Absolutely The Best

Marc not only did my wedding at Viscaya many years ago, he has since done every milestone birthday and every family member’s weddings and celebrations.

He has become a part of our lives and we consider him family!

His talent ceases to amaze me. If you are looking for just flowers for yourself or to send, weddings,

Forward thinking designs without breaking the bank

Marc and his team did an amazing job with my wedding celebration dinner. I wanted something modern and tropical and we settled on orchids and palm fronds with some gold geometric thrown in. Marc did green mums and floating candles in smaller square vases on the table and then these huge palm centerpieces with orchids and roses. The bar area, cake table, and bathrooms also looked amazing. Marc has an amazing vision and taste and knows how to make it look effortlessly chic without going too over the top. I would not hesitate to use him again. Good communication, professional set up and breakdown, and surprisingly affordable compared to other downtown florists/designers.

We used this company for our holiday party last year, we had no idea what we were doing and they came up with a complete design plan, stayed within our budget and the guests were actually fighting over the flower arrangements to take home. If you want a create a memorable evening or an event and have your guests fight over the floral arrangements you should call this company.

Completely Blown Away!

Marc and his team MADE my wedding- literally, his flower designs were the star! From arrangements on the bar and high tops, the framing of the table seating cart, high and low centerpieces for the tables, and a floral runner for the LONG head table- every detail was thought of (even added arrangements in the restrooms)! I cannot day enough about how happy I was with A Marc in Design! I would recommend them 1000 times over! Thank you!

Absolutely Amazing!

Marc and his team were absolutely wonderful! I had the pleasure of working with him for my bridal shower and my wedding. For both occasions, he outdid himself with our arrangements! The attention to detail was superb!! Ernesto, the gentleman that was a part of his setup team was AWESOME and extremely nice and sweet. I loved working with this team and look forward to working with them on other events in the future!

Amazing florist!

We lucked out getting a recommendation from our cake vendor for a Marc in design. We were planning on going minimal with our decor so we were a bit last minute (less than a month) with deciding on our flowers. From the moment we walked in Mark made us feel welcome and special, he was extremely busy yet still consulted with us for over half an hour. We came back a few days later and set everything up. At no point did he try to upsell us and helped us to stay budget conscious through the process. I showed him an inspiration bouquet and what they provided couldn't have been more perfect! We also communicated with Vinny who could not have been more friendly and helpful! We are so happy they were part of our wedding, they were not only affordable but they do amazing work!

Simply stunning!

Hiring A Marc in Design is a MUST if you want the most BEAUTIFUL wedding you have ever seen! Living in London, I researched a lot of floral designers in the Miami area before I decided to go with Marc and his team! Not only was he able to work within my budget, what he created was a wedding masterpiece!!! When he showed me my wedding bouquet, I cried as it was EXACTLY what I envisioned, honestly it was even better! Every guest from the wedding including people walking by the reception area stopped and marveled at his wedding masterpiece! He is sincerely a genius and I thank God for hiring him for our big day! A million thank you’s wouldn’t be enough-but thank you from the bottom of our hearts Marc, Vinny and everyone else for all of your beautiful work!

There are many floral designers to choose from. Marc Douvris, A Marc In Design, is the best in the tri-counties. When you first meet Marc, his enthusiasm, confidence and expertise is contagious. You can tell he has been in the business a long time and knows his stuff.
I am a licensed interior designer working in South Florida for four decades. When our niece, living n Rome, Italy at the time, asked me to design her Florida wedding venue, A Marc In Design was my only choice. Marc and his staff delivered the most gorgeous event. Marc went well out of his way to make sure we were pleased with everything through the entire process. I can't express enough what a pleasure he and his staff were to work with. If you are looking for a nice person who has the experience and creativity, choose Marc at A Marc In Design.

Marc did my daughters wedding on September 29 and when I said he did her wedding he did her wedding . Needless to say he made her dream wedding come true . I’m truly blessed to have found Marc in design

Not only are the flowers and the artistry
amazing, Marc is an absolutely beautiful person. You can find many florists who can deliver lovely floral designs but there is no one who will make you feel more welcome, heard and appreciated than Marc. I met with Marc and Trae for the consultation, they listened to what I wanted, pored over pictures with me, talked about me and my husband’s vision for our wedding and I left the shop feeling like I just had a get together with very good friends. On the day of the event Marc and Vinny set up an Amazing display that totally exceeded my expectations. All my guests were raving about how beautiful the venue looked with the gorgeous floral displays.

