    Excellent!

    We are so happy to have decided to work with a day of coordinator. It helped alleviate a lot of stress to know we had someone in our corner and would be there along the way and on the day to make things run smoothly. Alex could not have done a better job at this! She was available to answer questions throughout the process and help guide us. It was great she had worked with most of the vendors in the past and could communicate with them on our behalf as needed. Having her on the day of the wedding she was extremely valuable! She helped with set up and clean up, coordinated with vendors, helped with timing. We could just enjoy our day without worrying about details because we were confident in Alex. We couldn’t recommend her and 1423 more highly!

    The absolute best!!!!

    Erin and team were absolutely fabulous! I couldn’t recommend them enough. Erin made the last 2 weeks leading up to my wedding a total breeze. Dare I say I don’t think a single thing went wrong. She was always quick to get back to me and answer any questions I had! Beyond flexible and truly just a great team of people who made my vision come true!!!

    Alex Nailed It!

    Our experience with Alex was nothing short of excellent. She was quick to answer emails and texts, and set up numerous phone calls to accommodate our busy schedules in the run-up to the wedding. She handled the timeline with other vendors seamlessly, was present for all walkthroughs as well as the rehearsal, and was an invaluable asset to have by our side while planning our big day.

    On the day, she was absolutely everywhere, providing vendor coordination, making sure the bride/groom were where they needed to be when they needed to be there, and kept everything running smoothly. She even jumped behind the bar to pour a few drinks during as a makeshift bartender! I wholeheartedly recommend Alex and the 1423 crew to anyone who wants someone they can trust for a stress-free wedding day.

    a MUST for all things planning & coordination!!

    I truly can’t even put into words how much I loved working with Alex and the 1423 Events Team for my wedding in July!! If there is any vendor I recommend booking for your wedding it would be 1423 Events without a doubt! From the moment I met Alex she was so positive, easy to work with, and so knowledgeable in all things planning/coordination. Even when I thought I had everything figured out she would mention little details that I never thought of and ALWAYS had a plan/solution. From navigating possible rain to excruciating heat, Alex always found options and presented them to me with such confidence and calmness. I never felt an ounce of stress regarding any last minute change of plans knowing that Alex was there to help navigate them! On the day of my wedding, Alex went above and beyond! She was always there when I needed her all while working countless behind the scene operations so that everything ran smoothly. Thank you to Alex and the 1423 Events Team for making my wedding day such a memorable one! You all are truly the best!

    Amazing Organization & Attentiveness!

    One of the best decisions I made was to hire 1423 Events! I went into wedding planning with the mindset that I could do it all by myself, but the day of coordinating really had me stressed out because I couldn't be there to direct everyone and make my visions come to life. 1423 Events came recommended to me by my venue, Mt. Washington Mill - Dye House, and I am so glad Alex Reilly got assigned to my wedding.

    I decided to go with the 4 month coordination, although I was really organized when it came to coordinating with my vendors, it was nice to have someone who was familiar with my venue to answer all of my questions and make me think of things that I probably wouldn't have thought of on my own. Alex answered 100% of my text messages and phone calls no matter what day of the week it was or the time of the day. She made me feel like I was the only bride she was working with, even though I know she had a lot on her plate with my wedding being right in the middle of busy June wedding season.

    One thing Alex really helped me dial in on was my day-of wedding timeline. We had a large bridal party, 3 different photography locations, 140 guests, and a 5 hour reception. She listened to all of my requests, gave me suggestions, and was always opened to tweaks after speaking with vendors and their recommendations. We finalized the schedule just days before the wedding and it couldn't have been more perfect. I have never been to a wedding where the ceremony actually started on time and I was SHOCKED when ours started at exactly 5:30PM! The entire night went so smoothly and so many of the guests actually commented on how everything felt so effortless with minimal stagnant downtime, something that was so so important to my husband and I. I truly couldn't recommend Alex and 1423 Events enough for your wedding!

    Seamless Event

    Erin and her team were so helpful throughout the planning process. They made everything seamless day-of. Our venue required a day-of planner, but I don’t know how we could have done it without Erin. She was great and very responsive! 10/10 recommend.

    Best day ever!

    Hiring Alex as the day of coordinator was the best decision I made for my wedding. She was super helpful throughout the entire experience and really made the day as stress free as possible for me, the groom, and our loved ones. We ran low on alcohol during the reception and Alex took care of it with ease. I didn’t even know about it until the day after the wedding. I seriously can’t recommend Alex and 1423 Events enough!

    Alex & 1423 Events were amazing!

    I had a wonderful experience working with Alex at 1423 events. I'm a planner type person who has been involved in many weddings and have planned many events so I was looking for an expert to help with my day of coordination. I didn't realize how much of a big help having a coordinator before the wedding would be. Alex was there for our venue walk through and was in touch with our caterer, photographer and DJ to make sure everything went smoothly.

    Exactly what I wanted!

    As an anxious, type-A person (with a type-A MOH and MOB), I knew I needed a wedding planner so that my family and I could focus on enjoying the day and not running the show on the day. Heather facilitated this perfectly. The meetings we had with her were efficient and helpful. She perfectly balanced offering opinions when asked with letting us have specific details we wanted. She successfully led our off-site rehearsal and helped wrangle our 5 young flower girls and their parents and grandparents. I was able to ask her for favors on the day and she was so helpful. Having her there to cue us for the ceremony and walk us through parts of the reception was essential. I’m so glad I got to enjoy my wedding and stay present in the moment without worrying about keeping track of the schedule of the day. My family members kept coming up to me saying how “practically perfect” the wedding went. Thanks Heather for contributing to my dream wedding!

    Absolute Wedding Essential

    I do not know what we would have done without 1423 Events helping us leading up to and on the day of our wedding. From the day we started working with her, Erin helped us think through every single detail, so much of which I wouldn’t have even thought to consider on my own. Whenever we had any questions or needed a vendor recommendation, she was always quick to respond and all her recommendations were fantastic. On the day of our wedding, Erin and Alex did an incredible job of handling everything, making sure we never fell behind on our timeline, and allowing us to truly enjoy our wedding without any concerns. They also went above and beyond in helping us bring so many of our ideas to life and made sure everything looked exactly how it was supposed to.     Heather was incredible

    We worked with Heather at 1423 Events for day-of coordination services after being referred to her by our venue, and are so grateful that we did! She made sure that our September 2024 wedding was even better than we imagined- she supported us in creating a day-of timeline, managing personal items and vendor communications, and was everywhere throughout the event making sure that everything stayed on schedule. As the bride, there was not a single fire I had to worry about putting out on my wedding day- having Heather working with us meant that we were truly able to just enjoy our ceremony and reception with our guests!

