From start to finish they provide superior customer service and professionalism. All members of their team were courteous and professional and a pleasure to work with. They were on time and friendly and made our wedding event go smoothly!!!!!!

The fine ladies at A Chair Affair were fantastic with their flexibility with rentals. Not only did they help me with the tables and chairs they were a wonderful referral source to other vendors in the Orlando area as I was planning my wedding from out of state. If you need chairs, tables, decor, A Chair Affair is the place.

I don't even know where to start with this amazing company, I always knew what I wanted my wedding to look like, and carly and her team brought my vision to life. I used furniture, tables, Chaviar chairs, candelabras, chargers, silverware and glassware for my wedding and everything was beautiful. I would highly recommend them for any event you may have, everyone has been such a joy to work with and I am beyond amazed at what wonderful service chair affair provided.

Awesome company!

We got our chargers and flatware from A Chair Affair and I was so impressed by the quality and the price. I LOVED our rentals. Absolutely loved them, and they helped make our wedding vision complete!!

We rented tables and white resin chairs for my daughter's outdoor wedding. The week before the wedding I spoke with Ann to confirm our rental order and she offered such kind words to me and a blessing over our day and my daughter's future. She also granted our request for early delivery. The delivery crew was prompt, very helpful and professional and the pick up crew was again, prompt and professional. We had a very positive experience with A Chair Affair, Inc.

A Chair Affair was a pleasure to work with. They have an amazing selcetion of chirs and cushions and they are the best price in town! There staff was ontime and very friendly. All there chairs were in excellent condition and I would definately use them again.

There is no doubt that A Chair Affair provides the best value for service in Central Florida. Tammy and the team were always very quick to respond, even after I made several changes :). Everyone was extremely professional and they have a large selection of items. We rented a small farmhouse table and vintage loveseat for our sweetheart table setup and it was perfect! They even saved me at the very last minute when our caterer forgot to add cocktail table linens to our package (and were happy to do so). I couldn't ask for more!

A Chair Affair really came through to make my ceremony and reception incredible. They were a pivotal partner since they provided the seating for the ceremony and the tables for the reception - which were on the same lawn! They had about 45 minutes to strike and reset for the reception and they pulled it off flawlessly!

I rented wine barrels and the farm table sweetheart table from this vendor, Everything was wonderful! The delivery was on time and the staff made everything so easy. The prices are very reasonable and the online payment system was so easy to use. They have so many wonderful things to rent, definitely check them out!!!

Ann Taylor should probably teach an e-mail etiquette class. I was so amazed at how quick she was to send me responses to my questions, requests for pictures, revisions to my contract! Working with her was completely seamless. The silver chiavari chairs and the mirror bling chargers made our wedding reception look like a dream! I couldn’t have asked for more. Using A Chair Affair as your rental vendor will be the easiest thing to check off of your to do list, I promise.

Chair Affair was the nicest people to work with. They were available to answer all my questions and have really nice chairs for a decent price.

They delivered and set up both my ceremony chairs and my reception tables. They were early for both drop off and pick up, and worked easily with my coordinator, which they hadn't met.

I will continue you recommend their services.

I used A Chair Affair for my September 27th wedding, and I can't say enough great things about this company. First, they have a beautiful selection of rentals, including king-sized farmhouse tables that worked wonderfully for my rustic-vintage wedding. In addition to having a great selection, the team was wonderful to work with. My wedding count fluctuated throughout the planning process & A Chair Affair quickly adjusted my estimate each time to ensure I stayed within budget. On the wedding day, the arrived early & collected their items at the end of the night. The whole process was a seamless pleasure!

Wedding festivities

During COVID times we decided to have our son’s wedding at our home. There were two days of festivities, but event was small. We rented tables, chairs, linen, chafing dishes and spoons. Ann was very help full, appreciate her time and effort.

Very Smooth Transaction

I rented tables from them and last minute (like the day before) realized that I also needed 2 bars. They were very responsive, and quick sending me an updated invoice. With Covid they were very easy to work with when changing my wedding date. The tables were perfect and the bars were beautiful.

Our chairs literally made the whole wedding.

