We held our wedding at the 4-T for how memorable it has been in the past with weddings. Everything went so smoothly and we were able to get each package through the venue as well. The venue was absolutely perfect for our vibe and what we were going for. We had so many compliments on the venue for how beautiful it was. We had around 100 guests but the venue could fit plenty more, comfortably. We were able to walk around the property for pictures. We chose an indoor ceremony however an outdoor one is offered as well. Worth EVERY penny! Thank you 4-T team! -

Wonderful Experience
I only had 3 months to prepare for my daughter’s wedding so we contacted Mary Ann and she was so sweet and easy to deal with. She was always there when we needed help. She was fantastic! All of the staff at 4T did a great job with the wedding. They basically did it all from the decorating, food, flowers and cake. We highly recommend 4T Arena! -

I was absolutely overwhelmed with wedding planning & Mary Ann assisted and took the stress away completely. From flowers, to decor, to food, and more, our wedding felt flawless.
She prioritized how we wanted our day to feel & that is what stood out the most to me! She ensured I would have time carved out to relax and take it all in- time i otherwise may not have accounted for.
I could never recommend this venue enough! 1000% worth every penny. -

4T provided the perfect venue for our wedding day. Everything about the venue is top notch including the location, the venue itself, the dinner menu (the food is awesome!), and the staff. Working with Mary Ann (the venue owner) was a wonderful experience and she makes the entire process as stress free as possible. If you have the chance to work with her as your planner/coordinator, I would highly recommend this - she really does it all! She also does an incredible job with the floral arrangements and sweets! Our wedding day experience truly went above and beyond anything I could have ever imagined thanks to 4T. 10/10 would absolutely recommend, you will not regret it! -

I highly recommend Mary Anne and 4T Arena for any event! From our first communication to follow up after the wedding she went above and beyond my expectations! Leading up to our big day she asked questions to ensure that I had the ceremony and reception of my dreams. She helped me narrow down and select flowers that were gorgeous and fit our theme. She prepared the flowers and even had a throw bouquet ready without me asking.
Mary Anne and her staff did an amazing job preparing everything. The attention to details was fantastic. The food and service were top rated. Months later, many guests are still talking about how much they enjoyed their experience on our special day. -

Beautiful day in a beautiful space
It is hard to put into words the wonderful experience we had at the 4T Arena Events Center. From the moment we booked the tour for consideration, to the day after the wedding was nothing but pleasant. The venue is amazing and needs very little “extra decorating.” We chose to have the ceremony outside and the setting was perfect. When you use 4T for your wedding it also includes dinner with a wide range of choices. Our guests were very complimentary on the quality of the food provided. Mary Ann and her staff take immense pride in overseeing all the details and double checks to ensure everything ran smoothly. Mary Ann is quick to answer questions along the way. It was a beautiful wedding and stress free because of the exceptional service. Hand down a phenomenal experience from beginning to end! -

Mother of the Bride
I couldnt be happier with my experience with 4T Arena. My daughter had the wedding of her dreams there. Me being the mother enjoyed the day because of Mary and her staff . I was able to relax and not worry about one thing . I was able to visit with family and friends and know that everything my daughter wanted would be taken care of by them . 4T will provide you with great food good environment and wonderful staff to work with to make you day great like my daughters day. -

The Best Wedding Venue
I can not recommend the 4-T Arena enough! Mary Ann took all the stress out of decorating, planning, and the day of the wedding. I had opted to do a floral package and it was the best decision I could have made! I gave Mary Ann the ideas, inspirations, and a budget of what I wanted, and she turned it into a reality. She decorated everything and incorporated all of my ideas. Mary Ann was also my coordinator and took care of everything the day of. Mary Ann provided advice or answers to any concern or question I had. I had arrived to the venue on my wedding day and genuinely enjoyed the day without a single worry, as a bride should! The venue is absolutely beautiful and spacious! The food was amazing and I love that they served the food buffet style instead of having guests choose one meal option or the other. I am blessed to have gotten to work with Mary Ann and I can not thank her and the 4-T staff enough! I could not have chosen a better venue! -

