Richard was perfect for our wedding! Cost was excellent for our budget and he went above and beyond by working with our day of coordinator well, helping with music queues, and remaining flexible, open minded, and patient throughout the whole process and day of. Would definitely recommend! ❤️ -

Richard is the best. We had seen Richard at a friends wedding and we decided then we would use him. We didn’t realize then just how great he would be. Between date changes, venue changes, helping us find a venue for the ceremony. Honestly- you’re doing yourself a disservice if you don’t use Richard with 50 Miles Entertainment! -

Working with Richard was great! So glad we found him. Very professional gentleman. During ceremony music and reception, he timed everything just right! He honored our wishes for music choices and played a perfect mix according to our desired music style! He was pleasant before, during and after all the excitement. He checked our limo as we all got out to make sure that we didn't forget anything. He taught people dances while we were dancing. He did such a wonderful job doing everything, it really made our night run smoothly. -

I recommend 50 Mile Entertainment for anyone looking for a great, reasonably priced DJ in the St. Louis area. I had many guests come up to me during my wedding and compliment me on choosing such a good DJ. He was able to get the crowd up and moving and he even got up and danced with us. During our dollar dance he motivated people to dance with my husband and I— which was very nice as a couple where every dollar counts haha. I also loved the special effect lights he provided too. One of my favorite parts was the introductions for the bridal party too. He was loud, clear, and well spoken. Couldn’t have asked for a better time! -

We Had made some small changes on him and he never got mad or upset he just simply went with the flow and gave us what we wanted! He kept my guests on the dance floor and played several songs we loved. He even got us our personalized gobo light for our wedding & it looked amazing. We would definitely refer anyone having any event to Dj Richard! We can’t thank him enough!!! -

Richard was a great DJ! He was professional, extremely organized, and willing to meet multiple times leading up to the wedding. He got the crowd going and even joined in some of the dancing to excite guests. He was awesome! -

Brittany Sent on 09/23/2018Richard was a very fun DJ to have at our wedding. He took song requests from our guests and for the most part kept everybody happy, smiling, and dancing. We did have some issues with him as far as keeping things running smoothly. Our mic went out during the vows, which we heard a lot of complaints about. We also released our photographer, and during the cake cutting (while she was visibly packing up) he asked her to come back for photos. I feel terrible about this particularly since she took so many but we won't be ordering a single one. We also picked a first dance song that would open up the dance floor, and that just seemed to be so foreign to him. He asked if we wanted to switch the order of the dances (father/daughter, mother/son, couple) to the more traditional order, and we explained why not. We had told our wedding party to join us, but also that there would be a signal from the DJ which never came. We felt that he was very easy to work with, but he just didn't really read the instructions that we gave him and for that we were disappointed.
