Highly Recommend A-1 Mr. Limo for Wedding Transportation!
We used A-1 Mr. Limo for our wedding transportation and had a great experience. Booking was super easy, and they were very responsive over the phone. The Gatsby limo was perfect for our bridal party of 15. Our driver went above and beyond—he messaged us two days before the wedding to check in and was incredibly accommodating on the day of. As my wife and I were hustling to get family pictures after the ceremony, he was waiting right outside with two waters for us, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!

I hired A-1 Mr Limo for my April 2023 wedding and I am so glad that I did! I had used this company in the past for an event and knew I had to use them for my wedding. I worked with Cathy to book our party bus and she was very communicative! She responded to emails very quickly and always answered any questions we had. Harry was our driver and he was fantastic! The whole team at A-1 Mr Limo is amazing, I will never use another limo service!

Top notch across the board. Used A1 to rent a shuttle bus for our wedding. They were great to work with, the process was super smooth. The day of the wedding went off perfectly. Driver communicated with us and was very timely in getting guests to and from the venue/hotel. I would highly recommend A1 to anyone in need of transportation for a wedding or any other event.

From beginning to end our experience with A-1 Mr. Limo was perfect! They were prompt and polite when speaking with them about the quote, contract, and any questions we had. Customer service was top notch. Our driver John was phenomenal! He was flexible on the spot and had a fun personality. With a November wedding, it rained and snowed, but John never missed a beat following us out of the bus with an umbrella and opening doors. It is that type of unexpected care that left us feeling so grateful for picking such a wonderful company!

Great service all around from the very beginning! Cathy helped us with the times and details and was wonderful with any changes that came up along the way. The limo van was spotless, comfortable and exactly what we wanted. Our driver, Ms. Christine, was absolutely lovely! She played good music and was an excellent driver. I felt very safe with her, even in weekend, downtown Cleveland traffic! She kept her cool when the hotel had a valet issue and was blocking the entire street, she made sure to keep us safe and do her best to get our guests to where they needed to be in a timely manner. Absolutely won’t book with another transportation company for anything else we need!

Absolute professionals, amazing service
I chose A-1 Mr. Limo for my wedding, and it was one of the best choices I made. No request was too big or too small for our driver, Reese, who I basically would have trusted with my life. He was professional and courteous, making sure we were all comfortable, informed, and had proper assistance in and out of the vehicle. If we told him we needed to get somewhere, he got us there, early, and as close as possible for minimal walking. He even took a detour at a CVS for us so a bridesmaid could get some eyelash glue! He made my day so special, and so much easier.

Impressive customer service!
The entire A-1 team was incredible to work with! From great customer service during the initial set-up to drivers who truly cared about our experience, it felt like we were working with family. The Mrs Trolley was the perfect transportation/photo shoot spot for our bridal party and the hotel shuttle was comfortable and reliable for our guests. We’d recommend A-1 to anyone looking for wedding day transportation!

I knew that A-1 Mr. Limo had a fantastic reputation for wedding transportation. I knew immediately while planning our wedding that we would want A-1 to provide transportation for our bridal party on our wedding day. From the beginning, the team at A-1 were the best, especially during the uncertainty of planning a wedding during COVID. The party bus (The Gatsby) was clean and top of the line. Tom was our driver and he is EXCELLENT. Tom was so kind to our bridal party and was very professional. Tom, thank you so much for making our wedding day special!!

Hands down, THE best
A-1 Mr. Limo was nothing but wonderful! They were very friendly and easily the best option for our bachelorette party. Our driver, Katie, made the night A BLAST. She was so fun & friendly. She even gave us ideas as to where to go and stopped at places we wouldn’t have thought of. She also hopped out and played photographer for us. The bus was in great condition (much better than Lake Erie Limo), we didn’t have a single issue. As things got crazier, Katie kept us safe and kept the bus clean for us all night long. We’ve all agreed that we will be renting a party bus with them again in the future for a fun night out. And with Katie’s recommendation, we are taking our first trip on Lolly the Trolley this holiday season. It’s safe to say all 12 of us from that night would HIGHLY recommend this company.

