Beautiful and Fun

A Limo Affair was great to work with. The trolley was beautiful and we had so much fun with the selfie station! My veil was accidentally left behind on the trolley and they got in touch right away and mailed it back to me. I so appreciated that! One of the few air conditioned trolley options I was able to find and we were very happy with it.

We loved the wedding trolley and so did our guests! Limo Affair was great to work with during the planning process, and our driver, Allen, was great! The karaoke on the way back to the hotels at the end of the night with our bridal party and friends was a huge hit! It was so worth the extra cost of getting the trolley!

As I was planning my daughter's wedding, I wanted to do something special for transportation and a trolley was it. When I found A Limo Affair online, I immediately reached out as their trolley looked beautiful - plain and simple white exterior with a beautiful wood interior including a fireplace. Mel was a pleasure to work with - from asking questions to booking she made everything so simple and stress-free and we appreciated that so much! The trolley and our driver, Brad, were awesome! Everything was perfect and Brad kept in such close contact from the days leading up to our wedding as well as on our actual wedding day. Brad's flexibility and suggestions helped to make everything about the day top notch. I cannot say enough good things! We are so happy we chose a trolley and most especially through Limo Affair!

Allen was our driver and he was the best! Even in a surprise winter storm, he killed it. Mel was super helpful leading up to the wedding and helped us coordinate the proper timing.

I cannot recommend a Limo Affair highly enough. The trolley is gorgeous and our driver was phenomenal! He was early, super professional, and a delight to work with. The woman I worked with to book the trolley was also phenomenal--wicked responsive and clearly cared about making sure every last detail would be perfect for our wedding day. Thanks so much!

The trolley was beautiful inside & out. The pictures are going to be amazing! Everyone raved how cool it was. I can not say enough about our chauffeur,Brad. He sent me a text when he was on his way and then every time he picked up & dropped off our guests so we always knew our timing, he kept us all on track! He was very professional & friendly. Brad was patient & helpful when it came time for pictures. I cant thank him enough for helping make my daughters day so special!

Limo Affair provided us with a beautiful trolley for our wedding, it was amazing! All of our guests absolutely loved it and really appreciated the service. When first booking them, Mel and our driver, Brad, provided us with some really good tips and recommendations as far as coordinating when to pick up guests and the bridal party. They thought of things that didn't occur to us at all, and made a huge difference as far as timing and planning for everything. We LOVED our driver Brad, he was awesome! He kept us in the loop on everything, was extremely responsive, and was just plain fun! I would absolutely recommend Limo Affair to anyone that is still unsure of who to book for transportation for a wedding or any other large event. Loved them!

Worth every penny. We used the trolley as our limo and guest transportation for my daughter's wedding from the hotel to the venue. Mel, who answered the phone, when I first called, was extremely helpful in describing the service and setting up the booking. On the wedding day, we were delayed about 20 minutes at the start because we couldn't find my daughter's hairpiece. The trolley was supposed to make 3 runs (bride's folks/groom's folks/guests). Our chauffeur, Brad, cooked back on the returns to the hotel on the highway instead of taking the scenic route and caught us back up on time for the guest run. Brad kept texting me to keep me informed of his location. The ceromony ended up starting started right on time. The trolley was the finishing touch in making it a magical day. Our guests loved it! Would highly recommend.

I used a limo affair for my wedding and right feom my fist phone call to Mel, i knew i was in good hands and made the right decision for my wedding transportation! Mel helped me iron out so many details I hadn't even considered and helped me come up with the perfect transport plan that worked for our number of people and distance.

Brad our trolly driver was amazing! He called me a few daya before to go over the details and gave me his number to keep him updated of any changes i wanted to make even the day of. He even let us know when the schoolbus i also had booked for guests had left for the ceremony so that i could cone out to the trolley without anyone seeing me. These were all details i obsessed about the days before that brad took care of for me. He let the best man use the PA to talk to guests on board. The trolley definitely made the night even better! It was beautiful and guests loved it! Everyone at a limo affair exceeded my expectations and i can't say enough good things about how they made everything go so smoothly!

Brad was amazing!!! He texted to say he was on the way. He kept me informed as things were happening. He didn't rush us. He was extremely nice and helped the elderly people on and off the trolley. He also helped with bringing some boxes onto the trolley. I would recommend him!!!

