We had a quiet family-only wedding in an AirBnb near Progreso, MX. We connected with Wendy via WeddingWire and she was incredibly helpful with our vows and what we needed for the wedding service. Since she was out of town, she sent Maggie in her place. Maggie was so helpful, providing contacts for our stay and wedding. We were very happy with the florist she recommended. You never know what to expect when a stranger is key to an important event. She was like one of the family members when she arrived, helping with corsages, she even offered to go get our dinner when the delivery was delayed. The service was beautiful and she listened and executed our requests flawlessly. We couldn't has asked for a better, kinder, friendlier addition to our day. She helped make it special and we truly appreciated her. Don't hesitate to use this service or Maggie!Wendy The Officiant's reply:

Absolutely amazing

Wendy was great from the start. Very flexible even with some of our changes. Our wedding was a quick ceremony and in a bit of drive of a location, but Wendy was there ahead of time and ready to go. Wendy was enjoyable and fun and basically blended right in with our group. I would highly recommend Wendy to anyone for a short or even long wedding ceremony. Wendy you were perfect! Wendy was absolutely amazing to work with and truly blessed our marriage.
Wendy was an absolute pleasure to welcome us into our marriage. She was professional and extremely easy to work with. We feel she truly blessed our marriage. We asked for a short and sweet ceremony and that’s what we got - under 8 minutes I must add! Couldn’t have been better. If you're currently looking for an officiant for your big day in the Tucson metro area look no further. Our wedding experience with Wendy was perfect. Prior to our wedding day, Wendy provided us with a bunch of fantastic ceremony templates and readings. It was hard to decide which one we loved best, but we finally fell in love with the perfect one. My wife and I made the decision to plan our wedding by ourselves and unfortunately did not hire a "day of" coordinator. This was no problem for Wendy as she did an amazing job managing our wedding party during the rehearsal as well as the ceremony. Throughout the entire process, Wendy was friendly, professional and super accommodating. Something about the way Wendy speaks will calm your nerves and relax your guests. She is well known and respected within the Tucson wedding community, and we are very thankful to have hired her as our officiant. A+ Experience
Wendy as our officiant teamed with her husband, Michael, as our photographer were a dream to work with for our microwedding in Tucson. From working through best location to having to call Wendy 5 days before our initial date to request a reschedule due to COVID to the day of, she was extremely wonderful to work with! She was very flexible when our plans had to change and offered great suggestions/ alternatives. Perhaps most importantly, she delivered a great ceremony that meant the world to myself, my now husband, and our families. Michael's photos are also turning out absolutely top notch. Wendy has not one, but two!!! backups because both her husband and daughter are officiants. also. This knowledge put me, as mother of the bride, exceedingly at ease. What lowered the stress for the couple was the absence of the expectation that they would want to write their own vows. All the bride and groom had to say was “I do.” at the appropriate moment during the ceremony because Wendy had done all the composing already. (Couples do have the option of writing their own vows, however.) Tic that box off your Wedding To Do List!

We are SO happy found you to perform our wedding ceremony on Mount Lemmon! We gave you very little to work with, and you created a great atmosphere in exactly the simple yet elegant style we wanted! We especially appreciated your inclusion of our Grandparent' honor into your words. You arrived early, communicated great, accommodated our needs, and projected your voice nicely! You were friendly, yet pleasantly professional, and we just wanted to thank you again! It was extremely nice of you to also record the ceremony for us and take pictures. I'm happy the weather cooperated, and there were no crowds, but the number one relief was your friendly demeanor and your appropriate execution of our wedding!
