5Eleven was the perfect venue for our wedding!!! We had 115 guests - ceremony in the courtyard, cocktail hour inside, and the reception out on the lawn! The bridal suite was a perfect getting ready space!
Stephanie and Lauren were both so helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. Lauren especially stepped in seamlessly when she joined the team. I really appreciated how she offered to set up a meeting to make sure we picked up right where things left off & that we felt good going into the final stretch!
They were also SOOOO helpful with linens (I went over probably 5 different times to look at all the swatches LOL). On the day of Lauren & additional 5Eleven staff were always around if we had any questions. And on top of all of that, the space itself is absolutely beautiful and made for the perfect backdrop for the entire day.
We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out & would absolutely recommend 5Eleven for your wedding or any special event!!! -

Absolutely everything about 5eleven was a great experience for our wedding. The entire space is beautiful inside and out and I love that you can personalize the layout in any way you like (plus having tables and chairs included was great). I loved the bridal loft and the added perk of being able to order breakfast and lunch for delivery and setup so we didn't have to scramble for food while we got ready. Cailin was so helpful and easy to work with. We really appreciated how quickly she responded to our (many!) questions and was proactive in offering solutions for us. We used the in-house bar service which was so easy to set up and reasonably priced. And the location really can't be beat - it's right in downtown but away from all of the bars so we felt we had plenty of privacy even though we were outdoors. Thank you 5eleven for everything! -

The perfect wedding venue
5eleven Palafox was such a beautiful, perfect venue for our small wedding of 25 people. While this gorgeous space can certainly accommodate much larger weddings, the size is also not so big that we felt like our small wedding was being swallowed by the space. Cailin at 5eleven was so welcoming and helpful with information. When we toured the space, some of the biggest selling points of the space for us (besides how beautiful it is) were being able to include our dog in the ceremony if we held it in their gorgeous, green courtyard (we did and it was amazing), the absolutely stunning bridal loft upstairs where I was able to spend all day getting ready, and the projectors and screens they had on site. We used the projector and screen to set up a lounge area where guests could play Mario Kart on Nintendo64. It was so fun to incorporate that gaming lounge into our reception.
Working with Cailin at 5eleven was great from start to finish. She answered all of my many questions, was able to customize our bar offerings when we requested, and was just all around lovely to work with.
The location of the venue is also amazing, being right on the main street of downtown Pensacola. We were able to walk to the Pensacola bars post-reception to keep the party going! I would absolutely recommend 5eleven Palafox to any couple getting married in Pensacola. -

Beautiful Intimate Venue
5 Eleven was even more perfect than I could have imagined for our wedding reception. Cailin and the rest of the staff were always available to answer any questions I had and she was attentive to all of our needs the day before and the day of. We were working with a short timeline and the catering and bar tending staff did not disappoint; we’re still getting comments about how good the food was! I would 10000x choose to have my wedding reception here again! Thanks 5 Eleven!! -

5Eleven was such an amazing venue for our wedding! The inside was beautiful for our reception, and the courtyard was perfect for our ceremony. Choosing 5eleven for my wedding was one of the best decisions I made. Gracey and the whole staff were so helpful from start to finish! The bridal loft was AMAZING. It had so many mirrors, outlets, and space for all my bridesmaids to get ready. The event space was perfect. It had everything we needed for a beautiful wedding day. The tables and chairs being included was so convenient, too. I would definitely recommend having your wedding at 5eleven!! -

We highly recommend 5eleven as a wedding venue! The whole team was amazing and so helpful.
We had to find a new venue after Hurricane Sally and were feeling stressed about the availability of venues. 5eleven made moving our venue and date super easy.
Gracey, Dayna, and the whole team were so great at communicating with us. Emails were always answered so quickly. As soon as we were within the 1 month window, they reached out to schedule our rehearsal. They made ordering food for the Bridal Loft from Bodacious for the day of super easy.
The Bridal Loft was sooo amazing. My family/bridesmaids got to relax all day while getting our hair and makeup done. The venue itself is gorgeous. We loved having a hybrid inside/outside wedding! Thank you 5eleven Palafox for providing a truly beautiful experience! -

