Kindra B. Sent on 09/22/2019Absolutely stunning venue! So many beautiful scenery’s to get the best pictures. The yellow house to get ready in makes it so fun and easy.
We could not have been more happy with our wedding at the 1908 House. Our guests could not get over how beautiful the venue was and how much fun they had. The owners go out of their way fo help with anything you need. They are able to recommend the best dj’s, florists, tent rentals, makeup and hair artists, etc which takes away the stress of planning! The house you get ready in and get to sleep in for the weekend is so gorgeous and fun. Beyond happy with my experience at this venue!!1908 House's reply:

The 1908 House was absolutely perfect. The couple who owns it is very accommodating and willing to work with you to make the venue exactly how you want it. They have tables and chairs and linens included, and they have a lot of decor items you can use as well. The farmhouse is beautiful and perfect for getting ready the day of, as well as for having people stay the weekend. The venue is a bit in the country, but it is absolutely worth the drive. The gardens around the house are beautiful, we used the grounds for our rehearsal dinner and had a BBQ. Having the venue available the day after was great too, so we could come back and make sure nothing was forgotten and get everything taken down without having to do it after the dance. I know this venue is a little more up front compared to some others, but I will tell you, I truly think we saved money. By not having to rent a rehearsal venue, tables, chairs, linens, people to set up the ceremony and reception, it was worth it. Not to mention not having to worry about hiring all that out. They really ensured our wedding day was perfect and we didn’t have to do any last-minute worrying.1908 House's reply:

User2718775 Sent on 08/09/2016We recently had our wedding at the 1908 House and it was fabulous. We couldn't have asked for a better setting and the help that we received from the staff was amazing. Also if you are looking for a place that will let you do what you envision, this is it! The owners are super accommodating and very willing to work with you. It was a great experience and we would rexommend it to anyone looking for a super special prairie style wedding. Thank you for making our day so special. Ashley and Matt 8/6/16. -
User3061658 Sent on 05/18/2017The owners are very fun and personable while still very professional. When it came to set up and tear down we had nothing to worry about, these ladies are on point. I have been recommending them to all my engaged friends and acquaintances. The only thing for me was it was hard to get a hold of them through email. Luckily they have a Facebook page that they respond to quickly.
