1885 Farms is my newest favorite place on earth. Audrey and her team are so unbelievably great. The attention to detail, the communication, and the all around positive energy was an absolute dream come true for anyone planning an event, especially a bride. I can’t speak highly enough about how absolutely stunning this venue is. The Barn is already incredibly gorgeous on its own, but the fact that 1885 Farms provides an insane amount of decorations and custom signage as well is so over the top generous and took all the stress off of me and my family. We didn’t have to worry about card boxes or welcome signs or table decor or photo backdrops; they had it ALL! We got so many compliments about our wedding this weekend and as much as I’d like to take credit, it was absolutely because of the amazing group of people at 1885. Thank you so much for the best day of our lives❤️ -

Top of the Line Venue and Vendor
Our experience at 1885 Farms was nothing short of exceptional.
Audrey, Matt, and the team they have put together, are made for this.
The entirety of the process with them was seamless.
As a couple who went in with only a vague idea of what they wanted, Audrey helped to curate something that we never even knew to dream of.
The initial tour of the venue was incredibly intentional – Audrey truly took her time with us to fully explain the facilities, the options available to us, and add-ons that we could use to supplement our big day.
It did not feel like a business deal – it felt like a conversation with someone who cared about making our wedding a personal, intimate experience for us and our guests.
If you opt to use their decoration services, you are also provided an additional meeting with Audrey to go over the fine details.
She spent so much time with trying out different combinations of things that would fit our desired aesthetic.
It was not rushed, and she isn’t afraid to give you constructive feedback if needed.
This service alone took so much stress off of our plates.
The setup of the wedding was top of the line. No surface was left untouched!
There were details that I continued to notice over the course of the evening that I had not even considered or thought about – but they did!
So much thought, time, and effort goes into their work.
The preferred vendors that they recommended also did an amazing job.
We were very happy with our choices for both photography and catering.
In addition to booking the venue, we spread our guests out at the Estate House, Farmhouse and Wanderlust Glamper for three nights over the course of our wedding weekend.
The residences were all very clean and organized with lots of amenities.
From kitchen supplies to pool towels and floaties, to outdoor toys for the pond, and a golf cart to ride around, they have thought of everything you could need (or possibly want) to make your stay extra special.
All in all, we sincerely could not say enough about 1885 Farms.
We feel so lucky to have had our wedding here. We could not have imagined a more perfect outcome.
Audrey is responsive, thoughtful, accommodating, transparent, and more!
Truly such a genuinely kind family and team all around.

Wonderful Venue
Absolutely perfect wedding!!
Audrey and everyone at 1885 Farms the Barn were amazing! We booked a little over a year before our wedding and the process went mostly smooth in planning. Audrey was very responsive throughout the process if we ever had any questions and was very detail oriented during our decorating meeting. We loved how the decorations turned out and the fact that it was done by staff to remove stress from us.
At the rehearsal, we noticed slippery steps walking into the bridal get ready room. We let Audrey know and her husband was out that night checking the steps. The next day Audrey was there cleaning the steps to make sure they were no longer slippery and put down wood chips to make sure the walkway was not wet. During the wedding staff was very helpful and helping with communication with vendors and helped keep everything running smoothly. We loved the venue and our photos turned out perfect! -

We just had our wedding at 1885 farms & it was beyond perfect! Audrey is absolutely amazing to work with she is so kind, caring & very communicative! I would recommend this venue to everyone! The staff working the wedding was also so amazing they were so helpful through the whole night always checking in and making sure things are running smoothly! I wish I could relive my wedding day over & over again at this magical venue -

