We wanted something fun, delicious, and beautiful to present to our guests to eat for our wedding and 4 Rivers Catering and Bakery was perfect! A Huge Hit with Our Guests
We had a wonderful experience with 4 Rivers Smokehouse and our catering consultant, Sarah. When our guest count changed from 120 to 100, Sarah responded quickly with an updated quote and was incredibly timely, friendly, and accommodating throughout the entire process. She made everything easy and stress-free.
The food was absolutely amazing! Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the brisket, mac & cheese, baked beans, and the farmhouse salad. The dessert bar with a variety of treats was also a huge hit and the perfect sweet ending to the meal.
Highly recommend 4 Rivers and Sarah for anyone looking for delicious food and excellent service for their event!

Wonderful!
Sarah from 4Rivers was super helpful with any questions I had, and responded to questions or concerns quickly. The chicken and brisket was absolutely delicious, as were the bbq baked beans, and green beans. My husband also loved the black bean and cilantro rice. The baked beans were perfectly sweet, and the green beans were steamed perfectly. The catering staff was also very pleasant and helpful when it came to serving my husband and I's food, as well as with the buffet service. Definitely would recommend 4Rivers Smokehouse to any couple looking for BBQ style catering for their wedding!

Award winning food & service for every budget
Girls - stop going with the steak caterer that people will complain about being overdone and do your guests right. GO WITH 4 RIVERS! MENUS FOR EVERY SINGLE BUDGET. Four Rivers is crowned the Preferred Vendor by my Venue and for obvious reason. They went above and beyond to make sure our experience was perfect, I never heard a single peep from them during my entire event because they had it down pat. Our guests have told us they couldn't believe how good the food was and how this was better than some weddings they had been. They were 5 star when it came to service, we never had a line, cleaned up very fast and had our cake cut so quickly. I highly recommend to anyone!

4 Rivers Smokehouse catered my wedding, and they did an incredible job! We opted for a buffet-style setup, and it was perfect for the occasion. The prime rib and smoked turkey were absolute highlights—perfectly cooked, tender, and full of rich, smoky flavor. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food, and it truly added a special touch to our celebration.
The appetizers were absolutely amazing and set the tone for the delicious feast that followed. Two standout features were the mac and cheese bar and the mashed potato bar, which were an absolute hit with our guests. Both stations offered a variety of toppings and allowed everyone to customize their plates, adding a fun and interactive element to the dining experience.
The catering team was professional and efficient, ensuring everything ran smoothly throughout the evening. They set up and managed the buffet and food stations beautifully, allowing everyone to enjoy the variety without any hassle. Their attentiveness made the dining experience stress-free and enjoyable for all.
From the flavorful barbecue to the creative food stations and seamless service, 4 Rivers Smokehouse played a huge role in making our wedding day unforgettable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional catering with amazing food and service.

Great value and service!
4 Rivers was very quick to respond to any of our question, or concerns. They were very kind and patient with us and on the actual wedding night they showed up early to set every thing up. They worked very fast to get all the guest served and even brought my wife and I a plate to our table because we were so busy with photos which we really appreciated. Overall they did an exceptional job and we can’t recommend them enough!

BBQ is the way to go!
We were really excited to see 4Rivers as a preferred vendor at our venue. We worked with Sarah to ensure we had everything we needed for our wedding. She was extremely thorough and guided us through the process with ease. Our guests were raving about the food and some out of town guests even told me they were looking to have some 4Rivers shipped to them out of state. We would hire them again in a heart beat!

Delicious and Helpful!
My husband and I highly recommend booking 4Rivers for your wedding! Not only was the food delicious, but the staff were very kind and efficient throughout our wedding, including checking in on us during dinner to see if there was anything else we wanted or needed. On top of that, Sarah was an absolute dream to work with! She was incredibly responsive to any forms of communication, was on top scheduling/planning, and answered so many questions I had that she probably didn’t have to. She even helped guide me on picking a color for linens that would best fit our color scheme and was very communicative with our coordinator. Having Sarah on my team really helped to reduce a lot of stress and I would absolutely want to work with her for any other catering event!

