Excellent Service
Jay, Chris and Sandra were absolutely amazing to work with. They helped me find my dream dress and knocked the price even lower when I found it at another bridal shop. They helped my now husband with his tux as well as the groomsmen and they captured the peaky blinders look perfectly. The bridesmaids dresses were also purchased through 125 Bridal and we were happy with how those turned out as well. Speaking to them over the phone even they bring so much joy and excitement to the process. I’m honestly going to miss our check ins to see where we are at with the gowns/tux’s. Thank youuuu for the wonderful service!!-

125 Bridal is THE SPOT for your bridal needs
The bride, groom, groomsmen and mother of the bride in our wedding were all dressed by 125 Bridal. I first met Jay & Chris at a Bridal Expo, where they taught me so much about wedding dresses and the shopping experience. From the expo, I had a discount to use on a purchase at their store, which further incentivized me to go visit. I am from NY (where my parents live), live in Woburn, MA, and was given a lot of recommendations from friends/family for bridal shops in both states. While my mom was visiting me in MA, we had planned to go to a few bridal stores in MA/NH. Even on my phone call with Jay to book my appointment, he was teaching me even more about dresses/shopping.
125 Bridal was the second appointment we had after a “trendy” boutique that only showed me dresses that were top-dollar and way far off (style-wise) from what I was asking for. I was a bit discouraged from the last appointment as I explained to Sandra what I was hoping for and showed her a few photos of what I liked. Sandra pulled two dresses from the back after chatting with me for about 10 minutes. One was the dress I showed her a picture of - which had way more sparkles than I wanted/saw in the pictures. The other dress she told me was ugly and not to look at it yet, as she placed it in the dressing room. She ran back in with a piece of ivory fabric and slipped it under the lace layer to show me that the nude bottom layer is also available in that color, and looks 100x better, so try to picture that.
As I slipped the dress on, it immediately felt more comfortable than any other I tried on, and checked most of the boxes I had on my list. While I looked in the mirror with my mom and Sandra around me, she and Jay continued to explain that this designer, Casablanca, is one of few that own their own factory and so their dresses can be custom-made. Knowing that I could alter this dress (Zola style #2324) to be exactly what I was envisioning sold me on it - and of course the emotions that took over my mom and I from that point on.
Before our appointment was over, my mom tried on the MOB dress she was admiring on the mannequin and decided to buy it for herself within just a few minutes. The discounts from the expo and great service from Sandra and Jay saved us a substantial amount of money and time. Their advice we received was priceless as well.
My then fiancé and I returned to 125 Bridal for his ensemble. Jay helped him find exactly what he was looking for - something more elaborate than a basic tux - and was able to custom order his jacket that wasn’t usually carried in their store (or in his size). From shoes to groomsmen tuxes, Jay and Chris were able to pull together every piece of the groomsmen outfits and save us a lot of money while doing so. Jay even snagged a newly debuted matching veil for me while he was at a bridal show in Chicago that completed my look and saved me even more money while looking like a million dollars!
Fast forward to wedding day - we both looked and felt amazing. We received SO many compliments from our guests, and many other friends/family who saw photos thereafter.
Jay, Sandra, Chris and Irene (the seamstress recommended to me by 125 Bridal) were an outstanding team to work with, had wonderful demeanors/communication throughout the process, and made our experience (with every person out-of-state and a shorter timeline than most) so wonderful. We enjoyed working with them and we will definitely return/recommend to others for all future occasions!!-

Amazing service and knowledgeable staff
Sandra met us as we came in n the door. She asked my daughter what style dress she was looking for and she brought out dresses fir her to try. My daughter had found the most perfect dress! We were done with 90 mins and she “said yes to the dress”! I would highly recommend 125 Bridal to anyone looking for a dress. Please ask fir Sandra, she is truly amazing and knows how to work with customers, and no pressure! Thank you Sandra ❤️ -

This place is GREAT
I had an amazing experience with Sandra. I went there the day after going to Davids Bridal. I wanted to cry after my experience at David's Bridal and not look any more, but it was a totally different experience with Sandra at 125 Bridal Boutique. She gave me her whole attention and listened to my wants and needs for my dress. Everything she pulled was amazing, but she got it exactly right with the very first dress. I said Yes To My Dress with the help of Sandra. Thank you so much Sandra!!! -

Jay was extremely helpful and professional
My fiance and I passed through NH to find a last minute tuxedo on our way to get married in Maine Aug. 14, 2021. Jay was amazing, so helpful and energetic. He steamed my dress in the car and even arranged for my last minute bouquet while my fiance was getting fitted. Very efficient and knowledgeable of every wedding detail. He and Chris were so fun to work with on a deadline and very professional. We couldn't recommend them enough! -

