Wedding Band

Cannot recommend this band enough!!! Chris was so easy to coordinate and plan things with, and he quickly answered my every email! They showed everyone a great time and kept the dance floor full all night!! Out of all the things we spent money on for our wedding, this band was worth every penny!

Great band!

This band is top notch! Very easy to work with and communication is GREAT. Don’t even get me started on the entertainment value. Nothing short of awesome. Everyone had a great time! 10/10 highly recommend!

Best wedding band EVER

We had 7 sharp 9 play at our wedding on 11/1/25 and they were so so amazing! They learned several songs for us that weren’t part of their normal song list and everything they played sounded so good. We got a ton of compliments on the band as well—they were the most praised aspect of our wedding by our guests. Not to mention Chris is so so responsive and the easiest vendor to work with. We’d hire them again in a heartbeat. Thank yall so much for an amazing performance!

Absolutely incredible!!

Chris and the gang were truly incredible to work with! Chris did solo acoustic sessions during our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour, and the 5 piece band lit up our reception. The wedding was over 7 months ago and our guests are STILL raving about how incredible 7 Sharp 9 is! I recommend them to anyone who asks! Chris is super friendly, responsive, and accommodating to my hundreds of questions. I couldn’t have chosen a better group for our special day! Hopefully I get to see them live again soon!!

Best decision ever

I cannot say enough amazing things about 7 Sharp 9!!! My fiancé and I liked how the band sounded online and based on the reviews, we felt comfortable booking them without hearing them play live (I was still a little nervous though)… THEY WERE AMAZING AND EXCEEDED EVERY EXPECTATION!! They learned two new songs to play for our reception and kept the party going all night! Everyone was on the dance floor! They are performers and sooooo talented at what they do!! If you’re thinking about booking with them, stop thinking and just do it!!

Highly Recommend 7 Sharp 9!!!

If you are wanting a fun party at your wedding with lots of great music from several different genres, then 7 Sharp 9 is the band for you! The music and dancing was honestly the highlight of our wedding thanks to them. From the start, it was so easy to work with Chris; he was very communicative and carried out everything we wanted in our music with ease. Unbelievably awesome

Chris and the band were awesome! They played at our wedding on 2/15/25 and brought the house down with old school to 90’s alternative! My wife (the bride) actually crowd surfed and they had the whole dance floor covered with people the whole night. I can’t recommend them enough! Will be booking again!

Most Fun Part of My Wedding

Chris and 7 Sharp 9 were incredible. They were easily the one thing during my engagement and wedding that I never had to worry about. Chris was an excellent communicator from my initial email to the wedding day. The band was the one aspect of my wedding that got the most compliments on from our guests, young and old. 7S9's song list stood out to me and my wife because we love 90's and early 00's alternative rock. I did not expect our guests to dance as much as they did considering we did not want a lot of pop music played, but people were dancing as much or more than any wedding I have ever been to. I could not recommend 7 Sharp 9 more for a wedding or event. Knowing what I know now, I would not change a thing about having Chris and the band play for us.

AMAZING Wedding band!!

Having 7 Sharp 9 as our wedding band was truly the highlight of the entire evening! Chris was extremely open to our song requests for our special dances and it was so easy to work with him and the team on our song list. Their talent and professionalism is unmatched and our guests had such an amazing time dancing to the music, it was like being at a private live concert. I'm so grateful that they were willing to travel to Savannah, GA to make our wedding extra spectacular!

Hire this band!

7 Sharp 9 was our absolute favorite vendor we worked with for our entire wedding. From the start, we never doubted we could count on Chris and the guys to handle everything we needed for our wedding day. They listened to our song choices, provided feedback, and suggestions. We saw them live in person once before hiring them, but then we went back a few more times to see them again because we love the music they play. You will not regret hiring this band —especially if you like 80s, 90s, early 2000s like me and my husband!! Our last song of the night was Sugar, We’re Goin Down, & they crushed it.

Best Band!!

7 Sharp 9 was the perfect band for our wedding! Highly recommend for a good time! I booked them solely based on online reviews and I am so glad I chose them! They are so easy to work with and communicate with. Chris took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, and he and the band delivered better than I could have imagined. From playing music at the ceremony, to cocktail hour, then at the reception they did great. So many of my guests have told me since my wedding that this was one of their most favorite wedding bands they had ever seen. Their song selection is so vast which I loved, and they sounded great with all their songs. I highly recommend.

The perfect choice!