Yummy BBQ, Incredible Staff, & Reasonable Pricing
Would highly recommend 4Rivers Catering! After submitting a request for a quote, Sarah quickly got back to me & was very responsive via email. The catering menu had a LOT of options, so it was easy to create a customized menu with all of our BBQ favorites. Prior to the wedding, I had a planning call with Sarah & she put together a wonderfully detailed timeline for her team. The day of the wedding, the food was DELICIOUS! A "small" detail that really meant a lot to us was the head server getting our plates for us - we were served first without having to visit the buffet ourselves, which gave us extra time to visit with our guests while everyone was eating. Our vegetarian option (vegan burnt ends) might've been my favorite, and the pulled pork was a crowd favorite. We had selected the disposable > china place settings, and I was worried it would look cheap, but it actually looked great - the only minor issue was that it was really difficult to eat the chicken (because of the bone) with the plastic cutlery, but we had plenty of other entree & side options. The fried oreos were a great way to end the night, and the staff was amazing at cleaning everything up!

Delicious BBQ buffet!
My husband and I catered 4Rivers BBQ for our wedding in October 2022 and it was absolutely delicious. Our guests loved it which was clear to see when we barely had any leftovers. We also got our cake and bartending services through 4Rivers and we were so happy with everything. It made it so easy to have all three services coming through one vendor. The bartender Jack was so attentive to our needs throughout the night and even our guests noticed how great he was.

4Rivers did a wonderful job in all areas throughout the wedding process. The communication, professionalism and assistance was wonderful and they are LEO friendly. They gave us the most bang for our buck for our wedding and the food was amazing! Our guest really enjoyed themselves and had plenty to eat. Highly recommend them for any catering needs!

Delicious BBQ!
We love 4Rivers and were so excited to have them cater our wedding reception. The food was delicious, and we had so many guests comment that this was the best wedding food they'd ever had. We had BBQ, but there are so many good options to choose from on their menus. They were so easy to work with and flexible as we solidified our guest count. 4Rivers is a preferred vendor at the Ever After Farms Blueberry Barn, and it was nice that they knew where to set up and how to operate. We would absolutely recommend 4Rivers catering any event you're having!

Perfect for our wedding!
4Rivers was one of the vendor options for my venue, and was one of the most recommended by our wedding coordinator. They were always very responsive and sent us a ton of updated proposals as we moved through planning. I loved that even though they're a smokehouse, they still offered great vegetarian and vegan options. The brisket and pulled pork were amazing, and we heard great reviews from our vegan guests too! They had the burnt ends. One of them worked in the wedding business and said that the food was some of the best they've had. We decided to have 4Rivers provide the cake, linens, and some china as well, which was perfect. I couldn't have been happier about booking them!

Excellent Catering Choice!
My Husband is from Tennessee and my family is very involved in the food & beverage industry so we were looking for a high quality caterer that fit both our cuisine styles and was a good value. We were so impressed by the initial tasting we did, 4-Rivers is a very well known restaurant in FL for BBQ and I did not want our buffet to be super casual, but they had offerings that fit every style. So we knew all of our guests would enjoy the selections and it would also be great comfort food. Sarah was my contact and she was very friendly, professional and responsive. The food on the day of our wedding was delicious and exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend!

Amazing service and quality!
Holly went above and beyond. They even offered to do save day covidbtests for their staff. Food was excellent and the price was unbeatable for passed appetizers, dinner, desserts and cake for 150 people!

Best BBQ catering
When planning your wedding, you are told that guests care about the bar and the food the most. If you want happy wedding guests then you need to hire 4Rivers. For our wedding, our guests couldn't stop telling us how much the liked the food!

Great experience
We did buffet still for our wedding and the food was delicious. Had so many people comment on how good the food was since seeing everyone after the wedding. Would definitely have them cater another event in the future.

Incredible BBQ and Service
4Rivers, on it's own is delicious and a household name for BBQ in the Tampa and Orlando area. My husband and I love BBQ and 4Rivers was a recommended vendor from our venue. Let me tell you, I cannot believe how wonderful 4Rivers was as a catering service. They do weddings SO WELL! Heidi, the catering coordinator was incredible to work with and was willing to make any of our wishes work out. We went with one of their top packages, which included everything. They did the place settings, Hors d'oeuvres, a buffet, bar service, and cake through the 4Rivers Sweet Shop. With the bar service, I made a list of alcohol I wanted and Heidi calculated how much to buy of each based on the number of guests. Then they purchased and brought all the alcohol- a serious time and stress saver when you're on a budget and doing so much of the wedding yourself. The place setting was another stress saver, as it was one less thing to purchase/rent and they cleaned everything up at the end of the night. My venue had a strict clean up policy at the end of the night and 4Rivers handled everything. The waitstaff/bar staff was incredible and kind. I received compliments from my guests on how kind and helpful they were throughout the night. One of them even showed up in my photo album guest book! The food of course was SOO GOOOD and again I received compliments all nights and for weeks to come on how good the food was. The cake was also beautiful, exactly what I wanted, and so delicious! I cannot recommend 4Rivers enough. They were my favorite vendor to work with because of how wonderful they were!! Do not think twice about hiring 4Rivers for literally every food and beverage aspect of your wedding.

