We got married 10.26.25 and found 3 Elements/Stephanie on Instagram, and after hearing amazing things about her team from our venue—and finally speaking with her over the phone—we knew right away we had found our photographer! She walked us through every option, helped us understand what would best fit our vision, and even customized a package that worked perfectly within our budget. We booked our engagement shoot with her, and after that experience, we knew her energy and personality would be the perfect match for our wedding day. In the weeks leading up to the big day, Stephanie checked in regularly, reviewed timelines, and was always available—literally at any time (and yes, I definitely tested that!). She also connected us with Rich from 3 Elements Films, who we chose to handle our videography, and we couldn’t have been happier. There will never be enough words to describe how amazing Steph and her team are at 3 Elements Photography. Picking a photographer for our wedding was one of the single most important decisions we were going to make and we couldn’t have asked for a better photographer than Steph and her amazing team!
Steph captured both our engagement shoot and our wedding day, and every moment was perfect. Being an artist myself, Steph has a gift. She creates magic! Her talent and passion for photography is truly inspiring. From the very beginning, Steph made us feel incredibly comfortable, confident and beautiful. She has a way of making everything feel so natural and effortless while still getting those stunning, amazing shots.
Having both her and Carol there from the start, they were professional, friendly, and so talented. They both knew we wanted outdoor shots and they both made sure to get it all in before the storm hit. High gusty winds, no problem, they rolled with it and made magic happen. Both were so thorough about getting every shot on the shot list done which was so incredibly helpful when it’s one less thing you need to worry about on your big day.
Photographs are a gift to the future, the best way to remember one of the most important days in your life. We will forever be looking at our photos and always be in complete awe with them. We’re so grateful for the memories they’ve helped us preserve, and we couldn’t recommend them more! -

OMG I literally am speechless on how great my team was during our wedding day. Carol was my lead photographer, along with Kelli, my second photographer. I had Walter as lead video & Stephen as second videographer for my video! From start to finish they were amazing. They were attentive, patient, and the energy they brought added to my day! They checked on me and made sure that I was happy with everything throughout the day. I worked with Stephanie for the booking, timelines, and everything in between. She was absolutely amazing, one of the most genuine people I have met! I would recommend them a thousand times over!!!!

April 26, 2025 Wedding
We hired 3 Elements Photography and Film for our wedding photo and video, and it was one of the most important decisions for me. Photos and video are the lasting memories of your wedding day—especially since the day itself flies by so quickly.
Stephanie is absolutely fantastic. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. She had photographed my husband’s aunt’s weddings a few years ago, and after seeing how beautiful those photos turned out, I knew I had to have her capture our big day. I was in contact with her for over a year before the wedding, and she was always so responsive and helpful whenever I had questions or needed advice.
So far, we’ve only received our teaser photos—and she sent them just a few days after the wedding—but they already exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Stephanie and her team again and again to anyone looking for a wedding photographer.
Rich, the head videographer for 3 Elements Films, was equally amazing. He and Stephanie work so seamlessly together, and his passion for videography really shines through. He was excited to show me footage on the wedding day and even had a teaser video ready for us the very next day. He was funny, personable, and helped make the more awkward shots feel natural.
My husband spent most of the morning and early afternoon with Carol and Stephen, who did an incredible job capturing his side of the day. Then the full team came together to document our ceremony and reception. The four of them are truly unstoppable behind the camera, and we cannot wait to see the rest of their work! -

