  The party never stopped!!

  If you're looking for someone who will keep the party going all night, Alex is your guy!! Even weeks later, our wedding guests still cannot stop talking about how much fun they had on the dancefloor. Alex was so much fun to work with throughout the planning process. We talked through the vision we had for our day, the mood we were looking to curate in each distinct music timeframe (pre-ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner + reception), and all of the specialty dances. We ended up changing our mind on our first dance song the week of the wedding and Alex had no trouble at all accommodating. He was also able to play a custom created song for our ceremony processional, which made the entire experience feel so personal and bespoke. We opted to do an anniversary dance to honor my new in-laws and they were completely surprised! Alex handled it like a dream. While we don't plan on getting married again anytime soon, he'll be our first call for our next anniversary party. Thank you for being such a special part of our day!!

  where to even begin. Alex is such an amazing dj. He truly knows what he is doing. I knew he was going to do such a great job after our first conversation, that i had referred him to two people before our wedding. He is so helpful and knows how to keep all the good vibes going.

  Amazing DJ Experience!

  Wow! Working with 3rd Shit DJs was a dream! We decided last minute to hire a DJ, and thankfully, they happened to have an opening for our date. I worked with Alex on all the planning details. He was very personable, yet professional, and asked all the right questions to understand what we wanted for our reception and give suggestions. Cal was our day-of DJ, and he was fantastic! He kept the flow of the evening going, played great music during social hour and dinner, and honestly I have never seen a dance floor so consistently full of people at another wedding! Cal knew what songs to play and when, in order to keep guests engaged. The sound and lighting equipment was great! Cal made sure everything was going the way we hoped, and I felt so at ease knowing all the transitions throughout the night were taken care of. I would absolutely recommend 3rd Shift DJs to anyone looking for a DJ for their event! We are so thankful to have found Alex and Cal and to have worked with them for our wedding. Book now!

  Hire him! You will not be disappointed!

  Alex did our wedding on 9/22 and OMG HIRE HIM! the music was great for all ages and I don’t think there was a moment where people were not on the dance floor. We had a small issue with the venues electric problem and he handled it completely without stressing me and my now new husband out. Not only was the music great but he hyped up wedding party before their entrances and would keep the party alive through his commentary all night. If I could give 10 stars out of 5 then I totally would he is THE BEST and also so easy to talk to. So many people came up to us and told us he was so great and I could not agree more.

  Great Crew and Great time

  Alex and his crew did a SUPERB job at our venue at the Copper Fox in Geneva. They worked around the setup and were complimented by everyone of our patrons for the Photo Booth and overall performance.

  Knew right away he was the right fit!

  I was unsure how to go about hiring a DJ or if we needed one, and didn't know where to start. I sent Alex from 3rd Shift a message on here, not expecting to totally change my mind about having a great DJ at our wedding. He totally understood our vision for our ceremony and reception, and worked with my fiancé and I to plan things we would have never thought of. It's been super fun to work with him so far and have full confidence in how our wedding day will go because of him!!

  Alex was fantastic! It’s hard to engage teens now a days! He did great. Song selection was on point, his set up with his lights were a huge hit as well. I definitely recommend using 3rd shift DJs for your next event/party!!

  We hired Alex to DJ a party my father (who was passing away) always wanted to have. He had an amazing setup with a variety if lights and a professional sound system. My dad insisted on having Karaoke part of the evening and Alex made it happen seamlessly. He really knows how to get a party going...and keep it going! My Dad had the best time and Alex was a big part of that. So glad we hired him.

  Alex was one of the first to respond and from there on his responses were timely and to the point. He checked out the venue ahead of time and showed up the day of with plenty of time to finalize all contingencies so as to be prepared. We and our guests enjoyed having Alex be a part of our wedding.