Excellent experience!
125 Bridal was my first and last stop while wedding dress shopping. Leslie helped me through the entire process and was very knowledgeable. I ended up saying "yes!' to just the second dress I tried on. Turns out, I ended up scoring a sample Maggie Sottero for an insanely low price. I look forward to going back for alterations and accessories! -

Amazing Customer Service
Jay and Chris worked tirelessly to help the men in our wedding look timeless and perfectly styled for our big day. Their attention to detail and customer service astounded us. The Groom and Groomsmen looked fantastic!
During COVID 2020 unfortunately was when my now Husband and I were scheduled to get married and that made things challenging for all couples, venues, and vendors...125 Bridal Boutique was where we got the suits for my husband and his Groomsmen for our wedding day and Jay and the staff at 125 Bridal were amazing and We could not have been happier with them! They were so nice, flexible, and understanding throughout everything! They were wonderful! We had our colors for the wedding and went to Jay with ideas for the suits/ tuxes and he helped us pick out the rest and the guys looked even better than I could have imagined on the wedding day! When I saw my husband for our first look he looked fantastic! We would highly recommend 125 Bridal Boutique and working with Jay to anyone looking for men’s formal wear!-

125 Bridal is amazing!!!
125 bridal is the best bridal shop I have been to. Being a plus size women I was having a hard time trying to find a beautiful dress with some sparkle and lace in my size. From the second I walked through their doors I felt like I was home. Jay and his staff are so amazing at what they do. They truly take their time out to find exactly what suits your needs. My wedding date was canceled twice due to covid and when I told them I would be having a smaller ceremony in a short amount of time, Jay and his staff worked with me every step of the way to make sure no matter what my big day would go off without a hitch!! The suits for the guys were just as I chose and ordered. I even bought a second wedding dress because you can’t beat their prices. I am so sad to know my wedding is now over and I have to say goodbye to Jay and his wonderful staff as they truly felt like family!! I will definitely be highly recommending them for life!!-

Set my mind at ease!
The staff did an awesome job of keeping me totally up to date throughout the whole process of purchasing my wedding dress- and I loved that they were able to match bridesmaid dresses with the tux vests. Wouldn’t have changed a thing! -

Couldn’t be happier
Third time was the charm ❤️ I knew exactly what I wanted and had a very particular idea in mind for my dress. I hadn’t found it as of two appointments and was feeling discouraged. I’m not even sure how I found 125 Bridal but it was literally fate.
Sandra is the sweetest women. I tried on a few that we had picked out and then she brought what she found based on what I told her. She found me the most beautiful, perfect dress. It still wasn’t exactly what I had envisioned and Sandra was able to find me the perfect addition to make what I had pictured real. I can’t thank her enough for everything she did.
I am so excited for it to come in😬🥰 I cant wait to go with my bridesmaids -

Genuine Experts :)
Jay and Sarah were so wonderful with my Mom and I! I had tried on over 50 wedding gowns at least 4 other boutiques/stores, but nothing quite matched the look I was going for on my wedding day. At 125, they were so patient, kind, and receptive my feedback, questions, ideas. Truly a personal experience; these people will burn the candle at both ends to make sure that you get the look you want on your special day. I can't say enough about their genuine desire to make sure you're happy with your look on your wedding day; my mom had the same experience with finding her mother-of-the bride dress. Love this place :)
As a side note- Jay has been involved in the wedding business LITERALLY since he was a child; he is a wealth of information; he could plan a wedding in his sleep. -

I called spontaneously in the morning and they got me an appointment within two hours. Sandra asked me a lot of thorough questions to figure out exactly what I wanted in my dress. I tried on several dresses that were exactly what I was looking for within my budget, and ended up falling in love with the first dress I put on. The owner even contacted the designer to ensure they would make the dress for me (as it had just been discontinued for the year) and he got me a discount. I'm expecting the rest of the process with 125 Bridal to be as great as my first experience! -

So this review is a little late but I have never forgotten how wonderful 125 Bridal Boutique was to me. I was a bridesmaid that was a last minute pick in a wedding where another bridesmaid had backed out. The dress that all the girls were wearing was not a "quick ship" and the dress I was given by the bridesmaid that backed out did not fit very well. The folks at 125 Bridal worked their magic! They called the designer and requested a rush dress as well as fabric...the reason being is if the dress didn't come in on time the fabric could be added by their seamstress. Needless to say the fabric came in first. Their seamstress was awesome!!! More like a best friend. She was funny, told me not to stress. She worked under the gun as time was short, did everything I needed in a 24 hour period...basically she didn't sleep. I purchased the dress that eventually came in as well because it could always be donated for a girl for prom....so it's a win win!! I would HIGHLY recommend 125 Bridal. Love all of them over there!!! -

I got my veil, wedding dress, and accessories from 125 Bridal. Liz was patient and helpful, and she helped me find my perfect wedding dress! She was absolutely great and helpful throughout the entire process, and even remembered me months later.
The customer service at 125 was great; they truly made me feel special and gave the 'bridal experience' (while respecting my budget!). When I came back to look for a veil, they advised that I bring in my dress and then took the time with me to accessorize. I can't imagine going anywhere else! -