Trolley fun!
My husband and I were supposed to be married May 9th, but had to postpone due to COVID-19 to July 25th. We had a large bridal party (10/side). We were also inviting some SOs with us, so we were at the very top of the capacity for the large buses.
We were originally booked in the Apollo, which was unavailable for July so we chose Mr. Trolley. They were very responsive and prompt during everything. Before we sent in our balance payment I checked and Mrs. Trolley and the Apollo were available. I am soooo glad we went with Mrs. Trolley, which had half bench seating and half school bus type seats. It was really cool having something different from the typical party bus. Mrs. Trolley was bright and spacious and our party loved it! I flip flopped the decision of which bus to have and I'm sure I annoyed them haha, but they never made it feel like I was and were amazing!
Our chauffer Larry was very attentive, always made sure the bridesmaids were off safe and myself with my dress. He called me the night before to make sure he had all the information and we had everything we need.

We were so happy we went with A-1 for our shuttle service. We weren't originally going to do shuttles between the hotel and the venue but after seeing the price, it was absolutely worth it! They contacted us several times before the wedding to make sure everything was set up. They were always on time and stayed a little late for one last run of guests. They even came up with the idea to shuttle older guests to the parking lot for the venue since it was a 5 min walk away. They were so friendly and great to work with. I'd recommend them every time for a wedding.

Fantastic Wedding Vehicles!
We rented three vehicles for our November wedding through A1 Mr. Limo, and we were very pleased with our choice. From the beginning, A1 Mr. Limo made every part of the process easy and worry-free. Carmen was excellent to work with in booking the vehicles, answered any and all questions that we had, and worked with us extensively to find the appropriate vehicles at the best price to accommodate our event. Even when we had a very last minute need to reserve an additional vehicle, Carmen made it happen without issue. On our wedding day, all three of the vehicles that we rented through A1 Mr. Limo showed up on time, were exactly what we had reserved, and were in great condition. The vehicle drivers were also excellent -- even going the extra mile to assist the bride (and her relatively large dress!) in comfortably making it in and out of the vehicle without issue. You will not regret using A1 Mr. Limo for your wedding transportation needs.

Reliable, safe, and went out of their way!
We were SO impressed with A-1 Mr. Limo from start to finish. Being able to look at the options in person, get up front pricing, and have help determining our needs was an unexpected plus. On our wedding day, driver Dave S. was incredible. He contacted us prior to our wedding to see if we needed anything. On the day itself he was timely, efficient, and went out of his way to take care of us. It was a wet wintry day and he was right there with umbrellas and always ready to help us on and off the bus and into the church/venue. After our ceremony Dave even came by with waters- we couldn't believe how thoughtful he was with every detail. The day is so chaotic but Dave was calm, kind, and transported us safely. The groom left his cell phone on the bus and Dave turned back around and got it to us with a smile. The limo bus itself was beautiful, clean, and prepared for our transport. We recommend A-1 limo to ANYONE and look forward to using their services again for future events.

We were so nervous about shuttling 160 people from the downtown Cleveland hotel out to Manakiki in Willoughby for our ceremony and reception, but A-1 Mr. Limo made it happen with ease! First, the planning team was incredibly helpful, especially when thinking through the timeline for the day and brainstorming ways to accommodate the different groups of guests and wedding party members. Second, the drivers were on-time, organized and courteous. Third, the buses were clean and worked great! I highly recommend A-1 Mr. Limo!

We went through A-1 Mr. Limo for our wedding and got a bus for our bridal party. James was our driver and he was absolutely amazing! He took us anywhere we wanted and was so nice and friendly. I had to wait on the bus by myself before walking down the aisle for my wedding and James came in the back to talk to me and help calm my nerves before walking down the aisle. He is the nicest guy and we could not have asked for a better driver! The Limo was clean and spacious, very accommodating for our group. James went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need. There was also a special container with vases and water to keep our bouquets fresh from the ceremony to all of our picture locations! I would highly recommend going through A-1 Limo and asking for James! If we ever need a limo again in the future, I will definitely be going through them again! They helped make our special day run smoothly through all the chaotic running around! Highly recommend!

