I had my May 2022 wedding reception at 310. Hillary and her team are fantastic. She is very responsive and open to any of your ideas. She is so friendly too, felt like we were friends by the time we actually had our wedding. We did a cocktail party type reception with heavy hors-d'oeuvres and an open bar. Hillary guided us perfectly on the amount to order and the food was so yummy. Our Guests loved it. The servers were friendly and prompt, and also got great reviews from our Guests. The location is perfect as it is right across from Lake Eola. 310 is very cost effective and a great value. Don't hesitate to book here.

Phenomenal venue for less than 100 guests!
310 Lakeside was the perfect sized venue for our 54 guest wedding. From the beginning, Hillary did a phenomenal job answering our questions and helping to organize the events of our special day. On top of that, our guests raved about the quality of the food and the Lake Eola views. Even though it rained on our wedding day, they were so organized and efficient with their Plan B to move the ceremony indoors. It was such a seamless transition that some guests didn’t even know it was initially supposed to be outside. We are beyond grateful for Hillary and the staff at 310 Lakeside for being so kind, accommodating, and overall professionals!

Fun reception
We choose to have our wedding reception here. They had the hor d'oeuvres ready for us when we got there. Our waitress was very quick at getting our drinks and timely at getting our meal choices. She was very responsive for us when turning down the music so we could do speeches and a few dances. The food was very very good.

We cannot thank Hilary and Hannah enough for being the rock star coordinators that they were. They even managed to move everything long before the summer Orlando rain started and rearrange things with special touches for us to make our wedding amazing. The food was great and the service staff was like family. We did both our ceremony and reception at this venue and I would do it all over again in the blink of an eye.

Wedding Reception
We had our wedding reception here and it was awesome! The wait staff were professional, courteous and very personable. We purchase the beverage package for 50 people (open bar) and the drinks were not only flowing.. they were not weak!! We got our money’s worth and then some.. the food options were awesome and everyone enjoyed the option they picked!!
Hillary and Hannah asked what our theme was and we said party!! It was delivered!! Our guest are still talking about it and the location!! Thanks ladies!!

310 is a hidden gem in Orlando!
My husband and I found them in our search for a more budget friendly venue and they provided everything we could ever need.
Hillary and Hannah were absolutely amazing and they answered every little question we had about our big day and were so accommodating.
We had a morning wedding and all of our guests kept telling us how delicious the french toast was and how the staff kept their mimosas full.
We would recommend this venue to anyone who is looking to have a budget friendly wedding or event.

If you are looking for a beautiful venue for an ceremony/reception, with an incredible staff and outstanding food-- your search just ended!
I had my wedding ceremony and reception at 310 Lakeside, and don't have a single negative thing to say! Hillary, Hannah, and the entire staff went so beyond our expectations in their service it truly warmed our hearts. The excellent team aside, the venue is a gorgeous on its own, and also provides a neutral but elegant canvas for however you're envisioning your event. The food was delicious and its located in the most beautiful part of Downtown Orlando by Lake Eola.
I can't recommend this place enough for your intimate wedding needs!

Wow! where to start. Hilary and Hannah the two ladies were very professional and dedicated to making sure that my big day was amazing. We first met them we asked the ladies due they work with LBGT weddings because most company's are not LGBT friendly. They responded yes and ever since then the rest was history. After viewing other venues we saved the best for last. My husband wanted a sit down dinner something small and budget friendly. We emailed the ladies on a Sunday night I want to say and received a response stating "will give you our availability tomorrow when we get into the office". To make a long story short we checked dates and reserved the venue the same day. We want to say THANK YOU!!!! for making our wedding day May 5th one everyone still talks about. Next year July 2019 we will be hosting a birthday party with you ladies.

I am so glad we chose 310 Lakeside for our ceremony and reception. Aside from the ideal location in downtown Orlando (great for guests with plenty of hotels and attractions nearby), the quality of service from Hillary, Hannah, and the entire 310 team was exceptional. I can't thank everyone there enough for helping to make our special day perfect.
We got plenty of great feedback from guests on how good the dinner was and how nice everything looked. I did DIY decorating (brought in flowers, candles, etc) - it didn't take much to make the room look great since it already has a lot of warmth and charm. I would suggest spending the extra $1 per person and getting the chargers for your tables, it makes a big difference at a minor cost. We had about 45 people, which the room fit perfectly.

