I cannot say enough about 4am! I interviewed many DJs before finally talking to Janice and her team. They were so professional and friendly. They made everything stress-free. We decided on using a DJ who had an emergency and Janice handled it so well. We loved the "replacement DJ", Chris. He was a hit and took all of our considerations and FOLLOWED THEM! Molly, our violinist, was sublime. It added the perfect touch of elegance and romance to our ceremony. She even learned a Radiohead song just for our wedding. Everyone was utterly impressed by the music and ambiance. -

No one wanted to leave the dance floor, even for dessert!! As the couple, we had the most fun ever. Our recommendations and requests were seamlessly mixed in so that everyone of all ages wanted to be there. Everyone was chanting DJ Chachi's name at the end of the night. To quote a friend who messaged me the next day: "I had the time of my f*cking life at your wedding last night DJ ChaChi is the sh*t!" -

NYE Wedding!!
4am absolutely crushed our wedding!! Starting with the management team, who are extremely responsive, organaized and friendly! Our DJ, Chris Bachmann, was unreal. He truly kept the party going the entire night! Every guest keeps telling us that it was the most fun they’ve had at a wedding and it starts with our DJ! -

There’s no one better!! My husband and I were planning a celebration in Hoboken for the fall of ’24 and when it came time to book our DJ, I knew that I wanted to book with 4AM without question. Having worked with Madison + Janice before (I work in hospitality + events), I already knew that they are the absolute best at what they do and would match us with the perfect DJ. That they did, and soon we were connected with DJ TRE, who’s an absolute ray of sunshine + KILLER DJ. When certain circumstances forced us to rethink the wedding location and cancel the Hoboken event, we needed to regroup and change our original plans. We eventually decided on a smaller, intimate event in Malibu, and the 4AM team was BEYOND accommodating and understanding and we were so grateful to learn that TRE could DJ for us on the West Coast! Tre was incredible on our big day and kept our friends and family grooving all day – she provided the perfect soundtrack to the most spectacular Malibu day. We had a relatively specific preferences that weren’t necessarily typical wedding fare and she totally understood the vibe. We really could not be more grateful to TRE and the entire 4AM team for their help in making our big day a massive success. -

Chachi was seriously the PERFECT wedding DJ! From the moment we were first introduced to Chachi, he as professional, attentive, and truly understood the vibe we wanted for our wedding. The music selection was absolutely perfect—everything from the romantic ceremony tunes to the upbeat 2016 party hits had our guests dancing all night long!
What really impressed me was how Chachi coordinated with our schedule, ensuring that the transitions between speeches, dances, and special moments were seamless and not stressful at all. He read the crowd perfectly, mixing in our requested songs while keeping the energy high throughout the night. Several guests told us it was one of the best weddings and after party they’d ever been to, thanks in large part to the amazing atmosphere Chachi created.
If you're looking for a DJ who’s not only talented but also cares about your personal experience and love for music DJ Chachi is the one. Thank you so much for making our wedding so unforgettable! -

Best night of our lives
DJ Chachi is the absolute goat. Working with 4am was seamless, affordable, and fun. Multiple couples asked me for his info after the wedding for their own. Can’t recommend this team enough. Chachi did our wedding after party and the transition from band to dj was so seamless you didn’t even realize you were in the after party ! -

Prior to us even being engaged, we saw Chris Bachmann DJing at a restaurant out east and immediately grabbed his card. Our dinner turned into an entire night out because every song he played was just an absolute BANGER.
One year later he DJ'ed our wedding and we do not have enough good things to say about him. Our guests RAVED about the music, already asking for his contact info, and the dance floor was full the entire night. What we didn't want was a "typical" wedding DJ, and he did not disappoint. He knew exactly how to read the room, and had everyone from our friends to my grandparents dancing. The energy in that room was truly just contagious.
Finally, Curtis, our saxophonist, was INCREDIBLE. Him and Chris have played together many times - and you can tell. Their vibe was seamless and Curtis himself was so much fun. It added a whole other level of energy to the dance floor.
I cannot recommend both Chris and Curtis enough. 5 stars...6 stars...10 stars if I could. -

THE BEST TO EVER DO IT!! Chachi joined me and my wife in Montego Bay and was the best wedding gift we could have asked for. He was so good, and this is not a joke, the crowd was chanting CHA-CHI CHA-CHI as we left the reception tent. Music is one of the most important parts of a wedding, don't go with anybody else. CHACHI! -

