I wanted an experience for our guests from the moment they received the invitation. That’s exactly what I got!!! All of our guests loved the invitations and many have displayed them as a guest gift! I was able to customize the colors, paper, and every detail of the wording on our invitations, detail card and rsvps. Thank you for bringing my vision to reality and setting off what we wanted to be an experience for us and our guests. If you are looking for a run of the mill cookie cutter invite, choose someone else. If you want your invitations to set the tone for your wedding this is the company to choose! -

Just a word to say it all: PERFECT !!!! 💞💞💞💞 I dreamed of an invitation from Margo & bees after discovering photos of their wonderful achievements on the internet, and now I was able to order for France 😍😍😍 I was so happy to be able to call on them !!!!!!!!!!! I was lucky enough to meet Justyna, who is an exceptional person 🥰🥰🥰🥰 I renamed her "my favorite person" !! So warm, caring and professional ❤️❤️❤️❤️ A real pleasure to exchange, talk and work with her 😍😍😍😍
Of course, the invitations were not made overnight ... But that's normal !!!! Because EVERYTHING is possible !!!! EVERYTHING is customizable !!! And such a successful and exceptional project cannot be done in 1 day !! With Justyna, we took the time to do things right and you can't imagine what I felt when I discovered my invitations ... I was afraid it would not be as I had imagined, like everything is done remotely, I was apprehensive to discover the result ... but it was better than in my dreams 🥲🥲🥲😍😍😍🥰🥰🥰💞💞💞❤️❤️❤️
Justyna was wonderful, adorable, she knew how to listen to what I wanted, advise me, adapt my desires to the invitations 💋 What about the result ... It is SUBLIME, BREATHTAKING, INCREDIBLE !!!!! I have never seen such invitations elsewhere 💞💞💞💞💞 It is of such quality, such finesse, such precision, the smallest details are made to perfection !!!!!! !!!!!

100% Worth It
I was worried at first to trust a stranger with such an important part of my wedding (and with that amount of $$) but I can say after working with them over the last few months they have been nothing but kind, professional and helpful. I initially bought my gorgeous invitations and then my wedding was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic. They helped me along the way to send out postponement announcements and then to find a way to redo my invitations and get them out to my guests again. I worked with Kamila and Marta and they were both lovely to work with. I communicated with them through email and always heard back within 24hrs M-F. They are in Poland so I usually heard from them in the middle of the night here in the US. Not only was the service great but the invitations are absolutely gorgeous and high quality. They were packaged so neatly and I feel like a million dollar bride with such gorgeous invitations. In summary, if you are doubting using this company, don’t. They are well worth it! -

I live in Alabama, US and the shipping was extremely fast!. The communication is great for the timezone difference, since I am in the US. I couldn't be happier with these! Camilla explained me everything on the phone, then I sent a few e-mails and she was so responsive and kind all the time. I received their beautiful sample kit and I'm impressed with the quality! I'll be definitely ordering with them. I got a discount with sample kit yay :D So far, I'm extremely satisfied and I promised to leave a positive feedback :)

User3412802 Sent on 02/16/2018I was really nervous when I saw all the reviews after we had already placed our order, but we must have been lucky because Marta was wonderful to work with. She always returned our emails within 24 hours or less and the final products we received were beautiful! Our friends loved them and we can't wait to have them sent out :) We ordered wooden invites with printed front envelops, and wax seal. The invites seemed to be great quality and everything was well put together and looked even better than the draft we had. We also received the order relatively quickly (we live in the U.S.) within the time frame they provided and for having such lovey results! -

Marta was quick in responding and correcting mistakes, corrections, or changes on the drafts. Super fast shipping to the USA. Took about 2- 21/2 weeks to receive them all the way from Poland. Very happy with my invitations!

Our invitations had a beautiful smell and aesthetic that helped set the tone for a rustic chic ceremony. This was definitely a splurge, but a worthwhile one. Leave extra time since the invitations ship from the UK. -

Alexa Sent on 12/23/2017I was on a budget for invitations, but I loved one of the rustic themes that 4 love polka dots offered. I waited until cyber Monday to order, but the 20% off code didn't work for me. I emailed them hoping they could still honor the code and they were more than accommodating! We received the invitations in the mail yesterday and they were exactly what we were looking for. Great experience overall! We ordered and recieved our invitations within 4 weeks. When ordering, be as specific as possible and they will take care of the rest!

