Chiavari Chair Rentals Florida had the best customer service by far of any party company I contacted for my wedding. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service in the area. I contacted almost ten party rental companies and they exceeded my expectations. -

I rented a tent, tables, chairs, etc. for an occasion and these folks were very accommodating to my needs. Everything from the sales quote to setup/takedown was great. The sales person took the time to explain what I needed and what I could do without. I’ll definitely use this company again. -

The gold chairs that we rented for our wedding on October 5th looked so great in our venue! We were undecided about whether we really needed them as our venue did have their own chairs available, but I was so happy that we did decide to rent these as they really changed the look of the room. We got married on Friday, March 18, 2016 and rented 100 gold chiavari chairs. The chairs were gorgeous! Everyone raved on how elegant and beautiful the chiavari chairs made the room look. We absolutely loved using Chiavari Chair Rentals. Andy, was professional and prompt to respond to any inquiries. We even last minute realized we needed a white table cloth for our place card table, and without a problem, Andy was able to accommodate us. He worked directly with our venue so we didn't have to worry about anything else. So simple. If we used another vendor they would have charged a ridiculous amount for the same chairs. I am so happy we chose Chiavari Chair Rentals, we saved money AND their chairs were beautiful. It is exactly what I wanted and envisioned for my wedding day. Win/Win situation. We rented silver chairs with white cushions for our wedding. Andy was incredibly responsive and was great and easy to work with during the entire process. The prices were also affordable and booking the order was straightforward.
On the day of the wedding, he worked directly with our venue to coordinate prompt delivery, set up, and pick up at the end of the night. As a result, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Everything went very smoothly and the chairs themselves were beautiful. Andy helped us achieve our vision for our special day. We would definitely recommend this vendor! -

Andy worked straight with my venue so it was one less worry for me - when I saw how beautiful the chairs made the venue, I knew the money I had spent on the chairs were so worth it. All I can say is WOW! Our wedding at Galloping Hill Golf Course on May 25th, 2014 would not have been as beautiful without the Chiavari chairs from Andy.

Andy was super easy to work with and always available by phone. The chairs came on time and was beautiful. It made such a difference in my ballroom to have these chairs - the room felt lighter and more romantic with these chairs compared to what the vendor had. Andy did a wonderful job setting up the chairs for both my wedding and reception. He is very flexible and also very detail oriented. Andy took care of everything from start to finish for both events and made everything seamless for us. He even set up everything the night before and coordinated with the venue every step of the way. Definitely would recommend them to every for their special day! -

Andy & his team at Chiavari Chair Rentals NY was a godsend. I booked them very last minute and not only was the product of high quality but it was the easiest process. Andy contacted my venue to work out all the delivery and pick up times and I didnt have to do a thing but pay the bill which but the way is the best price anywhere in NY.

Andy/Chiavari Chair Rental came as a recommendation from another friend of ours who got married 2 years before. I knew I wanted gold Chiavari chairs with ivory cushions and Andy provided the best price and value. The process was pretty straightforward and overall really quick to book them. I only had to subtract half a star b/c at some point (30 days before my wedding date), it was hard to get ahold of Andy and it took a few weeks to hear back from him. I reached out to him on August 13th and he didn't respond until Sept 1st. I'm guessing it's just the craze of wedding season but I was getting a bit worried.
I know some people complained about dirty cushions but I haven't heard any complaints from my team/planner on the day of. The chairs were delivered on time and they were picked up promptly, so no complaints from me. I would definitely recommend Andy to future family and friends getting married. -

My fiance and I knew that we wanted Chiavari chairs for our wedding, so we researched prices on the internet and Chiavari Chair Rentals was by far the best value, in some cases, almost $4.00 cheaper per chair. And the price of the chairs included cushions! I did all of my planning with Andy by email. I also rented tables and tablecloths. As the wedding came together, I needed to change my order and it was no problem. Chiavari delivered and picked-up our silver chairs and eggplant linens on time, calling the venue on their own to confirm the delivery and pick-up times. Everything looked beautiful. My very tiny complaint is that a couple of the cushions on the chairs had stains but not anything that caused a problem for the wedding or our guests. I HIGHLY recommend Chiavari Chair Rentals and would do business with them again in a minute! -

By far the BEST place to rent chiavari chairs! You can't beat their price and the chairs looked GREAT! Without them, our wedding would not have looked as elegant. We also rented silver napkins, which were PERFECT too! Anytime I had a question or concern, I always got a prompt response back! I couldn't have been happier.
One word of advice - know the amount of chairs you will need, so you won't be over-charged or not have enough chairs. We had plenty and they give you (I forgot the time), a date that you can change amount without being charged, unfortunately I was overwhelmed and missed it by 2 days and had to pay for chairs I didn't need, which actually turned out to our benefit because we used the extra chairs for cocktail hour. I would 100% rent from them again and recommend anyone to use them. Really, they were great!

