  Easy to work with, added large items at the last minute, friendly setup staff, willing to rearrange some things. Best value I found for a nice restroom trailer with AC for outdoor wedding.

  Great prices, and they even arrived early enough for us to set up chairs and tables in the back yard the day before our wedding! Great service.

  I have worked with A-One several times for various events, my wedding being the most important to me. They have always been helpful, on time, flexible, kind, and have great products to rent. I would highly recommend them for any event rental!

  I am the groom and my wife and I just got married last week. We used A-1 for our wedding. My wife and friends planned the whole thing. My only part besides being at the alter on time was coordinating the setup operation. I am the last to be on a wedding site, but my wife asked me to write a comment on our experience with A-1 after she saw a couple of reviews for them.
  
  They were fantastic. There must be "more" to the other scathing reviews. Everything was as planned, promised and delivered. We couldn't be happier. My wife said she chose A-1 based on this website and a couple of other sites. Just my two cents worth. I highly recommend them.

  I got married June 19th and could not have been more blessed to have found A-1 Tent Rentals! They provided me with my dishes, linens and tables for my wedding reception. Everything was delivered to the venue on time and in perfect condition. I highly recommend A-1 Tent Rentals for all your event needs!

  A-1 had a good selection of chairs for rent.We needed something that was comfortable and would go well with our chair covers.A-1 helped us with everything and where professional all through the end.

  We got married the weekend of Atlanta's flood 2009. Two days before the wedding I contacted Cathie at A-1. She was able to give us a huge tent for $700 less than another company had quoted us! I faxed credit card information and didn't have to think about the tent again!

  Everyone was so nice and accommidating! Even when I messed up the delivery address, they were polite and professional and still got everything set up on time. I rented a tent, tables and chairs for my backyard wedding. They had package deals that included everything I needed, including linens, that saved me a lot of money.

  We waited until two weeks before the wedding to set up rentals, but A-1 handled it perfectly. They let us make changes up to a couple days before. Prices were less than or on-par with other companies in the area. Delivery was prompt and set-up went quickly and smoothly. They were also one of the only places we found with outdoor dance floors that don't require a tent or sub-flooring. Though they will deliver on Saturday mornings they don't pick up on Sundays (nor did anyone else we spoke to). Pick up was completed Monday morning without a problem, but this could be an issue for some reception sites. Make sure to discuss this with your site prior to ordering.

  well, we needed a tent in case it rained, it didnt so we used over the dance floor with some lights on it, was there on time! it was cute!

  These guys are amazing. They helped us pick the best size tent for the amount of people that we were expecting and even helped with some color choices. They were there on time and set up was done quickly. They even rent bathrooms which was really good for my reception since it was an outdoor event.

  We really enjoyed working with A-1 they have an amazing way of dealing with costumers.Their tents where also very valuable to us for our wedding.They do the whole planning process and set up.Best of all they worked with our budget.

  Renting a tent was a last minute thing but were glad that A-1 was able to provide us with one.It gave a good amount of shade in some of our outdoor areas.They do a good job with delivery and have a professional staff.

  We had some trouble with the company switching the tent size because they had another couple who wanted the size we had. They offered to give it to us for no additional charge which would've been wonderful, except that it wouldn't fit our space. They accidently changed it on our quote which caused some unnecessary stress for me (bride). The tent was a tent and all the chairs and tables made it. The lighting inside the tent seemed like they just placed it around and it wasn't explained to us that the covers for the sticks would be an extra charge. They also left some ugly tubs randomly holding down the tent. Apart from that, the tent still looked gorgeous night of wedding and with some tweaking, we managed to cover up all the ugly areas. Just because they made it on time and set up was pretty quick, im still recommending them because you cant beat the prices and the guys that were setting up were kind of cool.

  They gave me great prices and service. They delivered everything on time and set up everything for me. I had already left for my honeymoon when they came to pick up everything, so I had my Dad meet them at my house, and by the time he got there, they were almost done! There were a few broken chairs, but nothing major. Everything looked great!

  I feel that rentals should be picked up maybe two or three days before and not just the day before due to all of the things a groom and bride have to do. But the back drop and light were amazing.

  They delivered my tables and chairs to my home rather than the venue. They seemed unorganized and a little unproffessional. However, all problems were promptly fixed and the cost wasn't bad. I would recommend early delivery. Had I not had early delivery, it could have been disaster.

  These people are inflexible, rude, obnoxious, and condescending. Never again for any event ever and my site coordinator says the same thing.

  Do NOT rent from this company! We rented a power breezer for our wedding and not only did we have to call them several times to get a delivery time, but they wanted to drop it 4 days early and make it our responsibility to make sure it wasn't damaged. They couldn't give us a pick up time and refused to call the venue to tell them when they'd be dropping it off. When we arrived, there were no instructions and it was blowing out warm air. If you think the power breezer is going to cool like their website claims, you will be sadly disappointed. We had to spend 300 more in fans to cool the venue down since the power breezer was no more than a giant box fan. When we called to report that it didn't work, they claimed that's never happened before and that it worked for the next rental. We had to follow up several days in a row as promised call backs never occurred. Customer service is very poor and they do not put the customer first. Save your money and rent from somewhere else!
