I was so pleased with how my wedding cake turned out, it looked even better than what I hoped. Heather did a wonderful job of turning my idea into my dream cake. The cake was delicious and even my husband who isn’t a fan of cake loved it! -

Beautiful job!
A Bite of Delight did an amazing job on our tiered wedding cake! It was gorgeous and tasted great. The cake came out just as I envisioned and Heather was great to work with. It was so nice to not have to worry about delivery and set up of the cake and everything was done perfect. Highly recommend A Bite of Delight for your wedding cake needs in the Tallahassee area! -

Easiest wedding detail
Heather made our wedding cake the simplest part of our wedding. Once we picked the flavor & design she took it all from there. We didn’t have to worry about the delivery or anything else. We knew Heather had it all under control. Would HIGHLY recommend A Bite of Delight!!! -

Super easy and loved everything!
Heather was super understanding and very easy to reach. We got a tasting box first full of delicious options. We selected our flavors and chose our cake size. A bit later we actually had to make some changes and she was super accommodating. The final product was EXACTLY what I was looking for. Gorgeous design with the most moist chocolate cake I have ever had in my life. It was a hit at the wedding! -

Wedding Cake
Heather was a pleasure to work with. She communicated well and quickly. I sent her some inspo photos for a cake and she took it to the next level. It was also delish!!! We opted for mini desserts instead of a traditional grooms cake (mini red velvet and carrot cake cupcakes and banana pudding shooters) and those were such a big hit. Also delish! I would highly recommend her! -

A Bite of Delight was amazing to work with. I was planning the wedding long distance, and we waited almost until the last minute to decide on a cake. Heather (A Bite of Delight) was quick to respond, flexible, and had a price that was right within our tight budget. We requested a vanilla cake with dulce de leche filling, and she delivered! The dulce de leche was made from scratch, the cake was moist, and all of it was delicious. Our guests raved about how good the cake was. Delivery was seamless, payments were easy to make, and the overall experience was just fantastic. -

I was in a pinch for a beautiful cake within just a couple of weeks before my ceremony (LONG story)--Heather w/ BOD made/delivered 2 beautifully decorated and delicious cakes to my wedding reception on short notice for less than half the price of the baker I had originally picked. She's easy going, and 100% professional to work with. I would choose her again, and recommend her to anyone else planning a wedding reception in the Tallahassee/Crawfordville, FL area. -

Heather made and delivered NINE cakes for my wedding! We have used her for multiple other occasions as well and I’m always more than satisfied as her cakes are not only beautiful but delicious too! I couldn’t recommend her more! -

Heather listened to me and made a beautiful cake for my special day! It was exactly what I wanted - stunning and delicious! All my guests commented on the unique flavor we chose and how moist and scrumptious it was. Her standard of quality is exceptional. -

Heather is always there for my cake needs for various life events! I’ve been a customer for approximately 10 years and have never been disappointed! She makes delicious cakes and makes the process of ordering and picking up super easy and convenient! -

She made rice krispies shaped like Mickey and dipped in chocolate for our wedding. You couldn't really tell it was Mickey shaped, they chocolate barely covered the ears, and then didn't respond in a timely manner when I was placing the order. I have ordered cookies from her before and they were great so I was very surprised. She did give me a half refund for them and was very nice and responsive then. -

When we first connected communication was so so. As we got closer to the day, it became worse. There was a misunderstanding about how many tiers we were wanting so in the end I believe I was overcharged but I was not about to argue with my reception being so close. The day of comes, she delivered, setup, sent a confirmation text. Within an hour after the party started, I get a text showing that the top tier of cake was falling. I immediately tried to reach out to heather and it appeared as though my phone number was blocked. I did not hear from her until sometime Sunday going into Monday. The day after my party. She gave a backhanded apology basically trying to blame the time of the party starting as the reason why the cake fell. However if it was done correctly, the cake would’ve stayed up right whether it was 30 minutes or 3 hours into the party. I was completely embarrassed, my day was ruined and all I got was a refund on the portion that fell. There was no sympathy, no sincere apology, nothing. I was recommended to her by someone who
had nothing but good things to say about her! I was excited but I see I made a poor decision in judgement. The cake was beautiful for what it was but it definitely was not her best work nor what we deserved on our day
