Reid is a fantastic Officiant! He was available for all my questions prior to the ceremony. He suggested a spot right outside the park, no permit required, and it was an absolute dream location! We did a fun whiskey unity, which he added to our ceremony. I highly recommend Reid if you are having an elopement in the Glacier area! -

Choose Reid Copeland!!!
We couldn’t have asked for a better officiant for our Glacier National Park elopement. Reid Copeland was incredibly friendly, warm, and genuinely cheerful, which immediately put us at ease. He wrote our ceremony ahead of time and invited our feedback, making the entire experience feel deeply personal and tailored to us as a couple. During the ceremony, he beautifully wove in the surrounding scenery—speaking about the rushing rivers and the calm ones—which made the moment feel even more meaningful and connected to Glacier itself. It was thoughtful, heartfelt, and absolutely beautiful. We also truly appreciated him taking care of turning in our marriage license for us—such a helpful and stress-free touch. We are so grateful to have had him be part of our day. -

We are so lucky to have found Reid to officiate our private ceremony in Montana. He was ready and excited to hike up to Holland Lake Falls with us, and flexible when we decided the day before to use a clearing just off the trailhead instead. Reid created a perfect and deeply personal experience, bringing a calm, cool energy that matched our excitement every step of the way. The vows he crafted were so meaningful and spot on we used them again for our wedding celebration in Minnesota. I cannot recommend Reid enough, he helped make our moment truly unforgettable. Reid was amazing to work with. He made us feel more than comfortable through the whole process. Before arriving to the area, we received suggestions for places to have our wedding and the one he highly recommended based on what he knew about us was the perfect place. It was amazing how prepared he was and ready for any situation. Reid went above and beyond to make it extra special for us even outside in the rain. He went to the area we wanted and had us wait in the car (because it was raining) so he could set things up. When it was time to walk down to the location, he provided umbrellas for us. I had a special song that I wanted played and he not only downloaded the song on his phone, he even had a speaker to play it. Since we did not have any family with, I wanted to take a video on my phone and Reid set that up for me and provided a tripod for it. Reid also did a separate video for us and he provided a microphone to make sure our vows were clearly heard. When we shared our vows, Reid stepped out of the way so it could be a special moment of just the two of us. During that time, Reid took photos
and did it with great respect to not take away that moment. When the wedding was done, Reid provided us with hot cider to warm us up from the rain. He also did photos after the wedding for us. We wanted to capture certain backdrops and he incorporated that perfectly. I had a special request to go to another location for specific photos and much to our surprise, Reid made that happen also. For us, Reid made us feel like we had a friend by our side that had everything covered. He was kind, gentle, and accommodating. We truly could not have imagined a better outcome. And the video of the bear crossing the river while he was setting it up was an added bonus. Truly made this a once in a lifetime experience. -

Officiating Wedding
Reid was awesome! We had our ceremony out at Glacier National Park and it was perfect. Thanks to Reid the ceremony and signing of papers went smoothly. We ran into a wind problem and didn’t want that to ruin the moment but Reid had a great idea to move on the other side where it was less windy!! He is quick to respond on emails and was so kind and professional. I would recommend Reid to any and everyone! -

Reid is an awesome officiant! He made the marriage license and ceremony process a breeze! He gave us some tips on the marriage license process that made our time more efficient upon arrival at the County Clerk’s Office. He gave us options for our ceremony which allowed us to tailor the dialogue to fit perfectly for us, our location and the day. He offered a video “rehearsal” the night before to help sort out any last minute questions and go over the ceremony, creating more confidence going into our day. Above all, Reid is a solid person - kind hearted and genuine. It felt like we were guided through the process and united in marriage by a friend. We can’t recommend Reid enough - if you’re looking for an officiant in Montana with a great disposition, he’s your guy! You’ll walk away feeling like you gained a friend. No better option!
My husband and I are both SO happy we chose Reid as our officiant! He made arguably THE most important part of any wedding so easy for us. He was extremely responsive, heard out what we wanted and gave us a lot of options on what he would say during our ceremony. The message was absolutely beautiful and he was extremely accommodating in helping with our marriage certificate. Many thanks to Reid! -

Reid was my wife and I's officiant and couldn't have made the experience more enjoyable. He made the entire process stress-free by providing his professional opinions on what works and what doesn't for a typical ceremony. We met with him via Zoom where he listened to everything we wanted to include and then he came up with a script which he sent via email.
On the day of the wedding he showed up early and quickly went over the script to see if there were any changes needed to be made. He also coordinated with the DJ and other staff to make sure everyone was on the same page. During the ceremony he spoke very clearly and even ad-libbed when a train passed by in the background. Lastly, without us even thinking about it, he moved out of the background while our photographer took the final picture of us so it was just my wife and I.
Reid Copeland is a Talented Orator and I couldn't recommend him enough to be your wedding officiant. You won't be disappointed.

Reid was phenomenal as our officiant. We had our wedding booked and planned on short notice and Reid was able to officiant our wedding as well as another wedding later on that day!
Reid wrote a wonderful ceremony and was flexible with us as we made small adjustments as the day drew near. He met up with us for a rehearsal and was very patient as we had to wait for some family members who were running behind schedule.
The ceremony was beautifully done and delivered with a practiced grace. Couldn't have asked for a better officiant. -

Reid was so helpful and communicative during the process … he was kind and informative. On our wedding day, due to unforeseen weather, we had to change our wedding time from 5pm to 11 am last minute. Reid quickly responded with grace and convenience. He moved his day to make sure we were were taken care of. In the hectic change, he needed to finalize a couple details. Even though I was kinda frantic and not entirely focused on his details.. he took the lead and helped me make the decisions without causing additional stress. I would highly recommend him! -