Our experience was phenomenal! Brad was fantastic, communicating with us at every step and also coordinating with the motorcoach driver for us.
The manager at the front desk of The Study at Yale Hotel told me that the Trolley was awesome - that in all his years of seeing limos and buses and schoolbuses, he never saw anything so amazing.
All went extremely smoothly. Brad's parallel parking on one of the busiest streets at Yale so we could take pictures produced awed reactions from the girls.
The Trolley was comfortable and fun, and created a picnic atmosphere on the way to the mansion, and a fun sing-along atmosphere on the way back.
You and Brad did a great job. I couldn't be more impressed or happy! Becky was on Cloud 9. She loved it.

We had a wedding party of 34 so we needed a BIG vehicle for transportation. After looking at several limo companies and realizing it was way to expensive, we started looking into trolleys but all the trolleys in my area all had lettering on them and I did not want that in my pictures. So I googled white trolleys and A Limo Affair popped up, I called and Melony was very nice and helpful. I didn't want to commit without seeing the trolley in person, so she suggested to go and see it even though it was a drive I decided to go. So my fiance and I went and the minute I saw it I was sold!! I called her up the next morning and put a deposit down. The price was EXTREMELY reasonable, the trolley was just what I wanted it was perfect!! Marc the driver was great called me the week of the wedding just to confirm everything and the day of was on time and ready to go, he was a real sport considering we had so many people, it was great!! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

We could not be HAPPIER with your services! From the first time I spoke with you on the phone, your knowledge and professionalism made me know I had chosen the right company for our wedding. The Trolley itself was truly amazing and like nothing I have seen before. The cleanliness, the cooler with waters and Champagne and the gorgeous fireplace just made it all the more enjoyable.

And of course, our driver Brad was absolutely a delight! He was so professional and so sure of what he was doing that I had not one worry. As you know, we were a little concerned about a few of the tight spots we needed to get around but Brad made it seem like riding a bike. He was friendly and made us truly feel that the days was ours! We even tried to get him to join us for some appetizers at the reception but kindly stated he really needed to get back. You have a gem there!

So all our thanks and appreciation for such a wonderful experience and a perfect day! We will certainly be referring you to everyone!!!

We discovered the wedding trolley when my friend's brother used it to transport his bridal party last year. I thought it was so neat and different that our guests would love it! We booked it shortly after and everyone was wonderful to work with. From the beginning, they were clear and responsive to our needs which included multiple trips and picking up hotel guests at two different locations and don't even get me started on the drop-off's at the end of the night! Brad drove us with our wedding party to the venue and then went back for the guests who were staying at two different hotels. He made the first stop, the second stop and took it upon himself to go back to the first stop just in case there were some stragglers... and there were... about 10 of them! Our guests told us he welcomed them, informed them that the coolers on the trolley were full and gave them an overall great experience! Everything happened exactly as they said it would, from the phone calls and text messages to prompt pick up and drop off times! I've already rebooked them for the 25 anniversary party ;)

The Trolley was perfect, we had a bridal party of 20 people! It was very clean inside and out, and plenty of room for us to spread out ! Also has a electric fireplace for great ambiance :) we requested a certain trolley and we received exactly what we requested! Our driver was AWESOME he was in contact with me through the whole morning just to reassure me everything was on time !!!!! 5 stars for everything :)

A+++ Service! A Limo Affair is an amazing company to do business with. We were a little nervous at first using an out of state company for transportation. However, Connecticut does not offer limos larger than 8 passenger. We found A Limo Affair online and decided to give them a call. Melony was very professional, friendly, honest and upfront with us. She even encouraged us to price limos out of New York because they were much closer to us. After a few phone calls to New York companies we realized we definitely wanted to use A Limo Affair. The other companies were more expensive and not nearly as professional and upfront with all the details. I called Melony back and she went over everything with me on the phone. She went over details of our big day that we had even thought about. She wanted to make sure that everything would be perfect for us on our wedding day. Fast forward to June 9 and we couldn't have been more satisfied with our service. Brad was our Chauffeur for the day. He called a few days prior to confirm locations of pickup and other details. He arrived a little early at the pickup location for the girls which was great. He was friendly and professional and got the girls to the ceremony on time. The Wedding Trolley itself was amazing. Our guests were in awe as this giant white trolley came strolling down the driveway. It provided so much room that nobody had to worry about cramming into the limo and messing up their tuxedos or dresses. Brad was very helpful making sure he poured champagne for everyone and handed out water and beer that we had provided. It was a nice smooth ride to our reception location. The inside of the trolley was clean and perfect temperature to keep us cool and sweat free on the warm summer day. We can't say enough as to how wonderful our experience was and how much A Limo Affair added to a perfect wedding day. Highly recommended!! Thanks so much!