    Couldn’t have done it with them!

    My MIL gifted us a wedding planner and I at first thought, I have it all under control, this isn’t necessary. Oh! It was so necessary! Heather was absolutely crucial to the success of our day and it went off without a hitch because of her. She was so easy to work with, was organized and she had recommendations for things I never even thought about. Heather brought an immediate sense of calm every time I talked to her.

    We are so grateful and lucky to have had Alex with us on our wedding day! During our planning meetings and walk-through, her organization, advice, and precise questions assured us we were in good hands. Then on our wedding day itself, she flawlessly kept us on schedule and executed setup/cleanup while also being incredibly helpful throughout every moment in between. She not only made us feel at ease with her bubbly and fun personality, but also felt like a longtime friend. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a day-of coordinator!     Best decision ever

    Deciding to book 1423 Events as our wedding planner was the best decision we could have made! Erin was recommended to us by multiple people, so we knew we needed to book her for our wedding day. From the initial email communication and planning call to the wedding day, Erin and her team were literally on top of every single thing. Erin put us at ease, answered all of our questions, and was always one step ahead. Erin and Alex- Zach and I cannot thank you enough for everything you did to make our wedding day absolutely perfect! You rolled with the punches with us and were prepared for anything and everything (like my shoe breaking right before the reception LOL).

    If you are overwhelmed with planning and want to book a planner or day of coordinator, do yourself a favor and reach out to 1423 Events- you will be so happy you did!

    Incredible

    We get the chills everytime we think about how outstanding the service, attentiveness and ease of working with 1423 Events!! Our day-of coordinators were 10 steps ahead throughout the entire night. Everything looked beautiful, everything was packed up at the end of the night (bride and groom not lifting a finger), they made sure we ate and were taken care of at all times, anything we wanted they would have made happen. We love this crew— they feel apart of our family now. We had such an incredible and memorable wedding BECAUSE OF THEM!

    Erin made my wedding flawless!

    Erin was an absolutely amazing day of wedding coordinator. She made everything run smoothly and go off without a hitch. She was also so easy to work with, and so helpful during the planning process. I had a friend serve as my officiant, and we weren’t totally sure about how to run the rehearsal. Erin stepped in and got us all into shape seamlessly. She went above and beyond and made everything so easy for me. She’s also incredibly personable and has great relationships and recommendations when it comes to local vendors. I can’t recommend her enough!!!

    Partial Planning

    Erin and her team were by far our most valued vendor at our wedding. We selected partial planning but she made it very clear that she was available for any questions or concerns we had before her services started. Through out the planning process she was a sounding board for my husband and I, and that continued through to the rehearsal dinner and day of. Communication was seamless and questions or concerns we had were always addressed in a timely manner. When we got down to the wire and nerves took over, she took over communication with other vendors to take some stuff off our plate. Her established relationships with other vendors in the Baltimore area also made everything so seamless. We cannot recommend 1423 Events enough! We’re so appreciative of all they did for us to be able to have our dream wedding.

    Best wedding planner!

    My husband and I decided to use 1423 Events for our wedding! And let me tell you, Erin did not disappoint! I had a very specific vision in mind for our special day and Erin was always a phone call away, very willing to work with me to make sure my vision was met. I had no stress on my wedding day because Erin handled literally everything for us and made sure everything ran smoothly from setting up to breaking down, to everything in between such as directing our wedding party. I cannot thank her enough and we are so grateful for her!

    Book 1423 Events for your event!

    We used 1423 Events for our wedding on 10/28 and had such a great experience working with them. Erin was EXTREMELY helpful and patient with us, and I don’t know how we would have made it through Wedding Day without her. We did the day of/month of package, and it made the final days leading up to our wedding and Wedding Day so seamless. Erin answered any questions we had and offered her experience and guidance. She helped bring our vision to life on Wedding Day and made everything so easy for us so we could relax and enjoy our special day. Couldn’t recommend them more!

    Invisible Ninja Fairy Godmother

    I'm a wedding photographer and I've photographed hundreds of events. I first worked with Erin at a wedding in 2018, and immediately she became my favorite wedding coordinator. Rather than hovering with a clipboard all day trying to make her presence known, she was getting sh*t done. I never saw her unless I needed her for something and *poof* she just magically appeared.

    When it was time to hire a coordinator for our wedding, I knew that 1423 Events was the only real option for me. I really wanted to be surrounded by people I love and trust (Erin and Heather being included in that!) but also, I had a very specific vision of how I wanted the wedding day to feel, and having someone ushering everything along while staring at their watch was not it.

    We also had a logistically interesting day, and Erin and Heather executed our vision flawlessly. We got married in a pine forest near our home in a pop up guerrilla ceremony, with some guests arriving via shuttle, some parking on our street and walking a tenth of a mile to the spot. So logistically, ushering everyone to the right spot, having them stand in a way that worked for them to be able to see, while also not looking too spread out and weird in photos, etc. it was not the easiest. Erin executed this portion perfectly and it was absolutely magical walking into the woods with the light pouring in behind all of my favorite people. I cried the whole way down the aisle, it was so beautiful.

    Meanwhile, Heather was back at our venue, 10 min away, making sure everything was perfect. We don't have photos of the reception space yet, but it all exceeded my expectations. I still can't believe *our* wedding was so lovely.

    Leading up to the wedding I was burned out from working my ass off this fall as a wedding photographer, as well as overwhelmed with the final details of wedding planning. Heather and Erin stepped in so much in that last month to make sure things were taken care of without me needing to do it anymore, which was so appreciated.

    I could go on and on, but I'll leave it here. I am so grateful that we had them by our side for the most special day.

    couldn't reccommend anyone better to help coordinate your special day

    1423 events was just amazing. We chose the "wedding day management" package which is perfect for someone who needs help with day of logistics & coordinating with other vendors. We worked with Erin Powell. She was so professional and so easy to work with. She helped me create my day of timeline & made sure the day went so smoothly. She made sure my husband & I actually took time to sit down & eat dinner and look around the room & see all the people who were there for us. She helped calm my nerves just before I walked down the aisle and helped line up our whole bridal party which made the ceremony go so smooth. She helped rally our large bridal party & family for photos and really helped us stick to our timeline. Erin reached out to all my other vendors as well to make sure everyone was on the same page! I highly recommend Erin & her team.

    Wonderful to work with!

    Erin from day 1 was so friendly and organized, we loved working with her! We had many check ins leading up to the big day getting more frequent as we got closer. The wedding week she made me feel so at ease knowing she and her team were there to take tasks and worries off my hands.     Rolled with the punches, facilitated the perfect day.