Awesome and delicious
This vendor was awesome! Highly recommend! All of their food was amazing biscuits were a bit dry but may be from being made earlier in the day and having to be reheated. If you decide I go with them the burnt ends, baked beans, collards, and Mac and cheese were delicious! Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Very happy with our choice!

Absolutely delicious - a perfect choice!
After attending other weddings that had hired 4Rivers Catering and seeing how organized and friendly the staff were, I knew they were a great choice for our wedding day! The entire process from start to finish was always smooth and concise which really helped with planning. On wedding day, we had multiple guests go back for seconds as the food was so delicious!!! March 21, 2020 Wedding Godsend during COVID 19
4Rivers was set to cater an elegant rehearsal dinner for 90 people when suddenly four days ahead of the event everything was shut down due to COVID 19. After wonderful neighbors and friends stepped in to relocate the downsized wedding and save the entire wedding weekend, Robin and her team came to the rescue and catered a smaller rehearsal dinner AND the wedding as well... on very short notice and seamlessly. Phenomenal food cooked to perfection and superior service with an attitude of care and professionalism!! Cannot say enough about how easy they were to work with and how professionally everything was handled. We are so grateful for their service and for God's provision.

Perfect Choice for your Reception - Street Tacos, 'Nuff Said!
We got married on 11/7/2019 at Venue 1902 in Sanford. Robin and Justine were wonderful to work with! I was impressed at how affordable they were compared to others, even with the high quality and popularity of 4Rivers. I received so many compliments the evening of the wedding and for several weeks afterwards about how great the food was and how everything looked so good. They even planned in advance for someone to give both my husband and I a plate of food to make sure we ate something. That was perfect!! They also did a great job serving our alcohol and utilizing the personalized napkins are had made. I would highly recommend them to anyone getting married and not wanting to go crazy on spending for food. The street tacos were so good, everyone absolutely love them! Thanks 4Rivers, glad we could support a locally-owned, family business for your wedding!!

Great Food, Great Communication
Absolutely loved having 4Rivers cater our wedding. Heidi was helpful throughout the entire process and flexible with our changes. The catering team arrived on-time and set-up quietly and out of site so the guests never saw them. All of the food was amazing and really made us happy the we went with 4Rivers. It was also really great that the catering coordinator, Heidi, stopped by to make sure everything went smooth.

4Rivers was so incredibly helpful on our big day! They helped moved chairs from the ceremony to the venue, and they served our cake as well. Don't second guess hiring 4 rivers!
4 rivers was one of our best wedding decisions we could have made! They seriously know what they are doing, and from beginning to end we felt the professionalism. The 4 rivers team nailed down every detail with us prior to our day, including with our 3 tier wedding cake from the sweet shop. We also included bartending services with our catering it went very smoothly. We worked with Sarah through all the steps of the catering planning and she was absolutely wonderful. Our package included plates, silverware and glasses for each guest and 4 rivers set everything out on our tables prior to the reception, including folding our napkins and filling our water glasses. Everything was priced reasonably, and we really couldn't have asked for better wedding food. Also the cake was so yummy and really surprised me!! 5 stars from a happy bride! “Best Wedding Food Ever” -Our Guests
Okay, like, the food matters SO much at a wedding and 4 Rivers did not disappoint. Our guests were absolutely RAVING about the food.... everyone was just so happily surprised that it was just so yummy. We had brisket, pulled chicken, corn, sweet potatoes, baked beans, lemonade, sweet tea, and their famous bread puddings (a must, if you’re considering) and I don’t know which item got most attention, it was all so good. Seriously, it’s been a month and people are still talking about how good the dinner was! Which made me really happy cause it’s awesome to see your guests really enjoying the dinner. The caterers were SO sweet and took care of absolutely everything for us- Heidi coordinated for us for all the months of planning and then the servers and day of coordinator there were just delightful people! They made it really fun and fast, and got us anything we needed. A smooth and delicious experience from start to finish, and super affordable! We went there a month after the wedding cause we just couldn’t wait to eat there again. It’s SO yummy. Most people don’t think of barbecue type food for a wedding, but let me tell you, don’t count it out. It was elegant enough for our wedding 100% and the taste of the food was just perfect. 10/10!