Dixie and I CANNOT rave enough about 7 Sharp 9. From start to finish Chris was amazing to work with. Along with being one of the kindest people we met during our wedding process, Chris was a master at his profession. Before the wedding, he was able to find and edit songs together that were not available in common music apps for the father daughter dance. We also had Chris emcee our entire wedding and he knocked it out of the park. I mean KILLED IT!! No issues at all, was able to adjust on the fly, and was supplying great vibes all night.

To the most important part. The music. We knew during our wedding process we wanted a live band and were extremely excited to have 7 Sharp 9. They allowed us to request any songs we wanted whether it was on their list or not. I say that as Chris was willing to learn some new songs (with enough time to learn of course) for our special day.

Personally, I could sit here and type out all the compliments my wife and I had for 7 Sharp 9, but it wouldn’t do it justice. Some collection of real quotes I had from guests from our wedding include:
“Band was awesome. Banger after banger.”
“Dude the live band was so freaking amazing!!”
“I have never been to a wedding with a band that good before. That was so, so much fun!”

Dixie and I seriously can’t think Chris, and 7 Sharp 9, enough. Seriously. If you are thinking about having a band for your wedding I wouldn’t look any further. You won’t find a combination of a band/person that is so proficient, kind, talented, and upbeat anywhere else!

The BEST night!!!!

Outstanding Sound - great performers!

We were so impressed with 7 Sharp 9 at my daughter's wedding in December. Chris was very professional and prompt with his email responses leading up to the wedding. They traveled about 4 hours to Savannah in the rain and the wedding was perfect. I didn't have to worry about sound, lights, or anything to do with microphones for speeches. They even learned a few new songs that were meaningful to us. It's been 3 weeks and I'm still having people rave about the band and ask where they are from. If you are on the fence, check out their schedule and go see them at a public venue. You'll see how quickly EVERYONE is on the dance floor. You won't be disappointed. I plan to hire 7 Sharp 9 in the future when/if our 2nd daughter has a wedding :)

A Top Notch Band and a Thoughtful Vendor

Chris and the band were an absolute pleasure to work with. Chris was in communication with us throughout the whole planning process and was incredibly kind, accommodating, and helpful. They took all our song requests into consideration when planning their playlist and played beautiful, live renditions of all our favorite and special songs. They even accommodated my request to include a short Bollywood playlist during the recorded music segment. It's clear that they care deeply about creating the most personalized experience for their couples. They put a lot of time and effort into delivering a hell of a performance, which was exemplified by the fact that our dance floor was never empty. Chris did an incredible job with the acoustic guitar during our ceremony and kept the flow of the evening going masterfully. We could not imagine a different band on our special night. Thank you!

I can't recommend them enough!

I don't know where to start so I'll begin with ABSOLUTELY HIRE THIS BAND!

Chris (and the whole band) were just awesome! The professionalism leading up to the day, the punctuality on the day, the fact he learned 3 different songs for us - I could go on forever. As a musician myself, it was very important for me to have live music and 7 Sharp 9 blew my expectations out of the water.

I had Chris play solo acoustic while the wedding party entered, which was gorgeous and nearly brought me to tears. Then he switched to some pre-recorded music for the exit, and MC'd/played electric the remainder of the evening. Juggling so many different tasks and executing them on time wasn't an easy task but he was right on with every transition and note; not a single pause, awkward silence or missed beat.

To be very candid, we had other vendors we worked with that missed some details leading up to the day and it caused a little anxiety that other things could be missed. This never happened with 7 Sharp 9. Chris was on top of everything the whole way and not once did I ever feel like I needed to double check things on his end; in fact, he even asked questions about things I didn't even think to specify - like the pronunciation of the wedding party names. Which was GREAT because there was actually a typo that we caught because of it.

As for the music, it was the perfect blend of older rock (I'm a classic rock guy) with great guitar solos and more modern music (my now wife is a Swifty) that had EVERYONE dancing at some point. I actually had multiple people tell me the next day their legs were sore from dancing all night.

I could go on and on about how wonderful 7 Sharp 9 is but you really should book them and see for yourself. I'm not one for betting but I'd bet the bank you won't be disappointed!

Best Wedding Band Around!

