  801 is fabulous!

  We could not have asked for a better experience. Especially during Covid restrictions, 801 helped us navigate and worked to create a wonderful event tailor-made for us. The food was delicious!! Great communication and easy to work with. Thank you again!

  Wedding dinner for 100

  Because if Covid we could not taste the food to choose the catering. We went of reviews and price and I’m so glad we did. Our guests loved the food, and it was beautifully and professionally presented. Alex is a gem, I will recommend him to everybody!

  I booked 801 Catering based on online reviews and their competitive pricing. I was a little nervous hiring them without trying the food but I couldn’t have been happier with the results. We used 801 Catering for our Rehearsal Dinner and Passed Appetizers during our Reception. The food was excellent, the prices were fair, the staff was on time, professional and friendly. Alex, the owner, was super easy to work with and even filled my request for a bartender, just 2 days before the event. All of our guests raved about how good the food which is exactly what you want to hear. We couldn’t have been happier!

  Chef Alex and 801 Catering was THE BEST choice I could have made for catering at my wedding. The food was absolutely delicious, the presentation of the buffet was perfect, the staff was SO friendly and Chef Alex made everything so easy. The food was SO incredible. Thank you Chef Alex!

  When looking for a vendor for our food I was frustrated with the high prices for what was provided. I found Chef Alex ( who answers the phone himself) and he was so helpful and kind. His website provides so many menu options for prices that fit every budget. We ended up choosing street tacos that include three different types of meat, tortillas, chips wonderful beans and rice, homemade salsas and all the toppings plus drinks. We also added appetizers on last-minute and the ceviche shooters were the BOMB!!! I will use Chef Alex and his team for any catering need I have in the future. Everyone talked about the food and was so complimentary about the quality of service. Smartest decision you will make for your wedding needs.

  Chef Alex was always quick with replies to any of my questions, which was so comforting! We had the taco salad bar and it was amazing! We had so many guests tell us that they loved the food served. He even put together a food plate and took it to our bartender during the reception.

  Chef Alex catered for a group of 250 people, mostly teens, in an outdoor venue. His food was fabulous and the portions are generous. He was extremely accommodating, as I adjusted my numbers a few times within days of the event. He also adapted the menu for a few who were vegetarian and gluten intolerant. His pricing is straight forward, without the 15-18% surcharge other caterers add. I would use him again when I host a party at my own home, and I think he and his staff would be very capable of handling weddings and corporate events.

  801 was a great company to work with. Even when my venue was locked when it wasn't supposed to be Alex didn't make me feel rushed about things going unplanned. He was very professional and quick to set up and clean up. The layout was beautiful and clean. I will definitely be doing business with them again!