Last night a DJ saved my life!
Where do I even begin! If you are looking for a wedding DJ - Chris and 4am events were the absolute BEST. Book. Them. Now. I would hire Chris again a thousand times over. Me and my husband are huge music lovers and very into the house music scene. We had a VERY specific vision for our September 2022 wedding. No band, no corny wedding music. We wanted a DJ to play the perfect mix of 80s/90s disco and house music. We wanted our guests to experience a live DJ and fall in love with the music the way we have at so many clubs! We also had high expectations from a technical standpoint, we didn’t want a cheesy wedding DJ - we wanted someone who could mix and actually transition songs. Believe it or not it was really hard to find someone who could actually DJ but also understood how to play a wedding. From the minute we spoke with Chris, we knew he was our guy. He is so chill and completely aligned with us on music. He’s passionate, savvy, and has a great ear. Most of all he can read a room. He was willing to work with us and really got to know our music style. We sent him a playlist of songs to show him our vibe and also a “must-play” list, and when I say he played every single song we wanted to hear - he did! He even came up to me mid-wedding to make sure there wasn’t anything else I wanted him to play! He was truly a dream. He gave us the best music we could have imagined and kept everyone dancing all night long. Everyone is still raving about how good the music was, and we are so grateful for Chris!!!! We love you, buddy! -

Chris and his team were awesome to work with from start to finish. My wife and I met with him ahead of time to go over what kind of music we wanted at our wedding and Chris did a great job of taking our ideas and bringing them to life. Many of our guests said that the dance floor at our wedding was one of the best they've ever been a part of and Chris played a big role in bringing it all together! I spoke with DJ Chris in the beginning of searching for our music vendor and from the moment we started talking about music I knew he would make our wedding truly amazing he instantly knew what I was looking for. I shopped around a bit more and after meeting with others everyone else just didn’t really get what my now wife and I wanted. We’re so glad we worked with him. He kept everyone dancing and played a wide variety of music that everyone could find a song to enjoy. We had many compliments on the music at the end of the night. The pre wedding planning with Chris was very easy and seamless he took a lot of the stress away from us. We hired him for our ceremony music and photo booth as well. The quality of the photo booth was more than we could of hoped for with the props and backdrops and the setup. Everyone used it the whole night. The other staff working with Chris as well we’re kind and attentive with the guests operating the photo booth. I’m so happy we worked with Chris. It was a truly great experience, he was someone I trusted to just pick great songs that people want to hear. Thank you again. -

We hired Dj Chrisbachmann for our wedding and have ZERO regrets. We can not rave more about how phenomenal the music was. There was not a minute when someone was not dancing. Chris was amazing! Kept the dance floor alive, checked in with us throughout the night, and made our wedding reception so much fun!! We threw some curveballs at him that he wasn't used to, such as the way we wanted our bridal party & the bride and groom to be introduced. It was much different then what he is used to...but he rolled with it and did an incredible job!! Would highly recommend Chris for a special event! He took into account everything we wanted and made sure we had the wedding of our dreams. Thank you Chris!! -

Planning and re-planning a covid-era wedding was challenging, but Chris was a big reason the reception ended up being a success. He took all our changes in stride, and came through in the clutch when we needed some help coordinating services beyond DJ/sound/light. He also did a great job on the day of the party setting everything up and running the show. I would highly recommend him. -

We hired 4am entertainment for our wedding this past February and we couldn’t have been happier with Chris and his team. They were amazing! They brought the room to life. The energy in the room was exactly what we had hoped for. Chris and his team delivered a mix of our favorite songs. There were Portuguese, Indian, 90’s, dance, pop...everything we wanted. Annnddd there was Curtis, the sax player...WOW WOW WOW. Curtis was SO good! He played his sax along to what the DJ was playing. Curtis was on the dance floor playing his sax and dancing with everyone. He was so fun! Everyone loved him. He played for what seemed like hours. If you are debating having a musician play along with the DJ, Do it! It brought our wedding to the next level. Chris and his team delivered above and beyond! -

DJ Chris is nothing short of amazing. Not only did he make everything leading up to our reception easy, he went above and beyond on the day of our event by personally helping out with another vendors mistake and saved the day! He kept everyone on the dancefloor the whole night, and people are still saying almost a month after how incredible he was. Chachi is so talented and knows how to read the room and keep the party going. He is so easy to work with, professional and friendly! His repertoire is extensive as he knows all genres of music and can tailor to the taste of the client. I have used Chachi for my stepdaughters wedding, husbands 60th, charity events and countless other celebrations. No one better!!