7 Sharp 9 was the BEST wedding band we could hope for! Working with Chris was a breeze from my first inquiry to the final song! He was so kind, flexible, and professional throughout the entire process—we did not have to stress about music at all! They were incredibly affordable and we were able to customize our set list and create a Spotify playlist to play during breaks! On top of playing killer music all night and keeping the crowd going, Chris had a lapel mic for our ceremony, played music during our ceremony, had all the equipment ready for speeches, and worked with us to do a customized intro New Orleans style. The band also learned new songs for our first dance, our final private dance, and father/daughter, mother/son dances. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH! If you're looking for a wedding band—book 7 Sharp 9! We're still getting rave reviews from guests months after our wedding and I would refer them to anyone we know! Outstanding with Something for Everybody

SPECTACULAR! I honestly do not have enough space to express how perfect 7 Sharp 9 was for our wedding! We had the 4 piece and added ceremony music - and it exceeded our expectations. Chris was next level professional, responsive, kind, and one heck of a performer. From the acoustics during the ceremony, to the announcing/emceeing, to the renditions of all the classics- they were the best! But, our favorite moments were - hands down - the guitar solos; all we did was say we loved guitar moments and to go nuts on our final song, “Feel Like Making Love” by Bad Company, and it was outstanding! Thank y’all and we love you big time!!!!!

Fantastic choice for a wedding and reception

Chris Wold and his band were fantastic! Chris played acoustic guitar on a garden terrace for both our pre-wedding cocktail hour and the ceremony that followed. His version of our processional, "Across the Universe," was even better than John Lennon's! He provided the sound system a microphone for our officiant, and a cordless microphone that our guests were able to pass around from table to table during our reception group toast/roast. He was an excellent, professional and classy emcee. The entire band played for our ballroom reception, and the dance floor was packed all night! A great time was had by our guests of all ages. We would hire them again in a heartbeat. LOVED them!!

Filled our wedding night with great music

Chris and the rest of the 7 Sharp 9 crew were absolutely top notch. They really worked hard to make my wedding an absolute blast and make sure things went off without a hitch. The great experience started before the wedding, where they added songs to their list that weren't on there to make sure we had the first dance song we wanted. Then, they were responsive to adjustments we needed up even until the few days before the wedding. Chris emceed the event and did a great job, while also playing ceremony and cocktail hour music, then rocking all night long while reading the energy of the room. Wish I had more characters to keep going on about how great they were. A+

7 Sharp 9 made our wedding day so much fun! Chris provided exceptional communication throughout the entire booking and planning process, and they kept the dance floor full on our wedding night! So many people came up to me telling me how awesome the band was and how much fun they were all having! 7 Sharp 9 was also extremely accommodating at learning requested songs for us for our first dance, parent dances, and beyond. Amazing wedding band!

Chris was great to work with from the beginning until the end! The band was fun, played a wide range of songs, and supported with any announcements that needed to be made! Favorite Part of the Night

7 Sharp 9's talented performance at my wedding was hands down our favorite part of the wedding day (besides marrying each other, of course! :)) We were excited to ask them to play at our wedding in particular because of their wide-ranging song list that goes beyond traditional wedding reception songs. Nearly everyone, young and old, was on the dance floor having an absolute blast, and it was so fun for us to watch family and friends from different phases of life dancing together. We especially loved jumping around and singing at the top of our lungs to a few 90s throwbacks sprinkled throughout the night! We wish it didn't have to end and highly, highly recommend!

Easy as a Day at the Beach

I'm not sure that I can say anything that hasn't already been said about the bands professionalism, flexibility, and ability to get people out of their seats and on the dance floor- but I will give it a shot. My experience with Chris was impressive right from the start. When I contacted him to get a free estimate he was easy-going, clear and up-front and generally just a NICE guy. The set list looked more diverse than a lot of other "traditional" wedding bands, and the price was right so I started looking through videos of previous performances. Unlike a lot of other wedding bands that have professionally filmed performances dubbed over studio recorded sound, most videos I found were shot from your dads old nokia, or the Ipad your mom embarrassingly uses as a camera in public. The sound is low fidelity but the band has an energy that you will feel, and will absolutely get your guests out of their seats. I read the reviews and booked the band for our wedding on May 2nd at an outdoor venue on HHI. My only hesitation was that the booking process and communication with chris was almost too easy. One of the rare instances in life when it's not actually "too good to be true". Chris played acoustic for our processional, recessional and cocktail hour. His sound was indistinguishable from the actual recordings, but his presence impressed even the harshest of critics. The band was polite, courteous and professional and didn't detract from the attention to the bride and groom. They learned 3 new songs for our wedding, DJ'd and Emceed the event and didn't hound us for deposits or deadlines because they are generally just good dudes. I told my wife I'd like them to play the soundtrack to the rest of our lives.

