures explaining the progress of proofing and mailing the pictures to us. When I saw the pictures I was very pleased and couldn't be happier, they are beautiful! We will always treasure these pictures and her work. I give Donna 5 stars on every level and will be calling her again on our next vacation in the area.

There are literally no words that Jasper and I can use to describe A Moment in Time. After meeting with several photographers, Donna, was the ONLY one my husband and I liked. The day of our scheduled engagement photos it was a rainy day in Florida. I thought about rescheduling due to the weather, but she assured me that rainy days make for beautiful sunsets and she was right! We liked her and her photography skills so much that we couldn't imagine having anyone else capture our wedding day. She quickly learned our style and personalities, was professional, and had a wealth of knowledge she was more than willing to share. It was obvious her first concern was always our happiness. We are so grateful to have found and hired Donna/A Moment in Time Photography to photograph our wedding. From the moment we met Donna, she was nothing but friendly, professional, and excited to capture our special day. Before our wedding, she responded quickly to our phone calls and emails and provided answers to all of our photography related questions. On the day of our wedding, Donna once again demonstrated her friendly demeanor, professionalism, and flexibility as she photographed our wedding preparations, "first look" photos, family photos, ceremony, and reception. After the wedding, Donna contacted us with a timeline of when we could expect our edited photos. I think it took Donna less than one month to edit and send our photos to us. What is really great is that she engaged everyone at our venue - DJ, caterer, florist.... and ensured that I got photos that I would never have even thought to get. In January 2013 we spent a three weeks holiday in Naples area and we liked to have some nice pictures to remember this time when we were back in Germany. We were looking for some nice family pictures from the beach etc.. Donna gave us this and much much more. We contacted her from Germany and arranged a date for the shooting very easily. Donna chose a perfect location, where we could take photos at several different spots. We had a wonderful time and the photos are the best reminder of that great holiday. With kids taking photos can be a nightmare, but with Donna it has been a pleasure for us all. We are looking forward to come back again in the future and see Donna again.

Donna was amazing. She has a true passion for her job and loves to work with brides. She made me feel special and took photos of moments that I wanted to capture on my big day. She is really quick on response time to get your pictures back to you. I absolutely adore them and she was able to work with me to give me what I wanted for the budget I had!

Donna was extremely patient with my crazy family. Not only do we have amazing images as keepsakes of our wedding, she also captured very unique moments with family and guests that we'll treasure forever. She made everyone so comfortable, it felt as if she was a member of the wedding party. We are so pleased with our wedding photographs and final album. Donna Meneley, our photographer was onsite and available for our beautiful event, capturing every special moment of the day. She provided consultation and several cost options prior to our wedding day. Donna made herself very available as she made us, our wedding party and guests very comfortable! She was so patient with everyone throughout the entire day. She's professional, reliable, and very personable. Donna was never a disruption and she did a great job with candid shots, action shots and portraits! We highly recommend "A Moment in Time Photography!