Additionally, looking at the finished product, we appreciate the strategic camera work as that was extremely impressive. Stephanie and Richard are the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! After Stephanie and Richard photographed and filmed my sister's wedding a few years back I just knew I had to have them for our special day as well! (the photos and video from my sister's day are incredible! and now the photos which we have already gotten back from ours are breathtaking!) I was just so blown away by their amazing personalities and how well they worked together and how stress-free they made everything that I just knew we had to have them photograph me and my husband's big day. We are both are a little camera shy so honestly it was the one thing that was making us a little nervous leading up to the big day. After we did an engagement shoot with Stephanie, all of our nerves were eased, we felt so comfortable, had a great time and were totally ready for the photos on the big day! Not to mention we have such beautiful and amazing photos! Richard and Stephanie had me laughing so much on my wedding day that my cheeks hurt, they truly care about their art and about you. They are talented and both such beautiful people inside and out, exactly who you would want to be surrounded by on your wedding day and we are so grateful that they were with us to capture our special day. Hiring 3 Elements for my wedding was the best decision. From the start, Stephanie was warm, friendly and professional. Her communication was timely. We have received countless compliments at how amazing our photos look. Rich worked at our wedding in Feb. 2024 for film - if you’re thinking about video, you will not regret working with him. Stephanie and her team were absolutely incredible. My husband and I are not photogenic by any means and we also really wanted to be as present as possible for our day. Stephanie, Rich and their photo/video team were EXCEPTIONAL!! It felt SO nice to not have to give direction and be the leader on my own wedding day. After a year and a half of stressful wedding planning and constantly thinking about every moving part, it was finally my turn to relax, with the help of Stephanie/Rich and their team.
They are truly professionals and the way they conduct themselves and move quickly and consider timeline on the day of is a testament to that and also, how long they've been performing their craft. And they did it ALL DAY with smiles, laughter, and jokes. Even when guests and other people would get in the way of photos, they were so kind about informing them and getting their job done. I was the first in my family to get married, so I had more of a photo shot list for Stephanie to follow than maybe most. Let me just say, Stephanie and Rich MOVED their butts, took control (in a way that's necessary for a bride on her wedding day), and most importantly, were efficient through it all. There was nothing left untouched or missing that we needed from them.
Unfortunately, what is a wedding without a hiccup!? Our party bus broke down on the way to Old Westbury Gardens where we were going to take bridal party photos prior to heading to our venue. Stephanie was following us and when I thought my vision had crashed and burned, Stephanie immediately hopped on our bus, got us all outside and MADE MOVES. She directed one bridal party member to call the bus company, another to call Old Westbury Gardens, another to inform my wedding day coordinator, another to get in touch with the videographer--Rich, another to actually inform the person's home of the yard we were about to take photos on... Thankfully, the area we broke down at was someone's open backyard, which was large, had beautiful trees, and ironically, you would never know looking at the photos/videos that it was actually taken in someone's backyard. Needless to say, the day was saved thanks to Stephanie, Rich and their team. You won't regret picking them!!! -

I don’t even know where to begin. Stephanie and Kelly were absolutely AMAZING to work with. I was so nervous about doing our pictures and how they would come out. Stephanie made us feel so comfortable and we had an absolute blast. So far I only got the samples back (which I got back in record time!!) and I cannot stop looking at them. I am the type of person that cringes anytime I see a picture of myself but these came out absolutely amazing, I think I’ve sent them to everyone in my phone book so far lol. We are now looking forward to doing pictures with Stephanie in the future, that’s how much of a pleasure it was. Amazing!!!!
We met Stephanie a little over a year ago and we knew immediately that she was the photographer for us. Her personality is infectious and you want to just hang out with her!! We did our engagement pictures with her last fall which came out beautiful! I was shocked that she was able to get such amazing shots since I hate having my picture taken! Stephanie has a way of putting you so at ease and making you comfortable that you forget you are even taking pictures. The shots she gets are gorgeous!! When it came to our wedding day she pulled up all full of smiles and ready for action. We decided a few weeks before the wedding to change our plans and go to Islip Grange Park for the reveal (so glad we did!!) and she had no problem making the changes. Stephanie and Carol (2nd photographer) worked so well with our kids and family and friends. Everyone fell in love with them!! She sent us some sneak peeks and OMG I cannot even imagine choosing the pictures for our album because so far they are all amazing! I cannot recommend this team of amazing people enough!!! Stephanie will become part of your family and you will want to have events just to hire her again!! Check them out!!! You will not be disappointed!! -

We hired 3Elements for photography for our wedding. I found her through a Facebook wedding group.
Stephanie is phenomenal. Ever since my first conversation with her as I was hunting for photographers, I had a really good gut feeling about her and I'm glad I went with it.
We did our engagement photo shoot with her as well, and I was even more convinced on that day that we were in good hands for our wedding.
Stephanie's demeanor is calm, which in my opinion is critical for such a stressful day. I spoke to her about my good side, preferred angles, and insecurities beforehand and she took it all and made sure to capture the best photos on the day of. Any concerns I had leading up to the wedding, we talked through and she had advice/solutions. On the day of, photos were seamless. She was there if I had a last-minute picture I wanted and texted her about. She runs a smooth ship. I was never worried about everything being captured the day of.
Our photos are stunning. I cried watching them back (still do) and am so happy we trusted her with our day.
I cannot recommend 3Elements enough. The photos from your wedding are a treasure, and I'm so happy that Stephanie was our photographer. -