We held our wedding rehearsal dinner at 310 Park South in their private event room and had an absolutely wonderful time. The entire staff was great and attentive to all of our guests throughout the night. The food and drinks were excellent, especially the desserts! The best part was being able to relax the night before the wedding and have an intimate dinner with our closest family and friends. We cannot thank you all enough!

The venue was beautiful, the staff was friendly and helpful and the food was DELICIOUS! I had a very small party of 35 people and we had more than enough room for everyone. They are super accommodating and the event staff (Hannah & Hilary) were not only super nice but made the process so easy for me. Everything was perfect; everything was set up for the ceremony when we got there and the reception room was finished and apps were out as soon as the ceremony was over. Didn't have a single issue or complaint- except for the random person who came into my wedding and hit the dance floor for a song. I honestly thought it was funny and didn't care :) Well done 310!!

310 Lakeside was the best venue in Orlando! We couldn't have been more thrilled with Hillary and Hannah as our event coordinators. They always answered all of my e-mails leading up to my wedding day quickly and thoroughly.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning!! We have had ties in downtown Orlando for many years, and choosing this venue, which is right on Lake Eola is the most beautiful backdrop you could ever imagine.
The party room is located in the back, and has floor to ceiling windows. One side with views of downtown, and the other with views of the lake. It's absolutely beautiful.
There was very minimal decorating that needed to be done because the venue itself is so gorgeous.
The food was also extremely delicious! Everyone has been very impressed with 310!
We highly recommend to any and everyone for weddings, events, etc.!

Hannah was our coordinator and she was so responsive and really helped me with any questions I had with booking. The service was excellent and the food tasted amazing. We had 20 people and they accommodated us in their dining area and really made it feel intimate. The pricing was also great for such a nice location overlooking Lake Eola. We had our wedding at 310 Lakeside and our day could not have been more perfect. The ceremony was beautiful, the food at the reception was delicious and our guests left happy. We were able to have the wedding of our dreams while still staying within our budget. We could have never afforded the kind of wedding we had if we didn't have it at 310 Lakeside. All of the staff was very helpful, and Hilary and her team were always on hand to answer any questions we had or anything we needed on the day of the wedding. I highly recommend 310 Lakeside for a small intimate wedding of about 50 people.

Fabulous venue! Hurricane Matthew tried to play havoc. Hillary kept me totally inform and was there for us. The rehearsal dinner was planned for Friday but because of the hurricane and keeping everyone safe we cancelled. Hillary and team put together at the last minute a brunch for us on Sunday am. I used this venue for my parent's 50th anniversary vow renewal and reception. It was perfect. The staff was so attentive and the food was delicious. This was the perfect venue for our 50 person reception o 12.28. We had our reception in the banquet room of Blu on the Avenue in Winter Park. Hilary, Shannon and their team were very helpful from. Start to finish with everything from menus? To decorations to room set up. We received an amazing value I. The food and it was delicious. The banquet room was beautiful and private for our reception. We were able to have a DJ, dance floor and they even allowed us to decorate so we were able to keep the theme of the wedding. They even allowed us to decorate a day early so we didn't have to run around the day of the wedding. The only opportunity we saw was to have someone bar tending in the room rather than someone running back and forth. Our party drank a lot and we wore that poor girl out. But we found the perfect place in Blu for our reception. Thank you to everyone at Blu for all they did to make our day special!!!