    I work in live events & experiencial marketing, so while I had done the bulk of the wedding planning myself, I knew that on the day-of and the weeks leading up to my wedding I'd want coordinators who I could trust-- not only to help dot my i's and cross my t's with my vendors, but to take over the reigns so that I could enjoy my day rather than "work it".

    Erin and her team at 1423 delivered beyond my expectations.

    We had some last minute shifts with rain moving our ceremony inside and traffic delays for our transportation of guests due to an accident on the highway. Erin and her team handled it all with perfection and got us back on schedule despite the delays so we could enjoy the most of our time in the venue.

    They were flexible in the meetings leading up to the wedding, and extremely responsive in their communications between I and my other vendors--most of whom they had worked with before AND at my venue of which they were very familiar (the Mt. Washington Mill Dye House). During the wedding, I felt their gentle guidance to ensure we hit all of the timeline events, but they were never pushy and always let us go at our own pace!

    I truly felt like my wedding was in good hands with 1423, and all of my guests and family had the best time! Can't recommend them enough!

    Highly Recommend!

    1423 Events came recommended by our venue, The Winslow, and I was so happy to find them. Their price point is a slightly lower than some of their competitors but their value is worth every penny. I was working with a challenging timeline and Erin was able to meet 4+ months out from the wedding date to nail that down. We regularly met on a monthly basis until 1-2 months out where we were meeting almost every week. She was easy to get in touch with, responsive, and a great guide in the process. We also worked with Heather leading up to the event and day of. Heath is no nonsense and you know that can trust she will get the job done! Would highly recommend both Erin and Heather from 1423 Events!

    So great and helpful!

    I am so happy we went with 1423. They were so helpful, kind and easy to work with. We talked with Erin at the beginning but then worked with Heather for our wedding. They both were so nice and Heather was so incredible. We had a hurricane on our wedding day so she not only dealt with us changing our floor plan last minute but she handled EVERYTHING without me even knowing. I can only imagine there were so many things she had to figure out and she didn't bother me at all. She was so on it, gave such great advice, and was very calming. She was incredibly responsive and just so helpful throughout the entire process. I could not recommend her more!

    Day of coordinator

    What to say about Erin who assisted us on this joyful yet stressful time. We hired Erin and her team to coordinate the day of as we had already secured all our vendors. What a relief to have someone manage everything the day of as we were so busy with the bride. She organized everything, set it all up as we were under a time crunch. Not once did we have any issues she couldn't handle. She was always available for any questions we had. We would highly recommend Erin and her team.

    We can't thank Erin and Lynn from 1423 Events enough for everything they helped us with over the past few years. They helped us navigate the stress of postponing our reception due to COVID, and gave us calm advice when we needed it most.

    Our reception was everything we dreamed of, and they set up everything exactly the way we wanted. They kept our timeline on track, ensured everything went smoothly, and packed up all of our decorations for us at the end of the night. I can't thank them enough for making our vision a reality.

    Erin and Lynn were so organized, thoughtful, and professional throughout the entire process. We received multiple compliments from family members about how delightful Erin and Lynn were to work with. I truly couldn't imagine planning my wedding without them.

    Erin from 1423 Events was absolutely amazing to work with! We used “wedding day management” to make sure that all of the final details were coordinated but Erin really helped us with so much more than that!     Fantastic Team

    I do not have enough great things to say about Erin and her team! Erin was amazing to work with leading up to the wedding! She is extremely thorough, responsive and friendly. If anything went "wrong" on the wedding day, we had absolutely no idea. Unfortunately, Erin was unable to be with us on the actual wedding day, but she made sure that Heather and Lynn knew all of the fine details. Lynn and Heather worked with us on the rehearsal and day of the wedding. They both were AMAZING! They were wonderful with set up, break down and making sure everyone was in the right place at the right time. Hire this team!! You will not regret it!

    Highly recommend Erin

    Erin acted as our day-of coordinator for our wedding. We had horrific weather and Erin handled all stressors of the day beautifully. She is calm and collected and ensures that everything happens smoothly. Erin was easy to contact and on-top of all communication throughout the planning process, which we really appreciated. Her pricing is also very reasonable, especially in comparison with other planners and coordinators in the area. Absolutely worth every penny -- I would highly recommend Erin!

    Hire them!

    I hired 1423 events because I was interested in having a day of coordinator. If you are thinking about having a doc, do it!! Erin was AMAZING. We got in contact about 4 months before the wedding where she helped me make a rough timeline and stay on track with my wedding planning. She was super responsive and helped me with any little questions I had. She was super familiar with my venue and its associated vendors which made the planning and coordination go so smoothly. During the day of, Erin and her assistant Lynn, basically took care of everything. With only a couple of mishaps (a guest bringing a date without an invite) and some other little things, they took care of it for me so I didnt have to stress about it. They really went above and beyond to make sure that I was OK and if I needed anything!! Truly the best and I would hire them again!

    Amazing, would hire again!

    We booked Erin and 1423events for our wedding in December. She was wonderful and we hope to work with her again.

    We had our wedding at home, so Erin already had to deal with a “non-standard” venue. Before the big day, Erin met with us online and then coordinated an in-person meeting with all of our vendors (caterer, florist, photographer, and DJ). She walked us all through the evening and made sure everyone was on the same page. The day of our wedding, she got to the house and got straight to work, ensuring that everything would go like clockwork.

    Right before the ceremony, I was a nervous wreck because we hadn’t printed things — like our vows! Erin reassured us that she would handle it and that once the ceremony was started, the rest of the evening would be amazing. She also said she would send a server up to bring us champagne while we waited for the ceremony to kick off. She was right — she handled everything and the entire evening was amazing. Erin got us where we needed to be without being pushy or creating stress. She also handled problems on her own — we had a couple of guests who were a bit unruly later in the evening; neither of us grooms knew about it until after the wedding was over!

    We really enjoyed working with Erin and couldn’t recommend her more highly! We’d eagerly refer her to you if you’re looking for an expertly competent coordinator who will make your evening run like clockwork.

    Worth every penny!

    This review is long over due. We booked Erin in spring 2019 with the intention of getting married in August 2020. Then the pandemic hit and we rescheduled to August 2021. Although we only hired her for month of planning, she was incredibly helpful and resourceful through the entirety of our extended planning process. I wholeheartedly don’t think we could have gotten through it all without Erin. Our day was seamless and I am absolutely sure that was because of Erin. We were really lucky to have a great experience with all of our vendors, but booking Erin was without a doubt the best decision we made.

