Perfect Men's Wedding Band!
I choose A.JAFFE's Morse Code collection for my husband's wedding band was a genuinely special choice for us. The "I LOVE YOU" Morse Code band, designed with a mix of small round and elongated baguette stones spelling out the “I LOVE YOU, is truly unique. We personalized it with our own message on the inside adding that unique touch exclusive to us. We're completely in love with every aspect of it! Couldn’t thank them enough. -

Love my A.JAFFE maps necklace
My fiance got me an A.JAFFE maps necklace as a wedding gift. I absolutely love my necklace and everybody asks about the maps necklace. He engraved the map of the bar in our hometown that we always go to and where he proposed. The maps engraving is such a great idea and an extremely meaningful gift. Couldn't have asked for a better gift! -

In love with my upgrade

A+ ring and fiance
I purchased an A.JAFFE engagement ring for my fiancé and she was in awe. I planned a beautiful proposal in a helicopter ride above the island of Lanai in Hawaii. It was so magical. The beautiful ring was the icing on the cake. -

I love my A.Jaffe rings. I have a 3 stone engagement ring plus 2 bands. The craftsmanship is incredible and I love the handcrafted quilting on the inside of all 3 of my rings. I get a lot of compliments from waitresses to coworkers. Yellow gold on the inside and platinum on the outside is a unique and stunning design. -

I purchased the cufflinks from the Maps collection for my boyfriend for anniversary. I had them engrave the location of the first time we met. They even put a diamond to mark the exact spot. He was so surprised and loves wearing them to parties! It’s such a conversation starter too. Couldn’t be happier with this gift. -

Amazing pieces of jewelry and superor customer service
I just got my second MAPS piece of jewelry and it is stunning! It was done in rose gold and diamonds . I just love it as well as the other MAPS piece I have. The gold is substantial and the workmanship is outstanding. Not to mention the diamonds in each piece are bright, shiny and noticeable. Customer service is top notch too. I ordered my jewelry from them online and was able to make changes to my purchase with just an email. They answered my questions promptly and made the changes immediately. Hiccups happen. Sometimes it can be a huge pain when you don't receive help or proper customer service. That wasn't my experience with A.JAFFE! The hiccup was on my end but that didn't seem to matter to them. They went above and beyond to make sure I got my item on time (earlier actually) and I couldn't be more pleased. You just don't find that level of service these days. Will definitely use them again! -

I placed an order through the website, and found a typo after I had submitted it. I immediately reached out through the "Live Chat" feature and was beyond relieved when Katherine was able to assist me in correcting the order in less than 3 minutes. I even used the live chat a second time, and was so pleased to be able to check on the status of my order with Katherine's assistance again. She is absolutely wonderful and so helpful. I have many pieces of A.Jaffe jewlery. My favorite being my Engagement Ring. The sheer quality of their products are enough to make you come back for more. My fiancé dealt with a person directly with the company who was unbelievably attentive to his needs and wants when it came to the perfect ring to propose to me with. Even when there was a slight error with an engravement on my Maps Necklace they corrected it in a expedient and professional manner. I cannot wait to order my wedding band through them again!! -

A. Jaffe is a wonderful company. I received one of their beautiful Maps by A. Jaffe necklaces (the heart-shaped silver one) as a gift, and there was a slight error with the piece (by no fault of the company, just a random problem, possibly from production). It was so minor that I hesitated to contact the company, but when I did, I was given the best customer service I have ever had in my life. They worked with me to evaluate the error, and seeing the problem, offered to remake the piece free of charge. Not only was the customer service representative so timely in her email responses, she was also kind and understanding, and she really made me feel valued as a customer. Also, the jewelry piece itself is extraordinary - it is stunningly gorgeous, and it is so high quality (it isn't too big or too small, and it's very heavy in a good way because it is so high quality). I would absolutely recommend this company for any of your jewelry needs! -

I am the Maid of Honor in my best friend's wedding, and I ordered the cuff links and dog-tag map necklace in sterling silver, both with engraving options, for my best friend and her fiance to wear on their wedding day. I had been lusting after the A. Jaffe Maps line for months, and could not imagine a more perfect or sentimental gift to give them for their wedding. They have yet to see their gifts, but I'm so excited to see their reactions! -

I ordered a custom MAP product from A.Jaffe that I admired for going on 5 years. After a terrible experience with customer service over the phone, I finally got connected with the right people to solve the problem. A.Jaffe then promptly sent a replacement. I am now so thrilled with the MAP necklace. It's stunning and quite the conversation starter. The team even followed up with me months later to see if everything was okay. I will be ordering more products from them in the future thanks to the heirloom quality of the products and the turn-around in customer service. -

Unfortunately, I am NOT able to recommend A. Jaffe rings any longer. I originally bought my wife’s platinum engagement ring in 2008 and the matching platinum wedding band in 2009 prior to our wedding. Within a year, a side diamond went missing and had to be replaced due to a prong being bent. This should have been my first clue about the quality of the A. Jaffe rings. Being naïve and believing that everyday wear and tear caused the damaged prong, I bought my wife a 14K white gold and diamond band so she could wear the white gold band as her everyday band and not damage the very expensive A. Jaffe rings. Fast-forward several years later to 2018, we took her A. Jaffe bands to be evaluated for a bent prong for the center stone. The A. Jaffe rings were sent by the local dealer to A. Jaffe headquarters. MUCH TO MY SURPRISE, I received a phone call about a week later stating my wife’s rings need to be completely rebuilt as the prongs could not be repaired due to “excessive wear”. They quoted me $900 per ring, which is about a third of the original price. The quote included the rings to be melted down, more platinum added, and the rings to be completely rebuilt. I understand that A. Jaffe has a lifetime warranty that does not cover “extreme wear and tear of the product.” However, I can’t understand how the rings had excessive wear and tear when my wife wore her 14K gold band 5 of the 7 days of the week. Her 14k white gold ring has been repaired multiple times as well as she wears it daily. (I have proof of the repair details from my original jewelry dealer). Both my local jewelry and the original jewelry insinuated that they too were surprised that platinum had excessive wear and tear. My local dealer even mentioned that the original rings may not have been built to the best quality or standards set by A. Jaffe. I am, to say the least, very disappointed at the quality of A. Jaffee as I thought I was buying a lifetime jewelry piece.
