Look no further for excellent service!!

I highly recommend 850 rentals for excellent wedding rental services. They set all of my rentals up the morning of my wedding. They draped the ceilings beautifully and helped bring the look that I was going for with my reception space at Vue on 30A. They also installed a chandelier for the reception. Service for setup and breakdown was seamless with 850 rentals. They were excellent about answering my questions regarding rental options while I was planning my wedding. They made the wedding planning process and also my wedding day much easier. I highly recommend 850 rentals!

Hayden and 850 are hands down the best!

Planning a wedding out of state was a little nerve wracking but Hayden eased my mind from the beginning! Even with a wedding date change he adjusted with professionalism. He was always easy to get in touch with and made our day perfect. I would recommend him any day!

Look no further, seriously!

We didn't know any vendors in the area so we interviewed/quoted 3 aside from 850. Hayden seemed the most professional and responsive from the start. We changed our order several times shortly before our wedding but he was more than accommodating to make sure we had exactly what we wanted. They were right on time and everything we rented was top notch quality. We seriously can't recommend 850 enough!

Best Event Service on 30A

I have nothing but good things to say about 850 events. The owner is responsible, prompt, and very accommodating. My wedding was a destination wedding, and 850 made the entire process seamless. I didn’t have to worry about if things were going to get done on my big day. Highly recommend using for any wedding or party needs!

No Need to Look Elsewhere!

Hayden and his company are absolutely outstanding!!! I find it very difficult in today's world to find someone so professional and someone that truly takes pride in their work and sincerely cares about their clients like Hayden does. I didn't know anything about planning a wedding and I didn't have a wedding planner. Hayden walked me through every step, he gave all the information I needed to know, every question or change I needed to make he was there! Hayden really made my big day stress free. I knew he had everything under control and I could just focus on getting ready. Everything was perfect and I really can't thank him and his crew enough for making everything perfect and beautiful!

Hayden, the owner of 850 Event Rentals, came highly recommended by our wedding planner. We were hosting a block party in Seaside 2 days after Hurricane Michael and Hayden really came through for us. He and his team hung lights strands from tree to tree and set up tables and chairs. 850 Events exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them!

Reliable, Professional, Exactly like the pictures!

Hayden and his team at 850 were on time, quick, efficient, and so easy to work with. They showed up and set everything up exactly like I had imagined, and I had only corresponded with him on my vision via email. He was spot on and the rentals were great quality and very reasonably priced. Planning from afar is a little difficult, as you don't get to meet any of your vendors, but, Hayden and his team exceeded my expectations and I would recommend 850 events to anyone!!!

Hayden always responded to any questions or concerns I may have had for the my daughter's wedding. He's done set ups before at the location, but he took the time to go out and see if I could have a larger tent in use on the day. He made the trip and surmised that the deck would accommodate the tent we originally ordered. He even made adjustments, for this panicked MOB, who failed to see I was in need of supplying the catering tables. No worries as I told him to add those tables and minus a few chairs for the final count 10 days prior to the wedding.

Hayden and his team arrived, before the slotted time, for set up and we had cleared the drive way for them to access the sight location easily. They were so efficient at their jobs that we never really knew they were there setting up. It looked wonderful to see it coming together from the sand up. They returned the next day to dismantle and retrieve tables, chairs and tent and no one would have known anything had taken place at the wedding location.

Hayden, the owner of 850 Event Rentals, came highly recommended by our caterer. Hayden was spot on with customer service that I wouldn't hesitate using his company again nor making high recommendations for anyone who is in need of rentals for a special event.

Thank you again 850 Event Rentals and team...Hayden and guys are GREAT!!!

Hayden and his team were beyond amazing! I rented tables, chairs and light strands with them and everything was very nice. Tables and chairs were so white and clean. The workers arrived on time and got to work right away and set everything up so quickly. It was suppose to rain that morning so they gave us the table linens to put on later so that they would not get wet. They arrived early the next morning to pack everything up super quickly. So glad I hired 850 Event Rentals for my reception! Thank y'all so much!

Hayden and the 850 Event Rentals team were absolutely amazing to work with.

Like any other bride, I wanted my big day to be perfect. I was planning a destination wedding, and as planning from afar became difficult, I relied heavily on Hayden and his team. Hayden provided great advice, stayed on top of communication, and went above and beyond to ensure that my special day went as stress free and as smooth as possible. They provided great customer service, and let's not forget about their high quality rentals.

At one point of the wedding day, I (the bride) realized I had left something off of the invoice list. Of course, I was frantic. But, In a time of panic, the 850 team stepped up and handled the situation, professionally and as gentlemen. They made an extra trip, returned back to the warehouse, retrieved the item and brought it back just in time for our big day. The extra effort from their team (caused by my mistake) made my day absolutely perfect! I would recommend their services to any bride & groom!

To sum it up: High quality customer care for high quality rentals!

Hayden was very nice and helpful when trying to help me decide what I needed to rent for the amount of people I had for my wedding. They delivered the day before which was great and preferred! I contacted 850 events 2 weeks before my wedding and they more that accommodated my request. From emails to the day of accommodating all my requests. I would highly recommend them if your getting married in Destin.

