    A pleasant experience

    Lucy was extremely helpful and very friendly. On a day of craziness and hectic scheduling, one thing we did not have to worry about was the transportation. Lucy was a blessing to have and was so sweet and was a great driver also!

    Awesome service!

    We hired A Family Limo to transport our wedding party between the hotel and venue. The vehicle was beautiful, clean, and fun! The driver kept up with timeline changes and was so nice! He was on time, accommodating, and flexible. Thank you!

    We hired a family limo for our trip to Miami and used them 4 times while we stayed a week. Claudio was our driver and I must say top notch class and a top notch company. We will use them EVERYTIME we visit Miami. Thank you guys again for great service and professionalism.

    Just wanted to say THANK YOU for the amazing service A FAMILY LIMO provided for our wedding this weekend. My wife and her girls absolutely loved Steve when he picked them up from the hotel & after the ceremony he had ice cold drinks waiting for us as we got back into the limo. The same could be said for Tony who picked us up after the reception. He was on time, picked us up exactly where we wanted, and was very friendly.

    Thanks again and If we need a limo/sedan in the future we will definitely give you call.

    They are punctual; the limo arrived 1/2 hr before schedule. All of their limos are less than 2 yrs old and in excellent condition. The driver was courteous.

    I am so glad we chose to go with A Family Limousine for our wedding day! Not only were their prices great, but so was the service. I will only say the driver that picked us up at the end of the night made 1 mistake, because his GPS did get him a little lost, but he was very apologetic and a very kind guy. Overall, I would definitely recommend A Family Limousine. We got great compliments on the limousine in our pictures!

    Excellent excellent customer service,guests had not arrived and it was appreciated not being kicked out of the limo especially in the rain!!!like steve did my husband in there limo......i give them a 10 because of promptness courtesy price and the feel of not being only a customer but a queen!!!!!God bless you all.....priced $400 2 limos and a van for afterwards!!!!!!!

    We were lucky enough to receive an upgrade; we asked for a standard sedan and received a stretch limo. Definitely unexpected, but a treat nonetheless. Our driver was professional and courteous driving us to our destination almost an hour away smoothly. Their price was the best we could find for our needs in all of South Florida.     We still use A Family Limo for trips to and from the airport. They are prompt, courteous, and professional. They do not offer discounts even though we have used them many times. For our wedding, we rented a limo for us and the wedding party and two mercedes spritner vans to transport guests to and from the wedding event. The limo we had was impeccable and the driver was amazing. He was prompt and got us to the event in more than enough time. The sprinters, we were told, would have enough time to get 80 guests to the wedding on time. Unfortunately, it took an extra 45 minutes to get all the guests to the event because the drivers took their time getting people on and off the sprinters and the route used did not account for traffic delays and lights. We were told by our guests that the sprinters were beautiful, but the drivers were not as courteous or prompt as expected. The costs are average, and based on other quotes, they are a little more. We would use them for our wedding again; however, we would seek another option for our guests.

    I hired this company to drive me to my wedding venue. I was very dissappointed with the service. First of all he called to tell me he was coming 45 min early and I told him we would not be ready then he showed up 8 min late. I realized I forgot my shoes just as I shut the door I asked him if I could run back in and he said no. My BM had to pay him $20 to let me run in my house and grab my shoes. He drove like a maniac to the venue and upon arriving he literally threw our stuff out of the limo breaking my Bridesmaids bouquets and yelled Have a nice life!!!!!!!

    This was a very special night for us because this was our 21 year wedding anniversary. The driver arrived 15 minutes late which made us late for our reservations. The driver apologized then called his boss and said over the phone, I'm sorry I'm very tired ,I work better in the mornings, Then as he hung up he said under his breath,I have kids too you know. After we finished at the restaurant the experience we had was better. He picked us up and was more cheerful . we cut off 45 minutes of the three hours because I felt he needed to go home and rest, So after dinner we came straight home. Personally I would not from this experience use this company again. The management didn't even call or text to see if things worked out for us, Even though I sent them a text that I was not pleased with the service. I feel that if you pay top dollar for a service as this one you should receive top service. Had it not been for a great experience at the restaurant the whole night may have been ruined.

    Oh my god. They ripped me off. I will never ever recommend their service. I ended up paying three times more. they wouldn't let my bridal party in the limo until i paid them extra. customer service sucks. They don't tell you upfront what to expect. Thank God i had $600 cash in my purse with me and it was all gone to pay them. Remember i had already paid for the service. My husband and i had to pay extra also to get in the sundan that we had already booked and paid. I do not recommend them.