    Best money we spent

    We hired Erin with only three weeks until our wedding after meeting with the venue and caterer and realizing we were in a bit over our heads. I lost my Dad just a couple of months before our wedding and found finalizing details to be really difficult. Erin stepped in and took everything that was weighing me down off of my plate so that I could just focus on managing all of the emotions I had going on as I processed getting married without my Dad by my side. Erin and her team also helped us pull off our vision for our rehearsal dinner, which involved picking up enough food for 60 people from 4 of our favorite restaurants around Baltimore City. There was a problem with the photobooth the night of our wedding, but I still don't know what exactly happened because Erin handled it flawlessly. 1423 Events is so reasonably priced and was truly the best money we spent. I don't know what I would have done without Erin!

    Excellent from beginning to end!

    We decided to hire Erin long before our Covid Wedding experience and can not say enough amazing things about her and her team! Throughout our two date changes, Erin was extremely flexible and communicative, even when I knew she had other weddings going on during this crazy year.     A wonderful partner!

    Erin and Heather were both so wonderful to work with for our recent wedding! We hired 1423 leading up to our June 2020 wedding.     Best Decision

    Erin and Heather were the best. After going back and forth about needing a day of coordinator, I reached out to Erin. From the start, she and Heather were so helpful and reassuring.     A Wedding Day Must Have

    Do not hesitate to hire Erin. We were on the fence about needing a day of coordinator, but it is probably the best money we spent. Erin was incredibly flexible amidst many changes in plan due to covid. She made us multiple versions of a timeline, picked up all of our signs/decor, and contacted all of our vendors in advance. On the day of, she set up all of our decor, hunted down a vendor that was 3 hours late, and made sure we were taken care of and fed. Her assistant, Julie, came later in the night and stayed past midnight to ensure everything was clean and packed in our car without us having to even think about it. I cannot recommend Erin and 1423 Events enough.

    Best Decision EVER!

    From the first conversation I had with Erin, she was organized, patient, and just such a kind hearted person. She helped bring my vision to life, not once, but twice - while working though a postponement and added stress that came with that. She was always calm, responsive, and helpful in so many ways. I felt so relaxed the day of knowing that Erin was at the venue handling everything. I have no clue how she made my venue look as amazing as it did, but she nailed it. I'm sure things were chaotic behind the scenes but she would never let anyone know or see it. Erin is a dream to work with and I can't recommend her and the 1423 events team enough!     I was able to work with Erin and Heather for my May 1, 2021 wedding. I couldn’t have been more thankful to have the both of them! When people were asking me questions, they would swoop in to help me answer if I was clearly overwhelmed or confused.     We worked with Erin as a day-of-coordinator while planning our April wedding, and Erin was wonderful! She promptly replied to all of our questions, hopped on calls as needed, and gave helpful and honest advice. When we had to cancel our wedding due to COVID, Erin responded with sincere kindness and positivity.     All the love for Erin and 1423 Events

    I can't say enough good things about Erin and 1423 Events. She is just a genuinely lovely, calming, and kind person, not to mention totally organized and ready to step in to fix any issue at the drop of a hat. We had to postpone and reschedule our May 2020 wedding, and Erin helped us seamlessly switch over to a safe micro-wedding in November. Our new event also required moving from hotel to ceremony site back to the hotel for the dinner reception, and Erin schlepped decorations back and forth, keeping us on track, and ensuring that everything ran smoothly.     We were that couple that realized in the last month that we needed a coordinator.     Best decision we made!

    We got married at the Chesapeake Bay Foundation over Labor Day. We were having trouble locking down a florist and getting timely responses from some other potential options. We told our caterer, the Palate Pleasers, that we still hadn't found a florist and they immediately said we have to use Carolyn! I sent her an email, she responded immediately and was SO accommodating towards our needs. Carolyn had no problem handling the changes and made the entire process incredibly stress free. And the the floral arrangements were BEAUTIFUL...exactly what I had hoped for! She truly helped make our vision come to life. Highly recommend!!


    My husband and I got married in Annapolis over Labor Day weekend and the day was absolutely perfect in huge part to 1423 Events! We planned our wedding from Los Angeles and originally we were planning to have a 125 person wedding. We decided to cut it down to just 30 people a couple of months before and Erin and Heather helped guide us through this decision and were so helpful along the way. I really don't think we could have pulled it off without their help! It was a stressful few months but they stayed super organized, answered all our questions and gave us really great recommendations along the way. Heather was our day-of coordinator and she was SO on top of everything. She made sure I had food and a drink in my hand every time I needed one. :) They truly helped us have the "micro wedding" of our dreams and I can't think of anything we would have wanted done differently.     A dream to work with

    Erin & Heather were both amazing. They helped make my husband and I's wedding an absolute dream come true.     Wonderful Wedding Planner/Day of Coordinator!

    Working with Erin as our Day of Coordinator was a pleasure! I couldn't imagine our big day without a day of coordinator and Erin had everything fully under control. From our first meeting we knew she would be an invaluable addition to our wedding "team". On our wedding day, Erin was integral and we felt so at ease knowing that she had it all under control.     Best decision we made!

    Erin was absolutely amazing from start to finish! We used her for wedding day management since our venue was mostly a blank canvas that required many outside vendors and day of coordination. Erin was available the few months before our wedding and helped us craft a comfortable timeline. The day of she was an absolute dream! We had walked through our vision and floor plan before the wedding, so that she was able to be on site as the vendors were setting up to ensure everything looked how we envisioned and was placed in the correct spots. I had no idea of any issues until they were already resolved, because Erin handled everything immediately before anyone knew something was wrong! At the end of our wedding reception, Erin had all of the items we needed to bring with us packaged and ready to go so we did not have to spend the time cleaning up and made it to our after party along with our guests! Throughout the whole process, Erin was extremely flexible and answered all questions and concerns timely! She was the BEST decision we made and we know our day would not have been as perfect as it was without her!! Thank you, Erin and 1423 Events!

    Wedding Essential

    If you make one decision about your wedding, it should be to hire Erin & her team to be your wedding coordinator. I am a very organized person & planner. I planned just about every detail of my wedding, so I thought I didn't need a coordinator, but a close friend of mine highly suggested to do so.
    And boy am I glad I did. Even more, my parents didn't think a coordinator was necessary. But after everything Erin did the month of my wedding & the day of the wedding, my mother could not stop singing her praises...she still does 3 months later!
    Erin & her team are amazing. AMAZING. I do not know what we would have done without her. She set up all of the decor & made sure everything was in its place. She was on top of everything before we even thought of it. When the groom & groomsmen were late (rideshare issues), she was already on top of it.
    Also, make sure you pay a little extra to have her at your rehearsal. I probably would have completely lost it if I did not have her at the rehearsal organizing the chaos.

    Could not have done it without them!