My experience has thus far been amazing. Shopping was incredible. Alex listened to everything I wanted and didn't want, what I liked and didn't like...and I ended up buying my DREAM dress by the end of my appointment! I received a HAND WRITTEN thank you note after the fact and I will be purchasing my bridesmaids dresses as well as my flower girl dress and all my accessories from 125 Bridal. -

My experience shopping for a gown at 125 Bridal was excellent! I had contacted Jay, (the owner) in advance regarding some specific San Patrick gowns, and he was very helpful over the phone. I drove over an hour for my appointment, and was greeted warmly by Jay upon arrival. My mom and I had the entire store to ourselves for the duration of the appointment, and I can't say enough about my stylist Liz - she was helpful, totally receptive to my vision, and THE most patient stylist I have worked with so far. She didn't rush us or push for a sale. The quality and selection of gowns was superior to any bridal salon I have visited so far. Unfortunately, I did not find my gown at 125 Bridal, but they offered to personally call me if they get any gowns in that fit what I'm looking for...if they do, I would purchase from them in a heartbeat. Great experience! -

I had a fantastic experience at 125 Bridal!! I bought my wedding dress there and my consultant Natalie was incredible! I am small chested and have spent my life hiking up strapless dresses and did not want to spend my wedding day doing that. She put me in some options with straps but I wasn't loving anything. She asked if I wanted to try a strapless dress just to see how it felt. The said there was a ton of structure in them and she was absolutely right! The dress I ended up choosing was strapless and I never once worried about it falling down. We ordered it and when it came it it fit me perfectly.. Almost too perfectly!! I have been working out and had built a lot of muscle so even though it got like a glove I was a little nervous about sitting down. The seamstress listened to all my concerns and let it out just a hair while keeping all the gorgeous lace in tact. My dress in the end fit perfectly and I received so many comments on how stunning it was, how great I looked in it and how it had a gorgeous vintage look too it. It was everything I had hoped for and the staff made sure all of my needs and concerns were handled quickly and efficiently.
Two of my bride aids who were local also ordered their dresses from here and were thrilled. One was pregnant at the time but wouldn't be during the wedding, and she was concerned about the measuring process and the fit after her pregnancy. They did a fantastic job of ordering the right size and the only alterations needed were tightening the straps and adding snaps to the straps so that she could still breast feed. I mean truly amazing!!
125 Bridal made sure that all of my needs were met and they took impeccable care of my bridesmaids. I would recommend them to any bride looking!! -

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at 125 Bridal Boutique. We were left alone to browse the racks and select gowns to try, then Sandra brought in several dresses to try based on feedback. There was absolutely no pressure from Sandra- she was so kind, she seemed like an Aunt! We ultimately found "the dress" at Marry & Tux, another great salon, but I recommend a trip here, too. Have fun! -

Great shop and wonderful customer service. Ordered a custom couture gown here and just loved it. The staff no matter who it was was always so helpful and kind. Again the service was great and the first question I was asked was my budget so they wouldn't show me anything above that. I got a really good price since the dress was discontinued and it was the last one. They are a small store but have lots of dresses. I got my bridesmaids dresses and they were helpful with that too. They even helped my maid of honor trade in her dress since the style didn't fit her right. -

I had a fantastic experience with 125 Bridal Boutique. I worked with Natalie who was knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. I couldn't have LOVED my dress anymore, I still get goosebumps thinking about it 2 months later! The best part, I live in Boston so not only was the drive up to Plaistow an easy one, but everything was also tax free! I also purchased my veil (which I'm convinced was made for my dress), had my bridesmaids get their dresses there, and had Sally, the onsite seamstress, do my alterations. Sally even incorporated a piece of my mom's wedding dress inside mine as part of my something old, it was such a heartfelt touch!
Can't say enough about Natalie, Sally, and the rest of the 125 Bridal team! Thank you for making me feel like a beautiful bride! -

I had a great experience at 125 Bridal Boutique. They are very accommodating working within your budget. I had a tight budget for a dress. I was able to stay within my max budget. You aren't able to walk around the floor where all the dresses are but they will bring them to you in the fitting room. Sandra did an excellent job finding dresses matching my budget and style. I found my dream dress after trying on only 2 dresses. They had ordered it for me and It arrived on schedule at their store.
The seamstress, Sally was wonderful to work with. She always made me feel comfortable. There were only some minor alterations and she got them done a week before the wedding. She did a beautiful job. I'm very pleased with my experience overall. I felt like a Disney princess on my wedding day. Thank you for making me feel beautiful on my big day. -