Beautiful Chiavari Chairs
Andy was wonderful to work with for a wedding luncheon we hosted. The chairs were lovely. We debated using chair covers and we’re so happy we spent a little extra to make the setting even more beautiful with the chiavari chairs . They were so worth it.

Amazing service!
Before i came across this vendor, i was having a nightmare. two months prior to the wedding i still didnt have chairs for because they were all sold out everywhere else! I finally came across chiavari on weddingwire and decided to contact them. Andy was amazing on working with me to get the ball rolling on the rentals and having everything ready for my big day. I am thankful that chiavari put an end to my "chair" stress for my big day. So glad i came across them and wish i had known about them sooner.

My venue was a hotel ballroom in Baltimore and we had both the ceremony and reception there. They provided these horrible red cushiony chairs - they were hideous. I really wanted chiavari chairs but companies wanted $8 or more for each chair so I figured they were out of reach. Then I stumbled upon this company and for only about $200 more, I could get chiavari chairs instead of linen chair covers! They totally transformed the look and feel of the room! Despite their low price, the quality of the chairs and cushions were really nice - same quality as those other companies I'm sure. Their delivery and setup/breakdown fees were also a lot cheaper than my hotel. Definitely would recommend to any bride looking to get chiavari chairs!! -

My husband and I rented chiavari chairs from Andy for our wedding at the Montclair Art Museum. At first I wasn't sure if we were going to spend the extra money, but we are SO glad that we did. They really added that extra touch to our reception and made the already beautiful room look so much more glamorous. It is such a simple way to drastically dress up any room.
The chairs were in great condition. The service was flawless and the prices definitely the lowest in NJ. Andy really goes the extra mile to make sure you're happy.
Trust me people, chiavaris look much classier than chair covers with bows, which can often look cheesy.

We are so happy with the gold chiavari chairs we rented for our wedding on August 30th. They were absolutely beautiful and completely transformed our reception room. We had our wedding at Jericho Terrace, and although this venue is absolutely gorgeous, we were not a big fan of the white chair covers so we decided to rent these chairs instead. Best decision! The chairs were delivered on time, set up and looked absolutely stunning. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. The only issue I had with them was the email response time. It did take some time to get a response to my emails as they were in a very busy wedding season. Other than that. Thumbs up!! -

We rented 152 chairs (silver wood chiavari chairs) for our wedding, since the hotels chairs clashed with our colors and also needed some elegance. They were recommended from a friend and I found them to have the best prices on the chiavari chairs and contacted them through their website. I had a last minute fear that the chairs wouldn't show up.... but they came through and arrived as scheduled. The chairs were like new, clean and with cushions.
My husband and I couldn't be happier with the service from them. I noticed at the end of the reception, they were putting little white covers over the chairs. I've worked for a rental company while in college and I can say none of our chairs looked this nice! -

This was the best rate in town AND they agreed to set up and pick up on the same day, a saturday, which was a big relief!!
I rented out 200 of the chairs in silver with white cushions. They came on time as scheduled, clean and beautiful looking. I only wish they had more chairs available for renting because my parties tend to be on the larger side.

I used Chaivari for the chairs at my ceremony. The chairs came and were gorgeous, and really added that element of elegance that I was looking for with my ceremony. They are very professional and seemed very friendly via email, but make sure to pay attention to detail when making plans with them. I was sent the wrong invoice by mistake, and if I hadn't made sure to check over everything they would have sent the chairs to the wrong location at the wrong time! Once I addressed it, however, they immediately sent me the correct invoice and it was fine after that. The only other thing was some miscommunication. I thought they were going to be delivered and set up on Saturday morning, but they instead were delivered on Friday morning and we had to set them up ourselves (including having to tie the cushions on all 250 chairs). That was a little aggravating but nothing that ruined the day by any means. I'm very happy that I ordered those particular chairs, and in the end everything was perfect. You will not be unhappy with their chairs, but be sure to communicate everything and be prepared to set the chairs up yourselves. -

