Charmaine was the perfect officiant for our Wedding Ceremony
Planning a wedding is a stressful task, but right from the start, Charmaine was a great resource to help us figure out the ceremony portion of the day. She was always very responsive and answered any questions we had. On the day of the wedding, there was an issue where there was not a microphone available for Charmaine to use. We had a pretty small wedding, but still planned to have a microphone available. Charmaine responded to the situation with the highest level of professionalism, and made sure that she was heard. None of our guests were even aware there had been a problem, she was heard clearly by all. Charmaine was completely comfortable with her role in our wedding and executed it perfectly. We couldn’t be happier with her. She helped to make our day special.

Absolutely wonderful experience
We couldn’t have been more pleased with Charmaine as our officiant. Since day 1 she was super responsive to any of our calls, texts or emails. The information she provides was super helpful & we were able to cater our ceremony to fit us perfectly for our beach wedding. We also hired her lovely husband, George, for photography. We had to reach out just days prior to our wedding to check on ability to add video to our services last minute & we were completely accommodated due to groom’s parents having to cancel the trip due to covid. George even had the video links back in our hands in less than 48 hours so we were able to share with them right away. That was priceless.
We highly recommend their services! You will not be disappointed!

Our Special Day on Honeymoon Island in Palm Harbor, Florida

Charmaine and George were the duo that assisted Daniel and I with our vows for our big day. I found them through WeddingWire, and received a response from Charmaine immediately. She laid out the information and prices in a way that was simple and easy to understand. They have vow templates available if you want someone else to take care of your vows for you, which I thought was well written. They let you customize what you want said at your ceremony as well, so we went with a vow template that was slightly adjusted towards the end, and which included a section for us to say some short personal vows to each other as well. George was our officiator for the day and he did such an awesome job. He answered any last minute questions, spoke well for our ceremony, and took care of sending our license information to the courthouse after. Overall, we couldn't ask for a better experience and would recommend them to anyone!

Great option for your upcoming wedding!
My fiancé (now husband) and I are from CT but we were getting married in FL and had no idea who to hire as our officiant. I stumbled across A Beautiful Wedding on wedding wire and noticed that they had great reviews so I reached out. This was the perfect option for us! Charmaine was great at communicating, and answered all of my questions (and there were many!). They offer great add-on services, like Marriage License By Mail which worked out like a dream for us since we're out of state and didn't have any extra time to travel to FL and start the process ourselves. Laurie and Amber were the team that showed up on the day of our ceremony and both were great. Laurie called me twice before the ceremony to confirm details, and also offer some great advice ahead of the big day. My only suggestion for future ceremonies would be to have the officiant use a microphone. Luckily, our wedding was small and intimate so I think everyone was able to hear Laurie, but could see it being an issue for larger ceremonies.

Husband and wife team knocked out of the park
Hello
I cannot recommend this husband and wife team enough. She worked with us along the way, even with two cancels and a rebook at the last minute.
We did the option to have her file the court records so that we did not have to do it, we never had to go to get a license or file it, we were given what we needed. She helped us make our own custom vows, so we did not have to use the same old stuff that most people use.
Her husband did the photo, you could tell he has been doing this for ten plus years. No one can complain about the cost, there fees were so cheap it almost looked like a scam compared to most packages. It was not, they were the real deal. He was funny and we had lots of laughes. The photos came out great.
Thanks to both of them for making our wedding a special day.

We added a sand ceremony and asked to have some fabric added to the pergola for decoration. They provided a PA system and played ceremony music. Beyond Expectations
I am certainly no romantic, but with that said, I wanted to do something special for my wife as we just celebrated our 20 year anniversary. I searched the web for a vow renewal company and found A Beautiful Wedding in Florida. I cannot convey just how satisfied I am with this company from start to finish. Charmaine, Ardyth, and George were all very professional and personable. Ardyth, as the officiator of the vow renewal process, brought my wife and kids to tears with her beautiful words. George, the photographer, was amazing (and funny). He made the entire experience so much fun! The cost is extremely reasonable for everything we received. We did the sand ceremony so that the kids could be involved and the glass container we were given lasted without getting the sand mixed up all the way back to SLC Utah! Thanks again Charmaine for coordinating the event. 5 star rating in every way!