First let me start by saying what an incredible staff working together and enjoying what they do . The young man Vinny was so personable and refreshing to be around he kept me and my brides maids in stitches and he assisted us with getting the flowers all organized
As for the table arrangements we were blown away as they turned out to be so much more then we dreamed of all the colors were amazing and alive the room was glowing with candle light and flowers everywhere. All through the process we were in touch with Marc and his team via email and always had a quick response and we were able to stay with in our budget which my husband Bernie was thrilled

Marc and his team we're just exceptional. My cousin could not stop going on and on about how great these guys were and when I met Marc and another of his team member on the day of my cousins wedding, I too was just blown away by how warm and professional they were. My husband and I were recently married and A Marc in Design was our floral and décor vendor. It was truly a pleasure to work with A Marc in Design and specifically, Carleen, our wonderful Design Specialist. From the first time we met with Carleen, we knew we were in good hands. Carleen and the A Marc team were highly professional, flexible, and friendly. The personal florals and reception floral décor were more beautiful than the pictures I had shown Carleen for inspiration. A Marc in Design should be your first and last stop for all of your florals. When I began planning my daughter’s wedding 13 months ago, we had a specific vision for flowers. Working with Marc and his team has been a pleasure. He was always available to chat or schedule a quick visit . He created the most beautiful bouquets and centerpieces combining peonies, blush and lavender roses with white hydrangea. Additionally, Marc decorated the Chuppah with an elegant touch.

Yes, yes, and yes this is the site to choose for all floral designs, not just weddings. Grieving over one relative, joyful to hear great news about recovery of another, I placed an order for just one uplifting arrangement. I called from Folsom, Ca. Relaying my story, I was totally treated with respect and concern as if I were ordering the entire shop! How great to have people that do not just say "fine, that will be $? and delivery on...." for our wedding flowers before we even entirely understood what we wanted! He took his experience and creativity and suggested several ideas that were each beautiful and unique. Marc was truly a pleasure to work with. He has a magnificent sense of style and design. We asked for a unique tablescape and it is exactly what we got. There were a few bumps along the road, but Marc addressed them in a timely and professional manner. The flowers were all fresh and beautiful.

Marc was wonderful, the flowers looked so beautiful in the reception hall and the combination of colors was just perfect. He really pays attention to detail and goes out of his way to make you feel happy and excited about your occasion. He also did my daughters wedding the flowers were absolutely beautiful. If you're looking for a rave review, here it is. It is with enthusiasm that I can recommend Marc Douvris as floral designer extraordinaire, who entirely realized our vision for both rehearsal dinner and wedding décor. Planning a wedding long-distance can be challenging, but early on Marc demonstrated an eagerness to fully deliver his services, connecting with the point person at our Florida club in a site visit so that he would not only grasp the lay of the land at the venue but also have a personal relationship with club staff. Such was his professionalism in the process. And the product? Two examples: The chuppah he created for the ceremony transformed a simple idea of adornment with tropical leaves into a dramatic work of art; the dinner arrangements were similarly stunning. What also sets Marc apart is his respect for budget as well as his care in communicating our importance as clients. While the performance of his team demonstrated that importance, it was Marc's congenial, always reassuring and accommodating attitude that made the process such a delight. Wedding expectations are always high; we were not disappointed in A Marc in Design, thus my eagerness to provide this unequivocal endorsement.

I would highly recommend A Marc in Design, Fort Lauderdale, Florida for your floral needs. This local florist was recommend by a friend. Marc and his associates were wonderful. They worked with my daughter for her wedding day to coordinate beautiful and stunning flower arrangement for the arch, tables and cake. The types and colors of the flowers were amazing! So many of the guests commented on them. Very personal service and priced just right. Definitely use-you will enjoy the experience.

One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was choosing a Marc in Design as our Florist. Marc was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He is very collaborative and listens to what you want but his creativity takes it to a new level. Our centerpieces were BEAUTIFUL! Besides the trust we had in Marc, there was no anxiety as to what our flowers/ centerpieces would look like because he did a real mock up of them about 6 months before the wedding. My cascading bridal bouquet was also gorgeous. I cant say enough great things about working with A Marc in Design.

Also notable- Hurricane Irma hit one month before our wedding. Marc was personally affected with power outages but he did not let that affect our timeline in anyway. He was still taking my calls and responding to emails without skipping a beat. Always putting his client first!