Gracey was so helpful during the wedding planning process and answered all my questions. Anna Grace was there on the day of and helped us with anything we needed. I would recommend this venue over and over again. -

5eleven is an absolutely breathtaking venue. They have a gorgeous bridal loft above that is perfect for getting ready (tons of natural light - my photographer said it was impossible to even get a bad shot, relaxing decor, lots of outlets for hair and makeup, a fridge for champagne for wedding morning mimosas :), and 2 bathrooms). The venue itself needs very little decor and has a gorgeous courtyard that provides a very pretty place for the ceremony. The staff is responsive to both emails and texts and is there for you every step of the way. (And this is coming from a bride who’s wedding got postponed exactly 7 days prior due to the pandemic). 5eleven is totally worth it. -

My husband and I were married here in May and we absolutely loved it! The venue is so beautiful on its own that it doesn't require a ton of decorations. Several guests told us how beautiful everything was. The event staff was very responsive and helpful when I had questions. Overall, booking 5eleven was one of our best decisions when planning our wedding! -

The reception was inside/outside which worked out perfectly. The venue is so beautiful that you really don't need a ton of decor which was great. Samantha was great to work with and on top of everything! Overall, excellent experience and venue!

Her space is absolutely beautiful. It was a perfect reception space for our August 2015 wedding. I highly recommend this space for a wedding/reception! -

Everyone commented on how beautiful it was, and with the string lights outside and the lights on the trees in the front, it was just stunning. The space is one of the most beautiful establishments in Pensacola. Every single detail of the place is a work of art worth capturing with the rest of the memories captured while holding an event there. I truly recommend them to anyone looking for a venue to hold a catered event. You get a whole lot more for the money spent to rent the place. Thanks so much!! -

We had a 300 person wedding and 5Eleven was the perfect venue for us. We used a large clear tent on the side yard and utilized the courtyard and indoor space. The bridesmaids and I enjoyed using the Bridal Loft to get ready. Cailin is amazing and very helpful! -

There is a lot of fees and things you have to provide if you use a caterer that is not on their preferred list but other than that I liked it and the woman that runs it very much. -

If you’re looking for a modern, industrial, and just plain cool venue, this is it! We first fell in love with the venue through pictures and again when we got to tour it and decided to book right away. The elegant venue itself made our minimal decorations look so much more than they were—both the courtyard ceremony and the reception was beautiful. We could not recommend this venue more! -

I love the look of 5Eleven and the space is gorgeous, but the management of the facility is not up to standard with the price they are charging. There were so many little things that left me annoyed. First, after two attempts I was finally able to set up a time to schedule a tour. Autumn is the person who I communicated with throughout the entire process. In previous email communications I had explained our situation (we did a Sunday morning 11:00am ceremony and brunch reception). When my mom and I arrived for our scheduled tour, Autumn was asking me if it was a Saturday evening wedding and she had the wrong date... not a big deal, a lot of brides to deal with, so I explained it all over again and the tour went on fine. At the tour she told me they had high top tables available that we could use for the cocktail hour. I told her that would be perfect and we moved on.
Maybe a month later, I’m emailing with the person we hired to set up/ take down the wedding and she says, “by the way Autumn told me that the high top tables are $10 each to rent.. not sure if you knew that”. It’s not that that’s a big amount of money, but annoying to me that she wouldn’t mention it to me when we talked in person. I had to find out from someone else (I was charged for these tables when we paid our final payment by the way). Whatever, that’s fine. Maybe she forgot..
Then a week or so before the wedding I emailed Autumn one last time just to confirm the time we could start set up and tie up some loose ends. She replied to my email to inform me that she wouldn’t be in town the weekend of the wedding, but that everything will be handled. I reply asking for a contact number of whoever will be there to unlock the building, etc. She says that if I have any questions I should just contact the caterer. Our caterer wasn’t affiliated with the venue.. but whatever it’ll all be fine. Annoying she wouldn’t mention this earlier.. but it’ll be fine.
Morning of the wedding, the building is unlocked on time, but the speaker system, which we had checked the night before the wedding, was no longer working. Poor Lexi (with Great Southern Planning who is absolutely amazing and was doing our setup/clean up) was calling everyone she could think of to get in contact with someone from the venue about this issue. She finally got someone and they basically told her the wiring is bad and you just have to unplug and replug the power strip a bunch of times... usually that works. They did this and after 30 minutes of messing with it it finally works. This was about 5 minutes before the music was supposed to start and guests would begin arriving.
Other things that were frustrating:
-$500 fee if you don’t use their bar service (which is super overpriced btw.. we ended up paying the $500 and using Great Southern for the bar - definitely saved $ this way, which is insane).
-Having to hide in the bathroom in my wedding dress before the ceremony because the bridal loft (which is unfinished) was locked even though Autumn specifically said we could “hide out” in there before the wedding.
Did anything horrific happen? No.
Was my wedding beautiful? Yes.
Would I have it there again? Yeah probably just because it fit my vision so well.
I just put this out there because I had read nothing but amazing reviews about this venue prior to booking, and it was by far the most frustrating vendor for my wedding. -

