We hosted a wedding weekend in Charlottesville where the majority of our guests were out of town. We used A&A’s bus services for a winery tour and for transporting our guests between Downtown Charlottesville to Afton for the wedding. My husband and I were both very happy with the communication and professionalism of A&A throughout the booking process and everyone was very happy with the friendly and punctual transportation provided for the wedding weekend. Highly recommend based on quality of service and value! -

Is great to deal with. The buses were on time, the drivers courteous and their fleet of party buses and shuttles were clean and comfortable! We had 3 different shuttle runs- bridal party and 2 guest buses- guests arrived on time and I’m comfort! So glad we used A and A ! -
User1175813 Sent on 05/27/2013Awesome company!!! They were not on my preferred vendor list from my wedding venue but boy am I happy I found them! Prices were extremely reasonable and the responsiveness I received was better than any company I worked with! They even took routes to drop off people that were not in the schedule. Oh AND we left an entire case of wine in one of the limos and there was no way we could pick it up as we had already left Charlottesville so we asked them to give it to our caterer! They were more than happy to do so!

A&A Limo made things very easy for us during our wedding. We booked well in advance, and after our initial conversation they were pretty much set-and-forget. You have to worry about approximately 500 different things during your wedding day, and we didn't have to give a second thought to transportation. He arrived on time with the minibus we booked and did the loop without a hitch. The minibus was clean and comfortable, and he even put up with our post-wedding singing (without complaint)! We received zero complaints about transport. We would have liked to have one more confirmation contact in the week of the wedding, but our coordinator ended up getting in contact and confirming. Besides that tiny critique, A&A was fantastic for our wedding! -

Jennifer Sent on 12/13/2016A&A Limousine was extremely easy to work with from beginning to end, accommodating all of our transportation needs. Wedding guests were transported to and from our venue in a safe and timely manner from multiple hotel locations. We did have an unforeseen issue with the bridal party shuttle bus due to a mechanical malfunction which set us back getting to the venue. However, A&A was prompt on solving the issue and sending out another bus to transport everyone as quickly as possible. Overall, services from A&A were professional and reliable. -

Jacqueline Sent on 07/02/2013A & A was very flexible and easy to work with. The limo was gorgeous and clean and the driver was polite. My only complaint was the limo had a strange high pitched humming noise, it seemed to be connected to the A/C - which was needed since it was a hot day. Overall, we were satisfied with their services. -
User2590157 Sent on 04/27/2016All we needed was a shuttle to get to/from the ceremony site to our photo site. Emailed a couple of times to confirm and asking to go over timeline, set up a call but when it happened they hadn't look at it (timeline). Quick review on their part confirmed it was reasonable, which I specifically stressed checking because I figured it'd be tight.
Arrived on time, polite, clean and as billed. First trip (supposed to take multiple) noticed it took 2+ times as long as I'd budgeted (as a native, knowing traffic). Lo and behold shuttle couldn't go a direct route because of it's size, and noone had realized/accounted for that. Panicking because people were told to arrive in allotments at the pickup, family had to scramble to get ready faster and still lost a large amount of time for photos.
Was one of the lower prices in area, and for that was great. Disappointing, however, to have stressed concerns about timing and not gotten feedback when the shuttle driver seemed to have known when picking us up (as he must've since he's also local) that it was too large to take the direct route under a bridge. -

Kayla Sent on 07/28/2017We booked A&A for our recent (July 2017) wedding. We hired them to transport our 55+ out-of-town guests to our wedding outside of Charlottesville. From the beginning, we struggled to have clear communication with A&A's employees. Most of our emails and phone calls required follow-ups to get a clear response from A&A. We wanted to save a few hundred bucks from local competitors, so we put up with it. The day of, on our 90 degree wedding day, they dropped our guests off at the wrong location at our venue. This made the ceremony start late and kept other guests who arrived on time waiting. Then comes the worst part! On the drive home, the bus driver took a wrong turn and guests were lost in the middle of the country with no GPS service. Thankfully, one of our local guests was able to direct the bus back to the hotel. When we pay $1,000+ for a service, we expect them to deliver. Unfortunately, A&A was our biggest vendor let-down. Should've spent the extra few hundred bucks to give our guests a more enjoyable ride!