She is so down to earth and makes you feel like you are her number one client every time you meet with her. No matter how many questions I had she was always there to answer. I honestly cannot say enough about how wonderful Hillary was to work with. She was always easy to contact and on the day of, she and her assistant were there to help the entire day/night. She was so kind and helpful even when things didn't go quite as planned. All charges (which were so reasonable) were very up front without any hidden fees. There is NO charge for the venue which is AMAZING! It's a very pretty and surprisingly private area. I thought I would be worried about the fact that other people could peek at me getting married (LOL) but you don't even notice that there's anyone even nearby since the area is blocked off. The windows on 2/4 of the walls made the venue GORGEOUS, especially at night. Much better than the bland hotel spaces with the funky carpet. I would definitely recommend if you have up to 70 people. That about what I had and it was the perfect amount of people to fill the room without it feeling too crowded.

First the venue was perfect. We held the ceremony outside on the patio facing the lake. After the ceremony a light rain began. As promised the staff quickly and seamlessly moved the cocktail hour indoors. The dinner was inside as well. We chose table-scapes of candles and various wine glasses that accentuated the rich wood décor.
We secured 310 Lakeside for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner almost a year ahead of time. Hillary Jovi met with us on a Saturday and provided a plan that made planning easy. I began my preparations about 4 months before the wedding. Hillary met with my matron of honor and me several times. When she was not available we still had easy access to the venue. I cannot say enough about the ease of working with her and 310 Lakeside. Of course, even with great planning and execution there can be glitches. When a hic-cup came up a week before the wedding, Hillary stepped up and quickly alleviated my stress.
The evening of the event Hillary and the staff provided excellent service for our guests. The wait staff was professional, flexible, and extended themselves in every way. The overall cost was better than we had hoped. There were no hidden costs, instead there were savings. We chose the flat rate for alcohol instead of a cost per person. This was a good choice for us. When we began looking for a site we were struck by what 310 Lakeside would offer with a one stop venue. We were pleased that 310 Lakeside, Hillary Jovi and team met and exceeded our expectations.

Although we had to change our venue due to our growing guest list, this was our first choice. We had this place booked for 3-4 months and Hillary was awesome! She answered all my questions and was so so so helpful. Our DJ said this place had the best steak he had ever eaten. We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception at 310 Lakeside and loved every minute of it. It's perfectly tucked away on the bottom floor of a business building and right on Lake Eola. Our ceremony was on the patio which is surrounded by greenery. The reception was held in a separate room inside the restaurant. It was the perfect size for our party of 35 with more than enough room for dancing. The staff was professional and was always there to help us with anything we needed. Our guest loved the space and gave us compliments throughout the night. Would definitely recommend this venue to anyone!

My wedding day was a dream. I don't think anyone would ever believe how much I paid to get married at 310 :) It was such a steal for a glamorous, romantic, big-city atmosphere. The entire feel was exactly what I was going for. 310 has the greatest set-up for a wedding ceremony and reception. The bride can wait inside the reception room and see everything happening on the patio, but no one can see IN!
I GREATLY suggest you hold both your ceremony and reception here! I couldn't have been happier with all of it. The service for dinner was perfection, everyone loved their food, and the size of the space was perfect for my guests.
Not only did 310's glamorous look make my wedding amazing, but Lake Eola is RIGHT THERE! We took pics after the ceremony and everyone walking and driving by shouted congratulations. I can't see why anyone wouldn't choose 310 Lakeside to get married in Orlando :)

Hillary Jovi and her staff were phenomenal. The patio overlooking Lake Eola is beautiful. I love that they don't require a food and beverage minimum (like most reception venues in downtown Orlando.) Very accommodating. Food and service were superb.

I have been to this venue before for a celebratory event and I look forward to having my wedding here. I was actually able to come back to see the venue immediately after a wedding was leaving. It fits my needs, beautiful decor, highly professional and friendly event coordinator Hillary Jovi and their wedding packages are a great price. I have no doubts about choosing this venue.

We booked our wedding through Weddings Inc. and this was where we chose to do our reception dinner. I had never been there before, so we booked it off faith on the reviews we found online. The food was wonderful! I am originally from New Orleans and have high standards with my food choices. The appetizer of pita chips and spinach and artichoke dip had guests begging the staff for the recipe. The dinner choices of tarragon chicken, prime rib, or mahi were all very nice and the private dining room was decorated beautifully. Originally, appetizers were to be served outside and the weather was quite chilly although they had a outdoor heating unit on, we requested service be moved inside and it was done very quickly and I don't think anyone even noticed. I am so appreciative of the staff service and all they provided for us. It was a very special evening and they took wonderful care of us. Thanks very much!!