    We know it’s said often but we truly believe some of the best money we spent on wedding planning was on 1423 Events! We worked with Erin and Heather during the planning process, and had Heather as our day of coordinator. We don’t know what we would have done without her. She made sure everything ran like clockwork, helping us stay on track before the ceremony, helping with the train of the dress down the aisle, setting up and taking down our centerpieces, and coordinating the timeline and schedules for all of our other vendors. There was a small snafu with our venue not setting up the arbor for our florist and when Heather heard about it, she literally jumped into action. We couldn’t have asked for a better team of people helping us not need to worry about a thing on our wedding day.

    1423 Events was the best decision we made

    I chose to get the "Day Of" package which is more like a 3 months before package, and it was the best decision of my wedding planning process. We were planning a wedding in Baltimore from Delaware and everything was done via email/phone call. It was great that Erin and her team could do everything remotely as my work schedule is fairly restrictive.

    I worked with Erin prior to the wedding and Sara Timmins the day of the wedding. Erin has an awesome planning worksheet that keeps you well-organized and allows you to ensure that any decor for you wedding will be set up just as you want it. Additionally, Erin takes on the job of touching base with all your vendors so that you don't have to! Based on my wedding plan, Erin was kind enough to get an extra set of hands on board. She had asked an assistant from Richmond, VA come to help set-up (as all her local assisants were already busy). Erin went the extra mile to ensure the wedding day would be a success.

    Sara Timmins was my rehearsal/day of contact person and she was AWESOME. My in-laws loved her and loved chatting with her. Though I mainly communicated with Erin prior to the wedding, it was very clear Erin and Sara were in close communication and Sara knew every detail inside and out. She set up everything perfectly and really made my wedding vision come alive. She was spectacular to work with.

    All in all, I am so glad that I decided to hire a wedding planner and extra glad that 1423 Events was still available for my wedding date. I am FOREVER grateful to 1423 Events for being super flexible working with me long distance and for making the weeks prior and especially day of so smooth and care-free, allowing me to just relax and soak up the wedding day in.

    Everything I Needed...

    We chose a do-it-yourself kind of venue, which of course means we had to plan and execute everything ourselves! I needed a day of coordinator like nothing else, just to make sure I got a chance to enjoy the wedding and not think about timeline or anything else. Erin was everything and more. She held my hand early on in the process, making sure I was on track for a successfully planned wedding, and once we hit rehearsal time, she took over. I didn't have to worry about a thing - she alleviated all fears (including a fun portion of dinner that was being serenaded by a false fire alarm!) and ensured the vendors worked seamlessly. I can't recommend her enough. Thank you to Erin and her team, everything was exactly how I imagined!

    Erin, Heather, and the entire team were fantastic!

    Erin was outstanding during the planning of the wedding and was so helpful in asking the questions I didn’t even think of! She was so helpful in the wedding venue walk through organizing things with the caterer so I felt like I was in amazing hands the day of! Both Erin and heather were amazing in calming me when we had several last minute cancellations due to travel cancellations and really made it happen the day of! The venue I used only had a 2 hour set up window prior to the ceremony and Heather managed to make it perfect! If something did have a hiccup I wouldn’t have known ...heather handled everything including packing up the venue after all was over! Money VERY WELL spent. They made this day incredible!

    Day Of Coordination

    We hired 1423 Events for Day Of Coordination, and Erin was absolutely amazing! She not only assisted with coordination efforts at our hotel venue, but also worked to managed vendors as they arrived and helped with decor. Erin made our day as stress-free as possible, and she was extremely flexible and adaptable in managing and ensuring seamless transition of wedding activities. Thank you Erin!

    One MILLION stars!!!

    Erin and Heather at 1423 Events were wonderful in helping coordinate our wedding. We were planning everything ourselves and hired them for day-of coordination. We would have been lost without them! Their service is truly wonderful - our planning calls were so helpful to understand everything we needed to be focusing on, and the day of would have been a disaster without Heather's help and focus on keeping it all together. We had tricky weather and many unanticipated issues but she really made it seem smooth and effortless. This is a critical service and 1423 Events is an incredible partner. One million stars.

    "Day of wedding" planner

    I wasn't sure if I needed to hire the wedding planner (because I didn't know how crazy wedding day can be), but then, I didn't feel like dealing with all the craziness in the world, so I searched for the wedding planner on the weddingwire like 5 month before the wedding (i got engaged 6 month before the wedding). 1423 Events was the first one I contacted, and it ended up being the only one I ever contacted. Erin was the first person I talked on the phone, and she was very knowledgeable, and she was very personable to talk to. She also informed me that Sarah will be doing my wedding planning too. After one phone call, I decided to hire 1423 Events. We had some meeting with venue and catering and Erin joined us to ensure that everything will go flawless. The venue I chose is pretty new and it has some unique layout. Erin and Sarah had previous experiences with this venue that they already knew how to handle any situation in this venue. I had zero concern. Also they went though millions of emails (with Nathan. I did no planning LOL). When I walked into the venue, Sarah executed everything so well that I just had no comment. Nothing to change, and nothing to fix. I had no bridal party, so she was sorta chasing me after to make sure that I ate enough before I go between tables. She even picked up my wedding shoes that I left under the table and packed everything so well in boxes at the end of the day.
    I dont know how Sarah did it, but she def made everything so easy and stress-free.
    I highly highly recommend 1423 Events to all brides!!!!

    Erin is Awesome!

    I am a very Type-A, organized person. So organized, in fact, that some of my friends and family members questioned why I needed a day-of coordinator at all. To all future brides and grooms out there (even the very organized ones), let me tell you: you NEED to hire a day-of coordinator, and Erin of 1423 Events is a top-notch choice for that role.

    Erin helped us develop a very detailed and comprehensive timeline, gave her expert opinion on a number of wedding-related things (but was never overly pushy), perfectly set up and took down all of our decorations, ran our wedding rehearsal, and contacted all of our vendors before the big day to make sure they knew when to arrive. She also -- going above and beyond the call of duty -- helped me get out of what could have been a pretty embarrassing moment on my wedding day! My dress got stuck on concrete while I was going down the aisle, and my dad couldn’t get it unstuck. Erin sprinted up and unstuck me in a matter or seconds! I’m literally not sure what I would have done without her…

    Erin has the perfect personality for her job -- she is incredibly warm and friendly, but also clear and direct (which is necessary for things like corralling guests into the reception after cocktail hour). We can’t thank her enough for everything that she did to make our day so special!

    Absolutely could not have done it without them!!

    The team of Heather, Sara, and Kaye from 1423 events made our June 15, 2019 wedding at the Annapolis Maritime Museum a huge success. We 100% could NOT have done it without them. The team was incredible.

    The set up and clean up process was something I was very stressed about leading up to the day of the event, and it could not have gone smoother. Everything looked amazing, all of our decor was in place, and the entire process was "stress free"!