The woman I worked with Sandra was so nice! At first when she brought in the first few dresses for me to try on I thought she was crazy and didn't listen to what I said at all. But then she took them all out back after listening to what I said and pulled out my dream dress! And she never even let me look at something out of budget! First place I looked for wedding dresses. I was with my mum, two sisters, and soon to be mother-in-law. Sandra came in to our private room that we had, asked me what I liked and didn't like in dresses and went on her way to find me the perfect dress. The first dress I tried, I knew right away I didn't like the style. Sandra was quick to take that away and two others that she had pulled for me. She came back with a few more and we were headed in the right direction. After about 7 or 8 dresses, I finally found the one. Having Sandra know what I liked, what fit my body type, and her honesty was super helpful. I can't wait to meet with her again for the bridesmaids dresses! -

The first dress they pulled out for me was the one!
I decided to move up my wedding by 10 months and gave myself only 6 weeks to plan my wedding and find a dress. I went to only one other shop looking for my dress before I went to 125 Bridal and the first dress they pulled out for me was the one! I canceled all my other appointments for the following days and walked out with my dress less than an hour later. I got so many compliments and I was able to stay in my budget without any issue. It is not the fanciest bridal boutique experience out there but I would definitely recommend going to 125 Bridal. -

My experience with 125 Bridal, so far, has been very good. My best friend got her dress here and recommended I take a look. I knew exactly what I was looking for, and although they don't have the largest selection, we were able to find a dress that was perfect for me. The consultant, Liz, was a warm bubbly sweetheart of a person and I'm so happy we got paired up. She's going through her own wedding planning so she understands the trials and tribulations that come with it.
The prices they have are reasonable and comparable to other salons in the area. After attending a bridal show they were at, I also received a $125 coupon for the purchase of my dress which is great!
Once my dress comes in, I'll be able to share my experience with alterations as well. -

The manager assisted with my dress selection. She listened to what I wanted in a wedding gown and offered selections that fit my vision. She was able to ask specific questions about what I did/did not like about certain dresses to help narrow down the choices and I ended up finding the perfect dress with her help. I got my bridesmaid dresses here after seeing them at a bridal show. It was extremely out of the way but we went because we were assured they were a better price. The first night I went they overbooked and were not showing us dresses that fit our description of what we wanted. We made another appointment with the manager and she was much more helpful and attentive and we chose a dress. When they came in they were all very snug and because the wedding was 8 weeks away we had no option but to have them let out instead of reordering. The same girl that was there the first night was there when we picked up the dresses and she was saying the snug fit was the way it was supposed to fit, they couldn't sit down and all of the seamstresses agreed that it was not the way it was supposed to fit. I was not impressed. THey made no attempt to be accomodating knowing we were traveling to buy their merchandise and the manager was the only person who was even somewhat knowledgable. -

I had a strange experience here, although I did end up finding my dress here. We went on a weekday. There was literally no one else in the store, so that was awesome. The woman who helped me was in a terrible mood the whole time and it was a real buzz kill for what was supposed to be a special moment I thought. The fitting rooms were very nice. They were having a sample sale, so I lucked out and found an awesome sample dress at a very reasonable price. The rest of the people in the store were actually very kind. I was not sure about the dress, but later in the day I decided I wanted it so we went back. The woman who originally helped me was no longer there. The staff who assisted me on my second visit were wonderful, exactly what I thought it should be like to go to a bridal shop. Incidentally they were all men. So I guess, if you go here, ask to be helped by one of the men there because they are all great!
Overall it was either a poor experience or a great experience here and it really just came down to the salesperson who saw me. Otherwise the shop is great. If I hadn't seen the first woman originally, I probably would have rated this place a 5/5. -

This was my least favorite vendor. I got my dress, my girls' dresses and the tuxes here. It just seems like no one has a clue so they tell you what you want to hear. Of course, then you get everyone telling you something different. They told us we'd be the only wedding that day if we booked back in December. They had six weddings that day and didn't even call us to tell us the tuxes were in. Luckily, one of my bridesmaids was getting her alterations done at the same time and called me. They told her they had called my husband to tell him. Not true. They told me that my one maternity dress that I needed to order came in tea length and full length. Also not true, but I didn't find that out until it came in. If you're going to promise someone something that you can't deliver, tell her about it before you order it, not 3 weeks from her wedding! Then I heard two different stories - either the dress didn't exist or the company sent the wrong one. I was so frustrated with their lack of professionalism. I'll admit that everyone looked fabulous, but it took a lot of work to get there. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone (unless you like disorganization and being lied to). -

My dress was absolutely beautiful however I had many problems with them. The sleeves I ordered for dress did not come in until my "final appt" and were sewn in very hastily 4 days before my wedding. My dress was not ready at my final appt. The seamstress was always late and didn't seem to care that we were working on a deadline. The sleeves actually ripped off the second I put the dress on morning of wedding. I was never actually able to try dress on with sleeves because the sleeves were never ordered on time. Seamstress tried to tell me I never ordered them (I had receipt) Thankfully, my moh was able to safety pin the sleeves on. If you do decide to get your dress here then go elsewhere for alterations. -