This was the first time I have ever scheduled anything let alone transportation. It was my son's wedding and rehearsal dinner and everything needed to be perfect. A Limo Affair made that possible. The Trolley was everything I expected and the service far from what I expected. Mike our Chauffer was always attentive, early and made the hole weekend a piece of Cake. Thanks for following up so quickly. I have nothing but positive feedback for your company. The trolley was absolutely adorable and Brad was perfect. He texted and called prior to the wedding and texted the day of the wedding to inform he was en route. He was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful.
One of my favorite wedding day moments was in the trolley on the way to the wedding with my bridesmaids, parents, grandfather, and flower girl. One of my girls started singing "Going to the Chapel" and then Brad started playing it. Everyone sang that song to me on the way to the church and it was SO special! Even my flower girl knew the words! That memory is one I will cherish forever.

We had the trolley car for our wedding - it was gorgeous. Brad was our driver and he was awesome! He stayed through the entire reception to shuttle people back to the hotel at the end of the reception. They were on time, friendly, and genuinely excited for us! They even texted my Dad at every stop they made to let him know how they were doing on time, traffic, etc... They were a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend them :)

I recently got married and used a trolley from A Limo Affair to transport our wedding party from western MA to CT and to transport my guests to and from the hotel/reception.

Melony was our primary contact and the one that I worked with to coordinate all of our arrangements. Talk about attention to detail. On our first call she made sure to have every aspect of the day down on paper. She mapped out everything and made sure the timing was correct. Her follow up was great and she made sure to confirm and reconfirm everything that we discussed. Nothing was left out and the day could not have gone any smoother. Thank you Melony!

The trolley was absolutely beautiful and extremely clean!

Brad, our chauffeur was professional, fun, energetic, respectful and on time (actually he was very early which is a plus and was one less thing to worry about on your big day). He got all of our guests to and from the hotel/reception on time and in a fun and safe manor. He also checked and rechecked the trolley with me to ensure that nothing was left behind from my guests. We used the trolley from Limo Affair for our day of wedding transportation. The trolley is beautiful and the driver, Mike, was extremely attentive and helpful. He arrived early and helped us load things into the trolley, when we changed picture locations he was available and happy to help.

We had a gentlemen named tom for our driver. He was great in every way! He wad on time polite, kind, funny, very helpful! Were we had the wedding it was almost visable for the groom to see me get out and he did all he could to make sure no one did see me or the bridal party! If we ever need transportation again we would be more then happy to go through limo affair! Very clean and Sharp! Also hands down we would have to have Tom, I think we would refuse anyone else!we would give them a 100% 5 star rating!

We hired A Limo Affair to provide a white trolley for our wedding. The trolley was absolutely gorgeous. It has a fireplace in the back, which gives it a very classy feel. The trolley driver was very professional and was right on time. He was very accommodating to my guests and even made a special ride to take my grandmother home early from the reception. I was very happy with the customer service of the company and felt very confident that they would do a good job on my wedding day. I would highly recommend this company to other brides.

I booked the wedding trolley for my wedding day from A Limo Affair. This company is awesome. I dealt with Melony from beginning to end. She always got right back to me. She was SO patient with me. I ended up having to change the course of events multiple times during the planning stages and she worked with me through it all with a pleasant attitude. The day before the wedding, the Chauffeur Brad called me to go over the events. The day of, he texted me throughout the day letting me know of his whereabouts (he was always early), so I didn't have to stress about anything. He had a great sense of humor, and he was a lot of fun. I highly recommend a Limo Affair.

Melony (office) and Brad (driver) were great to work with. They confirmed dates, times, and locations. Brad texted me when he arrived to the hotel, when he drove the groomsmen over, and when he was back to get the bridesmaids. Highly recommend!

The trolley was AMAZING!!! Brad was so much fun, and completely on schedule!!! The price was perfect. Our guests loved the trolley transportation to the reception and back to the hotel. I would use a Limo Affair for any event. Melony was so friendly, and responsive. They were so thorough. It was great to book my transportation and not worry about anything!!! They create the schedule for the day, and have all the directions.....one less things for the bride and groom to worry about!!!

My Husband and I got married during an unusual snow storm in October!!!! Brad from A Limo Affair was the driver of our White Trolley and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. He safely got us to each destination while enduring at times, not so smooth road conditions. He had a good attitude, was prompt and kept us at ease. The Trolley was a big hit as well and was a comfortable fit for our large wedding party and parents. I highly reccommend A Limo Affair for anyone who does not want to worry about getting where they need to be on your special day!!

