  Great Vendor, Food and Cake!

  My husband and I are so happy we decided to have 2510 cater our wedding and make our wedding cake. My husband at the last minute was not able to attend the tasting but they were kind enough to make a plate for him of our selections the next time we were in town (we live in NYC). The staff was absolutely wonderful before and during the reception. They accommodated our requests and made our dinner go smoothly. The guests were served quickly and the food tasted great. The design of our cake was absolutely stunning and tasted delicious! We can't recommend them enough! Thank you to Sarah, Tammy and the 2510 staff for helping to make our wedding day special.

  My wife and I picked 2510 simply because they make her favorite dish, Polo Bianco. We stumbled onto gold. Sara was amazing to work with. She allowed us to customize our menu, she worked with us to plate the head tables while we had a buffet for most of the attendees, she plated kids meals for us, really Sara and her team led the event from the start through dinner. I absolutely would use 2510 again, and will use them to cater any other special events we have in Wausau.

  2510 was such an amazing caterer. Cheryl was so responsive to every detail and went way above and beyond. She spent an entire morning after the wedding searching the dry cleaners for the chair covers we accidentally returned to them instead of the vendor. The food was delicious and they made a couple last minute changes due to change of weather (adding hot chocolate, and veggy alfredo). There wasn't a single worry throughout the planning process or the wedding! Plus the cake was to die for (highly recommend their chocolate/lemon cake with raspberry filling and buttercream frosting)!!!

  Excellent cake and setup was beautiful! Jackie did an excellent job decorating our cupcakes just how we wanted. We received many compliments!

  We ordered our wedding cake from here. When we went for our tasting they provided cupcakes and little cups of frostings and fillings in the flavors we wanted to try. This allowed us to mix and match and find the perfect combination. We had an unusual request when it came to the flavors and they were able to pull it off. It was the most delicious cake and people are still talking about it!

  Were very easy to work with and the cake tasted AMAZING!!! Only problem was that I wanted whipped frosting and it did not look as nice on the outside, there were a few areas that looked kinda rough.