    Then, when the ceremony ended, I heard from other people that only ONE bartender showed up when we had hired two, and she didn't even have enough supplies!!! That is where Heather jumped in and truly helped out. From what I heard from other guests, Heather managed the situation completely and she was everywhere the day of the wedding making sure that everything was perfect (including helping me pull my hair back when it got stuck in my dress and making sure that I was hydrated throughout the day). I had no idea about the bartender situation until the next day because Heather managed everything so incredibly perfectly.

    We highly recommend 1423 events to everyone!!!! Thank you so much!!!

    1423 Events made our big day flawless!

    I highly recommend 1423 Events for wedding day preparation and day of coordination. We decided to book Erin for her “day of” package and throughout our wedding day it became obvious we would not have been able to do it without her! She moved our timeline along flawlessly - especially because if I had it my way the night would never have ended! Our photographer and caterer both worked hand and hand with Erin behind the scenes so my husband and I could simply enjoy the day. She has a number of different priced packages available to fit your budget which is always a plus!

    Erin is amazing!

    Erin was AMAZING!!! I thought I was able to handle wedding planning and coordinating on my own and didn't hire a coordinator at first. After a new job and a move occurred unexpectedly 4 months before our wedding, my husband recommended we hire a coordinator to help us out. We are SO glad we decided to hire Erin. She was incredibly organized and kept everything running smoothly. If anything went wrong the day of the wedding, we didn't know as she took care of every detail. Erin absolutely went above and beyond her duties and we would definitely recommend her. Having a good coordinator was absolutely worth the cost to not have to worry about anything the day before and day of the wedding.

    Erin was awesome!

    When we started planning our New Year’s Eve wedding, we had a few friends tell us the best thing they did was get a day-of planner…and they were right! I am a super planner, researching and planning every little detail, but for the actual wedding day, I wanted to be able to sit back, be present and enjoy the actual wedding day - - because of Erin, we were able to do that!
    We were so happy with Erin from the first time we “met” over Facetime (which we appreciated a lot since we don’t live in Baltimore) – she was always super flexible, honest, positive and professional. Even though we got the “day of” package, Erin made us feel comfortable reaching out anytime prior to the wedding. She put together our wedding timeline, happily talked through any necessary changes, joined us for the final walkthrough at the wedding, contacted our vendors prior to the wedding to confirm timing and details, and even surprised us with a discount code for the online vendor we used to print our invitations! We were also super appreciative that Erin was happy to come to our hotel and run our rehearsal the night before the wedding, since we were being married by a friend and first-time officiant who definitely didn’t know how it should go. She even happily took our signs that we’d gotten last minute and brought them for us to the venue the next day so that we didn’t have to run over there in the morning. As for wedding day, Erin was AWESOME and I was so happy to feel comfortable that she would make sure every little detail that we planned would be executed flawlessly (including literally a 5 page décor guide that I’d put together). When we arrived at the venue, Erin greeted us with a big calming smile and for the whole night she somehow was always there when we needed her, or getting us to where we needed to be, but in a super awesome, not intense or overwhelming, kind of way.
    If you want to ensure you can really enjoy the day of your wedding and not be thinking about centerpiece décor and bus departure times, Erin is an AWESOME pick, an amazing value, and you won’t be disappointed!

    Erin and Sara were so great to work with and really helped manage our special day. They were both so responsive and organized. Initially, Sara was going to be mainly on site for our wedding. However, the day of, Erin dropped by to help out! Both of them are willing to go above and beyond. They made the day seamless!

    Erin is without a doubt the best vendor we hired. She is organized, calming (this is a godsend on your wedding day), and knows the ins and outs of the business.     Don't even think twice- book her!

    We booked Erin for a wedding in downtown Baltimore for about 150 guests. We used her day of coordination services and she couldn't have done a better job. She was friendly and kind, with the ability to get big groups of people (bridal party, wedding guests) to be where they needed to on schedule.

    I was originally considering if I even needed a planner because I consider myself organized and detail oriented, plus I knew that other vendors like the photographer and DJ would help with keeping things timely too.

    I went ahead and booked 1423 Events and considered it a "splurge" item. NO, you need her, it's a necessity if you can swing it.

    Erin provided a few calls prior to my date to discuss details (and helped me with advice based on her experience with weddings). She coordinated with my vendors to set up a realistic timeline. She got to the venue hours early and it all up all, and closed it all out at the end of the night. She also fielded my random questions while I was wedding planning, gave sound advice and responded in a timely manner.

    Hiring a day of coordinator gives you the ability to sit back and relax and enjoy your day. Your mom doesn't have to run the show, your maid of honor can dance the night away with you. You're not going to get all stressed out putting out decor or arranging escort cards. You're literally buying yourself peace of mind and a day where you can be fully present to enjoy your day.

    So happy we hired Erin for our wedding.

    We cannot thank Erin enough for how amazing she made our wedding day. It's hard to write a review that does justice to someone who literally did everything to make our wedding the perfect day. Erin went above and beyond and was the best person that we hired for our wedding. We hired Erin as a Day of Coordinator, however she really acted as more of a month of coordinator. Erin answered all of our questions that we had leading up to the wedding and always responded back to us right away. She had meetings with us to solidify the timeline and attended our venue meeting and the rehearsal, and she was also the main point of contact for our vendors on the wedding day. Our officiant was our friend who had never officiated a wedding before and Erin walked her through what to do at the rehearsal. She also set up all of our decorations to look absolutely perfect.
    But even more than that, Erin was the person that handled anything and everything that went wrong. It was such a relief to have her by our side. When guests started showing up 45 minutes before the venue doors opened, Erin handled it. She made sure that nobody that arrived too early got in the way for photos with immediate family. If we hadn't been told before hand or seen them walk in, we actually wouldn't have known they were in the building thanks to her. When someone stepped on my dress and pulled the bustle off, Erin was right there and was able to fix it so that the bustle would hold the rest of the night. When a guest RSVP'd no and showed up anyway, Erin was able to find them a seat at a table without us having to worry about it. And when some of our place cards went missing, Erin made sure that everyone was able to get to their seats without a problem. When the officiant wasn't sure how to sign the marriage documents, Erin was right there helping her.
    Erin regularly checked on my parents, in laws, and grandmother to make sure they had everything they needed. Every time she was around she asked us what she could do for us. She packed everything up at the end of the night so it was easy to get to the hotel. Honestly, I am sure that we are missing a lot of what she did, but we cannot imagine having to do everything she did on our wedding day if we hadn't hired her. If you are on the fence about getting a day of coordinator or are not sure who to go with, we highly, highly recommend Erin. She is absolutely the person you want by your side on your wedding day.