Delicious and Professional!
If you haven’t had 4rivers you are truly missing out! We have been a fan since the beginning and pretty much always knew that when it was time for our big day 4rivers would be apart of it. Working with 4rivers catering was a breeze. Sarah was amazing and willing to work with us every step of the way. Sarah was so professional and very helpful especially when it came to my 100's of questions. We even requested some modifications to some of the items we selected, and they had no problem accommodating us. Sarah worked with us to create a timeline for the day so that everything ran smoothly and her staff knew exactly what they needed to do. The food was delicious, and we received so many compliments from guests that had never tasted 4rivers. Thank you to Sarah and everyone at 4rivers for making our day extra special and super yummy!

Excellent food and service!
4Rivers handled our wedding catering and was amazing! We had an easy and enjoyable planning process, the food was all delivered and setup on time and was delicious! We had brisket quesadillas, chicken biscuit bites, and smoked jalepenos for appetizers, salad, brisket, pulled pork, corn, and green beans for our entree, everything was hot and so good! Our guests and vendors raved about it, including the servers and setup. Would recommend them for any event! Our cake was beautiful and delicious too and came from the Sweet Shop.

Southern treat
My fiancé and I are so excited to book 4rivers to cater our wedding. We are spending a little more to have happy bellies all around. We our treating out guest to prime rib and fried chicken with all the southern fixens! I cannot wait for our happy day! They are also taking care of our cake and extra sweet treats!

Wonderfully delicious!
Paige and her team at 4Rivers in Tallahassee FL did and amazing job catering my special day! They served delicious food and had plenty for everyone to get seconds. I even managed to not spill on my dress, yay! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for delicious food! Only downfall was that there was not any macaroni and cheese left to take home! For the amount of time, bar tending, plating, walking appetizers and serving it was well worth the price!

4Rivers was our first and only choice!
When our wedding venue was running low on Saturday wedding dates for Spring, for a half second I said to myself, maybe we could get married on a Sunday... & then I realized we couldn't have 4Rivers, and we completely abandoned our March - April wedding timeline for a mid May just so we could have 4Rivers. Sarah and her team were fantastic in helping plan our wedding menu. We also used their bartender service, which was again, awesome. We gave the bartender a sangria recipe, and I'm not sure how or what he did, but EVERYONE raved about it, and for some reason, even with the recipe, no one can replicate it! Whatever he did, AMAZING and worth it.
As always with 4Rivers, everyone RAVED about the food, loved the service, and we couldn't imagine our wedding day without 4Rivers. Thank you!

Friendly, On Time, and Delicious
Sarah was wonderful to work with. She was so easy to communicate with, responded in a timely manner, and was happy to allow changes to the menu offerings. The tasting was also great because we were able to taste more things than just what we thought we wanted (and actually changed our menu because of this!).
The day of, the on site staff was AMAZING. Super friendly and smiley. There was a precious moment between one of the waiters and a group of our flower girls and ring bearers. He actually kneeled down to give them all the chicken finger appetizers. It was adorable!
Everyone raved about the flavor of the food.

Sarah Moellman was head of catering for 4R. She was amazing, organized and super helpful! Guests said it was some of the best wedding food they had eaten and I agree! All of the staff were extremely nice! The desserts were delicious!

We worked with Sarah and the process has been super easy from start to finish. First off, the tasting was impressive; we had our own little area to eat in private and tasted so many things! And then, the day of the wedding, they set up a majority of the room; placed the linens, set the tables, and, of course, provided all the food. I like how their pricing is fair and includes gratuity so you know the staff is being compensated for their time. Everything was perfect and delicious, thank you for a lovely evening!

Our wedding hasnt even happened yet but im already super impressed!
1. We are on an extremely tight budget and their prices are phenomenal. We are using them for both food and our deserts. I almost fainted when we got the grand total of what it all came to and we came in under our budget! They came highly reccomended from our venue.
2. They respond so quickly with all of my questions and believe me i had alot.

4Rivers catered our wedding on 10/27/18 out of the Carrollwood location and we worked with Emily. Me and my husband personally love to eat at 4Rivers, so once I found out they did catering and checked out their menu I immediately set up a tasting. From the first tasting to every email afterwards Emily was professional, prompt and courteous. She was patient with me throughout every question and change that I made. We went with part buffet and two stations- can you say mashed potato bar?!?! The food was amazing and the brisket was the talk of the evening. Even though it was BBQ it was still elegant and they made it work well with our industrial themed venue. The staff who was there day of were great as well. We would definitely recommend 4Rivers!!