We had an amazing experience with our limo on our wedding day. The limo driver contacted me the day before to go over the entire day's events and then showed up at least 30 minutes early on my wedding day. He was incredibly polite and provided us with excellent service. Booking the limo was also very easy and helpful. I was walked through the entire day to make sure I would only be paying for the time I needed. Overall, it was a great experience and I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing transportation services. Especially for a wedding - they put all my nerves to rest!

Limo affair was really great to work with. They were honest and flexible. They allowed us to come to the property and check out their limos in person. They were very upfront and nothing was false that we were told. I highly recommend using them for an event. We rented he 26 passanger esclade. It was able to fit our 19 person wedding party well. Coinsidering that 9 of the guys were between the heights of 6'1" to 6'5''. Thank you for everything!

I can honestly say that A Limo Affair greatly surpassed my expectations. Hi Melony,
Just wanted to thank you so much for your service. The limo was very clean and well stocked with the waters and sparkling cider. Everyone loved the limo, espically the little ring bearer and flower girl. It was so cute to see them in such a big limo. Joe was very nice and very helpful. He was joking with all of us and making everyone feel that he was part of the wedding. We all oved him. He called me the day before and checked on the addresses and all, and even told me ha was checking the weather for us. He even arrived a little early to pick up the guys. Maybe he thought they wouldn't be ready on time, lol. We would deffinately use your service again if we ever need a limo.

We had a very great experience using A Limo Affair for our small wedding in Boston. Melony was great to work with during the booking process. She was very detail oriented and made sure she had all of the addresses for all of the stops so that my husband and I didn't have to worry about anything, it was great. Paul was our driver and he was very nice and professional. He arrived early and was great throughout the evening especially early in the day where we had multiple stops. I can sum up our experience with A Limo Affair in one word...INCREDIBLE!!!! The limo was immaculate, exactly what we were hoping for, and our chauffeur, John, was absolutely AMAZING!! He went way above and beyond anything we could have ever expected!! He was there with an umbrella for us during outdoor photos as soon as it started to sprinkle, he not only carried the train of my gown into the church, but then stood at the back of the church with me holding my gown and laid it out perfectly for my walk down the isle, he went to the limo to "fetch" the bridal party bouquets during pictures, he made sure we had anything and everything we could possibly want, and he even went so far as to dispose of the dead frog that was in the middle of my parents' driveway so we wouldn't have to walk over or around it!!! We had so many comments from our family, wedding party, and photographers about how great he was! Not only did we get the limo we were so desperately looking for, but we got a driver that was more than we could have ever hoped for!!! We would HIGHLY recommend this company to ANYONE looking for any kind of limo service!

Day of the wedding, limo was at the hotel before time, gleaming inside and out.

The driver was absolutely incredible. Always professional, courteous and thinking a step ahead. Completely flexible when required, always accessible between the time he dropped the wedding party off and the time we called him to take the wedding party back to the hotel.

Excellent value for money.

I LOVE these guys!!! They provided our rock n' roll wedding with a HUGE stretch Hummer Limo that, are you ready.., was ZEBRA STRIPED!! Talk about insanely cool! The staff was so helpful during my insanely last minute reservations, they did their best to make sure I got the car I dreamed of at a very reasonable price. My experience with Limo Affair was just wonderful! The wedding was a handful - 23 people total in the wedding party! You can imagine the logistics of an event and making sure everyone gets where they need to go in time. The driver of the 14-passenger (Chris) was just too helpful and accommodating and just made things so nice for us (both drivers were excellent!). I was very nervous having not seen the limos and using the company for the first time but all of my fears were put to rest. Melony was great at communicating details to me and working with me to determine the best way to transport everyone for the event. The drivers were just wonderful - they made sure to contact me when the first drop off took longer than expected - even calling the hotel's front desk to make sure I got the message! I really appreciated that and it made things very easy. In addition to being a bridesmaid for this wedding, I am also an event planner on the side. I can't recommend Limo Affair enough. When planning a wedding, there are certain things you just want to know are reliable and you can take off the list of things to worry about. By hiring Limo Affair, I was able to take transportation off the worry list. Highly recommended!!!