Working with Stephanie and Richard was truly amazing. They were organized everything flowed so seamlessly. Also very patient. We had to reschedule our wedding a few times due to Covid and then a snow storm they were understanding and accommodating. And besides that they are so incredibly talented. I can not say enough about 3 elements photography. Hiring them for our wedding was truly one of the best decisions we made! My husband and I were both concerned we would feel and look uncomfortable with so many pictures but we had so much fun with the 3 elements team and it was undeniable in our photos! We are obsessed with our wedding photos, they really captured us, our vibe and love for each other. We also did our engagement photos with our two dogs, and obviously obsessed with those as well!! I would highly recommend using 3 elements for your wedding.. we plan on using them for all our important life events in the future! -

3.elements.photography and Stephanie were one of my favorite wedding vendors. I could write an essay about how wonderful her team is. From day one, she was kind and funny — she really made me and my husband feel comfortable working with her for my 12/02/22 wedding. I even mentioned to her how I was nervous to pose because of new weight gain; she made me feel beautiful and guided me through poses.
She was also down for every cool idea — we wanted to do our engagement photos in a bowling alley? Sure! Want to do a birthday shoot with balloons on a beach? Sure! You want this specific shot at your wedding? Sure! Stephanie really worked to make my photo dreams come true in the three shoots I did with her.
And the photos were beautiful!! We loved all of them for every shoot! She even got some very amazing candids that I will treasure forever - there is one of my sister rehearsing her MOH speech that she still doesn’t know how she got because she didn’t see her in the room!

Amazing and nothing but the best!
Stephanie made my wedding day so special and her team was so nice. They made you feel comfortable and to just enjoy your day and the process. Picking my photographer was so easy knowing Stephanie from working at another company for when my sister got married I knew when my day came I had to have her !!. I then found out she left and started her own company and was so happy that she had my date available. Out of all the important things you have to choose for your special day like photography, that was the easiest for me because she does such great work and whenever you have questions big or small she answers you right away or in a very short time. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND 3 Elements Photography! They are nothing but the best. -

Best night ever
3 elements made our night so special. The team is truly so amazing. Both Stephanie and Richard did a great job of making us and our guests feel so comfortable while taking pictures. They were professional, organized, and all in all amazing. I could not have asked for a better photographer and videographer. Our pictures came out beautiful, better than I could’ve ever hoped for. -

Amazing experience and 1000000000% class
I don’t know where to start. From our first meeting meeting I know that we were in good hands. Recommend from a friend who did their wedding I have seen already first hand how Stephanie and team worked so it was a not a hard choice to go with them. On the day of the wedding they had every shot I wanted and were a head of the game. Also as always team bride was running a bit behind but Stephanie and team keep us running smooth with out missing a single shot we wanted done from the greeting ready to our first look to using every inch of the Venue and the action shot of the ceremony and reception everything came out perfect. I will continue to use 3 elements for our life events as well as recommend to everyone we know. -

3 Elements Photography IS that team you can count on. Stephanie shares the excitement of your wedding day with you and truly cares about making it perfect. She listens to ideas you have and makes sure to get EVERY photo you want, while also coming up with her own ideas that make brilliant photographs.

3 Elements Photography/Film is absolutely the best and I am so thankful that I got to spend my wedding day with them! As the bride, I had the pleasure of spending most of the day with Stephanie (photo) and Richard (film) who are amazing! They pay attention to detail, are so easy to communicate with, ensured a smooth timeline, and are clearly passionate about what they does! It’s like they are mind readers - while getting ready a song came on and the bridal party broke out into song and dance and I thought to myself “that would be so cool to have this documented” and within seconds Richard and Stephanie ran down the stairs and captured it!! Jess was our second shooter and she was also awesome and so easy to get along with !!
My now husband and I were on the fence about doing the engagement photo shoot because we didn't need the pictures but let me tell you ... DO IT!!! We had the best time getting to know Stephanie before our big day and we now have the most beautiful pictures! 3 Elements truly does amazing/beautiful work and we were amazed by the turn around time to receive our teasers! We HIGHLY recommend both 3 Elements Photography and 3 Elements Film!!! -

The best of the best!!
So I’m not typically one to write reviews but I felt like I would be doing a disservice to both Stephanie and future brides if I didn’t share my experience.
She was so fun to be around all day, has just the sweetest personality, but also was incredibly professional. She tells you exactly what to do for photos, and any questions I had leading up to the day, she was so responsive and reassuring. She even helped my husband surprise me with our 2 year old twin nieces showing up for pictures when I thought they couldn’t make it!
Our wedding was 3/11/22 and we started getting sneak peeks 10 days later. We just got our full gallery with over 2,000 photos and it hasn’t even been a month!
Her pricing was also very reasonable, especially compared to other vendors, which made it really easy to make sure we had budget for great photos.
Just wanted to give her a special shout out here because she just made my wedding day amazing. Book her, you won’t regret it!! Adding some of my favorites so her work can speak for itself 🙂 -