Amazing food and staff!!
We had many of our guest tell us that this was the best food that they have ever had at a wedding. We had a buffet for our wedding and selected many items from The Coop menu, and a couple from the 4Rivers menu. The fact that we could use both was fantastic, as we wanted more southern style comfort food with a touch of BBQ. The Coop fried chicken is award winning and I can see why. the very beginning, meeting with Robyn for a tasting, all the way through to the staff who were present for our wedding. I did not have one bad experience with anyone. Every person was courteous, patient, and professional. 4Rivers catered our wedding a few weeks ago and did an amazing job. The food display was beautiful and worked well with our "rustic" theme. The staff was extremely helpful, even helping wipe down the dance floor after a light shower. They truly went above and beyond. In addition, prior to the wedding, they were very responsive in helping plan all of the details, with minimal effort required of us. We had many guests and family members compliment the food and ask where it was from. We highly recommend 4R for catering and bartending service.

I LOVE 4Rivers! My fiance and I are huge fans of 4Rivers and The Coop. When we started planning our wedding, we knew immediately we were interested in having 4Rivers cater. After doing some research, I learned that they now cater The Coop which is one of my favorite places for fried chicken. I was hooked. We requested info and were invited to a group tasting they held at the 4Rivers in Winter Park. We tasted what seems like everything possible and knew we had to have 4Rivers. We created a menu with some of our favorites from both 4Rivers and The Coop. The day came and everythign went off without a hitch! The 4Rivers team was perfect and they handled setup and breakdown perfectly. Everything was absolutely delicious. So good that people were asking for more at cocktail hour when we ran out! If you want a good old fashion southern menu you for your wedding, look no further. 4Rivers is what you want.

Okay, now that we are done swimming in delicious corn and bean salsa, cupcakes, mac and cheese, cornbread, etc. we can finally share how happy we were with having 4Rivers cater our wedding. From the beginning stages of planning with Kelli, who we have to say, is absolutely wonderful to work with, and so patient! We had quite a few modifications, and each and every single time, she modified our order in such an encouraging and positive way! Thank you, Kelli! You made it so much easier! Now on to the actual event. The staff at 4Rivers was absolutely amazing, and smiley! Everyone complimented how helpful and kind they were. I recall sitting at the sweetheart table and being greeted with our plates and treated so nicely. Very memorable. It was a VERY cold day, but the food was nice and warm and SO delicious. EVERYTHING was delicious. From the appetizers, to the actual entrees, to our delicious desserts. The best part - they wrapped up all of our leftovers for us and we basically had delicious food for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and then some! Our 4Rivers bartenders were absolutely awesome. Great personalities! We felt like we were in good hands the entire time and made for an easy breezy wedding day. Thank you, 4Rivers! We love you!

4Rivers did an exceptional job for our wedding! The food was delicious. My husband and I love BBQ, and knew for our garden wedding that 4 Rivers would be the perfect fit for food. Our guests were pleased with how it all tasted. Many commented they wanted to go back up for seconds or thirds! Even further, I was thrilled with the overall setup. The food was displayed at the buffet in nice chafing dishes and had a chalkboard sign labelling each side for guests. It looked great, tasted amazing, and the staff & service were spot on.

Amazing food! So happy with our decision to use 4Rivers and their Sweet Shop for all of our food, desserts and wedding cake included. Kelli was so helpful with the decision making process, from choosing the amount of food to designing a menu for the buffet and cocktail hour. Jazmyne at the Sweet Shop was also amazing at the cake tasting, helping to pair cake flavors, filling and frosting, especially with help designing a surprise grooms cake with a football theme. The staff provided for the day of was helpful, friendly, and very professional. Everyone is still talking about of amazing all the food was. Definitely one of the highlights of the day!

4Rivers was AMAZING! We hired them for catering, bartending, and we used the Sweet Shop for our cake and mini-dessert bar. Our guests were all talking about how much they loved the food and cake. One of my guests told me it was the best wedding cake they've ever had. The bartenders were not stingy with the alcohol, which my guest appreciated. The whole team was great to work with. The were very responsive, and they didn't mind that my husband and I made lots of little changes throughout the planning. They were also extremely reasonably priced, especially compared to other caterers we looked at. They gave us lots of advice on how to work with our budget and really worked with us to get costs down where we could. They were also so much more upfront with their prices than some other vendors who quoted us one number which then magically doubled. The whole team was awesome, but Kelli really helped us out a lot. Booking 4Rivers was one of the best decisions we could have made!