My fiancé Joe and I got married on 3-1-2020 at the Acre in Orlando Florida. I myself am a wedding photographer and I knew for certain that we would love working with A Chair Affair. Our venue came with white folding chairs and quite a few tables but I knew immediately that we had to have a budget for different chairs. Honestly, I loathe those white folding chairs! Our venue was all outside and we wanted it to feel whimsical, bold, and modern. Those chairs just did not cut it. We found the perfect ones with ACA. We rented these amazing acrylic ghost chairs in black. They were amazing and made such a huge difference in the aesthetic of the day. We used them for the ceremony and then moved them to the reception. We also rented 5 heaters from them at the last minute to make sure our guests were warm during dinner. They were professional and reliable. If you are looking for unique seating and rentals to complete your wedding vision I highly recommend them!

Our chivari chairs set our reception space over the top! They were truly beautiful! Working with Ann was such a pleasure! Especially during the last minute when I realized I forgot to include my husband and I in the final headcount. The chairs not only looked good, but they were extemely comfortable. If you want an extra flare to your cermony/reception, splurge on the chivari chairs...it's worth every cent!

I had an excellent experience with A Chair Affair throughout the entire wedding process. Carly was very responsive to me, they were very flexible when I thought I may want to change the color of the chairs, and they were very quick with a small refund when I didn't spend as much as I put down. Overall, it was a stellar experience with this company. I would recommend them hands down!

Amazing service and such great pricing. I was a little skeptical getting someone from Orlando to come all the way to Naples but there was no need for it. The chairs, chargers, and flatware not only were stunning and arrived on time but you can not beat the price or service. I loved working with Chair Affair! I had the pleasure of dealing with Carly and I Couldn't have had a better experience. They were willing to work with me and my budget and were very accommodating to each and everyone of my needs. They even delivered a day before so we could set up! Definitely recommend!

A Chair Affair provided church pews and white country chairs for our wedding ceremony. The church pews and the white chairs with pink cushions were beautiful and perfectly reflected our vision for our ceremony. The delivery workers at chair affair were very professional, patient, and very nice. They delivered the chairs before our ceremony and removed the chairs after the ceremony very quickly and smoothly. They were kind and waited until the guests had completely left for cocktail hour before removing chairs. They were great! Rebecca was very kind and very understanding. The person we previously worked with changed positions without helping us develop a plan for delivery/pickup and rain, but Rebecca talked with us over the phone and help us come up with a plan for our ceremony and helped us create a backup rain plan. She was very professional and very kind through the whole process. She was great to work with and made it stress free on our wedding day. She gave us her personal phone number to contact if we had any issues. She also contacted us the day after our wedding to make sure everything went perfect. She was great to work with. I would definitely recommend A Chair Affair!

A Chair Affair was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. We rented two different chargers from them. Even though our venue informed us that the chargers were not going to look good because of the size of the table and amount of guests per table, we decide to go ahead and use them anyways, and we are so happy that we decided to. We rented the champagne chargers all tables except the kings table and they really made the table pop, they were so beautiful. We chose the clear chargers with silver rims for our kings table and they enhanced the table to beautifully. The rental process with A Chair Affair was so simple and they were so quick to respond to questions and changes. Highly recommend this vendor to anyone hosting a party in the Orlando area!

I rented chargers for my wedding from A Chair Affair and it was truly a pleasurable experience! Sharon was so quick in getting back to me with options and suggestions and the process was so quick, easy, and the best price I could find! There were so many options. They were beautiful and make such a difference on the tables. I think a lot of brides might not ask about place settings when they book and assume chargers are included, if they aren’t definitely go with A Chair Affair!!

From my first contact with Ann at A Chair Affair through my Daughter's Wedding Day, it was an absolute pleasure working with everyone at A Chair Affair. Love Sharon and the products!

We rented chairs, square tables, and chargers. They all blended well with our décor and vendors. The process was seamless they worked with our venue for drop off and pickup times.

I just recently learn they rent beautiful frames. If these were available during our wedding we would have rented them as well. It beats buying cheap frames to get those of more value for the small amount.

Amazing team, product and service!