If you are looking for the best in the business you will choose Three Elements Photography. The Team (Stephanie, Richard and Kelli) are masters in the art form and they are also the nicest and most supportive people to work with. We met a lot of photographers and videographers in this process and we are so happy we chose them, we loved that they are all in one, with Richard doing video. From the very beginning of this process until the end of our wedding day, the team was with us, guiding us and directing us, making us feel comfortable, supported and at peace. They kept us moving and got every shot we asked for including each shot with all the props we wanted in the photos. They took every request that we had and delivered. That day was absolutely freezing and they did a great job with us outdoors getting the shots we wanted. Logistically they were amazing too and totally professional, we were very impressed. The team was so nice to everyone, fun to be with and their energy was so positive and energetic. If you want to feel good on your wedding day, choose Three Elements! If we had to do it all over again, we would definitely make the same choice and hire Three Elements. -

I have had Stephanie shoot 3 important days (so far) in my life. My engagement, my wedding, my wedding pt 2 (rescheduled reception due to Covid) and I am beyond satisfied with all the services she has provided.
From the first phone call, to the first meeting and to my wedding day, Stephanie has made it super easy, comfortable and natural - not awkward at all. I was most nervous about that awkward feeling but she has made both my wife and I comfortable and by doing that, she was able to capture beautiful photographs with natural laughs, smiles and love. I have never laughed so much and had such a great time during a photoshoot and I am beyond thankful for it. She was able to capture the images that I had in mind. Even captured beautiful shots with our dog Roxy.
Stephanie is not just friendly and comfortable she is also extremely professional and beyond helpful. She LISTENS to what you want and understands what your looking for and surpasses your expectations. On my wedding day, I was so stressed and Stephanie came in and took control and this lifted the weight off my shoulders and I knew we were in great hands. I had no worries at all about any photographs or video shots because I knew that her and her team would deliver amazing results….and so they did! We received the images from our wedding and my wife and I are still in awe. Every time we look at our pictures we smile and relive that perfect day. By the end of the night, everyone considered her family.
When I think about it, I wouldn’t want anyone else there capturing these special moments other than Stephanie. I look forward for more memorable events to have her be a part of. I am absolutely thankful for stumbling across her instagram years ago and finding this talented soul.