Working with Hilary and her team made executing the reception a breeze! They were able to accommodate a few special requests such as a Sangria drink for the toast and guests with food allergies. They even let us drop by before the restaurant opened to decorate the day of. Our reception looked beautiful, the food was delicious and we are completely satisfied. We had 82 guests and the room did not feel too small and we still had plenty of dance floor. Even though it looked like it would rain, Hilary had a plan B to make sure our guests would not be caught in the rain. We highly recommend 310 Lakeside.

After extensive reception research, we can across 310. Living in downtown and wanting to keep it local, this was ideal. 310 is not only a beautiful location, but the price is VERY reasonable. It’s the kind of place that looks more expensive than it is! We had about 90 people at our reception and it was just right. One of the best things about 310 was working with Hillary! She was very accommodating, professional, patient, organized and easy to work with. We decided to not have a formal sit down dinner and go with heavy hors d’oeuvres stations and we are glad we did. After the reception we got lots of compliments from our guests. They loved the set up and most of the food. The wait staff was professional and worked hard to get the drinks out quickly. We are SO satisfied with our experience at 310 and highly recommend it!

I got married at 310 Lakeside in November 2013. The day was amazing. The setting is beautiful and you cannot find a better place for wedding (especially on a budget). Hillary, the event coordinator, is amazing! She makes everything so easy and just calms all your nerves. The staff was wonderful and food came out hot and quick. The staff at 310 made my day perfect and I would highly recommend and in fact I have. I have passed the word onto people looking for holiday party space.

We highly recommend 310 Lakeside for your wedding reception and/or ceremony. The location is great in downtown Orlando next to Lake Eola with plenty of hotels nearby. Hilary was excellent and always attentive to our needs. The staff was very friendly and on top of every request. The food was excellent and still hot upon being served to our guests. The pricing was extremely reasonable and perfect for couples who want a great wedding experience without breaking the bank. The outside patio is great for small ceremonies (as many as 70 people). We had a little over 70 guests and the reception room was plenty big enough for dining seating and a dance floor/DJ/cake table. You will have a hard time beating the location and price anywhere else (we couldn't)!

We had a wedding celebration on June 1st (we got married at the court house in March) for family and friends at 310. We looked at many different venues, and felt that 310 Lakeside had the best location, best food, and the best value for our money. Hillary Jovi, the event coordinator, was super easy to work with, customized the menu for us, and always kept our budget in mind. We used the patio - that looks right out on to Lake Eola - for our cocktail hour, and Hillary planned for every weather scenario.
We could not be more happy with our decision to have our party at 310. All of the guests remarked on how great the food was, the attractiveness of the venue, and the location.

We hosted our wedding brunch at 310 Lakeside and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating of our requests. They blocked off an entire section of the restaurant for us that was private and allowed me to actively select the menu for the brunch. Our guests really enjoyed their time with us before we left for our honeymoon. The staff was polite, flexible, and courteous and the food was delicious!

Hilary at 310 Lakeside was amazing to work with. She made sure that everything went smoothly up to our special day. She was so flexible with our tiny guest list and made sure all of our wedding venue dreams come true. The day of Hilary kept checking on us and left us in the super capable hands of Jen. Jen found an 80's new wave station at the request of my husband and was such a pleasure to be around. Jen was wonderful and made sure everyone was well feed and always had a drink. Even our youngest guests (two five year olds) raved about how attentive she was!
On a side note another party was going on and it was a little noisy. We did not mind at all and they weren't a bother to us but because of the "inconvenience" Hilary waved the ceremony and venue fee for us. We thought that was so considerate and we totally appreciated it.
If you are looking for a place downtown overlooking lake Eola we absolutely recommend working with 310 Lakeside, Hilary, and her wonderful staff!