A dream come true 🤩
Mary Ann took all of my wedding ideas and put them to fruition! She was so patient and helpful in finding my style and bringing the whole day together. Working with Mary Anne was an absolute pleasure. She is patient, professional, and truly cares to make sure you have the wedding of your dreams. She kept me focused and helped me to get my things in order, reducing my stress. Her staff was polite and professional. My guests were thoroughly impressed with everything and thought the food was delicious. And being able to use the decorations she has on hand in her decor closet kept my expenses down, which is always a plus. Would highly recommend. -

As a mom you want your daughters wedding to be everything she has ever dreamed of and Mary Ann and the rest of the staff of the 4T Arena made this possible. Before meeting with Mary Ann I was worried about every detail and she and the rest of her staff covered them all. She gave suggestions that probably saved us thousands of dollars, gave us amazing and unique ideas that we could put our own twist on, and I could go on and on. From start to finish every single detail was secured and covered. If we had it to do over again I would not change a single thing! The venue was gorgeous, food was delicious, and staff was delightful. Being able to sit back and watch all of your daughters dreams come true all while not having to worry about a single thing except what your next dance move will be is priceless. I never imagined that you could have so much fun planning and hosting a wedding! The only thing I regret is not having another daughter so I could do it all over again!! I can't even find the words to thank Mary Ann and the 4T Arena enough for everything they did for us!! -

Me and my now Husband just got married at the 4T Arena on April 1, 2023. Everything was absolutely perfect! Every single item that we used as a decoration clear down to the little place cards for seating were placed exactly where we wanted them to be. Our coordinator, MaryAnn, is absolutely amazing! I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help us with the planning and advice that she gave us during our pre-wedding journey. I will forever and always recommend the 4T Arena and MaryAnn to anyone that asks me for my recommendation. I am so blessed and thankful to have been able to have MaryAnn throughout this entire process! If I were anyone reading these reviews, DEFINITELY consider the 4T!! In my opinion, you will not find anywhere or anyone better to work with! -

MaryAnn and all of the staff at 4T Arena surpassed every expectation we had.
The day I toured venues, 4T Arena was my first stop. I knew what I wanted in a venue going into tours. As soon as we arrived, we were treated with warm smiles from MaryAnn. She immediately made it a priority to get to know us, as well as everything we wanted. We were then given a very thorough tour. I was immediately drawn into the charm of the venue. After the tour, we all sat down and went over all information that we would need to know. Any questions that we had, MaryAnn would answer thoroughly. At least to say, I was set on this venue before even leaving.
Over the next year and a half, Maryann consistently stayed in contact rather it be checking in, answering the thousands of questions I had, or providing insight. I knew I could always reach out and receive a very timely response. MaryAnn was also a great source of inspiration and guidance.
As it finally came wedding time, I was trying to stay as calm and relaxed as possible. I owe a huge thank you to the entire staff of 4T Arena for helping keep me relaxed. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was there to help in any way we needed. I knew that not only myself but anybody there with us could confidently turn to them for anything. The day of the wedding went smoother than I ever would have imagined. The staff of 4T Arena were very efficient, and always two steps ahead of the game.
Overall, Jaycob and I could on forever about all the good things to say. We are constantly reflecting on how the weekend went, and there is not one bad thing that comes to mind. Thank you so much to the staff at 4T Arena for making our wedding everything we hoped it to be, and so much more.

Mary Ann literally made us feel like her family. We planned our wedding from a different state and she was super accommodating to do calls, FaceTime, squeeze us in during trips etc. She also helped us find other vendors that she trusts and he has worked with before. The day of the wedding the weather changed, but she had a backup plan and our wedding turned out beautifully inside the venue. She also ran with every wild, unique, and random little ideas that we wanted and made them happen! Our wedding definitely had a different boho modern style, but she searched high and low to help us find everything to make the wedding of our dreams. She also did all of our florals, helped with the shuttle service, facilitated the amazing food, and much more. Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful it looked. Highly highly recommend working with her, and her whole team. -