I am not certain I will be able to express my opinions about Three Elements in words because I am once again speechless.
Three Elements was recommended to me by a close friend and it was the best wedding decision we made.
From the first interaction I had with Stephanie, I was met with positivity, humor and incredible professionalism. Stephanie takes the business side of engagement/wedding photography very seriously. Booking with her and determining a contract that fit our needs was so easy! She was responsive and constantly gave me her honest opinion - even when that meant I spent less money! When does that ever happen with wedding planning!?!
Booking Three Elements was easy - but then came time for our engagement shoot. My husband and I were so incredibly nervous! We spent the days leading up to our shoot posing the mirror and trying to loosen up with absolutely no success. I reached out to Stephanie to possibly cancel. Not only did she calm our nerves, but she convinced us to look forward to our shoot. We arrived on one of the hottest days of the summer and immediately knew we made the right decision. Stephanie met us with a smile and an incredibly calm and welcoming demeanor. The next three hours flew by as we drank, laughed and danced on the beach! We forgot we were being photographed by a complete stranger! Stephanie had us laughing, giggling and feeling comfortable the entire time. I hate how I look in photos and kept wondering if I would hate the photos. As if she picked up on my self- conscious energy, Stephanie let us look at a few of the photos and I knew we were okay! The photo shoot finished and we drove home on such an incredible high. I think my husband contemplated leaving his teaching job to be a GQ model.. that’s the kind of confidence Stephanie helped us gain. When the pictures came out, I cried. Like a baby! I couldn’t believe it was us. I felt like I looked gorgeous! Stephanie captured us as a couple perfectly! Every single person who saw our photos asked if she knew us personally because that’s how wonderful they turned out.
Fast forward almost a year later and it’s time to think about our wedding. I reached out to Stephanie to touch base, and as usual, I was met with a bubbly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable person who loves her job. We talking about speaking in the upcoming weeks about timelines and all the details! Then our venue reached out to us. Due to their lack of business - they would not be following the lift of Covid restrictions and would instead stay closed! I reached out to Stephanie to let her know - and instead of just acknowledging that there would be a change in venue on our contract - she immediately responded by mentioning how much this sucked and offering her help in any way we needed. She gave us advice as we played with the idea of moving to a new venue or renting a tent for the backyard. She was supportive way past her responsibilities as our photographer!
We pushed forward and rush planned a backyard wedding - tent, caterer, band and everything in between. Stressed doesn’t even begin to cover how we were feeling. I honestly hated every moment of wedding planning and now it felt like I was being forced to plan yet another wedding. Again, I reached out to Stephanie to keep her updated and was met with kindness, support and useful hints and ideas! A few weeks before the party, I spoke to Stephanie about our wedding timeline - she had me answer a handful of questions about our preferences and immediately gave us a start time and information we needed to be ready for the big day!
Enter wedding day. Chaos was occurring everywhere. As my girls and I got ready inside, an army of people outside changed the yard from a yard to a dream wedding! The bridal party was getting ready when Stephanie and the rest of Three Elements! Instantly, there was a shift. From uptight and stressful to upbeat and fun! She and her crew came in and immediately got to work - taking detail photos and constantly checking in with me. From first look photos to bridal party pictures and everything - Three Elements did not skip a beat! They were fun to work with even when it was 90+ degrees out. They had us laughing and having fun the entire day. From pre-ceremony, to ceremony through to the last image : absolute perfection. At no point did we feel bothered by the photos. They were taken in a way that seemed natural and never interrupted our night. When we stopped to take our private cake cutting photos - a song we specifically requested came on. Stephanie just let us dance it out and took photos as we did! It was obvious she wasn’t running on a timeline and was taking photos as they came! Saying goodnight to her and the rest of Three Elements made me so sad - it felt like a member of our close family was leaving for the night!!
Slowly, over the next couple of days and weeks, Stephanie started releasing teasers online. I had to put my phone on “do not disturb mode” at work because the amount of calls, texts and comments was overwhelming! Every photo looks like it was planned and staged and edited to be the cover of a magazine. Even the fun ones. The random ones. The dancing ones. There are almost 2,000 images - each one spectacular!!! I cannot believe it is us - my husband, our family and friends - in those pictures. Looking through the album of photos allowed us to relive and replay every moment of the best day ever. You would never look at the photos and think we threw it together in the backyard in a few weeks! I am so in love with each and every picture. They feel like still images packed with memories!
I am forever, and ever, in debt to Stephanie and all of Three Elements. Not just for capturing the moments that mean the most to us but for being a genuine asset to us during the roller coaster that is wedding planning. Words cannot express how amazing they were! They worked with us as we rescheduled our wedding twice. Stephanie took control and helped everything run so smoothly! The dynamic between her, Kelly (assistant) and the Richard (videographer) made photo taking such an easy and enjoyable experience! She has done photos for us in the past and they came out amazing. With everything going on with the pandemic. Postponement of the reception and then changes within a few days of our ceremony because of the rising numbers. Stephanie literally was a hero. I recently had the absolute honor of having Stephanie and the 3 Elements team shoot my wedding. I cannot say enough good things about them. The minute we met with Stephanie I knew she would be the one to shoot our wedding. She was so kind, personable and patient while dealing with the awkwardness of me and my husband. She was even able to wrangle my pups for some family shots. While rescheduling my wedding, Stephanie made the transition seamless and assured me that the day would be perfect no matter what. Where do we begin? From the moment we spoke with Stephanie for the first time on the phone, we knew that 3 elements photography was the only choice to capture not only our wedding day, but our love story! Stephanie is SO sweet and extremely professional. Even my videographer was like “this girls an animal” lol. She ran my wedding! I have been lucky enough to have Stephanie capture two very important days for me and my family.
The first was a family reunion for my grandmother, her siblings and all their families. There were many people, some seeing each other for the first time in over 20 years. Stephanie captured countless embraces and laughs as well as was gracefully able to facilitate family portraits in all the various groupings. My grandmother was so shy she seldom smiled for photos and Stephanie caught her smiling a few times and those are photographs I will treasure forever.
The second time was this summer for my surprise wedding. Stephanie was discrete with our secret and flexible with limitations that a small surprise wedding entails. I could not have asked for more from a photographer. She captured our day in a way that truly documented the tone of the day: she caught the surprise faces, the laughs, the tears of joy and everything in between.
I will be forever grateful to not only have photos of these days, but ones that so beautifully tell the story of the day. -