When I found my dress the experience was incredible. I was soo excited to have found my dress, the consultant was helpful. However when the dress was due to come in I played phone tag for 4 months receiving different stories each time. I asked to speak to a manager who told me that I was wrong and her staff would do no such thing. I found out that my dress was ordered a month later than I was lead to believe. Given several dates to expect it. The dress was ordered as petite (I'm short) and found out after the fact that it is considered a specialty order and takes longer to arrive. Once my dress came in I received a call and I was elated to go pick it up. Once I got there the dress was hung up in a room and I was told I could go back to try it on, no help to figure out how to take it off the hanger or navigate all the inner workings. I had to go out and ask for help. Next as I started to pay for the dress I was told the business was moving the following day to a new location, no forwarning. -

This was the only vendor I had any problems with throughout the entire wedding planning process. I got my bridesmaid dresses and tuxes from them. The bridesmaids dresses were very expensive and when they came in, there were threads hanging out of the seams and two of them (size 6 and size 8) were EXACTLY the same size, that might be Jordan Fashion's mistake though.
Where I was really disappointed was the tuxes. I had to wait about 45 minutes to talk to someone on a weekday afternoon. We picked out our tuxes and they came in a week early (thank goodness). They sent the groom's style vest and tie for the groomsmen. When I told them it was the wrong color and style, they tried to tell me I was mistaken and proceeded to tell me they didn't have anything else written down for a color. I had to look through all the books until I finally found the correct style. They were able to get them before the wedding. They also forgot my ring bearer's shoes so he had to wear a size sample from the store. Finally, they charged the credit cards all wrong so some of our grooms men's deposits went towards others tuxes. -

I would like to preface this review with the fact that I am NOT a bridezilla; this is the ONLY vendor that I reviewed negatively. The whole experience at this shop was awful.
I had gone to over a dozen stores while I was trying to find “the” dress. They run their shop like a lot of others, you will never get to pick out a dress by sight. They chose for you based on what you tell them. Within the first few dresses I tried on, I had finally found the one! My bridal consultant that day explained that there was an incentive to buy my dress that day rather than to go home and think about it. She explained that if I put a deposit on the dress that I would receive 20% of the dress price as a store credit towards accessories. I put a deposit down for the dress. On this same day, my maid of honor decided on their dress also. My bridesmaids would also get a 10% discount if my maid of honor put a deposit on the dress (she paid in full).
Fast forward a few months and it was time to purchase/order the dresses for my bridesmaids. This process was pretty smooth except that they attempted to charge my maid of honor twice for her dress; when in fact, she had paid in full. After the dresses came in though, I decided that they needed a sash. So only a week later, I purchased the sashes. It took well over three months for a very simple sash to come in. They finally came in with only a few weeks to go before my wedding. It was definitely cut pretty close given that I had to ship the sash to Manhattan to my maid of honor; and then have it tacked onto the dress.
The tux situation with my now husband and his groomsmen was unbelievable!! The day that they had their appointment, my consultant was involved in a serious car accident. Unfortunately because of this, another consultant was present for their tux fitting. According to my now husband, she didn’t have the slightest clue what she was doing. She became insistent that my husband order a jacket that was two sizes smaller than what he needed.
The next problem came up when the groomsmen tried to pay for their tuxes in full. The consultant was not able to find my file which had all the information about their discount as well as the information about my husband getting his tux for free because I purchased my dress there. Because they were unable to find my file, they created another one. The bridal consultant did not want the groomsmen to pay in full because no one knew what the price was for the tux (ridiculous!). Instead, they each paid a $25 deposit, when they all wanted to pay in full. We were informed that the tuxes would be available for pickup on Thursday (we had a Friday wedding). I expressed a lot of concern about this date, to which they told me not to worry; they would make sure that they were in before that.
My major frustrations stemmed from my bridal fittings. Prior to our first fitting, I called 125 Bridal and inquired about my 20% credit, to which no one had the slightest clue, what I was talking about. When the girl finally found my file, I was told that I apparently had three separate files. Why in this day, they don’t have a computer system is beyond me. I asked the girl if I could pay for the alterations out of the 20% credit on file. She kept me on hold for some time while she asked a coworker. When she got back on the phone with me, she expressed that since it was a credit, I could use it however I pleased. I then asked if I could use it for alterations and she stated again that I could use it however I choose.
On our first appointment with the seamstress, my mother and I thought the seamstress seemed very cold and we had a hard time connecting with her so that she could understand what I wanted. We both thought that she was very difficult to deal with, even when asking very simple questions, she seemed exasperated with us. After the fitting, I had to pay for the alterations which came to $310. I had a total of $299 in credit, so I told them to use the full credit on my account towards the alterations. Then I was told that I was not able to use the credit on alterations as it was a different department. We went back and forth until Ashley (a manager) came to help figure things out. We continued to go back and forth but she would not budge on the fact that no one would have told me that alterations would have been covered. It was extremely frustrating since I had called prior to double check that this would be okay. In the end, we agreed to disagree but I was NOT going to be able to use the credit for my alterations. As annoyed as I was, I decided that I wasn’t going to work with anyone else at 125 Bridal beside Ashley. It was clear that she was the only one that knew what was going on! By the third fitting I had decided that if the seamstress couldn’t understand my very simple vision I was going to take the dress elsewhere. Thankfully she finally got on my page and I felt confident that it would be okay and left my dress with her; and in the end, it came out exactly like I wanted.
The tuxes did not come in until Wednesday (two days before the wedding). When I had the fathers and groomsmen try on their tuxes, every single one of them had some sort of sizing problem. Ashley thankfully came to the rescue and told me that this would be taken care of…not to worry. In the end, it was, the tuxes fit each one just fine.
The experience here was just very stressful!! I feel like the employees just tell you whatever they think you want to hear, not to mention that their attitudes were less than desirable! Also there doesn’t seem to be any sort of “dress code” either. Two of the younger girls that worked there wore extremely skimpy clothing. Their skirts were so short, I was afraid for them to bend over. It’s one thing to wear clothing like this on your own but if you are representing a business you should be dressed more appropriately.
I would NEVER shop here again. If it wasn’t for the fact that my dress was a design that was only available at their shop, I would have gone elsewhere. I would highly recommend you skip this shop if it’s on your list!!