We had 4Rivers cater our wedding on April 29th, and everything went perfectly. They had everything set up and ready, appetizers passed during the cocktail hour, and the buffet went quickly so none of the guests were waiting too long. I heard from our guests that they loved the food, and my husband and I even had two boxes packed up for us so that we could eat later that night. I would recommend 4Rivers to anyone looking for quality BBQ catering for a wedding.

4Rivers came through!!!!! The food was amazing. We received no complaints from our guests. The deposit and pricing was reasonable. Several guests have decided to use 4Rivers for catering for future events. The neat thing about 4Rivers is that they were able to provide meat options for our guests and vegetarian options for my husband and me (i.e., we are vegetarian, but our guests were not). Our rep, Kelli Cavanaugh was an absolute dream. She was very flexible with us and stayed in constant contact with us.

We changed the menu and total head count several times and she was flexible to jump in and update our order up to a week before! The entire staff was very helpful and responsive. We used the Sweet Shop for a 6" cutting cake and an assortment of mini-cupcakes for our guests. Not only was 4 Rivers the most affordable option, but the quality of the cupcakes and cake were top-notch. We ordered 240 mini cupcakes to feed about 125 guests and WE HAD NO LEFTOVERS! Literally, every single cupcake had been either eaten or taken home for later. It's also really nice that for no extra charge, they will "signature frost" the cupcakes, so the vanilla bean cupcake had white chocolate shavings and our double-chocolate cupcake had a chocolate chip in the icing. They also offered display options we could rent. We worked with Kate Kersting and she was extremely responsive and had excellent communication skills, and made the entire process really smooth and easy for us.

Food was AMAZING!! It does not get better than this! So glad my husband wanted them for our wedding. This was a big MUST have for him. The tasting was so good - I knew the food would be a hit. Everyone loved it, obviously. Ribs, fried chicken, green beans, beef tips...and we had leftovers that we were able to eat for the next few days since we didn't want to cook. Top 7 Reasons to Hire 4 Rivers Catering
Food is one of those things that needs to be right. And not just that the food tastes good...the caterer needs to be on time, brings the plates and silverware, has friendly servers, etc. There are a ton of options to choose from in Orlando but 4 Rivers absolutely nailed it in every way. We decided to list the reasons to hire 4 Rivers to help you make your decision.
1. The food was awesome. I have been to weddings where the food wasn't very good or it was cold. We opted for buffet-style brisket and chicken with sides and the food was piping hot and tastes just like it does in the restaurant. Multiple people said it was the best food they've had at a wedding....mmmmmm meat.
2. Service was awesome. We hired 4 Rivers to serve appetizers, the food and provide a bartender. Food service was efficient and the servers were really nice. Even prior to the wedding, when I dropped liquor off at the warehouse, their staff was super nice there too.
3. Bartender was super awesome. I bartended for years and was going to hire a friend but it was easier to use 4 Rivers (and pretty inexpensive). Turned out to be an excellent choice. He was friendly, mixed tasty drinks and we never had a line even with 100 people.
4. Very fair pricing. Early in our caterer search, I almost had a heart attack looking at pricing. 4 Rivers was by far the most friendly on our pocket of the ones we researched. I wouldn't say "cheap" but for the quality of food and service, we felt like we got a steal.
5. Dena, the catering manager, is great to work with. Dena coordinated everything and made sure we were taken care of. She responds quickly and was super sweet.
Bottom line: hire them. They have a great operation, are really flexible and with the sweet shop, rentals and partnership with the Coop, you have everything you'd ever need! Thanks!!

If you're local to the Orlando area, you already know how amazing 4Rivers Smokehouse food is! It was nothing short of amazing for our wedding! Dena was our main catering contact and she was incredible! She was SO responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. The catering coordinator was so easy to get in touch with and flexible with the order (we changed it a million times). They were able to change things up to the week before the ceremony. We worked with Kelli, the catering sales manager for the months leading up to our wedding. She was super quick to answer every question we had and helped us put together a fabulous menu and set up. We were blown away by the quality of service we received on our wedding day. All of the 4Rivers staff were amazing. She answers every single question I have, most of my questions she answered before I could even ask, and she always gets back to me in a timely manner. I've changed my menu many times and she's been patient and helpful each and every time.