I fell in love with this specific wedding invitation instantly & so I reached out instantly! They were very responsive & I loved that I was able to see the proofs before ordering my wedding invitations. The only thing I would say is that if you live in the United States, plan accordingly to international shipping. I am so glad I committed to these invitation & I can't wait to send them out and show them off to all my friends and family. Thank you! -

Unfortunate change
We used Margo and Bees for a client last year and it was a wonderful experience! This year we attempted to return and instead of Kamila or Marta we got Justyna who is either inherently dishonest or simply doesn’t know the job. We requested samples, not personalized, just of the general material. Marta offered me a step above and sent a payment link. I asked an additional question about a product and inquired about ability to purchase additional samples To which Justyna initially responded and we were still fine. She had to check with production for an answer to one of my questions unrelated to the samples and then she was totally senile and pretendEd that she nor Marta ever made the offers which are evidenced in written conversation and again verified in the payment request. I believe they mistakenly over promised and that was not the problem for me, their inability to acknowledge that they made a mistake is egregious. Instead Justyna repeatedly denied the promises and kept trying to say I misunderstood what’s in plain English multiple places. It’s disconcerting when you can’t be trusted half way around the world with samples. I don’t know what happened to Kamila or Marta but if Justyna is the best you have as a 24 yr veteran event planner, take a pass! When they show dishonesty at the onset, it doesn’t bode well for further down the line when you have spent thousands. -

Terrible communication and turnover time
This company is now going by Margo and Bees probably because of their terrible reviews under this name. I literally had to spell everything out for Marta multiple times and she still would carelessly get everything wrong. She clearly does not proof read the proofs and doesn’t read your full email. I ordered my wedding invitations on November 30 and received them on March 1 because she kept making mistakes. There were misspellings and wrong colors, and in the end she shorted me two invitations. I don’t think English is her first language so I tried to be patient with her but really I should have asked to be transferred to someone else. Also, she took forever to respond to emails and she would average one email every two days. Beware of the gold leaf. In their pictures it looks beautiful but it is extremely hard to read in person. You have to be in the perfect lighting and tilt the paper at the perfect angle to get a glimpse of what the invitations say. I’m extremely disappointed and would never recommend them to a bride that doesn’t want to pull all of her hair out in frustration dealing with this company. -

On 1 December, I ordered invitations for my wedding. I needed them fast, so I paid an additional 40% for rush service. According to the policy, this guaranteed that my order would ship within seven business days, and shipping could take 3-5 days.
Later the same day, I received an email asking me to confirm that my address was correct, which it was, and I confirmed this with the owner, Marta.
On 27 December, I had still not received my order, so I wrote an email to Marta politely asking for an update. Her response: “I'm really sorry about that, your parcel is on the customs clearance and unfortunately, we don't have any impact on that.”
On 29 December, I finally received my package. However, there was only one more week before my wedding, so there was not enough time to send invitations to our guests.
On 19 February, almost 2 months later, I received a bill in the mail from DHL for CHF 150.25 ($165 USD, or £117). I called DHL, and they explained that my package had sat in customs for 2 weeks because the shipper didn’t write my whole address on the label, and they charged CHF 10/day for holding the package while they contacted the shipper to get the complete address. The shipping label included only my name, street, town, and postcode – however, it did not include the house number (even though I had included it in my order AND confirmed with the company by email). There are hundreds of addresses on my street, so obviously the house number is required. DHL confirmed that this mistake was the reason for the delay in shipping, and for the 150 francs bill I received.
At this point, I had paid over $400 for invitations (including the rush service fee) and had not even been able to use the invitations. I contacted Marta by email. In her first response, she denied any responsibility, saying that she never wrote the wrong address (despite the fact I had attached several pieces of evidence including her shipping label). After I proved that it was in fact her fault, she sent me this: “I just received a response from our complaint department about your parcel. Please note that complaints can be made within 10 business days of receiving the order. Unfortunately, your complaint cannot be accepted.”
There is no complaint department. There is only Marta. By the way, she is located in Poland, despite claiming all over her website that she is in the UK.
This is a shady business that has no interest in their reputation or the satisfaction of their customers. Avoid at all costs or you will pay hundreds for invitations that you can’t use, and then the owner will tell you to get lost.

Anna Sent on 06/06/2018I am really itchy to write this review because I have a lot to say about this company. I have ordered samples from different companies out of Spain (I currently live here), and all of them arrived quite fast (well, as expected), except for the ones from 4lovepolkadots. It took them two weeks to send the samples, isn't it crazy? Secondly, they didn't even let me choose the samples! I told them I was ready to pay the whole price, but they said their were only able to send the random ones (strange, no?). The envelope arrived rampled, and what I saw inside was just a shame. The samples are of bad quality, much worse than in the pictures, and some of them look as if they were torn... (I enclose pictures). All in all, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER IF YOU REALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR INVITATIONS. They don't care about their buyers at all, and I am sure they can delay the orders etc etc... do not trust them.

Amanda Sent on 09/17/2018I ordered my beautiful invites from this site. I would recommend them but they shorted me 25 invites and are suddenly unresponsive. I placed a $922 order and expected a top quality product for the price. I’m now out an additional $100 in having photo copies run to complete my invites. I am beyond disappointed.
