After my husband and I received our marriage license, we were ready to elope the same day. When we contacted A Little Wedding Garden, we were ecstatic that they would be able to make our spontaneous wedding dreams come true. We had no idea how much of a beautiful experience we were in for. The small team treated us with so much respect and genuine kindness. They explained very clearly beforehand what the process would look like and then minutes later we were having our ceremony. Overall, the best value of the experience were the photographs. As the ceremony takes place, they're able to capture every beautifully subtle moment. After the ceremony, you are taken to multiple photo spots on the property and expertly posed for the perfect shot. Initially we weren't too bothered by receiving pictures, but when we saw the results, we were blown away! I'm beyond pleased with Cecelia and her team's service. The Perfect Wedding!
We absolutely loved everything! Lee was very friendly and welcoming from the beginning to the end. The Ceremony was so amazing and beyond the expectations of what we thought a mini elopement would be. Delores is the MVP, absolutely a wonderful photographer even though she says she’s not a professional, she has a natural talent and eye for this art. They were very accommodating, asked questions beforehand to ensure the ceremony went how we would like, and even went with the flow when we were unsure if we would be having a bridesmaid or a best man. A Little Garden with a Lot of Love
On Friday, October 10, 2025, my fiancé Jeremy and I decided to elope. We had a big ceremony planned for May 2026, but life had other ideas and we chose joy over stress. I’ve always dreamed of a garden wedding, so I went straight to Google and found A Little Wedding Garden. It was perfect. The garden felt intimate and magical, like it had its own heartbeat.
From the moment we arrived, Ken welcomed us so warmly and even helped me get ready. They were kind enough to let Jeremy set up a tripod to record our vows, which meant the world to us. Lee was incredible, so flexible and supportive. Shifting from a simple signing to a full civil ceremony without missing a beat. He guided us through with calm, kindness, and professionalism.
We left not only happy and very much in love, but genuinely relaxed, like we’d just had the best time with the least stress possible. Thank you, A Little Wedding Garden, Ken, and Lee, for turning a last minute elopement into the sweetest memory. We’re so grateful.

We originally chose this venue for cost as we had very very few options with the amount of money we had to work with. But I couldn't be happier that we were led to them. It's an absolutely adorable little place and I was stunned that they have different little areas for taking differently themed photos. Everyone was so nice and accommodating and made it an unimaginably easy experience. I'm grateful I got to spend my time focused on my family, friends, and new husband than having to worry about anything else. I'll be recommending them to everyone I know and don't know.

So lucky to have found a Little Wedding Garden!
When I stumbled upon a Little Wedding Garden website, I didn't realize I had found a hidden gem! We were looking for a specific date about two months out. They were quick to respond, not only to my initial question, but also to my follow-up questions. They were able to accommodate the date I wanted, and were also flexible on the time of day!
The garden itself is absolutely charming! We were fortunate to be able to have our wedding outside, but they did have us covered with an inside area of the weather acted up.
We had a few kids with us ranging from toddler to teen. The wedding itself was a few minutes. My husband and I both loved the pre-written vows they had for us to use! After that was pictures all over the garden, but even then, we were out within about 30 minutes.
They are super friendly and accommodating. They had even emailed us the pictures they took for us in just a few minutes of leaving. The pictures they took were great. If you're looking for a small, simple ceremony, a Little Wedding Garden is the place to go!

We went for a short and sweet ceremony due to there only being the two of us. The gentlemen were very king and helped break the ice. The pictures came out great even though it was on an iPhone you’ll definitely be surprised. They took so many pictures so we had enough for options to have and play around with for editing. We drove over an hour to get there but it was definitely worth it. It’s simple and sweet and you should ask why the groom stands on the right side it’s a good little story. I recommend The Wedding Garden to everyone you will not be disappointed. Their prices are well set too you’ll have a better price here than what we’ve found around the area. Don’t miss your chance to come here it’s absolutely worth it and the process is super simple and explained to you. Get married here you will not regret it.

We eloped and went the the Little Wedding Garden.. the setting was so pretty.. They were super helpful throughout the booking process and great with all the edits we did to the service.
The photos where stunning - as it was just my husband and myself we didn't think we'd have any pictures of us together but this was also included, 30 minutes after the service -an email with a file of photos of our wedding arrived.

Perfect or Our Elopement
We loved working with Lee and Ken. They were very helpful throughout the booking process and were accommodating to our needs. This venue is perfect for small elopements like ours. The gardens has several cute places for photo ops. I would happily recommend A Little Wedding Garden to anyone looking to tie the knot in RVA.

Short and sweet to get the legal whatnots done
Everything was great and even in March the garden looked beautiful. Mindy was a lovely bonus(one of thier dogs). the pictures were much appreciated and came out great.

Absolutely a blast!
We decided to get married last minute and didn’t know what to expect, but these lovely people were amazing and gave us fun facts while they got all the paperwork together. An absolute beautiful space for photos and a quick marriage or a very small and long marriage. All the photos they took were fantastic and they made sure to make it a memorable wedding even tho it was a quick one!

Wonderful, efficient, and flexible
Everything about it was great - Very cost effective, fast, easy, and done to our preferences. If you'd like a religious service, they will provide it. If you want a strictly civil service, they will provide that too. We were in and out within about 30-40 minutes and had a lovely time. If you're like us, looking for a legal civil union at a great price with nice pictures, this is a great option to consider. Very nice people.
An indoor/outdoor wedding in January is a bold choice at best, but the ceremony was efficient and beautiful, and the walk through the garden for pictures was quite pleasant. The pictures provided by the venue were great! My brother in law was also present and taking pictures, so we have two sets of great photos to serve as memories.

Beautiful garden venue
This place is beautiful and the wedding officiant is very thorough and wedded my husband and I immediately. The house is about 10 minutes up the street from the courthouse which made everything very easy when getting married the same day we filed our paperwork. We highly recommend this beautiful venue.

I could not have planned this day any better! Lee and Cecelia ensured everything was ready and made us feel like family! Her words of encouragement and prayer were truly intimate and personal. I loved they were able to also take photography so my guests could enjoy the wedding. We received the pictures within hours of our ceremony. Definitely an awesome and unique experience. Exactly what we wanted for our small ceremony. All parties were extremely welcoming and made it a fun time from start to finish. The Cecelia kept everything brief and the message conveyed during the ceremony may as well have been coming directly out of our mouths. They took pictures for us the whole time and obviously they're not professional photographers but they put a lot of pride and effort into it and it shows.