Fantastic!!

7 Sharp 9 is the best! Not only were they responsive and accommodating amidst the craziness and ambiguity of the pandemic (pushing wedding dates, moving times, etc), they played great! Kept the crowd engaged and singing the whole time and even brought on an encore! Would give Chris and the rest of the band my highest personal recommendation as the groom, (they even kept the day flowing smoothly acting as emcee too!). They will not disappoint!

7 Sharp 9 is the best decision I made!

7 Sharp 9 was the best decision I made regarding my wedding. Chris, was very responsive through the entire planning process. He went out of his way to learn songs for the ceremony, had a great energy, and was a well spoken emcee. All our guests were complementing the music and dancing into the night. He worked with schedule changes on the fly and dealt with a giant rainstorm while trying to perform during the ceremony and cocktail hour but never missed a beat. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Chris and this band.

Made the party

Couldn't have asked for a better band. They had everyone up and dancing the entire night. We had several people tell us the next day that they have never been to a wedding where so many people were dancing and that the band made the party! Highly recommend them!

Easiest choice in planning

7 Sharp 9 was probably the best decision we made. Communication was super easy, booking was super easy, and they have a wide range of genres on their song list. Chris was a great MC and worked with our schedule. They really brought the party and were great at reading the room! During dinner, the band played softer music so people could still converse but have some background noise. The first part of the night was heavy with some oldie's hits to get the older guests out of the dancefloor before heading out for the evening. The last hour was party time for the younger guests. The dance floor was full the entire night and people couldn't stop raving about the band. 15/10 would recommend if you want a stressfree entertainment option. Thanks guys!

7 Sharp 9 was awesome! Long list of songs to curate a list from, talented musicians with such a good sound and fun presence. My guests raved about them. Versatile and performed acoustic guitar too for the cocktail reception. Finally, Chris was responsive and a pleasure to deal with throughout the planning process. Highly. highly recommend!

Wedding Reception

7 Sharp 9 has played for two of our close friends weddings before ours. We were very pleased with how they performed at all of these weddings. They are very professional, show up when prompted, come equipped with everything they need and play great. We wanted our wedding a little on the wild side and they did not disappoint. Would recommend to anyone that they are worth the money and you will have a great time with them playing your wedding or event!

Amazing band

7 Sharp 9 was simply fantastic. Chris is so professional, honest, and straightforward with everything. From day 1, he has been very responsive and willing to work with us to make everything go smoothly on our wedding day.

Their sound and music were perfect. He played all the songs we asked and was able to learn new songs for our first dance and father-daughter dance. They sounded so good I have requested from him to purchase some of their songs. Our guests could not stop raving about how good they were. I cannot give a higher recommendation for this band.

Best Wedding Band!!

7 sharp 9 was easily the best wedding band I've seen. They customized our playlist to be exactly what we wanted, and even learned specific songs to play for us. They played the entire night, including the ceremony, for an incredibly reasonable price. Everyone was on the dance floor during the reception and was amazed at how incredible and talented they were. They made our wedding feel like we were in a movie. It was the most amazing experience, and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have fun!

Best wedding purchase I made

Best Wedding Band!

Wedding Entertainment

I could not have wished for a better band for my wedding! Chris is very responsive and met all my request. The band kept everyone, old and young, dancing ALL night. Memories made in Carrollton!

Chris and the guys were a joy to work with from the moment of first contact. Chris is very responsive and accommodating. My husband and I wanted to have our wedding (both our second) to be a fun.night for us and our guests. We had a surprise wedding and hosted the best party for our dearest friends. 7 Sharp 9 are an integral part in the fun and memories created that night! Our guests danced all night to a combination of past and present hits. I also know that they booked for a fundraising event by one of our guests. Wedding day band for Ceremony and Reception - AMAZING

Wow! 7 Sharp 9 is the best!

7Sharp9 was INCREDIBLE! Chris was incredibly organized and professional. They had a huge song list and did a great job reading the crowd to get people on the dance floor. One of the things that really stood out to us was we didn't figure out our first dance song till about a week before the wedding. We weren't going to ask them to play it because we didn't expect the band to learn a new song that quickly. When we spoke with Chris he asked about our first dance and we inquired whether he knew the song. The band hadn't played it before but he told us to give him that night to see if they could play it. They did and it was PERFECT! Thank you 7Sharp9 for everything!!