4Rivers was great from start to finish. They did a fantastic tasting that was fun and complete with photos of the set up. I also had my cake done with them and it was so delicious. What is not well known is that they will also provide bar services which makes it easy to keep the number of vendors down = less people you need to coordinate with.
They also bring their own linens for the tables and have an attendant behind the food to help guests get food.

Where do I START with 4Rivers?!?! They were quite possibly the best thing that happened to our wedding!!! My husband and I knew we wanted food that was universally delicious and also showed our fun personalities. We contacted 4R to ask about catering, and were paired with Emily Harrison, catering manager for Tampa. From the get go, we hit it off! She and Justine bent over BACKWARDS to give us exactly what we had hoped for, and at a great price. And flavor!!! They even did our wedding cake, and multiple cupcake flavors for the reception. I would highly recommend the baked cheese grits, smokehouse corn, mac and cheese, and pulled chicken. Holy smokes, it was delicious! And for the dessert...we got to choose 6 different cupcake flavors! Where to start? From cookie dough to mint chocolate to pumpkin to vanilla bean...goodness, I want to get married again just to eat that food again! Thank you Emily and Justine and the 4R family for making our wedding the best ever :) We can't wait to come back!

We used 4Rivers for our wedding and it was the best decision ever! The food was so amazing and our guests were very thankful that we didn't have traditional wedding food ;) There is nothing that could beat the quality of the food and the professionalism of the staff we had. We also used their bartending services (we provided all of the alcohol) and the bartender was great! He immediately made sure I had a drink after the entrance and I was incredibly thankful for that. The planning process was easy and they are fairly good at answering emails & phone calls quickly. Also, when you go to do your taste testing...go hungry :)

4Rivers Smokehouse was amazing for our wedding! Not only was their food delicious, their staff were very friendly and professional. They had everything set up in a timely fashion, their bartender was great, and every person loved the food! The caterer manager I worked with, Kellie, was also very helpful and my husband and I greatly enjoyed the pre-tasting before the wedding. The staff made sure all leftovers were wrapped up and helped with the rest of the wedding clean up. I would definitely recommend 4Rivers Smokehouse to anyone and everyone because their food is DELICIOUS and their staff was GREAT!

Emily was amazing! The food was delicious! Highly recommend 4Rivers! It was definitely worth every penny! Our guest didn't have one complaint! Eat as much as you can at your tasting, because on your day you won't have time to eat;)

OMG the food was so good! We are definitely regulars to begin with and it was a no brainer to have them cater the wedding. It was a huge hit. There weren't even left overs! Our guests devoured their food! We did a cake for us to cut and cupcakes for the guests. We were able to have choices for dinner for everyone and multiple cupcake flavors. We were able to bring alcohol to our venue and they even gave us a bar tender to serve it! Worked out just perfect. I would definitely recommend them for your wedding or any even at that matter :)

Emily helped me make my menu for my wedding and the food is so awesome. My fiance and I met in Gainesville and we love eating at 4Rivers. They are also making our cake and cupcakes for the wedding. They were the most affordable catering that we found too!

You can't beat 4Rivers service! So professional, super affordable, and not to mention delicious! They were the perfect choice for our venue, The Acre. The staff is so friendly and do whatever they can to accommodate to your needs. I would recommend their catering to anyone in a heartbeat!!

Four Rivers was a perfect choice for our wedding. My husband and I wanted to make sure we were providing our guests with food they would actually enjoy & even though it was our largest wedding expense, it was worth every single penny!
Communication was done through two face to face visits as well as e-mail & phone calls. Kelli was our coordinator & she was wonderful throughout the whole process! She suggested various ideas for passed appetizers, as well as what a good variety of sides would be & how much food to order for 150 people (plus our vendors, which was great to be reminded of!) They were extremely flexible with our order & we were even able to add a few more vegetarian options a week before the wedding. The drink dispensers were even adorable and went right along with our "rustic/shabby/chic" theme.
We also used their bartender services since we were able to provide our own beer and wine at our venue. The bartenders were wonderful & great with communication. My husband was told at the beginning of the reception (as a heads up) that we may run out of alcohol in an hour or so. Even though that was one of our biggest fears, miraculously the bartenders were somehow able to make all of the alcohol last until the very end & none of the guests even noticed we were running low!
The entire staff was so friendly and accommodating. I joked with one of the servers that I would love to just eat a plate of Mac & Cheese and within a few minutes I got what I wanted. best.wedding.meal.ever.