So happy with how our wedding flowed so perfectly. Hayden was a big help throughout the thing. It was actually better than I imagined. Everything was on point, from the chairs to the bar, and the lights. It was beautiful!!

When planning a wedding on your own you trust in your vendors to help you out and be able to work with you. Hayden at 850 Event Rentals did that and more. He was very helpful and responsive and was even able make suggestions for other things that we needed. From talking on the phone to actually setting up and tearing down Hayden was there through it all. We even ran into having a cold weather spell the week of our wedding and he was able to add heaters for our outdoor event. With his help everything went as well as we could have imagined. Thank you Hayden for all your help!

Hayden and his crew were phenomenal! We had the wedding in my backyard on the bay. Hayden worked with us from the beginning...came out a few times to make sure with all the details, and helped with the decision making. The morning of the wedding it was raining and Hayden and his crew were there early with all hands on deck to make it happen. They were very professional and friendly. They came back the next day and did a great job packing and cleaning up!!! They faced heavy winds, cold and rain to set up and very cold tearing down but did it all! Whenever I had a concern Hayden said they would make it work and they did!!! I would highly recommend this company for all your event needs.

The custom farm tables were beautiful. The guys went above and beyond not only bringing everything up a flight of stairs but helping us move another large glass table out of the way. Would recommend this company to anyone in need!

Hayden & the 850 team were absolutely amazing from the very first interaction! I was planning a destination wedding and needed photos of everything to be sure that we were on the same page. His knowledge of my location "Triple Crown House" really showed during our conversations and he even had pictures of his previous work at the exact same venue. My schedule is quite hectic and he was flexible and we even scheduled calls at 10pm to make things easier. Compared to other vendors he presented with a "welcoming and friendly" demeanor on the phone and in person. The day of set up was on time and he even set up my string lighting a day early to ensure all was perfect! Plus he has the only beach permit in the area which is super important if you thinking of having a beach ceremony or activities. We planning our wedding from Texas. Our date was August 17th and Hayden and his team turned our dream wedding into a reality. He worked with us even after an unexpected change 3 weeks before our wedding. The communication was fast and helpful. Every little detail we wanted 850 Events made sure it happened. We met at our Rental House a few days before our wedding to go over everything before the day. He even went down to the beach just to make sure he knew exactly where to set up. We used 850 Events for our wedding ceremony and a bonfire. The ceremony was gorgeous and our bonfire was amazing. We will be using 850 Events in the future for more bonfires. 850 Events was amazing :) I got a very quick phone call back from Hayden and he was also quick to send a quote and digital image of the set up I was interested in. He was super patient..I changed my mind several times, and he was always quick to respond with the changes and quote.
I ended up with a bonfire for 16 as our 'rehearsal dinner'. It was perfect. The set up looked so professional, clean, and well put together. Everything we needed was provided from the chairs, to party table, trash can, tiki torches..and the best bonfire attendant :) Everyone was really impressed. Hayden was such a doll! My wife and I planned our wedding for over a year..and Hayden was so understanding with how much we had going on all at once. For about a month and a half I had been working with another vendor in the area for our beach ceremony and reception. With two weeks to go the vendor pulled out and said they would not rent to us. I was absolutely devastated. I contacted Hayden via email and within an hour he responded and got the ball rolling on the rental process. We had our wedding in Destin this year over Memorial Day Weekend. Hayden was referred to us about half way through our planning process since our guest list was larger than expected (200 people). We recommend Hayden with high praise and excitement. Our son married his love in May. Hayden made the experience unbelievably fantastic! The weather did not cooperate for the rehearsal dinner and we thought our beach bonfire and rehearsal were lost. Not only was Hayden thoughtful enough to check in on us, but also was right there to calm our fears - even when the heavy downpour began - that their weekend of wedding festivities would be ruined. In constant contact and always reachable, Hayden was responsive to our requests to move times, coordinate a gathering of 60 plus people, and make it a great time (his music test is impeccable). Because of Hayden and his flexibility and affability, we lost nothing but time which we extended because of Hayden's courtesy into the night! Our beach bonfire rehearsal went off without any further snags and with fire, sand, surf, s'mores and music, everyone had a blast. Hayden takes the stress out of events. He takes care of everything, even adjusting when there are needs whether it be tents, tubs for ice and beverages, or additional people, previously unplanned for, Hayden handles it all in stride while delivering a first class experience - as advertised. Hayden was extremely responsive and assisted me in all my inquiries and timeline needs. I had a small beach wedding, but he still treated me as important as any large event. I would highly suggest to contact their rental as soon as you have a date and idea of what you want and secure with a deposit ASAP. The arbor I rented was beautiful, but they only have one, so better to book at least 6 mos. prior at the least (especially during their busy wedding season).

We honestly could not have been more impressed with 850 Events for our wedding. Small ceremony, but never felt unimportant to Hayden. He sent diagrams so I felt confident before hand, was willing to work with tight time frames and even adjusted a little last minute for us. Hayden was responsive to my inquiry and gave me all the info I needed. On our big day, he showed up on time and set up the chairs himself! I would highly recommend using 850 rentals for any wedding day needs in the panahandle!