Great and Easy to work with
We decided we wanted to have a small ceremony versus a large wedding. We looked at several different beach wedding options and A Beautiful Wedding in Florida offered the most bang for the buck. We didn't need or want all the extra ceremony items or options included with other places. Charmaine was very responsive and easy to work with. She offered many options on ceremony types and allowed us to personalize it to fit what we were looking for. She even ordered my flowers for me when I couldn't find the time to do so and they were beautiful! The day of the ceremony it could not have gone smoother. We had a package that included photography from George. He was a pleasure to work with. The ceremony was set up on time and everything went off without a hitch! I think they even pulled some strings with the big guy upstairs because it had rained every day for two weeks yet on our day it didn't rain at all!

Charmaine was a wonderful officiant for our wedding! She was very fast at responding to our questions, super knowledgeable with questions related to obtaining our marriage license and certificate, and willing to help with any of the steps. As we worked through what our ceremony readings would look like, she asked great clarifying questions to make sure we had everything right. On the day of, she spoke clearly and beautifully. She was even prepped to step aside after saying "I now pronounce you..." so that we could get a great shot of just my husband and I. Charmaine was lovely and we would highly recommend her!

Rain sleek or snow the show must go on and it did Charmaine and George did a phenomenal job with me and my wife’s wedding. Our wedding was yesterday Dec 9th and despite the crazy weather on Anna Maria Island it turned out to be awesome and unexpected. Very friendly like one of the family and very professional would definitely recommend for anybody wanting to get married or take pictures. Charmaine was PROFESSIONAL, POLITE AND exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend her. She not only married my husband and I but also I rented an Arch from her for my beach ceremony which her husband came and set up beautifully and honestly it looked way better than the photos. also I purchased my bouquet and two boutonnieres from her and they were absolutely beautiful. She has a beautiful way with words when she speaks and she gives subtle directions to help choreograph the event as it was taking place. She also brought a Just Married sign for us to hold and take pictures with our photographer with which I was not expecting and it was a beautiful peace to our ceremony that I didn't think of. I was more than happy with her services and I appreciated her taking my marriage license to town hall for us so we didn't have to worry about that the day after our wedding.

Then we arrived at the beach for our ceremony and WOW !!! We got married at SandKey Park on the beach and the day of the wedding it rained the whole day until literally minutes before our ceremony. Charmaine and her husband worked feverishly taking down and putting up the chairs and tables for our beach ceremony due to the rain. With not a moment to spare, they had it all done and made it look effortless. They really have a passion for what they do and it's evident in their work.

I searched the Internet for someone who could do a vow renewal for our 25th wedding anniversary while myself and my family visited Florida from the UK.
I am so pleased I found Charmaine, she has been so helpful friendly and professional right from the start. Nothing was too much trouble and she replied to everyone email I sent her and there was quite a few.
Our vow renewal took place at sunset on sand key park beach. Absolutely stunning surroundings and Charmaine and George the photographer were both lovely.
We took out a sand ceremony package with 100 photos and rose petals heart in the sand. So far we have just received our sample photos and they are gorgeous. Definitely worth the money and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We came down to florida from Chicago wanting a small ceremony on the beach. Charmaine was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. She picked the spot and we met her there the day of the ceremony. She picked a beautiful spot and the ceremony was everything we were hoping for and more. Now that everything has calmed down after the most beautiful dream wedding, Tim and I would like to share our heartfelt "thank you" to you. I was seriously a nervous and an emotional wreck. Your sweet, warm and lovely voice had calmed me down tremendously and you have done such a wonderful job guiding us through the ceremony.