We got married on 9/24/22 and from the moment we checked out the venue and met with Mary Ann we knew we absolutely wanted to have our dream wedding there! From start to finish she helped with every single detail, comforted every single worry I had along the way and made the entire process run smoothly and as stress free as wedding planning can go! Vendors were recommended for every single addition we wanted to have, the abundance of decorations they carried meant we didn’t have to purchase unnecessary supplies, Mary Ann did all of our food and floral arrangements, and everything was fantastic! If you are wanting to find a place that has someone that walks you thru the entire process, is an absolutely breathtaking venue, I highly recommend checking this location out! I will be recommending 4T arena to everyone that is looking for a wedding venue in WV! From the bottom of our hearts we are so thankful for everything Mary Ann and the entire staff at 4T is for sure a 5 star rating in every aspect! -

I got married April 30th, 2022, and my experience with 4T Arena events was nothing short of superior. Mary Ann and her staff go above and beyond for you! The venue is absolutely beautiful and does not require much décor, but if you need it, she probably has it available for you. Mary Ann has a wonderful eye and if you are not sure if something looks good, she will offer suggestions to make it look perfect. The food for our wedding was amazing and they really tailored our menu for us. We got nothing but compliments on the food. Other perks for this venue include: it is quite massive and can comfortably fit a lot of people, the ceremony and the reception are all located in the same space, the food is included with the venue, the outside has many places to take pictures and they all come out beautifully, and, the biggest perk of all, is it comes with Mary Ann. I can go on and on about how wonderful, organized, and thoughtful she is. She does your planning and day of coordination, and let me tell you if something doesn’t go to plan, she is on top of it before anyone notices. She is very responsive and makes sure everything is communicated and written down. I could not have done this without her. She also has a list of reliable and superb vendors to use! We used mostly all of her vendors and they did not disappoint! Shout out to Poppy Farms Sweets for the delicious dessert table. And lastly, this venue is the most reasonably priced venue around. For us, the venue and catering cost was less than most venue rentals alone. I cannot thank 4T Arena enough for making my day so special, and pulling together a perfect wedding in 3 months before my husband left for deployment! -

2 Words- Book NOW!
I could sing praises for 4T Arena and Mary Ann (the owner) all day long! My husband and I are originally from West Virginia, moved to Dallas, TX and we knew we wanted to come back to WV to have our wedding at 4T. I was able to plan a wedding 17 hours away with Mary Ann's help. Wedding venues in DALLAS TEXAS do not offer half of what 4T offers. Mary Ann is so detail-oriented and really partnered with us to ensure that our wedding day was exactly what we wanted. She took everything I asked for in preparing for my wedding and when I showed up on the day of my rehearsal dinner, I was blown away not only by how gorgeous the venue was but by how it wildly exceeded my expectations. 4T also provided both catering for our wedding meal, as well as our flowers. If you're questioning whether you should have your wedding at this venue, let this be your sign to book! -

I never thought it was possible for our wedding day to go exactly how we wanted it to but not only did Mary Ann (and the people at 4T arena) meet our expectations they exceeded them. From the moment we met with Mary Ann, I was never worried that our day wasn’t going to go smoothly. She is detail oriented and cares about the bride and the groom. The food was amazing. We were lucky enough to use her for our flowers and they were beyond better than I could have even imagined. I’m so thankful that we used 4T arena as our venue. Absolutely amazing!
We had the best experience at 4T! Mary Ann is so easy to work with and gives you exactly what you want. Getting married here was stress free. The only thing I needed to do, was show up!! The food is absolutely amazing and our guests loved it. The venue is the perfect rustic/barn look we were going for. Mary Ann has a room with decor and you are welcome to use whatever you want! I loved that I didn’t have to bring a lot of things to the venue to get the look I wanted. We had an issue with our cake after it was delivered and Annette took the time to take it apart and put it back together! Mary Ann and Annette also held my dress for me so I could pee, these women are like family and go above and beyond! Our day was perfect thanks to them! -