Best band in town

7 sharp 9 just played at my wedding this past month and it was a blast! From the get go, Chris is super professional and great to work with. My venue coordinator even complimented him during the walkthrough saying he was a “class act” and she knew they would be great vendors! Everyone was on the dance floor all night and I got so many compliments on the choice of band! My favorite childhood band is Hanson and they learned MMMBop for me! The band really went above and beyond I could not be more happy with my decision to use 7 sharp 9! These guys are full of energy and put on a great show!

Amazing band

We are SO HAPPY we had 7 Sharp 9 at our wedding and would recommend them to anyone.
They have been amazing from the moment we contacted them. As soon as we started our contact with Chris, he was so helpful and responsive, which is amazing for any bride. They shared the their playlist, where we were able to select songs we really wanted and which ones we did not. In addition, they learned several songs especially for our wedding. Having live music for our first dance as well as the father-daughter dance, made it so special. They were also very helpful in playing a Dutch song for the mother-son dance, as we are from the Netherlands. They absolutely helped create the party of our dreams.
In addition to learning songs, they were so helpful in providing recommendations to us. As 7 Sharp 9 offers to provide music during your entire day (which is AMAZING), they also provided live music during our ceremony, and recommend music to which our wedding party walked down. We received a lot of compliments on the romantic setting they helped to create.
They truly will help you create am amazing party and made sure everybody gets on the dance floor. We were also extremely excited they were able to play the hava nagila live for our hora, as this created a memory we will never forget.

Absolutely amazing!!! THIS is the band you want!!

Let me start by saying we already KNEW 7 Sharp 9 was going to do an amazing job with our wedding because we had seen them at a friend’s wedding and had previously also seen them play locally.
However, Chris and the guys still exceeded every single expectation we had. From our very first emails with them we knew we made the right choice! They answered every question and explained every detail quickly and professionally, they learned the songs we wanted, and took all of our requests and worked them into our wedding night seamlessly! They were flexible with times and even our venue coordinator pulled us aside after the wedding to compliment us on picking such a great group that worked so well with everyone! Our guests still haven’t stopped talking about how truly amazing they were and how fun they made the night!

One of our main desires was that we wanted the music to get our guests out on the dance floor and oh man did they deliver!!! The dancing and music was one of the BEST parts of the night and there is not one thing I would have changed!! Chris also played beautiful acoustic music for our ceremony, timed all of our recorded requests perfectly, and the group did a wonderful live set while everyone ate dinner! Even during their break, the music playlist they put together still kept everyone dancing and having a great time!

If you want a fun band that can play ANYTHING and keeps the party going you cannot go wrong with this truly wonderful group! I will recommend 7 Sharp 9 to absolutely everyone looking for a band for any and all occasions in the future!!

Amazing!!!!!

Oh my goodness where do I begin?! Chris and the band were phenomenal! Very professional, super easy to contact, very awesome to work with! Chris had several sets ready for my wedding reception but didn’t hesitate to change songs when I requested! 7 Sharp 9 learned my first dance song, my father-daughter song, AND the mother-son song! It was all live and spectacular! I highly recommend them for weddings!!! Chris played live music for the ceremony, and played 7 Sharp 9’s song ‘Happy’ as I walked with my daddy down the aisle! The live band was everything I hoped it would be and so much more!!!

Best Investment Ever!!

My husband and I first heard 7 Sharp 9 at one of our friend's weddings in December '16. We absolutely LOVED their performance then, and decided very shortly after that we wanted to book them for our own wedding. Chris is excellent with communication and was very reassuring throughout the entire process. They offer a wide variety of music that you can choose from, as well as, offer to learn songs that you specifically would like played. This was one of the best investments towards our wedding day. All of our guests enjoyed the live music, and the energy they provided was absolutely perfect!! I would 100% recommend booking 7 Sharp 9 for any event you may be considering.

Chris and his band were absolutely amazing! They rocked our wedding out, far exceeding expectations (which were high). Everybody loved the songs they played, and EVERYBODY was out on the dance floor. They learned several specific songs for us and did a stellar job.

Chris also provided the PA system for the wedding, and worked with our officiant as well as the photographers to make sure the equipment worked flawlessly and wasn't in the pictures. Our wedding was delayed due to rain, and 7 Sharp 9 was very flexible with everything as we dealt with the delay.

Honestly we could not have picked a better band- I cannot recommend them enough!