My girl's got their bridesmaids dresses here, I am so thankful I did not get my wedding dress here. Some of the girls here were very rude the first time we went in because we didn't have an appointment. We knew exactly what we wanted, so the girls were able to try on the dress and order that day. I had 4 bridesmaids, a maid of honor, and a matron of honor. The 4 bridesmaids were to have the same style dress and the maid and matron of honor a different style to set them apart. Same colors for all of them. All 6 of the dresses came in the same style. I realized this about a week before the wedding because my maid and matron of honor's dresses had been at the tailor and the first time I saw them was about a week before the wedding. I called the shop, spoke to the manager who said yes the right style number was written down on the 2 girl's receipts, however the wrong style number had still been ordered. One of the simplest things and they could not get it right. She offered only to switch out the sashes on the dresses, but I told her I didn't want another color, and we were running out of time. She told me if I decided I wanted to change something about the dresses to call her, but offered no apology or any other type of compensation for their obvious screwup. Very disappointing, would not reccomend to anyone!! -

Do not rent your tux from here!
DO NOT RENT YOUR TUX FROM HERE! Renting from here nearly ruined my wedding. It was bad enough a few people tried their suits on initially and they didn’t fit, but my stomach dropped when my now husband called me to tell me they ordered the wrong tux. We changed or original selection because we didn’t have bridesmaids dresses at that time. It wasn’t the look we wanted overall so we made a point of changing the entire tux, some ties and a few other things but got stuck with the option we did not want.
Though they did say they could order and get the other tux in time, we had little faith that it would be right. Several people already had size issues and the new option would only be there 1-2 days before the wedding. Also, most of the guys had picked up their tuxes already. It would have wasted more of their time to try on and get adjustments for another tux only a couple days before the wedding.
My dad couldn’t even fit in his original tux (5+ sizes too small) and his pants were too short (they said they’d fix the pants but never did). Pretty much everyone in the wedding party had some issue so ordering the other option seemed too risky the week of our wedding. They also didn’t give us enough cuff links and they shorted us pocket squares. They told us to cut them in half so everyone could have one. It was an ABSOLUTE MESS! We didn’t spend thousands of dollars on a wedding for it to be destroyed because of a company’s incompetence. They are a tux company so I don’t know how they could screw this up so bad. The only positive experience we had was with Chris. Although things were screwed up, he did the best he could do to assist us.
I will now forever see in my wedding pictures that my dad is wearing short pants, the tux’s are just WRONG, and our groomsmen had pocket squares we had to cut ourselves. Horrible experience, I’ve never cried so much! For your sanity, do not give this company your business. -

This business is extremely unorganized. I made an appointment for my initial fitting and upon arriving they couldn't take my measurements and I had to go back on another date. It took 5 tries for them to get my shirt to fit, which meant 5 different trips back and forth, 40+ minutes each way. The suit coat took multiple tries as well. I didn't even get my suit until 3 hours before the wedding because they were still trying to get the sizing right. When I finally did get everything that fit, the shirt was making me dizzy because of the overwhelming smell of bleach. They also got the tie color wrong. So if you don't want the extra headache for your wedding or event, I highly recommended going somewhere else, anywhere else but there! They'll promise the world but are completely unable to deliver! -