Truly a dream come true wedding! Mary was amazing with every aspect of planning. You can make sure everything is practically done in house so that it is stress free. We used the venue for our rehearsal dinner, catered our wedding dinner, used their decorations, put together all of our flowers! Best wedding venue! -

Our experience with 4T Arena was amazing! We cannot sing enough praises for the beautiful venue, amazing Mary Ann, the food, and the phenomenal support staff! From the beginning, we could tell how detail oriented she is via tailoring every thought toward our vague ideas of wedding planning. Her flower arrangements and bouquets were stunning. She incorporated my deer antlers and turkey feathers into them which I can only image was odd and challenging. The updates to the venue with the chandeliers and photo booth took it from beautiful to wow! Our guests are still saying how beautiful, friendly, and and delicious everything is. I would love the mac-n-cheese recipe. -

Join the 4T Family
Mary Ann and the 4T family made the entire process of planning and finishing out our Wedding 2.0 as seamless as possible! Mary Ann took care of everything from the decorations to the flowers - no stone was left unturned! We also collaborated with Annette (sister) with Poppy Farms for our invites, programs, pup cake, cupcakes, and actual wedding cake! We even worked with Austin (son) to rent an awesome Photo-booth! We can’t wait to see the photos! At the last minute one of my wedding party members cancelled- and Lilly (daughter) stepped in within 2 hours and had a dress and became the newest member of my wedding party! To say this is a family affair is an understatement! We feel like we are part of the family! Extraordinary service and helped keep our focus on what was really important- being present! Talk about amazing food, too! From the chicken to the green beans to the pulled pork 10/10! Who can say that your wedding planner would position a gorgeous horse for one of your photos! Yep, Mary Ann did! She, Jeff (husband), Hope (employee), Annette (sister) and Valarie (momma) positioned our color bombs for some gorgeous photos, too!
We would choose 4T 100 times over and you should too! You won’t be disappointed! -

Maryann is absolutely amazing to work with, she makes your life so easy when it comes to the planning part, and on the special day, they go completely out of their way to cater to you and make sure everything goes perfectly, how you wanted and imagined it! Absolutely Perfect!
We couldn’t be happier than we are with choosing 4T Arena. From day one they made this the most incredible experience. Our wedding day was beautiful and more than I ever imagined possible. Spectacular
Our experience with 4T Arena was awesome. Mary Ann took her time with any question we had during the planning process. The weekend of the wedding I was able to enjoy my daughter (bride) and Mary Ann and her staff took care of everything. The venue was decorated beautiful and we utilized the decor they had on site with a few personal touches. I would highly recommend 4T, Mary Ann and the staff. -

I cannot say enough good things about 4T Arena! My wedding day there on October 17, 2020 was absolutely perfect and everything I ever dreamed of! Mary Ann Tucker was super awesome to work with throughout the wedding planning process. She thinks of all the little details that I had never thought of and she checked in with me often the day of my wedding. Everything was set up and ready to go Friday before the wedding, so I didn't have to spend the day decorating. I got to enjoy my rehearsal dinner and just be the bride! Her staff is also amazing and super helpful, down to the little details too! They were ready and waiting with tissues and paper towels for me after our messy cake cutting LOL! My husband and I went back on Sunday afternoon to get our gifts and things we had left there. Everything we had brought and our gifts were already boxed back up and waiting in one area for us to take home. Overall, I am super pleased with how everything went! 4T Arena is THE BEST wedding venue! -