4 Rivers is notorious for being amazing. They did not disappoint at our wedding. I normally don't like "catered" wedding food. So this was something reliable, and affordable that all of our guests enjoyed. Our coordinator was willing to work with us on our budget and provide helpful suggestions to ensure we had plenty of food, and a menu which we knew everyone would enjoy. I appreciated their flexibility and they were all very professional. Great job.

We have been longtime fans of the 4Rivers brand and knew that we had to go with them for our wedding. They took care of everything - from the cocktail hour to the dinner to dessert. We received so many compliments from guests regarding the quality of the food and we were so happy with how professional everyone was.
We had pulled chicken, brisket, green beans, coleslaw, and baked beans, along with unsweet tea, sweet tea, and lemonade. Everything was awesome. They also took care of dessert and supplied us with 100 mini cupcakes for us and all of our guests. We opted out of the traditional cake cutting scenario and loved the variety that we got with the cupcakes instead.
Also, 4Rivers was very accommodating in acknowledging our request for no peanuts as a result of severe family allergies. They made sure to follow through with everything they brought and we had no allergen issues as a result.

I ordered a small two layer cake and several dozen cupcakes. They were so delicious and I loved the service I received on the tasting and the design of the cake. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone wanting cupcakes.

This is food everyone can enjoy. It's insanely amazing! It's not new to me, but it's new to Florida. Carolina has always had food this good. It's worth every penny and I'd highly recommend 4Rivers to anybody for any event, or just stopping by and grabbing some in one of their locations.

I cannot thank 4Rivers enough for catering our wedding. We met with several catering companies prior to meeting with 4Rivers and the story was always the same, bad chicken dish on a buffet at an outrageous price.
4Rivers was not that way at all! There were tons of options at amazing prices with incredible service.
Robin was very responsive, created a custom menu for us (to help us save money) and even created a custom dessert for us. When ever we went in to meet with Robin regarding the menu or the sweet table menu she would provide us with a plethora of food to try and made us feel like part of the 4Rivers family.
Our wedding food was incredible! It was hot, there was a ton of it and it was just as good as it is in the restaurant! I overheard some of my wedding guests in line saying how happy they were that it was real food and not just a rubbery piece of wedding chicken. The staff was incredible and unbelievably nice and respectful to all of my guests.
Thank you 4Rivers for making it possible to stay within our budget, providing us with incredible food and service.

Amazing food and service. Made sure all of our guests were well fed and that all the food/trash was cleaned up. Made plates for my husband and I so we could eat while everyone was going through the buffet. Great food and great to work with!

If you are having a relaxed wedding or a fancy affair, this is the perfect vendor if you love BBQ. I mean, come on! It's 4 Rivers?!?!?! Need I say more? Everything was perfect, timely and professional. Everything was cooked superbly. It is not your typical wedding food that I detest. They offer so many options and are very flexible. The staff is great and clean and professional. you barely notice they are there when they are setting up or closing down. Did I mention the food was amazing?! I was skeptical at first when my now husband said BBQ. I was thinking hick town USA. But it was far far from that. I highly recommend them for any event.

Awesome to work with! Catering staff was a pleasure to work with. Everyone at the reception loved the food! :) Service was great, they made sure we (bride and groom) were first served and given a chance to eat everything, including appetizers. This is very important as I've heard bride and groom aren't given much of a chance to eat! Large list of food to choose from and a range of affordable levels of service.

Kevin and I wanted to do something a bit nontraditional with our wedding cake and both really love Four rivers smokehouse. When we found out they had a sweet shop we only assumed their cakes would be as good as their bbq and we were not disappointed! While they don't officially do wedding cakes, we simply ordered 3 different flavored round cakes to display and then corresponding sheet cakes to serve to our guests. We wanted to invest in quality of cake vs. spending more on how the cake simply looked vs the taste. We and our guests were not disappointed! The cakes were amazing and our guests continue to comment on how delicious the cakes tasted. What is fun for Kevin and I is that instead of having to save our top piece of our wedding cake, we can simply head to the sweet shop and get a fresh piece to enjoy! If you want to be a little nontraditional and okay not having an elaborately decorated wedding cake for the price you pay for these cakes and the taste you get we say its definitely worth it!!!

4Rivers was a great choice for the type of wedding that we had. Our guests were raving about the food and enjoyed that it was home style cooking. The quality of the catered food to the farm where we got married was just as great as you would be served at any of there 3 restaurants.
