The 1024 production team was so great from start to finish! Chris was our DJ for the day and he understood the assignment from the jump. He listened to our wants, created and mixed songs for first dances and processional/recessional, keep the show going with speeches and directions, and curbed unwanted song requests from guests effortlessly!! We had a great experience working with Mike from 1024 productions. From our initial consultation he was professional, quickly responsive, and very thorough. I had no idea how much a DJ could do on wedding day— but it was truly amazing to have him cover the whole sound system, from mic’ing the officiant to playing transition music in different spaces as we move, to making announcements throughout the night, and of course creating a fun dance floor at the end of the night. He has great DJ software which allowed us to upload our playlists and song selections directly from Spotify or YouTube. His questionnaires are very comprehensive for every portion of the night, and he anticipated any potential needs or errors in our setup and timeline prior to the event. I also loved his sleek white (or black) DJ table and transition from elegant to fun dance floor lighting. Finally, he acted and dressed very professionally for the wedding. Would definitely recommend Mike!

I would strongly recommend you book 1024 for your event. Their portal to upload your music selections is super easy and insures the music you want is played for your event. We absolutely loved working with DJ Chris and 1024 Productions! They made it so easy to pick the mood for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception and Chris made sure to play all of our favorite songs. My brother played the guitar during our cocktail hour and they were easily able to work together to make everything sound spectacular. And don't get me started on the dance floor!! It was bumping the second DJ Chris started playing the dance tunes. He is so talented at mixing songs and getting the crowd hyped. Chris and 1024 productions were one of the best investments we made! Their app was an amazing way to collaborate and organize all the music choices for the big day. Mike was so easy to work with and get our wedding music put together. He also served as our wedding officiant and we couldn't have gone with anyone better. He was profesional, charming, and funny. Since we did not do personal vows, Mike surprised us during the ceremony with well researched references to one of our favorite video games growing up. We and our guests all had a good time and many laughs. Mike makes the music selection easy via an app where we were able to answer ceremony and reception related questions, add songs we wanted to be played for each important section/event of the day and mark our "must-play" songs. We did not hire a wedding coordinator so having the app already pre-loaded with an outline of everything helped us to create a day-of timeline. During our final call with Mike, he reviewed our timeline and made suggestions on how we could re-arrange some of the reception activities so that we could fit everything in. We were so happy with his services and our guests were impressed as well. Weeks after our wedding we are still hearing wonderful comments from our wedding guests about Mike and the music. Guests noted that Mike is a great speaker and a true natrual at what he does. Several guests also told us the music was spot-on and they had such a good time. We couldn't be happier.

1024 productions did an AMAZING job for our wedding! Our wedding had every chaotic experience imaginable, from rain to the food truck breaking down, to a change in schedule, and many more. Chris from 1024 productions though was basically the backbone of our wedding and really made things run so smoothly. Mike and the team did the sound for our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and DJ'd the reception. Everything was flawless - even when they had to make some last-minute adjustments for changes in the weather. Mike and his team did a great job! I did all of my communication through him and on the day of, Chris was our dj for the night. Overall great service and I’m very happy I booked them! The whole process was very easy and not stressful at all. The website made it very simple to input music. The only flaw is that not all of the songs we requested to be played, played but that’s okay. Chris was great in sticking to the plan the bride laid out in the online portal but also remaining flexible with what was happening on site during the event. We had challenges with wind / tents / walls - multiple tents and trying to figure out where he could be most effective. He helped work through it all. This wedding was a huge success in very large part to the organization that 1024 Events helped put to our schedule and the way Chris carried out his DJ/emcee duties on site.

DJ Mike was fabulous. He was super responsive and helpful leading up to the wedding. He gave me so much useful advice on my wedding timeline and I loved his wedding website which makes music planning so easy. He also gave me tips and suggestions for processional and recessional music, etc. On the day of the wedding, he was a great emcee and he totally got my music taste and I danced all night long! I had such a fun time dancing with my friends and new husband and I didn't leave the dance floor until the party was shut down. He is also vaccinated which was important to me and my guests. Mike at 1024 Productions was absolutely FANTASTIC-- a complete joy to work with!! He was a recommended vendor at our venue, and it was crystal clear why: Mike was organized, communicative, friendly and a consummate professional. After connecting with Mike, he gave us a call and walked us through 1024’s impressive client portal that had detailed forms for us to think through-- what we wanted for the pre-ceremony, the order of the ceremony, music for the cocktail hour and reception, how we wanted the DJ to interact with the crowd, what songs we did and didn’t wanted to dance to, how we wanted to approach song requests, and even had lists of the top 100 suggested songs for each part of the night. The week before the wedding Mike called us to talk through the forms and make sure he understood our vision for every part of the night, and even was able to set us up with an iPad photo booth at the last minute. All night long (and still weeks after!) people RAVED about how incredible both the photo booth and music were. I cannot recommend 1024 Productions highly enough.