I had my wedding at 4T Arena over the weekend and Mary Ann went above and beyond my expectations. We showed up Friday to decorate and Mary Ann helped my vision come to life. During the wedding on Saturday she kept everything on schedule and help us with pictures since it decided to rain. The food is wonderful and all of my guests had a great time. Absolutely AMAZING! A most memorable day indeed!
We had our wedding at the 4T Arena over Memorial Day weekend! What an AMAZING and unforgettable day! You often hear of many horror stories of people planning weddings and then having disasters happen on the actual day, but for us it was all smooth sailing. Mary Ann and her staff were absolutely fantastic, working behind the scenes to ensure everything went effortlessly smooth for us! They made it possible for us to have a most memorable and special day and we cannot thank them enough! The special touches Mary Ann put on our décor around the venue was much appreciated and we loved everything from the lighting to the rustic, yet very classy feel of the venue. The food was also DELCIOUS (BBQ style meal) and was very much liked by everyone (including us) who attended our wedding. Our guests were so amazed at how lovely the venue was set up and they could not stop raving about how much fun they had at our wedding. Our ceremony also went without hiccups because Mary Ann helped us with our rehearsal the day before (WHAT A RELIEF! We had no idea what we were doing).
Before we decided on a wedding date, we had no idea on how to plan a wedding. However, our nervous feelings quickly went away when we started working with Mary Ann. Mary Ann is an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING person and a fantastic wedding planner! She is so easy to work with and also very knowledgeable on everything that our wedding needed. Because we live in the state of Washington, we often had meetings with Mary Ann over the phone and she made sure we had all our bases covered to ensure we had a most special day. She always answered our questions quickly and it was so much appreciated. We do not think we could have had such an amazing day without her help. Woweeee, we cannot thank her enough! ♥️

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I HATED every second of wedding planning, and I was completely clueless. Mary Ann was there for me every step of the way. She answered all my questions promptly and with patience. She went above and beyond what was expected. She gave me recommendations for vendors, basically decorated for me (with her own decor), and was just such a great resource through the whole process. Lexie was also a tremendous help with decorating, and she worked on my wedding day. Lexie made sure all my vendors were where they were supposed to be, and just ensured it all went smoothly. She was basically a day of coordinator. I didn't have to worry about a thing. My wedding was beautiful and flawless thanks to Mary Anna and Lexie. -

We were married at 4T in May, and Mary Ann made everything so easy! She was always available by text or email, and we even had her do the flowers for our wedding, which were perfect! My daughters wedding was held at 4T arena in September 2018. We started planning the wedding a year in advance and anytime I needed to get together and go over details, Mary Ann was always available. She offers many suggestions that one wouldn’t necessarily think of and helps with all details including the rehearsal. She helped calm our nerves right up to the day of the wedding. Mary Ann and her husband Jeff go above and beyond in creating the perfect wedding of your dreams! I highly recommend this venue for any event!! -

Down to earth - amazing family to work with!
Absolutely everything (venue, food, decor - I could go on but not enough room) is wonderful at 4T...BUT people make it what it is and these people are amazing...Maryann is Super Woman and won't steer you wrong, always smiling, always going above and beyond to get everything just the way you want it. Not only that but the rest of the family is there ready and willing to jump in - definitely when we needed them. Jeff Tucker went way beyond the norm by taking time to plow the arena and mow part of the hillside when he found out we wanted to a re-creation picture before the wedding...totally unexpected, Lexi was amazing - always ready to help and did a fabulous job decorating and keeping us on point at the wedding...and taking over smoothly when our seating guide was late due to a car accident...Austin - taking on the job of being shuttle driver after our (planned for months) shuttle (to the motel 24+ rooms of guests and the bridal party) fell through the morning of the wedding. These folks are the best at what they do...Maryann - Rock Star that you are, I can't say enough and there aren't words enough for what you meant to us all. YOU have this wedding stuff down to a science..Thank you for being the down to earth go-getter that you are..and making my daughter's dreams come true...Dixie Wolfe - mother of the bride... -

Chantelle Sent on 03/23/2018I can't say enough amazing things about Mary Ann and the 4T Arena! She went above and beyond my expectations. She answered every time I called (which was a lot), helped me pick vendors and made the planning process super easy and stress-free. At the reception, my train started to fall. Mary Ann pulled me into the kitchen, busted out a sewing kit and stitched my train back up before I really even knew it had fallen. Her and her husband even gave my now-husband and I a dance lesson before the wedding so our first dance could be perfect. Who does that?! <3 I can guarantee that the 4T Arena is 100% worth every penny! On top of a gorgeous, rustic venue, you get the world's best wedding planner <3
