Phenomenal DJ, our Master of Ceremonies with a Musical Playlist selected by the Bride and Groom added colorful Uplighting with a Fun Photo Booth!

Economically priced with every detail included for our daughter’s beach wedding reception at the Reef Restaurant in Saint Augustine, Florida on Saturday, November 22, 2025.
The owner of A-1 Majestic Sound & Photo Booth, Jay Rock and his wife, Apple are a dynamic duo! Jay is professional, polite, punctual and detail oriented providing a complete package which included a specific playlist selected by the Bride and Groom, Jay was our Master of Ceremonies for the Polish Bread and Salt Ceremony as well as with the German Toasting Cup between the Newlyweds at the beginning of the wedding reception. We added colorful lights to surround the dance floor called “uplighting” and a Photo Booth with Apple as our photographer offering fantastic props and a customized frame for the photos selected by the Bride and Groom, so their wedding guests could take a photo home with them as a souvenir along with freshly baked cookies from the Pittsburgh Cookie Table, too! It was an intimate and memorable event for our family and friends that last a lifetime. Thank you, Jay and Apple!! You both ROCK!!

Birthday Party

Jay Rock came very early to set up for my wife's 50th Birthday Party. We requested Salsa and Merengue music in order to get guest up dancing and Jay did not disappoint. He had everyone dancing and we all had a great time. We would recommend him for any function and most definitely use him for our next function. Thank you Jay Rock

Sweet 16....

DJ BC did such an amazing job providing music and entertainment for my daughter's Sweet 16. Appreciated that BC communicated with us every step of the way. Treats you like family. Extra efforts to personalize my daughter's special day and getting a feel for the crowd. He even personalized the toast for my daughter based on our conversations and treated everyone like family. He went above and beyond to make the guests feel special especially since he knew about the Filipino culture and how to address the elders (Lolo's, Tito's, Ninangs, etc.). Very detailed, organized, professional, friendly, easy going and interactive which made the event smooth and very fun for our guests of all ages. He made sure to play my daughter's favorite songs. Most importantly BC got everyone out there dancing! He was dancing on the floor too. Wanted to mention Jay and his assistant also did such an amazing job with the photobooth. Guests loved the props and got to take home their printed photos. Great team! Thank you again for helping my daughter's special day be memorable for our family and her friends. When we have any big events including her Debut @ 18 y.o. we'll be sure to book this entire team again.

Excellent Wedding DJ!

Jay did a fantastic job with the music for our wedding at Hanna Park. He had provided the music there for previous events, so he was aware of the extra forms needed for the venue due to it being a public park. This helped a great deal! His price was extremely reasonable, and he was able to accommodate our music requests- even those that were a little unusual (polka!). He arrived early for setup and read the room very well when it came to music. I couldn't have asked for a better DJ. Thanks again Jay!

Flawless Execution

Jay and his wife from A-1 Majestic Sound helped make my daughters special day perfect. He guided the stages of the wedding perfectly and never missed a beat when it came to the different stages of the wedding. He is a true professional and we would highly recommend him to anyone. On point and super fun

I don't know where to being!! Perfect is all I can say!!! Professional and rocked the house the entire time... this deal was insane and I enjoyed everything. easy, fun, well done

Jay brought as technician with hem. They set everything up and were ready to go. The songs were great, he was well prepared as to what to play and who was in the party. He was easy to work with before the wedding, We hired him 10 days before the wedding , due to our dj cancelling, He was well priced and easy to work with. We had an american -Afghan wedding that he got the right songs for and everything went well. Would highly recommend him

A Good Time Had By All.

We had a party in our home for around 40 of our friends. The guys set up around what space we had and made the most of it. They played the music perfectly timed with our party. Easy listening as people arrived engaged in conversation, then song requests and finally dance music. They arrived on time an hour before guests. Set up perfectly and kept volume at just the right level to allow conversation while entertaining them. Thanks we'll call again.