If I could give 10 stars I would. A Marc in Design seriously knocked it out of the park. I just recently got married this past weekend (150 guest list) and can hardly put into words how amazing this place is! ALWAYS a phone call or email away - and always got back to me whenever I had changes or updates in mind. They are very flexible and work with you! And when I got my flowers that day I was shocked! Marc took my photos and personal ideas and made everything happen just the way I dreamed.. I can't wait for all of the photos. It was amazing to work with such kind people who are consistently available, and who really put 110% into making the customer happy. I love this place and HIGHLY recommend them if you want a reliable vendor with beautiful vision for making your special day just as you'd dreamed!!

I wanted to order flowers for my daughter's bachelorette weekend in Fort Lauderdale. Being the mom and the matron of honor, I wanted them to be special and reflect the theme of the wedding and her personality. I had looked at so many websites and just got so tired of seeing the same flowers over and over on every site I visited. Nothing was jumping out at me. I decided to look at one more website and call it a night. That website was A Marc in Design. It took all of 10 seconds for me to find the perfect arrangement! As soon as I saw it I knew it was exactly what I didn't know I wanted! It not only reflected my daughter's personality, it reflected the theme of the wedding with all the flowers from her bouquet! I sent an email and Marc reached out to me the next day. After talking to Marc for only a few minutes, I knew I made the right choice. It felt like I was talking to an old friend that knew myself and my daughter very well! He was friendly and warm and engaged in the conversation. He wasn't just taking an order, he was paying attention. A few days later, I added to the order for an arrangement for our sales coordinator at the hotel.
You never know what you are going to get when you order flowers online so I would have been happy if they looked liked the picture. Marc surpassed my expectations! The flowers were stunning! Everyone loved them but most importantly, my daughter loved them. She cried when she saw them. The flowers for our sales coordinator were equally as stunning! The final surprise was the bouquet that Marc made for me as a thank you! How cool is that?
I highly recommend A Marc in Design. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

My wife and I were very happy with the flowers! We had so many little details, including the my bride's bouquet, the wedding party flowers, centerpieces, cocktail tables, terrariums and jars in trees and on fences, pew aisle flowers...that being said, the best part was that it was all within our budget! Marc and his team went above and beyond everything we expected, were so kind and respectful throughout the process, and had constant communication with us. We highly recommend this company!

Wow.... Just wow! My bouquet was perfect! The uniqueness of it was everything I wanted. From the succulents to the ferns to the kale to the jade roses. Marc created something so beautiful that it's just so hard to describe how thankful I am. Oh! And how could I forget my bridesmaid bouquets, the boutonnieres, and the moms corsages! Those too were just simply gorgeous, amazing, and everything I hoped for!

Wedding on 11/05/2016: The floral of my wedding was stunning! I was very impressed when I arrived at the venue. Everything looked perfect, just the way I wanted - chic yet simple. We received many compliments on the floral decoration and Marc Douvris' service was exceptional. It was painless to work with him since start to end. We don't live in Florida so I didn't get to meet him in person to plan the design of the event but it was no problem. He was very responsive to EVERY phone call and emails, and took notes every time we spoke. I called him with more last minute requests and he was able to accommodate everything. He is professional, creative and listens to what the client wants. And he delivered everything as promised. It was a pleasure working with him and I'm confident to say that he not only met but exceeded our expectations.
I'm very happy with the outcome of my wedding's floral design and would absolutely recommend A Marc in Design.