The process of picking bridesmaid dresses was fine. The place is clean and organized, if not a bit cramped. The girls were able to try on what they liked and suggestions were made. The in store staff are very kind and helpful. Our one disappointing moment was that the dress we selected came so the top was a different color than the bottom as an option, but the ones in store were both the same color so no one knew. When they went to order our dresses, the dress didn't come with the top color we wanted (we picked it thinking the whole thing would be blue like the whole one in the store was purple) and we had to come pick new dresses all over again. My main complaints are with the seamstress they work with. My appointments began six months before the wedding. I had three appointments with her and she was more than half an hour late to all of them. I needed 4 dresses altered. Just hems. Just hems. So much money for just hems! She had six months to plan how long this would take to do. My mother-in-law had to drive and pick up all the dresses, including mine, the day of the wedding!!! The seamstress had brought them home and waited that long to do them! No final fitting! And she initially insisted that they'd been sent for cleaning when clearly they hadn't because she admitted they were at her house the whole time! She then tried to argue with us about the prices and tried to get us to pay for a cleaning that hadn't been done. Unprofessional! Regardless, you can find identical dresses in any color, custom sized on JJsHouse for $200 cheaper than what you'd pay for a dress and alterations here. Very disappointing. Glad I didn't get my gown here, just alterations, and wishing I hadn't even done that here! -

The service here was subpar at best. I would walk in and be completely ignored even after trying to get someone's attention.
My biggest problem was the seamstress. The 1st fitting went great. The seamstress was funny and joking around with my mom and I. The 2nd time, she sent us away without getting anything done because she was too overwhelmed by amount of people I brought. I found this very unprofessional because she could have asked them to be quiet, but no she just stopped the appointment. Making my trip a waste, and I drive about 40 mins to get there.
I had to come back a total of four times, which was ridiculous because she didn't communicate her needs or intentions at all.
On my 4th visit (9 days before the wedding) I told her I couldn't come back for a fitting again. She said it was fine, and said the dress would be ready by Friday, April 29th. TWO DAYS BEFORE THE WEDDING!! I wasn't able to get up there on the 29th, but my venue was about 10-15 mins away, and the rehearsal was Saturday. She said I could pick it up Saturday around 11:30 a.m. (my rehearsal was at noon).
I went to get it before my rehearsal only to be told that it hadn't been steamed. I told them I needed to take it so I didn't care. The seamstress came out and said she still had to reinforce the seams AND steam it. This is THE DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING!!! She said she'd bring it to my hotel. I said okay, but that I wouldn't be there until about 6. All day long, I stressed. I received a call that she'd be there at 6:30. I was still at the nail salon so my mother waited for it. My maids of honor and I got back at the hotel a little past 6:30. Still no dress.
She was almost TWO HOURS LATE! THE NIGHT BEFORE THE WEDDING!!!!!! Not so much as an apology. On top of that, it hadn't been taken in near my chest, one of the loops on the bustle broke, and so did my hook.
If you decide the service is worth the gorgeous dresses, DO NOT USE THE SEAMSTRESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would not reccommend this dress shop to anybody. We had nothing but hassle from the beginning. The owner is very nice but the shop manager is horribly rude and has terrible customer service skills. She obviously hates he job and should have been out of the business a long time ago. We actually had to request not to deal with her anymore, it got that bad. The shop also made quite a few very large mistakes on our order. They were very unorganized and we think that is where the mistakes came from. Our tuxedos were supposed to be on some type of promotional sale and when we went in after we ordered them the sales associates acted like they had no idea what promotion we were talking about, even though we had put a large deposit down to "hold the deal". We had to speak with the owner two or three times in order to get the store to honor the promotion. As far as the fitting goes, all of the girls dresses were 2+ sizes too big, and the mens tuxes did not even come close to fitting. Thank god they tried them on before the wedding day. The grooms and best mans tux's actually had to be reordered, they were so far off. Then, when they best man picked them up and lugged them all the way up to Maine, we opened them and realized that they had switched around the sizes of the groom and the best man! They groom had ordered a premium tuxedo in a different style, and because the best man and the groom are no where near in size, the groom had to wear the cheap tux and the best man got the one meant for the groom! It really was a terribly stressful experience and I would not wish that on any bride! -