Jay Rock was the crowning touch on a beautiful wedding venue and reception. From the warm romantic tunes during the hors d'oeuvres through the informal introductions we planned to the enjoyable mix of dance music and styles; the music and coordination was seamless. A-1 Majestic did a great job at my daughters wedding last weekend! Jay was very professional. Jay Rock from A1 Majestic Sound, ROCKS! His prompt response when I reached out to him was impressive! I wasn't sure how to go about looking for the right DJ. I knew I wanted someone who was experienced and responsible and he sounded like a good choice. He was easy to talk with and answered all my questions and concerns. His 5 Star reviews helped too! When I talked to my daughter about him I told her I believe we found the DJ and she responded with "you bonded with him, didn't you?". I'll call it a mothers intuition. Jay proved to be eager to please and always available. We met with him several times and he always put me at ease. He did not disappoint us on the wedding day. His professionalism shined through and everything went accordingly. They say the two things people will remember at a wedding is the food and the DJ. The food was good and everyone danced all night and had a wonderful time, so I will say we did good with Jay Rock!! I would highly recommend A1 Majestic Sound for anyone's big event!

Jay was very accommodating to us. We used him for our son's 18th birthday and he was very flexible and let things flow as the evening progressed. He had associates there with him who lead the teenagers in some fun dances and everyone had a great time. Great variety in songs to accommodate the younger crowd.

Let me preface this by saying my family does NOT dance, but somehow Jay got the party going and kept it going all night! People who hate weddings said that ours was the most fun they had ever had. Jay was incredibly professional, accommodating, and very patient with our evolving playlist. He has an incredible radio quality voice and should be at the top of your list!

Jay did a wonderful job of selecting great songs for our 50th wedding anniversary!! I had been so busy with all the other details that I just said, "You choose". So he played songs from the 60's since we were married in '65. I couple of times I found myself singing along with one of the songs-they were great choices. Jay kNOWS his business!! This was the 10th reunion for the USS Mauna Kea (AE-22). This is also the first time we ever used a DJ. and the results were epic. Could not have asked for a better time.

Jay and his partner were incredible! My husband is in the military so we had to book a DJ not knowing an exact date until 3 months out. He was amazing. We even changed the time of our wedding and he had no problem with it. The music was amazing! Everyone enjoyed the music. I have already recommended them to a couple of people!

Our event was a 40th class reunion!
Very quick to call me back . met our price range; played all the requested 70s-80s music for our group. Brought an additional person to help get the dancing started-great idea since many dont want to be first! Even stayed an extra hour When we didn't want to stop! Engaged with group & kept the party tempo high! Even played slower music during our dinner hour! Definitely will work with him again! Highly recommended

I would quickly recommend Jay Rock to anyone needing a DJ for their event. He worked with us to get a good feel for what type of music we were looking for and our personal style. This helped make our wedding reception exactly what we wanted. Everyone has told us they thoroughly enjoyed themselves and had so much fun!

This is the second time we used this vendor and in both instances they made the event even better. They were engaging and fun but very professional. I would certainly recommend them for any event. They were very flexible with the time. We only had them for 4 hours but decided during the event that we would like to have them stay longer and they were able to stay and extra 3 hours.

Played the right kind of music to set the party off and continued his professionalism. He Also played my selected songs that I requested. The timing and music choices were spot on !
We all had a great time! Your assistant Roderick was great at teaching and leading the line dances so everyone could join it! Roderick was well liked too!

Jay has been our DJ for both of my daughter's Sweet 16 parties. He DJ my oldest daughter party in 2011 & he did an amazing job & my husband & I were so impressed that when it came to 2014 & my youngest daughter was turning 16 we already knew who we wanted to DJ her party. He's outstanding & i would recommend his services to anyone...

Jay Rock rocked the poolside at my wedding!!! We had a fabulous time dancing at our wedding and Jay ensured to include pretty much each and every song we anticipated and more! It was a perfect time and music and dancing was very important to my husband and I at our wedding, A1 Majestic Sound hit the nail on the head... awesome job!

Jay was amazing! We had about a 45 minute rain delay and he did a fantastic job of keeping everyone entertained. The dance floor was never empty and he got the guest out of their seats. I am so glad we picked Jay as our DJ. Thank you so much for making the night unforgetable!

A-1 Majestic Sound was a resounding success at our 4th annual USS Warrington (DD843) Alumni's reunion in Jacksonville.
The music selection was wonderful, and our attendees got up and danced all evening at our banquet, along with some assistance from the DJ. The finale was truly breathtaking with Patriotic songs that concluded a wonderful evening.