We rented charger plates and chiavari chairs from this vendor. The vendor was nice and easy to work with. The chairs and chargers were an elegant touch to the wedding. Although I do have to caution wedding renters that some of the cushions had visible stains on them. Also the charger plates were not as shiny as pictured; Some had scratches and black marks on them. We used Chiavari Chair Rentals for our wedding on July 4, 2015. We found them through our vendor list with our venue. When we originally booked this, we were urged to reserve more than our expected number "in case they ran out of chairs" on our wedding date, which I think is a scam. The final count is due 30 days before your event date. I let them know 25 days prior that we needed 40 less chairs, which was 20% of our total number, but they wouldn't accommodate our request. Even our contact at our wedding venue said that they had accommodated her clients in the past with chair number changes past the 30 day mark, but they were not cooperative at all. This was the only vendor that I had issues with during my wedding and that caused me unwanted stress and I think others should be aware that if you do book with them, do not fall into the trap of reserving way more than needed. I wasted almost $250 ordering extra unnecessary chairs which is such a joke. -

After speaking with Andy and hearing him rave about his chairs being the very best, I ended up being sadly disappointed after receiving numerous complaints from guests at my wedding. The cushions were very stained and in horrible condition. My husband’s chair was very loose. I had a family member complain about splinters on the sides. The chairs need to be sanded and repainted! gold paint was worn off. The price was pretty good but BEWARE - These chairs were a safety hazard! Would NOT recommend!! -

Vendor went back on his word
When we first booked Chiavari Chair Rentals for our wedding in Florida, we were super excited. But on the big day, the company who delivered the chairs told my wedding coordinator that breakdown and setup were not provided, which was the exact opposite of what I was charged for/what I was told in our emails together. My wedding coordinator and her team had to breakdown the fully-wrapped up chairs by themselves. Despite attempts to contact him on the day of the event, he was *uncontactable*. Andy has still yet to contact me about this issue. Super unprofessional and would not recommend them to anyone. -

One week prior to our wedding, Andy said they would deliver our chairs at 2PM even though our wedding was in the morning. If we wanted the chairs earlier, we would have to pay extra. Our rental contract was for 24 hours which was not honored. Deposit was paid with credit card and on the 2nd payment, he added an additional credit card fee to try and make us pay via Venmo. On the day of the wedding, chairs arrived late and in poor condition. They also did not setup up the chairs as per contracted. Andy was unreachable. Do not rent chairs from him. Very unprofessional - filed a credit card complaint and won our case. -

Brides beware! I just rented these chair for my July 20th wedding and the white cushions were all stained, dirty, and disgusting! I was so upset and felt horrible for my guest having to sit on them. You get what you pay for with these chairs. The owner and workers didn't do anything to help with the dirty cushions the day off nor did we receive any reimbursement for our dissatisfaction. Please don't use this company, even though Andy seemed professional and very nice! SCAM ---- Andy tried to steal $150 from me, after my wedding claiming he should be given extra money for a "difficult" delivery, one which he only told me about because I called to inquiry about the additional charge after my wedding!! I was already paid IN FULL, and he charge my credit card illegally, WITHOUT permission!! He refused to refund my card, with no case or claim as to why he should be have owed extra money, clearly he was trying to SCAM ME! Thankfully after an investigation through my credit card company, they sided with me and refunded me in full when they saw proof of my payments and proof that Andy had NO RIGHT to charge my credit card without my permission. GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE DEALING WITH ANDY, HE IS A LIAR AND SCAM ARTIST. Charging someone's credit card without their permission is FRAUD, some kind of shady business he is running!!! If this has happened to you, definitely call your credit card to dispute the charge, so Visa can continue to build a profile against him! You will definitely get your money back because through the investigation process, Andy refused to comment, obviously because he was guilty! -

UPDATE AND FINAL REVIEW. Our big day was 9/5. We were married in Times Square in New York City. We were initially pleased to locate this vendor as they had great prices. We paid for chairs and a dance floor about six months in advance of our wedding, in full. As the wedding started approaching we became nervous because we could not get in touch with the vendor (Andy). We tried for about a month until finally he got back to us about a week from our wedding. Andy said he had been on vacation. Our next contact regarding this vendor came the day before the wedding (9/4) when our venue called us to let us know that the chairs and dance floor had been delivered but that the quality was below their standards. The venue counted 16 chairs that were broken, damaged, or with major paint missing. The venue contact Andy who then delivered some replacement chairs the day of the wedding. The other issue was the dance floor. It was such low quality (some type of rubber material) that we considered not even using it. The dance floor was dirty, held together on one side with black duct tape, and very low quality. It is one of the only things in our wedding pictures that we are disappointed with and unfortunately, a good number of your wedding pictures are taken on or around the dance floor. My final thoughts: you get what you pay for. I would use this vendor at your own risk! -