From the first email/call to the final set-up and break-down, Carly and her A Chair Affair team were amazing. Carly made herself available every phone call I had with answers to all my questions - even on weekends - was very flexible with changing/updating our proposal based on our wedding day needs leading up to our big day, had staff show up early with extra guys there to help with the room-flip and made sure everything looked great and went smoothly! Highly recommend A Chair Affair as a reliable vendor, with a great team on staff and excellent selection of decor and rental equipment to make your wedding all that and more. Also really need to note that they have all GLASS chargers, a lovely upgrade to your already beautiful day.

Thanks to A Chair Affair, Inc. my wedding reception was absolutely beautiful. We rented many items from them including their mahogany chiavari chairs, chargers, candelabras, and table numbers. All of these items were high quality and made our reception room look phenomenal! Sharon has a great vision for what looks great and it was wonderful to work with her. She was always available to discuss any questions or concerns that I had and she helped us put together our reception decor so that it looked perfect. I recently used A Chair Affair for farm tables, mahogany Chiavari chairs and glassware, and I would highly recommend them. The whole team was incredibly responsive and professional from start to finish, and their prices were very reasonable (I shopped around a bunch). The greatest decision ever made for our wedding!

We extremely appreciate A Chair Affair's professionalism, service, and overall quality. The products are new, shiny, of great quality. We had a DIY backyard wedding, and when looking for event rental, we went for the first ranking retailer - A chair affair. At the appointment, Ann welcomingly received us. We were impressed by the quality of items in stock and immediately decided to rent from them. It was not cheap, but we are 100% sure that it is worthy of the money. On the wedding day, rentals arrived promptly. We found an easel was broken, but they sent a brand new one within 30 minutes. After we put everything together, it was so beautiful and just like a dream coming true, we were greatly impressed. I recommend A Chair Affair to everyone engaged couple - you won't regret.

We rented pews, the white garden arch, and whiskey barrels for our wedding. Everything looked beautiful and we got so many comments about the pews. Anita and Jourdan were great and helpful.
There were a couple hiccups when the crew picked everything up afterward, but we contacted the delivery manager and he was extremely helpful and took care of everything.
Would definitely recommend their beautiful decor items, they totally made the look of our wedding and was worth every dollar we spent.

I am so glad that someone told me that they rented chiavari chairs for their wedding from A Chair Affair. I called them to get information on the chairs and that's all it took. I didn't care to search any further. The salesperson, Anita was so friendly and helpful and so easy to talk with. I rented over 200 silver chiavari chairs with white cushions and they made the room look beautiful. I also rented white tablecloths and several different size tables. It is very nice to get what you need all from the same vendor. The delivery guys were very nice. I could not have been any happier with the prompt delivery, set-up, and pick-up . I am so thrilled we booked with Ann for our chairs for the reception! They were the most beautiful chairs I'd ever seen and the perfect addition to our reception! Just breathtaking. I was able to switch my chair pad color almost last minute with no problems and was so glad I did.Ann herself is the most down to earth, and sweetest woman. Thank you Ann for everything!! =)

Chair Affair delivered absolutely beautiful French Country Chairs that "made" our mediterranean courtyard ceremony and reception. We also rented gorgeous red glass chargers and all flatware, china, and glasses. Everything was perfect. The very best part? JIM! Jim was the man who delivered these items and he was not just professional but a perfectionist and I appreciated his eye for detail. He didn't just dump the chairs and wish me luck. The exact opposite! He took the time to set and space the rows of chairs so that the ceremony space took on the exact vision that I had. He did not have to do that. That's the little extra attention to detail that makes a happy bride! HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHAIR AFFAIR!

What a wonderful company to work with! Ann was extremely helpful throughout my entire planning process and provided me with several great vendor recommendations! Ann was quick to answer any of my questions and I was so pleased with the customer service I received. My wedding reception looked absolutely gorgeous and the gold chivari chairs really made all the difference in the world! Thank you SO much to A Chair Affair for making my wedding so beautiful!! Look no further- they are the BEST!

A Chair Affair did such a fabulous job with my wedding! Everyone was so incredibly helpful through the entire experience. They have so many great resources that they offer you that go far beyond just rentals for your event. Their knowledge of the event industry and expertise is very helpful! Their showroom is a very fun experience to go to and create a vision for your big event and they have so many options! Their staff that delivers and sets up the furniture are all efficient and super accommodating! I would rate them beyond exceptional! So impressed!