If you are looking for a florist, stop looking. A Marc in Design is your florist. Marc and his team are knowledgeable, personable, and consultative. Marc and his team were a pleasure to work with. I planned a destination wedding with him and his creativity and beautiful flowers blew me away! You can imagine that planning everything by email and on the phone is a little stressful, but he took my vision and make it a masterpiece. I could not have wished for anything more from a florist. He helped set up my centerpieces, arrange my votive candles and made each table more beautiful than I imagined. Marc worked with an idea I had, a theme, to celebrate my daughter. He created a beautiful arrangement that was delivered to her office. Not only was she bowled over by what he created, her whole office (an international company filled with savvy and sophisticated people) kept asking which florist provided the arrangement. Marc and June make every moment of choosing your floral designs an absolute delight, and I know that is how previous customers have explained it but THAT really is how my experience was from start to finish. Marc was the florist for my wedding on December 5, 2015, and he was absolutely wonderful to work with. He really understood exactly what we wanted and the tropical, understated vibe we were going for. The flowers came out perfectly!! Not only were the flowers beautiful, but he was so kind and really went above and beyond to help us with decor and set-up for other elements of the wedding. We brought over more than a few boxes of DIY items to his shop, which he offered to set up for us. He blended our items with his flowers to make everything look beautiful and cohesive. I was helping my niece plan her wedding and she had her heart set on using succulents for the entire affair. We searched local vendors and decided to go with AMarc In Design because we felt he would work with her specific request. She was pretty specific with what she Did Not Want and it was a little stressful prior to the event but Marc came through with Flying Colors!!! Her bouquet was exactly what she had envisioned and the centerpieces were amazing. She wanted the centerpieces to be able to grow and those of us lucky enough to take them home are still enjoying them today. I wish I could include a picture so everyone could appreciate just how beautiful everything was.
I highly recommend AMarc In Design, especially if you are looking for something out of the ordinary.

This entire staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable in their profession, as well as very professional. I was very uncertain of the design concept that I was hoping to achieve and with the direction of the staff they created my perfect wedding.
They were concerned with keeping with in my budget and provided a wonderful selection of flowers to maintain my budget, they were not out to get the most money possible. they also responded to my emails quickly and very professional. I would recomend this company and plan on using them for any future floral needs.

Marc and his team were such a delight to work with! From our first email, to our first mock, up, to our wedding day, Marc and his team were so friendly, so kind, and absolute professionals who truly love what they do. My husband and I did not have a very solid idea of what we wanted and instead presented them with some loose ideas surrounding a feeling, and Marc and his team just created such stunning works of art based on that which just nailed what we were thinking of! We got so many compliments on our bouquets and boutannieres as well as the playful, unique centerpieces they created for us. Marc was truly a savior for our wedding. The first florist that I hired, who's name rhymes with Freations by Flanca, was a horrible mistake! I called him 2 weeks before my wedding and I was able to get a reasonable quote the same day! The arrangements were beautiful, just as I imagined them being and my bouquet was even more gorgeous than the picture I sent. A Marc In Design is truly a vendor worth praising. They have exceptional customer service and a passion for their work. They are not looking to rip you off or treat you like you are just another "customer" unlike creations by Blanca. Marc makes himself available to his grooms and brides anytime in the day and they are not looking to rip you off and that's the difference between them and the other jokes out there. I would HIGHLY recommend them for ALL future events to my family and friends.

One of the best venders we worked with! They helped us create our custom centerpieces, a beautiful ceremony, and enhance our overall ambience of our reception! They did an amazing job, everything we hoped for and more! The flowers they used were simily beautiful, completing our disney theme. Choosing Marc as our wedding day florist was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding.

Unlike the many other florist we consulted with before, Marc was very flexible with our somewhat limited budget and was truly invested in ensuring that we were happy with the results. He also gave us great advice during the planning process, which resulted in an even better final result than we'd imagined.

Seeing the bouquets and arrangements on our wedding day took my breath away. Marc and his fabulous team went above and beyond to make everything absolutely beautiful.

Unlike many other vendors, Marc was able to capture my wedding vision right from the start. He listened to me and delivered to the tee! I got married at the Addison in Boca Raton and Marc was not on their list of preferred vendors (due to location I'm sure). We had to pay a preferred vendors fee but it was well worth it! The decor was breathtaking and gave my wedding the special romance I was looking for. All of my guests ranted and raved about how beautiful everything looked. Marc was also EXTREMELY flexible with pricing and gave me an unbelievable deal! If I ever need a space decorated again I will head straight to Marc and his team. They are simply amazing!!

When I first walked by Ceremony area and then Reception ballroom, tears came to my eyes... everything looked better than I had even imagined. A Marc in Design exceeded our expectations when it came to our wedding flowers. This was a destination wedding and Marc and June could not have helped us more, since we were not from the area. They returned our phone calls immediately and kept in touch the whole time. It was a black and white wedding, and his artistic designs with floating candles, beautiful white roses and rosebuds, with silver and black trim helped to set a gorgeous table. The personal flowers were exquisite as well and showed very well in the wedding photos. Lastly, they were very good about keeping us within our budget while still giving us a gorgeous product. It was a pleasure to finally meet them in person the day of the wedding. Look no further for a tried and true wedding florist! We were extremely pleased and satisfied.