I used 310 Lakeside for my Ceremony and Reception. It was absolutely perfect! My guests loved the food and the dining room looked amazing. The staff was so nice and helpful. 310 Lakeside Downtown is an absolute wonderful place to hold a wedding reception. I literally found this place one month before my actual wedding date,. Hilary is absolutely great, very attentive and I was able to get in contact with her at all times. The day of the event she was very attentive and made sure all of my needs were met. I am still receiving compliments on the venue and the FOOD. I would definitely recommend this place to someone for a wedding event or any other formal event.

I had my wedding reception at 310 Lakeside March 19th 2011 and it was absolutely amazing! First off, the location is perfect. Lake Eola is just outside, you can see it from the windows! We had our Ceremony at the Orange County History Center about 2 blocks away and guests walked to 310. The food was soooooo delicious! You can choose from a variety of menu's but I have to say, the filet mignon was outstanding, it was so juicy and tender! The most important thing was how accommodating and welcoming the staff was and what a wonderful job Hillary Jovi did. She answered every question I had, even though I think I asked her the same question 3 times! The cost is also very reasonable because you don't have to pay to use the room, just for the # of guests and the menu you select. Thank you Hillary and 310 Lakeside for a wonderful wedding reception:-)

Wow, the event coordinator at 310 was amazing! Hillary Jovi will meet your every need and expectation from beginning to end. It is a wonderful place to get married - the patio looking out to Lake Eola will comfortably hold your 100 guests and the weather is always perfect out there! The reception area is fantastic with a dance floor and ample space for dinner. We dropped all of our supplies off the night before and Hillary had everything ready to go, and I was without a single worry! She made the space look fabulous. There was no cost to perform the ceremony there and we had the back room with it's humongous windows all night. We brought our own wine and paid a corking fee per bottle. They provided all the linens and you can even use their centerpieces. We had our ceremony and reception for 70 people under $3000. Everyone had an awesome time and we heard from more than 1 person that it was the best wedding ever attended! Woo Hoo! Bring your own wine, your own DJ, and they do the rest. Open the bar for wine and beer only and let your guests purchase their own liquor at the bar. The service was great, with hand-passed hor douvers (sp?). So much attention on our night - couldn't have asked for anything better. Thank you 310!!

The venue is really beautiful. I loved the natural light and high ceilings. Also, the food was great every time I have spoke to my guest they can't stop raving about the service and the food.

I can't say enough about 310. Hillary was amazing! The venue was beautiful! I suggest candles!! We had about 85 guests. I say space wise, you wouldn't want to be over 100 people. The price is right if your on a budget. The food was to die for!!! We could cut the filet with a butter knife!!!! The service was great. With 310, you get restaurant servers which is different from your boring non personality banquet servers. If you are worried about not having a bar setup.. don't! They were on it. I have had multiple people rave about this being one of the bests weddings ever! I am forever grateful for Hillary and her team!!

5 stars for sure! 310 provided the PERFECT wedding for us. The staff was so incredibly friendly and flexible and delivered top notch service to my guests. Our ceremony was supposed to take place on the patio, but at the last minute had to be switched to indoors because of rain. Hillary, 310's coordinator, was right on it to get everything moved indoors quickly and smoothly. Everything that Hillary promised to make happen, happened. She is amazing. The food was fantastic- so many of my guests raved about the filet and the salmon. Can't beat how beautiful the dining room space is. We hardly needed to decorate, and the dance floor was the perfect size for my 100 person guest list. We danced from 8-11pm, and I've been told by multiple people it was the best wedding they've ever been to.

I really liked how I was able to look outside through the mirrored windows to see my guests before making my entrance - they couldn't see me! They really do have it well organized.

I was told by the people I had sent to the venue to lay out the favors, flowers, candles, guest book, etc. that the staff were VERY helpful. Everything looked so beautiful upon my arrival.
Hillary greeted me outside as I was getting out of the limo and showed me through the restaurant to the reception area...that was very nice as it took the guesswork out of what I was supposed to do.
The food was fabulous, we had so many compliments from our guests. Hillary was very flexible with my choice of entrées when I was deciding the menu. Also, I think the $1 cake cutting fee is a real bargain.
All in all, our experience with Hillary and the 310Lakeside staff was second to none. I would recommend them 100%.