Their company comes with a glowing reputation and outstanding service and longevity in the Cleveland area. Every wedding professional knows A-1… when we’d tell people who we chose for our limo service, they would smile and nod knowingly. Their fleet is always kept up to date, very clean, and state of the art. Every single person you interact with at A-1 Mr Limo is a true professional- friendly and focused and working hard to make sure all of the details are covered. We worked with Carmen and he was great. He was so patient and made sure he answered any questions I had.
When wedding day came, our driver (Dave)showed up early and got started loading the coach (The Gatsby 2) and coordinating with our photographer. I spoke to Dave on the phone a few days prior and we covered all the details as well. I can’t even begin to thank him enough for being so exceptionally thoughtful and helpful. Here are a couple amazing things Dave did to make our day easy:
*When we came out of the church, he was waiting outside with a cup of water for each of us. He congratulated us and helped us scurry back inside
*Each time the bridesmaids headed back to the bus, he was waiting to take our bouquets and store them safely while we rode to the next destination.
* We were taking photos on some questionable railroad tracks and Dave was there to help me walk down- even though there were photographers, videographers, and my husband there… he wanted to make sure we got down safely.
The price for the limo was a steal. I don’t know the details, but our best man also used them for the bachelor party and they were very happy. I highly recommend A-1 Mr Limo for any transportation needs

I would absolutely recommend A1 Mr. Limo! They were fantastic to work with and made transportation the day of our wedding completely stress-free. We coordinated multiple vehicles (one on Friday, one on Saturday morning, two Saturday evening, AND the wedding party bus) and we didn't have a single issue with any of the vehicles. Every single driver was on time, friendly, pleasant and kind. I worked with Carmen to schedule the many routes/pick-ups and it was executed flawlessly. Carmen was extremely patient and helped me meet all of the transportation needs we had. All of the vehicles were clean and well maintained. We had such a great experience using A-1 Mr. Limo. From the office staff making us feel very comfortable and answering all of my questions down to the checking in with us a week before and finally the day of experience was seamless and smooth. Our driver was courteous and made sure we had the best experience. In my being caught up in the day, I don't remember her name (sorry!). However, I do remember the experience. Our driver made sure that we were able to do all of the shots we wanted and that we were on time. Even with wanting to take pictures downtown, especially on an Indian's game day, we were able to get done everything we wanted. The Mercedes Limo Coach was clean, well taken care of, and easy to get in and out of. They provided ice and glasses to enjoy our champagne. The pricing was reasonable and they were very reliable! We would use them again.

A-1 was a little out of my budget compared to other limo companies I checked with, but the only reason I hired them without question is because I received a personal phone call from Carmen in the office after I had sent an email inquiry. He even chatted with me for a while before even addressing my service needs. He truly seemed interested in my wedding events and talking to me in general. Every other company just sent an automated message or email response. It was so nice to have that personal touch that I didn't mind spending the extra money to go with a company that had excellent customer service. Speaking of which - huge shoutout to Bob, our driver who was professional and courteous, and made our Trolley ride so much fun. What a great guy! Thank you for everything, Mr. Limo!

I can't say enough about A-1 Mr Limo. Our September 8th wedding had a few logistical challenges with timelines and driveway restrictions and after calling over 15 local transportation companies, A-1 Mr Limo was the only company that I felt confident in booking. We couldn't be happier with our decision. Lelia and Cathy worked so hard making sure that every aspect of our booking process was perfect. The vehicles were so nice and Mark and Ray were two of the most professional drivers I have ever had! They took such great care of us!!! Both of them went above and beyond for the bridal party and guests! I highly recommend A-1 Mr Limo and I know for sure that we will be using them a lot more in the future. A1 Mr Limo was simply a breeze and a delight to deal with. We had serious fun on the Trolley we rented and our driver Mark was excellent and had excellent skills in driving the trolley. He was not just on time but early, extremely helpful, volunteering for jobs that wasn't necessarily his job to do and even offered me the bride some calming words! We used A-1 Mr. Limo for our wedding day after our original limo bus company cancelled thirty days before and left us in a tough spot. Honestly, I am so glad it worked out the way it did and that we had the pleasure of working with A-1! They were so much better than we could have hoped for! Cathy (in the office) was great and extremely easy to work with. We explained our issue, thinking it would be impossible to find a replacement bus thirty days before a holiday weekend. To our surprise, they had one vehicle left... It hadn’t been booked yet because it was just added to the fleet. Cathy made the booking process quick and painless and provided us with a detailed itinerary ahead of time to make sure everyone was on the same page. A-1 even provided their “Just Married” sign for the bus. One less detail for us to think about! She really got us out of our jam quickly, and we are so appreciative of that!
Our limo bus was the "Ultra” and it was perfect! It looked like it had just come out of the showroom. The bluetooth sound system worked well, the A/C was cold, and the party lights were sweet! There was plenty of space for the entire bridal party, our bags and coolers, AND even our two photographers and their equipment. Our driver was Ray, and I can’t say enough about him! He arrived early and loaded up our bags and coolers before I even had time to think about it. He was flexible, professional, and willing to help out with whatever we needed. He helped me get on and off the bus at every stop and would help with my dress and train! He cleaned up at each of our photo stops and even carried extra equipment around for our photographers. At the end of the day, he got us back on time and helped us unload everything so that we could get inside to the reception quickly. We could not be happier with the team at A-1 Mr. Limo!