I went with my Mother and Aunt for my very first bridal fitting. I was warmly welcomed, and taken by my consultant within the first couple of minutes arriving. Sandra was very nice, and seemingly knowledgeable about the different dress styles and colors.
We got right down to business! I tried on dress after dress after dress. Finally, I was torn between the style of one dress but in the color of another. I decided to just call it a day because I was feeling overwhelmed. My consultant was clearly unhappy with that choice and persuaded me to try on one more that she had in mind that was in the color I desired. We waited a while for her to come back, and unfortunately it was empty handed. The sample dress was no where to be found. We agreed it was the end of my appointment and I got back into my own clothes. Just as we were about to walk out, she brought over the most gorgeous dress that was in the exact color I wanted! Only problem was, it was already in a bridal garment bag with another bride's name on it. She explained that THIS was the dress she was unable to find the sample of. She then offered to take it out of the bag and let me try it on. ANOTHER BRIDES BRAND NEW DRESS!?!?! I immediately said no that I would NEVER do that, she then agreed it probably wasn't a good idea. What if I tore something or ripped beading off? I'm sure "ANGELA B" didn't pay a sample dress price, so why should her beautiful NEW gown be treated as one?? I was appalled. My stomach was in knots thinking about how uncaring and greedy she must be to go that far just for a sale.
So unprofessional! I won't be back. -

First heard about 125 Bridal at a wedding showcase in Manchester. We were given a card offering $100.00 off the brides gown and a discount off from all other dresses purchased there. My daughter found her gown and the bridesmaids dresses there. When we asked about the discount, the Manager said that they NEVER offer discounts. We told her that we were told at the bridal expo we would receive a discount. She reluctantly gave us the discount once we demanded it. That should have been our cue to RUN! Numerous fittings appointments were scheduled for the bride and the bridesmaids. One fitting appointment we went to, they didn't even know we were scheduled. Dally the seamstress was super nice to deal with. On one occasion the Manager called the Mother of the bride by the stepmother of the brides name. That was extremely unprofessional! This business is disorganized, the staff are rude, incompetant and continue to make scheduling errors. One of the mothers made a fitting appointment and after driving there (1 hour) from home was told by the receptionist that she didn't have an appointment with the seamstress. Then the Manager told her she did have the appointment but the seamstress wasn't even there. The receptionist called the seamstress and put her on the phone with the mother. The seamstress said " nobody told me you were scheduled to meet with me. My next available day with availability will be Saturday." This was 3 weeks before the wedding! Out of time.....the mother left the store and when the owner called later she nicely asked for a refund due to the fact that she was out of time and needed to make sure she had a dress that fit for the wedding! The owner argued about refunding her money".......THEN THREATENED TO CANCEL ALL TUX ORDERS!!!!!!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!

I would definitely NOT recommend this shop to anyone. I won't get into all of the drama that I encountered with my experience with them shopping for bridemaid's dresses, but they have 0 service, 0 professionalism and 0 flexibility. The only good thing I can say about them is I actually found a beautiful wedding dress and from them that was on clearance for very, very short dollars. They were totally unwilling to work with me or help me in any way with the issue that I had, and were actually extremely rude about it. I ended up going to David's Bridal in Nashua, NH and bought my bridesmaid's dresses from them. Shame on you for treating anyone the way that you did to me. -

this store is absolutely AWFUL. Not only did they say we couldn't order the dress until everyone had paid in full (bullshit), they ORDERED THE WRONG BRIDESMAID DRESS AND HAD THE AUDACITY TO SAY "we SHOULDN'T have to charge you for the expedition" EXCUSE YOU? YOUR ERROR AND YOU'RE GOING TO CHARGE US????
When I called with my measurements the lady said i was a size 14. I normally wear a 6. When calling to say i needed a different size, and that they needed to fix this immediately as the dress is no longer a dress but a tent on me, NATALIE HUNG UP ON ME. Your "manager" is great.
We ordered 8 suits 7 dresses and a wedding gown from you and it's been nothing but problems.
This place is disgusting and should be ashamed of themselves. -

TERRIBLE Customer Service, Rude, and overall a very negative experience.
The owner called our family and actually threatened to CANCEL OUR TUX ORDER 3-WEEKS BEFORE OUR WEDDING. They messed up the mother-of-the-bride dress on MULTIPLE occasions AND "forgot" about our appointments more than once. The entire shop is extremely unorganized.
The "manager" of the shop truly does not care about the brides that walk in the door, and the rest of the staff doesn't even remember who you are after going in 4-5 times, and after spending THOUSANDS of dollars.
Picking out a wedding dress is supposed to be a treat and a great experience. Our family's experience at 125 Bridal as was regretful and overall a very unfortunate experience.
Please do not make the same mistakes we did.

The ONLY pleasant experience I had, was my very first visit with Ashley when I bought my dress. Other than that, every time i walked in for a fitting, I was handed my dress and thrown into a tiny dressing room with no hooks to hang my clothing or my dress, a mirror rested on the floor against the wall and not one person around to help me get into my dress. Pins and other objects thrown all over the floor where my 2 very young children had to get dressed. Then there is Sally the seamstress. I will keep this very short but she is extremely rude!!! to the point where i left every one of my fittings in tears, and i am a pretty tough chick! She actually screamed at me in the middle of the store because she cut my daughter's dress up to her diaper just 2 weeks before my wedding!! The service is awful and the only time you are accommodated is when they realize you are in the wedding industry and will make sure all brides are warned not to go there!!! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!! -