Do yourself a favor and hire this band immediately! They could not have been better. From beginning to end they exceeded our expectations. Chris' communication from the day we hired him was above and beyond. He helped us coordinate all of the music for the wedding and had everything where it needed to be when it needed to be there on the day of the wedding. He even helped MC the reception etc. Their set up was very professional and the music was out of this world. Our wedding guests had an amazing time and we've had a ton of compliments! I can't say much more other than I'd hire this band 1000% if you want someone you can count on to do what they say they will do and rock the room!

7 Sharp 9 was the band at our wedding and we were so pleased with them! They were so flexible and easy to work with throughout the entire process. They did so much for our wedding! Chris played the music for our wedding ceremony and also provided the speakers and a microphone for the officiant. We also had my sister-in-law sing a song during the ceremony and Chris learned the song to accompany her on guitar and practiced with her beforehand. Chris also played solo acoustic guitar music for our cocktail hour and was the emcee for the reception entrances and activities. They also learned songs that we requested for our first dance and mother-son dance. Then of course they played all the music while we danced at the reception and they were AWESOME!!!! They can play a wide variety of music and it appealed to all ages. They did a great job and we had so much fun. After they had performed their last song, our guests were chanting “One more song!” Everyone loved them. We received so many compliments after the wedding about how great the band was.They are great performers and we have even enjoyed just watching our wedding videos to listen to their music again. We highly recommend them! It was definitely one of the best decisions we made!

Hey Chris,

I can't believe it has been over 3 weeks since the wedding! I just wanted to reach out and say THANK YOU; you guys were absolutely the hit of the night. All of our friends and family will not stop raving about how incredible the band was and how much fun they had on the dance floor. Some people have told us they forgot they were at a wedding and not a concert; they've never seen so many people dancing at a wedding! The pictures capture it all - so much laughter and fun. Walter and I really appreciate you playing up until 11:00 to accommodate all of our requests and for playing "one more song" at the end! Please let me know where the best place is to write a review and if you ever need a reference or need me to speak to someone about you guys I would be MORE than happy to do so. Chris and the rest of 7 Sharp 9 were so easy to work with and did an incredible job on our wedding night. They were incredibly flexible - learning 3 new songs for our event (including our first dance) and playing amazing selections during both the ceremony and our reception. Everyone raved about how much fun the dance floor was and how well the band performed. I’m so glad we made the decision to book 7 Sharp 9 and highly recommend them to anyone looking for awesome performers at their event. Thanks guys!

What a phenomenal band Chris Wold has put together in 7Sharp9! It pushed the wedding reception into a stratospheric level of enjoyment and made the evening very special for my daughter and all who attended the wedding! I highly recommend this band if you are looking to create a great party atmosphere!

I cannot say enough good things about Chris and the guys from 7 Sharp 9. They made our wedding (April 2018) absolutely incredible and we could not have done it without them! Not only did they learn multiple songs specifically for us, but they performed them beautifully and kept guests dancing the whole night- they even let the groom have a special guest appearance on stage (although, 7 Sharp 9 are way better singers than he is!) ! We've gotten so many compliments on the music choices- even the groom's grandmothers were dancing all night!

Chris was incredibly easy to work with and I would hire them again in a second- I just need to have more events with a band!!

7 Sharp 9 is awesome! We heard and loved the band at a summer event and suggested them for our daughters wedding. So glad we did!!! The quality, professionalism, and musicianship of the band is amazing!
They knocked it out of the park! People are still talking about them and that’s unanimous from people across generations.
The planning stage was easy. The band had a long list and wide range of songs to choose from and even learned the first dance song and more. Chris played acoustic guitar during the ceremony and cocktail hour which created a wonderful ambiance. They provided the microphone for the officiant which was extremely important and helpful.
The band was so much fun and got everyone to dance (even the grandmas) and kept the energy going all night long! My only regret is that they didn’t play for two more hours.
Thank you to 7 Sharp 9 for a FANTASTIC wedding and we would highly recommend them for ANY event!!!

7 Sharp 9 was a dream band to work with! They are so responsive, they listen to you and make you feel at ease that your wedding is taken care of! Everyone at our reception was asking about them and wanted to book them. It is the perfect mix of band and DJ and we did not once stop dancing! You have to book them for your wedding!