We booked the white wedding trolley for our August wedding and it was a huge hit. We utilized the trolley not only to transport our bridal party but for guest transportation as well and it worked out perfectly. Much of the planning process was done with Mel, and she made every effort to make a reasonable timeline of the day and ensure we had the trolley at every pick up/drop off we needed. Our driver Brad was awesome, he was very punctual and laid back. The trolley is in immaculate condition and the A/C was a godsend in the humid August heat! We used the trolley for our winter wedding in MA. The staff and chauffeur were amazing (especially Melanie and Brad)! I hired Limo Affair's wedding trolley to shuttle guests back and forth from my wedding venue to my hotel and I am extremely happy with the decision. From the start they were very responsive to all of my questions and their pricing was very competitive. Melony did a fantastic job scheduling everything and the driver was very professional and friendly. They accommodated a handicapped guest of ours very will with ramps for his wheel chair so he was very happy he was able to participate in the trolley fun. We took some awesome pictures on the trolley and the guests really enjoyed the novelty of it. The one very small detail that made my rating a 4.9 instead of 5.0 is that we were supposed to have a bottle of champagne included in the package and we never got it. Like I said it's a very small detail to an otherwise wonderful experience. Thanks again Limo Affair!

We had no problem booking our limo and got the white 14 passenger that we wanted. This was the only limo company we could find that offered a 14 passenger. The price was reasonable compared to other we had seen. On the day of our wedding the limo picked the guys up right on time and brought them to the church and arrived at my house early which was nice to take us to the church. The limo driver was wonderful!!! He helped me with my dress from the time he picked me up at my house until the time he dropped me off at the reception. He assisted us with pictures and everything. We couldn't have asked for better service. As long as all of the drivers are just like the one we had I would recommend this company to anyone!

Mel was very easy to communicate with during the booking and planning process prior to our wedding. We hired the trolly to transport the bridal party to the venue early, then come back and bring guests for the ceremony and then two return trips after the reception was over (one earlier at 10pm and one at the end, at 11pm).

Brad texted and called me a few days before to ensure he had all the correct info for pick up. The day off, the trolly arrive and was beautiful! We had one small problem with the 10pm trolly run, someone smelled smoke apparently in the trolly, so guests had to walk one block from where they stopped to the hotels... not a big deal, but Brad was a little late making it back for the 11pm trip, so guests had a wait a few minutes for him to arrive after our sparkler send off!

Definitely a much cooler form of transportation than a school or coach bus!

The Trolley was exactly as described - it was so unique and fun. The air conditioning was just what we needed on our hot rainy wedding day! Brad was very helpful with trying to keep the bridal party as dry as possible with assisting with umbrellas. Our guests loved the trolley experience too! We were extremely pleased and satisfied with the limo service that was provided. The driver "Michael" was very helpful and professional. He called to introduce himself several days before the wedding and on the day of the wedding kept in contact with us regarding his times of arrival in picking everyone up. They did an amazing job, and the vehicles are kept up very nicely!

Limo Affair did a great job with our wedding. The trolley itself is beautiful and our driver, Rob, was really great and easy to work with. The only suggestion we would have is that the driver looks over the schedule a bit earlier than a couple days before the wedding. I ended up having to re-print pickup times for the hotel boxes. Other than that little glitch, they were timely, professional, and great to work with!

Brad was wonderful- so responsive ahead of time-- indulged my detailed planning and gave me some pointers to watch for so that nothing would go wrong on our wedding day. He called us over afterwards so that we could get some special photos in the trolley. Everyone had a blast and the trolley was the exact special touch I had hoped it would be. Thanks!

The driver was prompt and courteous. The booking process was also very easy, and everyone was very helpful.

Extremely upset with the service

I hate to have to write a negative review because all my vendors were amazing, except for this one. The wedding trolley itself was beautiful but our driver Paul was SO unprofessional and threatened to leave me, THE BRIDE, and the entire bridal party behind if we didn't cut our wedding short!! And this is despite the fact that we paid for extra time.
Paul ultimately worked 11 minutes past the allotted time. 11 minutes! AND he was paid an EXTRA $50 for those 11 minutes on top of a 20% gratuity and a steak dinner we treated him to as an additional thanks. It's hard for me explain how difficult it was having to argue with him that he can't leave me and the bridal party at the venue over the possibility of being 10 minutes over, which again he was paid for. We also spoke with his manager DAYS PRIOR about this arrangement. Clearly, there was a communication issue between him and the company.
My poor venue coordinator tried to tell him this and explain that he was being unreasonable, but he reiterated to her the bride WOULD BE left behind. So, she was forced to pull me from the dance floor. I ended up missing the first half of my last dance trying to reason with him. After such a beautiful day and night, this just was not the ending I would have hoped for.
So future brides, I suggest if you use this service to have everything in writing, and to call your driver directly the day prior to go over the timeline.