Last month we had our wedding at the Stables and it was the perfect option for us. I would highly recommend! The house was stunning with any amenity you could possibly need. There was plenty of room for the entire wedding party to stay and also many entertainment options to keep us busy all weekend. Both, the night after the rehearsal dinner and the night after the wedding, we ended with the majority of our wedding party in the hot tub and indoor pool. Then, the day after the wedding, we were able to relax and enjoy the theater and even took the kayak out on the pond!
The ceremony space is so cozy , tucked in the wooded area. It rained during my ceremony and I still had so many guests say how much they loved the ceremony space. The tent for the reception is also dreamy with multiple chandeliers that light up the space beautifully at night. We had food trucks for our catering and they fit great with the setting of the venue space. Everyone who attended had a blast. The venue attendants were great and very helpful throughout the day.
I couldn't thank Audrey enough for being so supportive and available to take any of my calls/ texts/ or emails during the planning process leading up to my wedding. She answered my questions almost instantly and you can tell that she truly cares about making your stay special. Since the wedding, I have had several people say how cool the property is and that they want to look into it for their next big event too! If you are on the fence about this property, go see it in person and fall in love with it just like we did :) -

We cannot say enough amazing things about this perfect venue and the people that cherish it. This venue is absolutely perfect, stunning, versatile, accommodating, etc. The team that runs and works it is beyond fabulous. Audrey and her husband get it done for sure. The venue attendants are to die for!! Audrey made our day so unbelievably special. She listened to what we wanted and needed, accommodated to schedules and weather, and is seriously the SWEETEST person alive. The entire day I kept hearing about how perfect the getting ready rooms were, how stunning the honeymoon suit is, and how beautiful all of the decor was. PLEASE get married here or throw absolutely any event possible. You won’t regret it. Our day was even more special because of this venue and especially Audrey and her team. You can tell that they truly care about every single couple that walks through those sliding doors. We love you guys so much!! We can’t wait to see all of the amazing things you do!! -

Most amazing wedding venue!!
My husband and I found and booked this venue in December 2021. I could not be happier with our decision. From day one the venue coordinator, Audrey, helped ensure the wedding planning process was fun and stress free. Audrey helped perfectly capture our vision down to every small detail. We also rented the barn estate on the property— which sleeps 26. It was such an incredible gift having all our favorite people under one roof and hosting our wedding party for the weekend! Our wedding party is already talking about planning an annual get together at 1885’s property because we had such a wonderful time!
10/10, HIGHLY recommend. We could not be happier with our experience!! Thank you for EVERYTHING!!!

Highly recommend this venue!
I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Our wedding at 1885 Farms was nothing short of magical. The venue itself is breathtaking, but it was the hospitality from the staff that truly set it apart. From start to finish, they covered every detail, ensuring that our day went off without a hitch.
The estate was perfect, accommodating our entire family and bridal party the night before. Our bridal party loved the bridal suite and cowboy suites for getting ready that morning. The honeymoon suite was the perfect ending to an unforgettable day.
Audrey, Lindsey, and Jake went above and beyond, treating us like family and making sure every aspect was just right. Their exceptional customer service made our day stress-free; they handled everything from decorating to cleanup, allowing us to fully enjoy our special moments. Every guest commented on the stunning decor and the seamless flow of the ceremony and reception.
I wholeheartedly recommend 1885 Farms—it’s the ideal choice for anyone looking to make their wedding dreams come true! -

From the very first interaction, Audrey was incredibly responsive, addressing all my questions & concerns with kindness & genuine enthusiasm. Her attention to detail & warm demeanor made the planning process so much smoother.
The grounds of the venue are absolutely stunning! The picturesque scenery provided the perfect backdrop for our ceremony & photos, & I received countless compliments from our guests about the beauty of the location. Every corner of the venue exudes charm & elegance, making it an ideal setting for a wedding.

