    Offered a refund but would not give it. Taking them to court.

    We rented a limo for my daughter's birthday and it did not appear. We have attempted on multiple occasions to resolve the issue yet despite our patience and accommodation we still have not been issued a refund. In doing further research I also discovered they are not registered/licensed with the OK Corporation Commission or have the appropriate registration through the City of Tulsa.

    Booked Feb 2017. DO NOT USE! Booked this company for a wedding . Spoke to the owner a week before our reservation pick up just to confirm it and he was extremely rude. Asked for me to call back because they were about to start a shift change. I asked since we were on the phone already if he could just check real quick. Got real huffy with me and within 1 second was able to confirm it, so I'm not sure why he acted the way he did. I reviewed the phone conversation on Google, stating I hope the actual ride goes smoother than the phone call. The day of our reservation the owner TEXTED me stating I better change the review or he is cancelling our reservation! I didn't change the review and they didn't show. Thankfully there were other companies more than willing to pick us up.