We went to choose a limo and one of the chauffeurs greeted us and helped us make a decision. We liked him so much we requested him for the wedding day! A few days before, Mark texted me and made sure I had everything I needed and was taken care of. He made last minute suggestions, and confirmed times and locations with me. When he picked us up, he put us all at ease. He was so kind, charming, and funny! When we got to the church, it had started sprinkling outside, so he told my bridesmaids to go inside so they didn't get wet, while he helped me out and carried my train so it didn't get dirty. Once inside, he brought us all bottles of water and kept checking on us to ensure we were ok. When we were about to walk down the aisle, he guarded the door so my fiance wouldn't see me too soon, fixed my train so it lay flat on the ground, and gave me a pep talk to keep the nerves at bay. After the wedding, he drove us to the beach for pictures. My bouquet was a cascading bouquet, so it was very heavy. He cradled it like a baby in between pictures when I didn't need it, and when my feet started to hurt, he ran back to the limo to get my other change of shoes! He was always ready with more water when we needed it, and helped us with literally everything! Unfortunately, the park was supposed to have cleaned the sidewalks that morning because there is a duck pond there, but they did not. There was goose poop EVERYWHERE. I was a little upset because I didn't want poop on my wedding dress, but Mark came to the rescue! He was kicking poop out of the way and picking some up with napkins! We told him not to worry about it, but he insisted! That amazed me! We knew he had an event to get to after ours, but never once did we feel rushed! Mark is absolutely fantastic, and I would recommend this company to anyone! The ladies at the desk even referred us to the awesome company that helped us plan our honeymoon! Probably one of the best vendors we had!!!

The morning of the wedding, I realized I had undershot the amount of time I needed from the limo service. I called our driver, Vince, and he was so accommodating to our needs and graciously came 15 minutes earlier than expected to ensure we had enough time. When we needed him to go somewhere new, he was more than willing to oblige and got us there safely and efficiently. We met A-1 Mr. Limo at a wedding event at the Great Lakes Mall. We were able to walk through their limo bus and eventually set up appointments to see the rest of their fleet. We selected a limo bus for 18-22 people and we ended up having 20. It was a bit of a snug fit, but it was so much fun. The driver was safe, professional, and cleaned the bus for us during stops. He was always on time and we never had to worry about where he was. We were able to have alcohol on the bus and even brought catering on board. We hooked up our iPod in the back to play our music, too. They were even able to give us a discount for paying up front in cash.

I will definitely call A-1 for any other time we need a party bus. Larry was our driver and he was Fantastic. He called the Thursday before to solidify everything, which was nice. I wasn't expecting that much detail, to be honest! Then, it was raining the day of, and Larry would not let us (the Bride and bridesmaids) walk down the driveway without him escorting us each with an umbrella. We definitely recommend A1 Limo! Our limo was incredibly clean and they were super cool with us checking out the different limos they had to offer multiple times because we couldn't make up our minds with which one to go with at first. Our driver, Tony, was amazing. He called me a few nights before our wedding to go over the schedule of the day and ask where we wanted him to be parked so that we didn't have to walk far or anything. He was a complete gentleman with opening the doors for us and helping all the ladies out of the limo. He also made sure that when we were done with pictures, we didn't have to walk far to get back to the limo. Truly amazing. I'm so glad we didn't go anywhere else.

Use these guys! Use these guys! Use these guys!! Their vehicles are in great condition, and they have so many to choose from! Everyone is professional, easy to work with and they all deliver exactly what they say they will.
After things were set up for our wedding, I literally didn't have to do another thing. They showed up on time, they had their own directions to the addresses I told them, they put the drinks and snacks we provided in the bus for us and the driver removed everything and took it into our venue for us. Our driver was a true gentlemen and helped with the dress both right before I walked down the aisle and every time I went in or out of the bus. He even was a good sport about our loud music and our requests to go to a few different places that weren't on our original destination lists.
Could not have been happier about using A1 Limo on our wedding day!