This venue is beautiful, and my wedding was beautiful, at the end of the day, but not much thanks to the venue management. The website boasts all inclusive pricing, but my experience proved otherwise.
The issues arose about 6 weeks out from the big day. Per their contract I rented a tent to place on their side lawn through the venue- for $1,600, only to learn 3 days prior to the event that they really meant only a canopy, and that the side walls would be an additional $800+.
The placement of the tent was clearly established when the rental was paid for, but several weeks from the day, their liaison reached out to say I “hadn’t rented the side lawn”, so for that they’d need an additional $500. Fine we sucked it up, and they “gave some very minor consideration to price “since the event was so close”.
Further, I hired their in-house bar service and rented a satellite bar option to go in the tent on the side lawn. On the day of as we exited the ceremony, I see their bar manager SITTING in the tent on furniture I rented startled when we came out the doors. Upon seeing us, she quickly got up and exited the tent saying nothing, and she left an unstocked, unusable bar in the tent. So, although our order of events had scheduled for all guests to move from the courtyard where we had the ceremony, into the tent for drinks while the bridal party took photos and the caterers finished up final touches in the dining hall, the bar tenders took it upon themselves, without direction or permission from myself or my family, to direct guests inside for drinks, where they filled up on appetizers and deserts before the meal, resulting in over $800 of wasted food. It ruined our entrance our dances our cake cutting, everything. And I should mention the bar manager happened to be my husbands ex wife’s best friend, who should have removed herself when she saw our names on the event or our faces as we exited the ceremony. Also of note, On the day of we were told we were responsible for trash removal for the entire venue, despite their contact saying vendors were responsible for this- and their bar vendor is who we hired. I made the on-site venue employee aware of these issues and expressed that I wanted the bar manager to leave due to gross conflict of interest, but was not accommodated. And even so, later, to add insult to injury, one of the bartenders approached me to demand from me, “who is going to pay for the bar cap?”- this was a $500 cap set before the paid bar began, which we set months prior and paid in full before the event with all venue fees, per their contract.
I approached the venue’s on-site employee to discuss this and to ask for the manager to leave, and the fact that had to be done on my wedding day is so inappropriate.. Their own contract dictates that all bar service business was to be conducted between the venue and the vendor, not the bride on her wedding day. Guests have since told me they were overcharged for drinks and said that the female bartenders were snarky and rude all evening, even the caterers noticed the unprofessional attitude of the bar service group.
For all of those issues on my day, and after spending upwards of $25,000 on the wedding in total, nearly half of which accounts for the venue, I was refunded $979 from the bar service company, RS3 Sports Hospitality, that was the venue’s own in house vendor.
Renting this venue? Proceed with extreme caution and read your contract carefully. It’s a gorgeous venue, but truthfully it’s only by the grace of God the day went well- despite their mismanagement of their employees and breach of contracted services. -