Marc is an exceptional floral artist with many years of experience. He is a stickler for using quality flowers in his arrangements.

He also has many unique ideas for decorating weddings as well as the for the memorial service as well.

AMAZING! That is all I can say about the flowers on my wedding day! I had been having the most difficult time finding a florist I connected with and liked. Glenn was recommended to me by my wedding planner. I am so happy I chose to work with him! For one, the price was amazing for what he did. I had more flowers than I ever imagined and Glenn is truly talented! He went above and beyond every expectation I had ever had. He was incredible at making both myself and my mother happy, which can be difficult to do. His creativity and talent are amazing, and his heart and kindness is huge! If you choose Glenn to do your flowers for your wedding day you will be forever happy! He is easy to work with, understanding, and most importantly talented and creative! My friends took some of the center pieces home with them and the succulents and orchids he used are still thriving! He truly made my day magical with his unique use of flowers and his personality and expertise!

I can't say enough about Marc. He and his small staff were not only helpful and personable but they delivered big time. The minute I told Marc what I wanted for my wedding he not only understood right away but used his expertise to take my idea even further, and all within my budget. He is a design genius and a very hard worker. After my wedding I kept getting comments about the centerpieces and flowers, everyone wanted to know who did them. The attention to detail is something you just won't get with many florists and event designers. I highly recommend Marc and his team.

A Marc In Design, really helped us create a picture perfect wedding day. I loved all of our flowers, they literally brought me tears of joy! My bouquet was stunning, our centerpieces were absolutely gorgeous and my bridesmaids loved their bouquets. The flowers were my favorite part of our wedding. In fact I have the dried curly willow branches from my centerpieces in a tall vase in my dining room (Marc’s idea). A Marc In Design does fabulous work and I would recommend them without a doubt, they have a lifelong customer. I could go on and on!

Marc and his staff exceeded our expectations ! They made the process very simple as well as affordable, the actually came in under my intended budget. The mock-up table centerpiece was exactly the same (in not better) on my wedding day. I will recomend them to anyone who has a wedding coming up in the future.

I became a flower expert when I started floral shopping for my wedding. I literally visited and consulted with many flower shop's in the Fort Lauderdale area and beyond for the best deal and style of preference.

The owner really worked with me in finding the exact arrangement that I always wanted and in some ways never thought about. He was able to really work with my budget when others would not without compromising on the quantity and type of flower that I wanted, New Zealand Cala Lillies, roses, among others.

He also did two arrangements for me weeks prior to my wedding to show me how it will look on my wedding day and helped me make last minute revisions as well. He was very easy to work with and really knew what was trending in todays floral styles.

When the flowers arrived on my wedding day, I was really happy with how everything looked. My guests fought over the centerpieces and my husband has ordered arrangement's for his clients and they are equally beautiful! A Marc In Design will be our florist for all future needs.

Whatever the occasion or order, small or big, it is evident that he takes pride in the artistry of florals.

A Marc in Design was referred to me by a friend of a friend. I contacted the company with my budget and my vision and Marc was able to provide a proposal that met both the vibe I was looking for within my budget. I provided him a picture of a centerpiece I saw online that I loved and gave him the overall vision for the wedding (outdoor, on the beach, Cuban inspiration). He responded with a proposal that was very detailed and met my expectations. We then met in person and he brought a sample of the centerpiece he would produce for my wedding and it was BEAUTIFUL. Exactly like the picture. I should also say that he met me at the venue and was great support in helping me talk to the venue coordinator about my vision. He was also very flexible. I was able to obtain the cigar boxes for free which allowed him to provide me with a discount. I made a few changes throughout the months before my wedding and he was able to provide me with immediate updates and everything remained very affordable. Now the reason I only gave 4.5 stars for quality is because there were some errors that occurred on the day of the wedding. My bouquet was missing white lilies. Some of the flowers were not open and my cake didn't have flowers on it (this last one I think was a miscommunication with the venue more than anything). However, I did express my disappointment about these issues and Marc immediately responded. The people working at A Marc in Design are incredibly nice people who truly want to make you happy. Marc was a very calming voice in a sea of anxiety the week before the wedding. Even with the hiccups (which by the way, only you will notice, nobody else will), I would still highly recommend this company. They are responsive, affordable (seriously...very affordable!), and a breeze to work with.