A-1 Mr. limo was incredible! We used them on our wedding day and we couldn't have been more impressed!Our driver was awesome!! We had some time after we took pictures and he stopped at heinens for us to buy some champaigne! We had a blast in the limo! It was also very affordable compared to other services in the area! I would definitely recommend!!

A-1 Mr. Limo was the perfect transportation service for my wedding. They have UNIQUE vehicles that can move large or small groups. We went to A-1 Mr. Limo to look at their fleet and we had the opportunity to meet the owner, Larry and he personally showed us the Royal Royce limo. Larry was professional and listed to every detail. The A-1 Mr. Limo team took very good care of us and our driver called me before our wedding day to make sure every detail was in order. I truly believe that A-1 Mr. Limo is the best transportation company in Cleveland. If you want a quality & professional limo service that shows up on time choose A-1 Mr. Limo.

I could not be happier with the service of A1 Mr. Limo! Everyone there is excellent to work with. We have rented several of their vehicles for a variety of occasions, and each time has been exceptional. The drivers are always so nice and receptive, willing to help out and ensure that the event goes off smoothly. For our wedding, we had the brand new limo bus, Apollo II, take our bridal party to the church, photography locations, and venue. It then functioned as a shuttle for our guests from the hotel to the reception. Not only was our bridal party impressed by the limo, but all of our guests felt like they had star treatment! It was spacious, beautiful with hardwood floors, in behind the seat coolers, and awesome lights! We then rented the Mr. Trolley for the shuttle at the end of the night back to the hotel and to continue the party downtown. It was so much fun riding around! We worked with Leila in the office who was very kind and ensured that we had the best vehicles for our party size and budget. Although there are cheaper limo services in this area, I would not recommend anyone else. The comfort, class, and style was worth every penny! Our driver, Dave, was absolutely wonderful and helped to make the day even more special. I had a hurt leg and was in an immobilizer for our wedding. Dave ensured that I was comfortable and helped me on and off the limo each time to ensure I was ok. He was so kind to our entire bridal party. He made sure our "Just Married" sign was up and secure, ensure all of the drinks were in the coolers, had bottles of A1 Mr. Limo water available, and made sure all of our items, including the flowers, were on board and safe for transit. I would highly recommend Dave and A1 Mr. Limo!

A-1 Mr. Limo was super easy to work with. We toured the lot, looked at the different limo options and booked all within an hour. They worked with us to create a schedule. The day of the wedding we had to adjust of photography locations due to weather and A-1 had no problem adjusting the drop off points. Our driver was friendly and the limo was clean and classy.

We bought a wedding package and got a black stretch Ford Explorer. Our driver was great, friendly and did a great job driving us around some tough/crowded areas (W. 25th in Ohio City on a Saturday afternoon!). The vehicle was clean and they provided us with all that we requested. I would be happy to use them again next time I need limo service.

Best limo driver ever!!! Thank you Dave! He held my dress for me everywhere I walked, he got my drinks while taking pictures, he grabbed my food off the limo an brought it to me to eat while taking pictures, he had brought down umbrellas for all of my girls when it started to rain after our ceremony to make sure we stayed dry. He was absolutely amazing and I would definitely recommend him to everyone who is looking for an awesome limo driver!

I give this company an A++! They go to the pick-up/drop-off locations they are not familiar with a few days before the event (our church told they stop by the day before the rehearsal to map out the location). The driver arrived on time, and was very professional. We rented a limo bus, and I must admit the ride was a bit bumpy...but probably nothing that the driver could have prevented. I would definitely recommend A-1!

I worked with Carmen leading up to our wedding and Bob was our limo driver for our bridal party. Both were extremely friendly and professional and everything went off without a hitch. Bob called me the day before the wedding to verify everything and was actually available early on our wedding day! He let me know he was ready whenever we were and to just call him when we wanted to be picked up. That was so appreciated since we were on a tight schedule. Bob was a true gentleman throughout and just added to our wonderful day. We highly recommend A1 Mr. Limo!

Carmen was great to work with and we loved our driver as well. A1 Mr. Limo is a little more pricey than some other companies, but you are paying for a superior quality of service. We never had to worry about any transportation issues, they were flexible, prompt, professional, and our driver could not have been nicer. Overall a great company and would recommend them to anyone.