    I wish I could write 200 reviews for Erin. She is nothing short of magical. Working with her was the best wedding planning decision we made, hands down. She is so sweet and easy to chat with. She and her assistants served as decor wizards and turned our wedding visions into reality.     Beyond fabulous day of coordinator!!

    I really don't know what we would've done without Erin leading up to and on the day of our wedding. Erin is BEYOND organized (obviously), but she's also a fabulous person with which to work. She helped build a timeline down to the minute, communicated with all our vendors, was available for every question, call, email and last minute planning changes and if anything was on fire on our wedding day - we had no idea because to us, it seemed like everything went off without a hitch!! The whole day ran smoothly and Erin was a source of calm, patience and organization throughout the entire process. And one of the best things of all - but she made sure we were fed and always had full drinks throughout the entire evening - which was a god send! Erin also made sure everything was packed up and accounted for at the end of the night so we didn't have to worry about a single thing. I really don't have enough wonderful things to say about Erin, except to say that hiring her was one of the BEST decisions we made and gave us the ultimate peace of mind to enjoy ourselves and not worry about a thing.

    1423 Events was amazing!!! We worked with Erin for our wedding at the Mt. Washington Mill Dye House and the entire process was seamless and easy. Since Erin had another event on our wedding day, Sara took over as our onsite day-of coordinator, but Erin was part of the entire planning and organizing process.

    Both Erin and Sara met us in person, spoke with us over the phone, and emailed us as necessary.
    Their checklist and day-of schedule was a lifesaver!! On the day of, Sara was great. She kept her cool when vendors needed corralling, made sure our families and wedding party were taken care of, and nailed all of the little details (set up, timing, coordination with vendors, passing out tips, etc, etc).

    Great value, very easy to work with, and very professional. Can't recommend the 1423 team enough!

    Erin was amazing! My daughter and I interviewed several Day of Coordinators before meeting Erin. From the moment we met Erin, we knew she was the one. She totally understood my daughter's vision and was excited to be part of her special day. Erin was readily available and always had a quick response to any of our questions or concerns. Erin's knowledge and experience allowed us to have the perfect wedding!

    My husband and I hired 1423 Events as our month and day-of wedding coordinator for our August 2018 wedding at the Mt. Washington Mill Dye House. We couldn’t have been more pleased! From our first interaction with Erin, we knew she was the perfect fit for us as a wedding coordinator.

    I planned on doing most of the wedding planning myself but just wanted someone to be my plan implementor — and Erin was just that and more! Erin was always very prompt, professional and honest in all of our interactions and provided us with excellent advice and guidance throughout the whole process. I really enjoyed how our meetings with Erin always followed a structure, making them very productive and always very helpful and she was always very prompt with following up after meetings with promised information, documents, etc.

    On the day of the wedding, Erin was excellent. She was on-time and helped coordinate the decor set up and vendor arrivals so my husband and I could focus on enjoying the day. Once we arrived on-site, Erin was a multitasking wizard, welcoming in guests, making sure the bridal party was in the proper location and order, making sure all the evenings events were on-time, helping with clean-up and any other little details/issues that popped up — we really couldn’t have asked for a better planner.

    Do yourself a favor and hire this wonderfully talented and professional lady — she is excellent and really made us feel at ease on our big day. Thank you Erin!

    Erin, thank you so much for assisting me while planning from Denver. A million curveballs had been thrown at me in the several months leading up to my wedding as well as an insane work schedule, but thanks to 1423 Events, I didn't have to worry about the schedule and arranging the decor for our big day-- EXECUTE and DELIVERED.     Hiring Erin as our day-of coordinator was the best wedding-related decision we made. The plan all along was to DIY as much as we could to save money, but we didn't want to make our families work too hard during the actual wedding day, so hiring Erin allowed us to do as much prep work as we could ourselves (following her wise guidance) and then hand it over to her to execute. We found her on Thumbtack. Leading up to the wedding, we had a few in person meetings and phone calls to nail down the timeline and make a list of her priorities, and she kept us on point by bringing up details we hadn't even considered. Erin helped us navigate our wedding rehearsal since our officiant was a friend who had never done a wedding before. On the day of the wedding, she picked up our dessert for us on her way into town, did the remaining setup, checked in on me and my husband throughout the day, kept things on schedule, and managed our stress levels. She was a constant force of positivity and support, and she showed genuine interest and excitement in our ideas and plans. Our guests were impressed by her, too. Hiring Erin was a decision we would make over and over again. If you're looking for a coordinator or planner, you should definitely consider hiring 1423 Events.

    Wow! I've just wrapped up my wedding weekend and needed to share just how amazing Erin of 1423 Events was. We hired her as our Day of Coordinator, which really meant our month before coordinator, and it was maybe the best decision I made this entire planning process.

    She helped me layout the timeline and details of the wedding day, coordinated with all the vendors in the week prior, ran our rehearsal the day before, and made sure every last detail was perfect for our wedding day. She was kind and professional, and kept us on track for the entire event—family pictures, sunset pictures, speeches, dances, cake cutting, breakdown.

    I couldn't have done it without her and am so grateful for her attention to detail and professionalism. She makes it all look so easy!

    Erin was absolutely amazing to work with!! She is so sweet, so professional, and was always thinking one step ahead of us throughout the entire process. We hired her for day-of coordinating but I wish I contacted her from the start/for help with full time planning! I am very type A and have experience myself planning, organizing, and running events- so my husband and I searched and searched online and went through a few interviews with other coordinators. From our first phone call with Erin, we knew she was going to be great! She just made everything so easy and asked all the right questions and we knew our guests would love her. As for the day of our wedding, she went above and beyond! Our venue- at Swan Harbor Farm- does not do any of the setting up for decorations. My husband and I purchased all of the decorations ourselves. I was nervous going into it because I knew it was a lot to set up (in a short amount of time) and was not sure how it would look! But Erin did a phenomenal job. Everything was so beautiful! Erin also did a great job making sure we were following our timeline throughout the day of the wedding. If anything went wrong that day- I definitely did not notice it!! Everything went so smoothly and it was just how I had imagined it- it was the best night of our lives! You will not regret hiring Erin!!

    My daughter selected 1423 Events to be the Month-of-Coordinator for her wedding and as the Father of the Bride we could not have asked for a better choice. Erin actually started working with us around 3 months prior to the wedding and I can tell you my stress level started dropping immediately. I am a person that needs to understand everything going on and make sure all the plans are in place and I can tell you that Erin meet that challenge. She started out with creating the time-line, then communicated this to all the separate vendors, made sure all updates and information was provide to the vendors and coordinated the rehearsal ceremony. As for the actual Wedding Day – Erin was outstanding. On top of making sure the venue team and all the vendors had clear directions, she also setup all the special decorations and coordinated the pre-ceremony tasks with the wedding party. Throughout the reception, Erin made sure everything ran smoothly and at the end of the evening when everyone were saying their goodbye’s she was cleaning up and gathering all our decorations so we did not have to worry about it.

