Robin and Mark at A Barn ensured we could have our dream wedding. They left no stone unturned to accommodate our personal preferences. Everything felt truly customized and perfect! I highly recommend considering this venue for your special day. Robin made us feel like family and was very laid back and easy to work with. I knew we were in good hands from the moment I met them. The team made the whole process smooth. The rustic barn fit our imagination of our “barn wedding” perfectly. 10/10 rating from us :) -

We got married at A Barn on October 4th, and it was everything we dreamed of and more. The venue is absolutely beautiful - the perfect rustic fairytale setting. Between the charming indoor barn, the lovely patio, the open grassy area, and the peaceful pond out back, every part of the property made for stunning photos and an amazing atmosphere.
Robin and Mark Walton were incredible to work with from start to finish. Robin was so thorough, organized, and supportive throughout the entire planning process, and she made sure every detail on the wedding day ran smoothly. You could tell she genuinely cared about making our day perfect. Mark was hard at work behind the scenes keeping everything running seamlessly - they make such a great team.
They coordinated wonderfully with all our vendors, handled every detail flawlessly, and made it so easy for us to just enjoy the day. Our guests couldn't stop raving about how gorgeous the venue was and how smoothly everything flowed. We heard over and over that it was one of the best weddings people have ever attended.
If you are looking for a breathtaking rustic venue with owners who truly care and go above and beyond, A Barn with Robin and Mark is the perfect choice. They helped us create the most unforgettable day of our lives! -

A Barn could not have exceeded our expectations more. This enchanting venue tucked away in the woods of Maine allowed us to create a truly storybook wedding. The barn itself is gorgeous, with rustic beams, beautiful lights, and a perfect canvas for whatever your vision is. From the barn, you step out into a stunning open field ringed by trees with a beautiful pond, making it the idyllic place for your ceremony. There were also several excellent secluded spots where we could do our first look, and as far as logistics there is more parking than you will know what to do with. Robin helped to guide us through every step of wedding planning, taking a seemingly impossible task and making it feel achievable, less stressful, and from the beginning we could feel that she was excited for us to create a wedding with our own personal flair. She delighted in the choices we made, and supported us with everything we needed, big or small, far above and beyond what we ever could have expected. On the day of, the A Barn's coordination with vendors was impeccable, many of which had worked with this venue before, and the day went off without a hitch or a worry on our end.
If this venue is available on a date that you are considering your wedding, booking it will be the best choice you make. This is a beautiful venue, and while there are may be many of those, Robin and her husband Mark are truly good and kind people, and those are a much rarer find.

Choosing A Barn as our venue felt so right from the second we walked on the property! From day one, Robin was so helpful in making sure everything went smoothly and she was always so responsive. On the wedding day, Robin was the go-to for all vendors, decor and scheduling to make sure everything was just as we wanted it! Our guests couldn’t compliment the venue enough. And the cherry on top was the stunning views and foliage on our perfect fall day! We would recommend A Barn over and over again - it’s truly the best venue! -

The Best Barn Wedding
My husband and I got married at A Barn.
From the moment I met Robin, I KNEW I was in the right place. She was so welcoming and so helpful! She had a list of vendors that were local, and she gave us recommendations based on meeting with us and was SPOT ON. We adored our caterer (Pig Kahuna), loved our DJ (Mike, the Wicked Good DJ), and TNT bartending was stellar!
Robin was spectacular as our day-of-coordinator as well! She checked in on me during prep, checked in and made sure I ate in between photos. Robin was seriously the BEST! I was so nervous about planning, but with her, everything fell into place perfectly!
The Barn itself was lovely! Rustic and chic- I loved the lighting and the white drapery. The patio was fantastic, and the scenery for the wedding was just gorgeous. A lovely lawn, and a pond just behind us, with a lush little forest too. Seriously I couldn’t imagine a better place to get married! -

Leading up to the wedding, Robin went above and beyond not only as a host but as a friend. Robin and Mark were incredible to work with. A BARN is a beautiful venue situated in a quiet area. Robin was with us from the beginning to answer questions we had, offer advice, and execute the day of our dreams.it wound up raining the day of our wedding and Robin and Mark were able to effortlessly transition to an inside event. We received many compliments on how beautiful the venue was and how smoothly the day ran, all thanks to Robin and Mark! We could not recommend them more! -

A Barn was the first and ONLY venue my now husband and I visited. When searching for venues we came across A Barn and there was something about it we loved just from the photos!
We went to visit and not only did we fall in love with A Barn itself but Mark and Robin as well!
Robin was so helpful with recommending other vendors and overall a great resource through the planning process! She was always very responsive, kind, honest, and thoughtful.
On the rehearsal and actual wedding day, Robin and Mark as well as the vendors we had worked extremely well and the whole day went so smoothly!
We do not have enough words to say how much we LOVED working with Mark and Robin and having our extremely special day at A Barn!
We would one thousand times over recommend! -

EXCEPTIONAL! We couldn't have asked for a better experience than the beautiful day we were able to celebrate at A Barn. The venue it self is rustic/elegant barn with immaculate grounds and gardens wrapping around. Our meetings in advance with the owners, Mark & Robin, to prepare for our big day made all of the difference. They made the planning and prep process stress free and our wedding went seamlessly. If you are looking for a gorgeous venue to host your wedding we highly recommend, A Barn! -

Amazing Venue
We had our daughter’s wedding at A Barn in September 2019. As soon as we toured the venue and met the owners, we knew it was the perfect place. Our guest still talk about how beautiful the barn, stone patio, and outside grounds were. It was truly a magical summer evening that we will always remember! -

Fantastic wedding venue!
We got married here in October of 2019. This venue came recommended to us and were definitely glad we chose this place! Robin was so wonderful to work with and then venue was absolutely gorgeous. Robin was able to answer any questions we had almost immediately. She made everything so easy for us, especially because we were planning a wedding from another state. When the big day came, it couldn’t have gone any smoother. It was perfect. I would recommend this venue for anyone looking to get married or have any kind of party. Fantastic! -

Not only are the grounds beautiful, but Robin is so very flexible and helpful, especially during this pandemic and the changing of our plans. She offers to help in any way she can, and understands that the big day is a once in a lifetime event, and helps make your dreams come true. I cannot imagine getting married anywhere else! -

Kendra Sent on 07/22/2018I cannot speak highly enough of Robin and Mark at A-Barn. Robin was so organized and helpful in the months leading up to the wedding, and suggested tons of tips and tricks that only come from experience. As our day of coordinator Robin offered skilled direction, seamless transitions, and kept constant communication about the flow with my Maid of Honor the entire day while Mark worked behind the scenes to tackle all of the crucial tasks like opening the barn doors and maintaining the fire pits. They are sincerely wonderful people that made us feel completely at home throughout the entire process.
The barn itself is quintessential Maine, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Easy to find and plenty of parking for guests. A new stone patio was finished just in time for our wedding in June and was a pristine space for guests to relax. They have a large yard complete with a scenic pond which was perfect for yard games and letting the kids in attendance run around. And the bridal suite was a homey hideaway for both pre-ceremony and to sneak away from the hectic reception. A great selection of yard games and rustic decor are also included with the space, which saved us a lot in rentals.
I would highly recommend A Barn for any occasion! -
