Beautiful simple wedding made easy
My elderly mother surprised us just before leavin 9n vacation to say that she and her long time beau wanted to marry on St. George Island, during our family vacation. I had little hope that we could pull off such a fat with such short notice. We contacted Amanda just two weeks before we were to be in Florida. She guided us in the marriage license process and planning this intimate event was so simple and easy. Thank you for such a lovely ceremony! Tammy was our officiant and we absolutely loved her, she made the nerve-wracking (if you're nervous in front of crowds) process of getting married so much easier. She helped my now husband so much by quietly walking him through everything that was happening before I got to the front, letting him know when to stand with her, when to turn to see me and just being there to help keep him calm. Amanda was great! We decided on a simple exchange of vows at Waverly Pond in Tallahassee. Beautiful setting, but private. Amanda had no problem changing the vows around to include a few biblical quotes I asked for. It was easy, stress free and not expensive. -

Working with Amanda was a dream. Amanda actually was the first vendor we hired when we started wedding planning. It was really important to my husband and me that we felt connected to the person who would be marrying us. Within two minutes of meeting Amanda, I knew she was the right woman for the job. Amanda is passionate about making your ceremony personal and doing a great job. We chose to have her create a custom ceremony and it was so very worth it. Our ceremony was completely personal and joyous, it would not have been so perfect without Amanda. The custom ceremony is delivered in a google docs form and it keeps organization and suggestions very personal and user friendly. Thank you Amanda for such a beautiful day -

Amazing Ceremony Tailored to our Love Story!
We used Amanda Reeves with a Beautiful Wedding as our officiant for our wedding and she exceeded all of our expectations! We filled out a questionnaire so she could learn more about us and our story, then we met in person where we went through our whole ceremony and what all would be included. From there she created a draft and let us review to edit and change what we wanted. She also gave us ideas for our ceremony and we ended up doing a "wine box" ceremony which includes locking a love letter from present day and some wine to open on our 5th wedding anniversary. Amanda is a must have for a stress free day. As our officiant and day of coordinator, she touched base with us regularly in the months leading up to the wedding, and really kicked it into high gear as the day approached. We decided to get a coordinator so that everyone could enjoy the wedding and have a professional take care of the logistics. Amanda did a wonderful job with our ceremony. She was in contact throughout the process, gave us a great ceremony design to work with, incorporated our ideas from the questionnaire, and delivered a beautiful ceremony the day of the wedding. After the wedding, many guests asked is we knew her beforehand because the ceremony was so personalized, and told us how much they enjoyed it. We hired Amanda as our officiant and day of coordinator. Amanda was amazing to work with and was the best investment we made into our wedding day. Seriously, we cannot begin to describe how thankful we were to have her as a part of our team. From our first meeting, Amanda was down to earth and funny and we knew we were in good hands. We booked our wedding at a venue that had recently opened and they weren't always the most responsive or mindful of details. Amanda helped us communicate with them and advocated on our behalf. Thanks to Amanda, our wedding went off without a hitch! She also helped us craft a ceremony that was totally our vibe, partially sentimental, humorous, and a touch religious (for the fam). She also helped us find ways to incorporate our siblings into the ceremony as well. Amanda is organized and detail oriented and helped me think through things that I would not have even thought to think of. On the day of, Amanda had an incredible staff that worked alongside her to set everything up beautifully and they broke it all down at the end of the night. We didn't have to worry about a thing. My wife and I were looking for a wedding officiant that could take the lead in organizing our wedding ceremony. We also wanted someone who was unique, yet experienced (and someone who wouldn't put our wedding guests to sleep with the same old, same old).
Amanda was amazing! She came fully prepared with several different options and styles for our ceremony. She even provided some fun/quirky suggestions that made our guests laugh. She was extremely responsive via phone/email, which was very helpful when we had questions.

If you are looking for an officiant that is flexible and knows her stuff, I would no doubt recommend Amanda Reeves. I am a type A do it yourselfer and she managed to make me feel calm in the moments leading up to the wedding when the smallest things that went wrong or I didn't think of happened. Amanda both officiated and coordinated our wedding a few weeks ago and she did it so effortlessly! At our initial meeting with Amanda, she went over everything that she did (with some reminding of all the work we were cut out for) and it was a no brainer to hire her for both coordinating and officiating. She sent us a link to vows that we were able to piece together and add our own little flare to it and our ceremony was absolutely perfect!!! Amanda was also the best thing to happen to us as far as coordinating our wedding. She went above and beyond throughout the entire process: e-mailing me to check up on my progress of what I should be doing, putting me in touch and keeping in contact with my vendors, and just overall keeping everything on track. We had an on-site walk through so we can run through where I wanted everything set up so that on the day of the wedding we didn't have to worry about a thing. Another amazing thing is my family didn't even have to stress. My mom was able to enjoy the day with my bridesmaids and I without spending the entire day stressing over the reception and ceremony. Amanda also created a timeline of the entire day, including the reception timeline, and coordinating deliveries and pick ups with our vendors. I can't rave enough about Amanda and everything she did for our wedding! Without her, our wedding couldn't have happened as smoothly and stress free as it did!A Beautiful Wedding in Florida's reply:

We chose Amanda for our recent wedding in May of 2016 because she was on our wedding venue's preferred vendor list, while we also heard many great things that all turned out to be true! Even though it was almost a year before our wedding date (since I like to plan ahead!), she met with us to get to know us and explain the process. Amanda also helped us create the perfect ceremony script for us by sending sample scripts and providing recommendations and suggestions through numerous emails that she always responded quickly to. She made it easy for us to either be very involved or have little to no involvement at all in making sure our ceremony would be the perfect fit for us. Fortunately, Amanda also provided us reminders regarding when to obtain our wedding license, attended our rehearsal, and mailed in and checked on the status of our wedding license after the wedding. Amanda was our wedding officiant/coordinator/planner and she was absolutely amazing! I don't even know where to begin. Early on I had a setback with the wedding venue that I had chosen and Amanda suggested a ton of alternative places for me to call. I was panicked because most of the venues were already booked, but I ended up finding the perfect location!
My husband and I also decided to purchase a house during the planning process and Amanda was very flexible with our chaotic schedules! She was always an email, text, or phone call away which was very reassuring. I am a "planner", so I needed someone that was also very organized and on top of things. Amanda was that and so much more!
The day before the wedding, the venue owner called and said that we couldn't set anything up until the morning of the wedding. Amanda called me and we worked out a plan about how we were going to set up the entire wedding in a few hours. She was very reassuring that everything would work out and it definitely did! I couldn't have asked for a better day!

Amanda was the perfect officiant. She made the ceremony an easy process, but such a wonderful and beautiful experience and memory for us. Amanda met with us and sent us a plethora of ceremony examples. We pulled from the examples and crafted a ceremony which we sent to her for refinement. Amanda sent us suggestions on what we wrote, but really helped us make it very personal.
The day of the wedding was seamless. Amanda read our words PERFECTLY, just as I had imagined. The ceremony is probably the highlight of the wedding day, I'll never forget how personal it was and how perfectly Amanda delivered it. Several of our guests commented on the ceremony and how "us" it was - Amanda helped us achieve that.

I'll start by saying having a destination wedding in which you never actually meet your vendors or, officiant for that matter, can be a bit distressing.
Amanda and I never even spoke on the phone, only via email. However, her first email made me feel completely comfortable. She assisted with examples of readings, vows and even entire ceremony outlines! It was SO helpful! When our big day arrived, she came in, as cheerful and professional as one could be, handled our marriage license and proceeded to make our ceremony more awesome than we could have dreamed! It literally was flawless! ! Everyone in both of our families asked where we found her! Amanda Doumanian Reeves was our officiant for the wedding, and my wife and I both feel like we could not have had a better experience. Not only was she willing to help us customize our ceremony, but she freely gave us examples and actively helped us plan for things we had not considered. The most impressive thing about Amanda is how quickly she responded to all of our inquiries and messages, we felt like she really valued our wedding. Our ceremony was flawless, and I think Amanda may have teared up a bit too, or maybe that was just me. She even took care of our marriage license after the ceremony, and on your wedding day you'll definitely be glad there is one less thing to worry about. We wanted a simple, low-key ceremony in a beautiful setting, and Amanda worked with us to create exactly that. She provided sample vows and ceremony scripts to inspire what we ended up writing, which really helped. Having a photographer included saved us a step and a search (we're from out of state). Meeting with Amanda was like speaking with a friend you haven't seen in a long time. She was wonderful. She provided lots of input while still allowing for development of a perfect and personalized ceremony. Having her at the

Amanda was such a wonderful officiant! We could not have asked for a nicer, more professional person for our wedding. Super responsive to every email I ever sent, provided so many vow examples and I had no problem copy/pasting from samples and customizing our own, ran our rehearsal (for a nominal fee), and I hear she even gave my groom a pep talk right before the ceremony when he was super nervous :). The ceremony was really smooth and we were both comfortable and confident in our vows thanks to her. I received several compliments! As we were rushing out she even saw my sticky note reminding myself to mail in our marriage certificate within 10 days and she offered to do it for me!