We had our ceremony and reception here in April. The pros: friendly staff, beautiful dining hall and patio for the ceremony, great location in Orlando. I really appreciated that Hilary was willing to help us plan via phone and email. Hilary and her staff were responsive with good ideas for the seating arrangements and wedding day timeline as well. The dining hall and patio were also very clean. I also was grateful that the chef was willing to customize our menu to include dishes native to my Ecuadorian culture.
The cons: No one will be there for your rehearsal- be prepared to handle it all on your own. The food was okay. We ordered the champagne and mimosa bar package but it was only when I asked the staff to pass out champagne in addition to the mimosas that they actually did it (they seemed surprised that they had to do that apparently). All of those disappointments would've been bearable had it not been for the venue's terrible lack of preparation and helpfulness in setting up the venue prior to our wedding ceremony. Hilary had agreed to open the venue for us at 9am so that we could set up for the ceremony and reception - but no one opened the doors until 10am, making us an hour late for everything! And although we were assured that either Hilary or Hannah would be on site available to help, my husband had to search for Hannah throughout the restaurant (once the doors were actually opened) to ask crucial questions, and finally found her inside an office. Despite confirming with Hilary before, the venue was short twenty chairs for the ceremony, didn't provide the promised easel and didn't set up the ceremony table.
Bottom line: you get what you pay for. It was great to only have to pay for the ceremony site fee and the reception food without the dining hall fee. But be prepared to do ALL of the leg work on your own, to keep on top of the venue despite their assurances of having one of their staff coordinate and be available on the day of your wedding.

I recently was married in Orlando. For our rehearsal dinner we decided to have it at 310 Lakeside. We were promised that it would be a worry free event and that was what we were looking for. It was definitely not worry free. When calling to confirm my vendors, I called 310 Lakeside to speak to the event coordinator 4 times, over the course of a week, before I was given her cell phone number. When I finally spoke to her, the next week, I was very specific about what I wanted the event to be like, and none of that was done. When I arrived at the restaurant with my guests we were told that we did not have the event on the books and that our dinner was not at the restaurant. After a lot of stress the hostess realized that she did not write the event down with the rest of them. Yes, the rest of them. The venue was overbooked and we did not have a private room or even a semi-private area. We were put on the side of the bar, in a small area, and we had 60 people. The event was supposed to include beer and wine in the package that we choose, but the waiters were telling the guests that it was a cash bar, and making them pay for drinks. Once we finally spoke to someone about the alcohol situation they did not relay the message to the rest of the staff, and they continued to take cash/cards from the guests. SInce we were in the middle of the restaurant it was impossible to give speeches and to hear what anyone was saying. I had a very specific idea of what I wanted my rehearsal dinner to be like, and that is what was promised by 310 Lakeside. They did not provide a good atmosphere and the night was very stressful. I was very disappointed by the professionalism, staff, venue, and food.

I booked at the Orlando location for my rehearsal dinner the night before my wedding. I had to contact them multiple times to confirm reservation. When I showed up to the location they said hey had no reservation for me. After dealing with the rude hostess, we were informed that we were booked at the winter park location. I even pulled up emails I had that stated the reservation was at the Orlando location, but they still would not accommodate us. We then decided to just go to the winter park location. When we got there they had waters preset that had obviously been sitting there for a while, the ice was melted and glasses were sweating. We had 2 servers for 21 people. The service was pitiful! They tried pushing alcoholic beverages on my guests and then would take more than 10-15 minutes to bring the drinks. We finally order and waited approximately 50 minutes for food. When the food finally came they served the other table before they serve us (the bride and groom). The food was good but that was the only thing positive I can say. The manager came to apologize to one of my bridesmaids for the mike up and she pointed her to my parents who we're paying the bill and told her to go speak with them. She then walked away and never came back. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They did not care about taking care of us. Only wanted their preset gratuity.