7 Sharp 9 absolutely MADE our wedding day the amazing experience that it was. From the first time we contacted Chris (the band's leader) we were so impressed with his professionalism. Throughout the entire experience, there was never a doubt in our minds that they would do a phenomenal job. They played for our guests as they arrived and blew away our guests all night long with their talents. We are so glad that we chose 7 Sharp 9 for our special day and would ABSOLUTELY recommend them to any bride and groom hoping for a live band. The Music/Dancing was the most important part of the reception for us. We spent countless hours researching bands/DJ's during our wedding planning. We wanted a band with enough energy to keep the reception exciting, without playing all of the same songs that you hear at every wedding (BUT they can do this also if you prefer). After we decided to go with 7 Sharp 9, I immediately knew we made the right decision. They made sure every. single. detail was perfect and even learned a few songs for us (and NAILED them - we couldn't believe it). People are still raving about how amazing "our band" was and I can't agree more. I just ran out of room, could go on and on.

Chris and 7Sharp9 made our ceremony and reception everything we hoped for and more! They went above and beyond on our song requests even learning songs that we had not specifically requested to be played live! A great time had by all!!!

The band was great. I found them on Gig Masters and Chris was very easy to work with and helpful with any questions. He sent over a list of songs that they know how to play and also was willing to learn any new songs. Everyone at the wedding had a great time listening and singing along with the band and they were very accommodating to requests and people singing onstage with them. Would definitely recommend for weddings/parties.

These guys are the best, they really helped make it an incredible day. Chris was extremely accommodating on everything all afternoon and evening. We received countless compliments on how how great this band is, would very highly recommend 7 Sharp 9 to anyone and advise everyone to go catch one of their shows sometime!!

This band rocks! We booked them for our wedding and had the best time! They mixed in some old and new tunes and had people dancing all night long. Not only did they play the reception with the full band, but Chris played classical guitar for the ceremony and acoustic with vocals for the cocktail hour. They really added a nice touch. Also, Chris was a fantastic MC as he made wedding related announcements from time to time. They even learned a new song we requested for our first dance together. They were all extremely professional and easy to work with. If I throw a party in the future, I will look into having them play it.

7 Sharp 9 is amazing! Not only are they an incredible wedding band, but they are an amazing performance band in general. They are all awesome musicians with a knack for keeping the party going. Everyone at the reception commented to us how incredible the band was. Chris was especially accommodating for our wedding day. He played at the ceremony, a cocktail hour set, and multiple reception sets. In between sets they kept the party going with an awesome music playlist that kept everyone on the dance floor. We've been to a ton of weddings and can say without a doubt that 7 Sharp 9 is the best wedding band we have ever seen. Go with 7 Sharp 9, you won't regret it!

My husband and I chose 7 Sharp 9 for our wedding on 9/29/17 and we are still blown away at how amazing they were! Their professionalism, flexibility and service exceeded expectations and still puts a smile on our faces when we think about how much excitement and energy they brought to our wedding! A BIG thank you to Chris for being so attentive and learning additional songs in less than two weeks to help personalize our event! Our guests are still raving about 7 Sharp 9! Hands down the best cover band in Georgia!

Having live music at our wedding was very important to my husband and I and 7 Sharp 9 was really great to work with. From the moment that I reached out to them, they were super responsive and even learned several additional songs for my ceremony and reception. The type of music we wanted was classic rock and a bit of 90's punk rock and our wedding guests loved it. They have a long library of songs to choose from- but are also open to learning more. They even did a great job announcing the bridal party into the reception as well. They were respectful of the timeline too and even showed up early for set up! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a band!

Chris and 7 Sharp 9 were fantastic!!! Performed at my brother's wedding, didn't hesitate to book them for my wedding (240 people). Super easy to work with, very responsive. Small band with tons of energy and great sound. Highly recommend!

7 Sharp 9 was great. My husband plays music so he was the one to find the band. I was so excited that he found 7 Sharp 9! Chris was so professional and easy to work with from day 1. He gave me good ideas when I needed them, and took my ideas and made them happen. My husband and his bandmate (groomsman, also) decided so last minute (like, lined up to walk into the reception) that they wanted to try to play at the reception. Chris was so gracious to let them play a few songs! It was a memory that we'll never forget. 7 Sharp 9 is THE band if you want a good time!!!!

We had 7 sharp 9 for our wedding reception in August. They were so easy to work with and I can honestly say that they were the least stressful part of all our wedding planning. They put on a great show and kept everyone into it the whole night. Wish my beautiful bride and I would have had more time to be out on the dance floor!