    Erin was such a dream to work with! My family and I got very overwhelmed thinking about all of the little details that go into the big day and we finally decided to pull the trigger and hire a month-of coordinator. After talking to several, we knew Erin was the one. She's calm and personable, yet extremely organized and efficient in her approach. The wedding turned out perfect and we know it wouldn't have been possible without her. She took all of the stress off our hands and we are able to enjoy the big day :)

    Erin was exceptional! We used her as a day of coordinator, and she took everything off of our hands. We didn't have to do anything! Everything was routed through her, and our wedding was perfect!     If you're even thinking about hiring Erin, do it! Our venue was very DIY, and only supplied staff to supervise us and answer questions. We thought we could get away with not having a coordinator since we had a very casual, low-key wedding without a typical ceremony. However, it became clear as we got closer to the wedding that we needed someone to keep track of everything throughout the day - stuff like accepting deliveries, making sure centerpieces and decor went where they were supposed to go, being a point of contact for the vendors, and managing clean-up. Sure, we could have "hired" a friend or family member to do that, but we wanted our guests to enjoy the wedding instead of being put to work. Having a trusted professional like Erin do everything kept our day as stress-free as possible.

    About two months ahead of the wedding, we met with Erin to hammer out a timeline for the day of the wedding, and she sent it out to all our vendors a couple of weeks ahead of the wedding to make sure everyone was on the same page. Erin was super flexible whenever we had to make changes to the timeline or any other details. In addition to the tasks we hired her to do, Erin was also invaluable for her advice and experience whenever we had questions about etiquette and the logistics of organizing a wedding. I am so glad we found her and had her working her magic throughout the night to make everything we wanted come true!

    Erin and Sarah made our wedding day PERFECT!!! After months of planning we realized we needed a day of coordinator and after a few interviews we decided to go with Erin. After speaking over the phone it only took a few minutes to feel confident she would guarantee a great day and we weren't wrong! Erin and Sarah both met with us before our wedding and then we had multiple phone calls leading up to the big day. They acted as the much needed hub between our many vendors to coordinate. I still can't believe how beautiful our venue looked for the ceremony and reception. All I can say is my memory of my wedding is only me having a BLAST. I realize now its because they were handling everything behind the scenes. My only wish is that I could do it all over again!! Highly highly recommend!!!

    I can't even begin to explain how much value Erin added to our wedding day! She was incredibly professional, responsive, asked all of the right questions and put out so many fires that my wedding would not have been half as enjoyable without her. From helping contact vendors a few weeks out all the way to keeping us exactly on schedule the day of, she stepped in when we needed her the most. Like some of the brides before me, I never thought I would need a day of coordinator since one was provided with our venue, but hiring Erin made all the difference between stressing non-stop and being able to enjoy my day without thinking of a single detail. The only regret I have is that I didn't spring for full or even partial planning with her because she was completely on point. I am impossible to please, so if I loved her, you will too!

    Sara (and Erin too, though Sara was our onsite DOC) made our wedding day run so smooth. We had a magical evening. I just kept looking around and grinning like an idiot because it was so beautiful and all those people were there to share in our love/celebration.
    I think a big part of that magic was having Sara there. Her ability to take care of all the details and make sure things were in place (including my veil which my sister was too short to fix and my bustle which she was too intimidated by :D) meant my wife and I could just stay in the moment the entire day and enjoy each other, our friends, and our family without thinking about any of the logistics. We are super grateful for that experience
    When putting together the budget for our smaller (~75 people) wedding, we had not included a DOC. My wife is frugal and organized and felt it was an unnecessary expense, but I kept reading that it was worth it and I was pretty stressed about the details (who would make sure I got the vase of flowers back from the church? etc., etc.). I definitely had to make my case for putting it in the budget and we both ended up being so glad we did, just for the pure joy of being able to relax and stay in it (I think deep down she knows how much I would have been worrying about the friend or family member I "assigned" to run all of the logistics b/c I really just wanted them to enjoy the day. Sara did everything so smoothly I barely paid attention to any logistics).
    My mom also really liked and appreciated having Sara there and commented several times how much it was worth it to have here there to help. Plus, she basically felt like one of the family by the end!
    I also wanted to mention that, as a queer couple, we felt comfortable, respected, & celebrated at all times (things like treating the bride in a suit's moment walking down the aisle with her parents with the same level of importance & as natural as the bride in a dress were incredibly meaningful and important to us).

    Erin was exactly who I needed on our wedding day. We hired her for the day of. I thought it would be just that; the day of. But she was so much more than that. From the time we first communicated she was there for every step of the way. We had multiple emails, phone calls, as well as a meeting in person. Once I decided I needed Erin to help me, I felt ten times more relaxed. She took care of contacting all of my vendors, creating timelines, setting up our vision, keeping me sane, coordinating everyone, and helping us by packing it all up at the end of the night.     WOW! I cannot say enough great things about Erin!

    After reviewing and talking to several larger event planning companies - I quickly realized that we would not get the attention to detail, responsiveness, and overall quality that we did with Erin. She came to the table with tons of experience, recommendations, and an impressive work ethic. She also is funny, kind, and worked seamlessly with all of our vendors to help our day go so smoothly. She asked all the important questions, helped us create a timeline (down to the 5 minute increments - which helped us tremendously!), helped set up the reception perfectly, and finally helped wrangle family so they were in the right place at the right time.

    My husband and I cannot say enough about this wonderful woman - and for any other major event we will most certainly be calling her!

    Working with Sara was amazing! From our initial phone call to the very last minute of our wedding day, She was organized, had great ideas and kept everyone in check! I relied on her to make decisions when I was not present and every decision was the exact one I would have made. She relived all of my stress and I did not worry about a thing the whole day!     When you're planning a wedding, you have so many decision to make! Deciding to have Sara Timmins from 1423 Events as my day-of-coordinator was the best decision I made... hands down! Sara was thorough, detail-oriented, and made sure that every single detail was executed perfectly. I tend to be an anxious person, but Sara put my mind at ease because she was willing to go over all details in the days leading up to the wedding, and was willing and able to take control when the day arrived. I love Sara's type A personality and her "Get it Done" attitude. During the reception, Sara worked seamlessly with the DJ and catering staff to make the night flawless. I can't tell you how many guests reached out after the wedding and said how impressed they were with the reception. I give all the credit to Sara! My sister is getting married this upcoming Summer - and the first thing out of my mouth after she announced her engagement was "Hire Sara Timmins!"