We found 1885 Farms while searching for a bachelorette weekend getaway, and we could not be happier that it turned out to be our dream wedding venue! From the moment we visited, we knew this was the perfect place for our wedding weekend.
Our families stayed at the house on-site, adding an incredible layer of convenience to the weekend. It allowed everyone to relax and enjoy the celebrations without the need for extensive travel. The space was comfortable and beautifully maintained. We specifically loved the outdoor space with the pool.
Audrey, our coordinator, went above and beyond to incorporate our every request. Her attention to detail and dedication to achieving our vision was unparalleled. She was always available to offer suggestions and accommodate our needs, ensuring that everything ran smoothly.
Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the venue was. The wildflower garden provided a stunning backdrop for the whole day. We always envisioned an outdoor wedding, and 1885 blew it out of the water. Our ceremony was in “The Trees”, which perfectly captured our love of the outdoors. Our cocktail hour was downstairs on the patio, which was a perfect location for games and drinks before dinner. After dinner upstairs on the main level, we moved back downstairs to dance on the outdoor patio. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect layout. Audrey and the 1885 team helped us plan the perfect indoor/outdoor reception flow.
We are incredibly grateful to Audrey and the entire team for their outstanding service. They truly made our wedding day unforgettable. We cannot recommend this venue highly enough for anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable wedding experience.

My husband and I just got married at 1885 Farms on September 13th and we can’t recommend it enough. Great location, STUNNING reception area, beautiful flower fields, awesome cowboy/bridal suits, plenty of parking, and amazing views. 1885 Farms made our big day the most perfect day ever! Audrey, the manager and her team were amazing and were SO helpful the entire way through. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had a smooth and stress free day! Audrey even made our amazing bar menu and seating chart. They also work with a lot of great vendors that they recommend to you. -

My wedding experience with 1885 farms was incredible!! I worked with Audrey for over 2 years and she made everything so easy and smooth for me!! Any question I had was answered so quickly. She became such a huge part of my wedding experience, I’m beyond grateful to have had her by my side!! I live out of state so wedding planning was tough, but the decor package saved me from having to buy and travel with a ton of decorations!! I would recommend 1885 farms to absolutely anyone and everyone for a wedding, or even just a group stay in the house!!

My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception here over the weekend and we were absolutely stunned by the beauty of the field, the decorations, and the photos we received from our guests! Audrey was an absolute dream to work with and truly made our day unforgettable. We had so many options and none of it felt overwhelming. The whole experience felt comfortable and exciting. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding experience. Highly recommend booking the farmhouse and the estate as well if you have guests in from out of town! We also utilized the glamper, Bridal suite, Cowboy suite, and honeymoon suites. If you want a secure wedding experience, go for this!!! :) -

August 10th was the best day of my life! When looking for a venue- I wanted rustic but garden party vibes which 1885 Farms fit perfectly. The day we took a tour we instantly booked. Audrey who is the lady behind it all has been nothing but amazing during the whole process. Yes the venue is breath taking but her attention to detail is what makes it. She is helpful, organized and has been so fun to work with during such a stressful process. I will miss planning with Audrey- she made the whole experience light and exciting. The staff who worked to set up and take down all decor were wonderful! I highly recommend this venue. If we could do it all over again I would choose 1885 over and over. -

Had a wonderful experience with 1885! We chose to have our wedding at the Barn and it was perfect. We booked the cowboy suite, the bridal suite, the honeymoon suite and the estate. The facilities themselves are fantastic and perfect for photos. We also booked the decoration package and would 100% recommend it. It will save you so much money, time, and stress. Audrey coordinated everything and the day of staff was great. They responded promptly and were very helpful. Honestly nothing to complain about at all. -

The manager Audrey and the staff of 1885 Farms made sure our wedding day was perfect! I could not be happier with the Barn venue, which was elegant and stunning.
Audrey has incredible attention to detail and was able to craft my vision beautifully from the many options available in their Decor Room. The Honeymoon, Bridal, and Cowboy suites were breathtaking, a real treat!
It was especially fun to have the golf cart and access to the buildings on site. This is the perfect venue to host large overnight gatherings with your favorite people. It was wonderful to be able to stay on site and be able to get an early start the day of the wedding.
I felt like an absolute queen on my special day. Our photos turned out incredible with the many backgrounds that were available. I will forever be grateful that we were married at the 1885 Farms Barn!

Highly recommend!
This place is nothing short of amazing! We rented the venue for a few additional nights leading up to the wedding to soak up time with our closest friends and family and it was worth every dollar! Audrey is also incredible at communicating.. she doesn’t miss a beat! Highly recommend!! -