I could not possibly recommend chris and company any more highly! They were so easy to work with and accomdated all of our song requests! They sounded amazing and I can't count on one hand the number of wedding guests who told me that they thought these guys rocked! If you are looking for a band to make your big day special I HIGHLY recommend you book 7 sharp 9!!!

7 Sharp 9 was easily our favorite vendor to work with! We worked closely with Chris to determine all of the details, and he was SO RESPONSIVE! I am so impressed with how attentive and how quickly he would get informtion back to us. Choosing a band was one of our toughest decisions for the wedding, and we are so glad we decided to go with 7 Sharp 9!! They were very reasonably priced compared to many other bands we looked at, and the quality of their work surpassed all of the others. They went above and beyond to make our day stress free! The learned new songs for us, served as an MC, and kept the party going! Everyone was sad when the reception had to come to an end, and kept requesting "just one more song" and they were all for it. I would highly recommend this band!! They can play any genre, too, which we were very impressed with!

There are not enough words to describe how great it was to hire 7 Sharp 9! Everything from the planning process to performances on the day of our wedding was flawless. Chris went out of his way to make sure we were able to personalize the music and that everything was exactly as we wanted. The ceremony music was so beautiful, adding such a special touch. We had SEVERAL friends comment that our wedding/reception was one of the best they had been to all year, I have no doubt this was due to 7 Sharp 9! They created such a fun atmosphere and everyone was dancing all night at our reception. I cannot thank them enough for exceeding our wedding dreams!

As we were dating, we often watched Seven Sharp Nine perform in local venues. When the time came to choose a musician for our wedding celebration, Chris Wold was an obvious choice. To say Chris is talented is an understatement. With phenomenal vocals, Chris is a genuine entertainer and customized the set list to the mood of our reception and guests. Accommodating, flexible and easy to work with, I highly recommend Chris and Seven Sharp Nine.

7 Sharp 9 was the best! Chris Wold was so easy to work with! He was very professional, sang every song we requested, and got the guests up dancing all night long. We still have people telling us how wonderful they were! They can play pretty much every genre of music and they sound wonderful!! We would definitely recommend this band for any occasion. Both the young and the old(er) guests loved them!!

I can honestly say that 7 sharp 9 was the one of the best decisions for our wedding. They not only are very talented, but extremely easy to work with. Chris responds to emails within hours and even gave recommendations for ceremony songs. 7 Sharp 9 learned 7 songs for our wedding and did not once complain or act like we were being a pain. The band also played acoustic at our ceremony and miked up the officiant for no additional cost. They had the crowd going all night long and our guest are still talking about how much they danced. Planning weddings are stressful, but if you book this band, you won't feel stressed at all. THANK YOU GUYS!!!!!!!! You made our night perfect.

Can't begin to describe how awesome this band was at our wedding. Every one of my guests commented on how great the music was and how much fun they had hearing some solid 80s and 90s favorites. The best part was that a lot of the songs aren't what you'd typically hear at a wedding which made it even more unique (Blink 182, Eve 6, Third Eye Blind etc). They even learned our first dance song AND the mother/son, father/daughter dance songs so we got to dance to live music!. Beyond their sound, 7 Sharp was very easy to work with and were extremely professional. The lead singer, Chris, even played acoustic sets for the ceremony and cocktail hour plus he provided a microphone for the Officiant. Book this band if you want a unique, fun, and professional experience!

This is well overdue, but this band is still being talked about by friends and family since my wedding last June. They took the time to learn my first dance song, and read the crowd incredibly well. Best decision my husband and I made during the wedding process! Thank you guys sooo much.

Awesome band! We used them for our November wedding and our guest are still raving about how wonderful they were!! When we started the wedding planning process my husband and I knew we wanted something other then your typical wedding DJ but didn't know where to start to find a band that we could trust. My husband actually started the research process and came across 7 sharp 9 and read all their wonderful reviews. My husband contacted Chris and from the start of it Chris was so easy to work with and extremely personable. He immediately sent us over all the info we needed and invited us out to a show they were putting on. The show was a little far out bc they were so busy with weddings so we took a risk because of the good vibe we were getting and ended up booking before we could see them live! As soon as we saw them perform at their show we knew we made the right decision! Chris and the band know how to put on a good show! When it came to my wedding day I didn't have to worry about a thing when it came to my ceremony music or the music at my reception! I was able to relax and enjoy the party and dancing right along with the guests! Thank you 7 sharp 9 for helping make our reception memorable!!