Made my wedding fun and memorable!
I hired 1024 Productions in 2019 as my wedding DJ which was supposed to be in April, 2020 but Covid-19 happened so I had to postpone all my wedding planning but wanted to keep all of my original preferred vendors. From the very beginning, Mike was very communicative and professional. I would reach out to him here on Weddingwire and I would get a response right away. I had to change my wedding date multiple times in 2020 and he was very helpful and transparent with the dates he had available. Ultimately, my then fiance and I eventually decided to move our wedding to April, 2021.
The process to select songs for the whole wedding event was very easy, I had a lot of fun picking and changing songs as I went about planning my wedding. When the time finally came to finalize the songs for my wedding, I talked to Mike over the phone and he had me listen to the important songs that will play in my wedding such as the “processional, recessional songs, grand entrance songs, first dance, etc” which I appreciated a lot because so many songs these days have a lot of different variations and covers so by him having me listen to the ones I picked made sure that there will no surprises on the wedding day.
I also liked that he gave me a lot of great suggestions on my wedding timeline, I had my wedding planner send him a timeline that she mapped out for me for my wedding and Mike made a few changes on it which made perfect sense and made my wedding flow better.
I also added some uplighting for the venue, not a lot but just a few for some of the important pieces and places to stand out and they did an amazing job!!! The sides of the gazebo where we had our sweetheart table looked so beautiful! I made sure I personally took some pictures of that.
On the day of the wedding, he had another team member who I think he was training as emcee but they were both so fun, friendly and professional that I didn’t even know who Mike was at first until he personally introduced himself to me. His new team member was that good!!! Sorry I didn’t get his name.
Overall, they both did an amazing job! They played all the songs we picked from their website. Even the Filipino song that I personally asked Mike to play, I was really grateful for that. And we also had some guests request songs that they would like to be played out so that was really fun!

We are really glad we chose Mike and 1024 Productions for our wedding. We had a non traditional wedding - no bridal parties, cake cutting, etc. We basically just wanted the ceremony and then a big party with our friends and family. Mike was great at understanding what we were looking for, and his website where you can upload all of the important details about the event, pick songs, etc was really easy to use and kept things organized. We also hired Mike to do some lighting, and the results were amazing, especially the lighting in the trees. We got so many compliments from our guests! I booked Mike with 1024 productions for my wedding DJ, MC, and Photobooth. Everything was phenomenal! Booking a top notch DJ & MC is so important as they really continue the flow of the evening to move along smoothly. Mike did just that, from welcoming guests into the venue, to introducing himself to the guests it all came together perfectly! 1024 made our wedding!
We hired 1024 Productions as the DJ for our wedding based on Yelp reviews, and Yelp fam, you did not disappoint. Trey from 1024 absolutely made our wedding a success, hands down. From the very first point of contact with 1024 when getting a quote to literally the seconds before my bouquet toss when Trey found my flowers and handed them to me himself, the folks at 1024 were professional, responsive (even responding late on a Saturday night in the lead up to the big day!), highly organized and energetic. You can tell they care, and they are committed to being the very best. I even found out from my wedding venue that Trey scoped out the scene the day before!
And, most importantly, the actual music itself was amazing - guests never left the dance floor and there was never a lull in the music or atmosphere, and never a bad pick. Trey was able to read the crowd and keep the party going. I actually had guests approach me in the days after the wedding asking for 1024's contact info for their own events, so be expecting an email!
Plus, the price was completely on par with other DJs in the area (and I got a lot of quotes).
Don't underestimate the importance of music at your wedding. Hire these guys and you'll be so happy you did. Thank you, Trey and 1024!

The best part of the night
Mike (1024 Productions) was absolutely amazing, from the minute I reached out to him via email he always responded back within minutes, regardless of what day or time it was. He was always available to discuss all the important details, and the online planning portal he has is suuuuper helpful and made everything run smoothly. We also booked the Photo Booth with him and my guests had such a great time, even the quality of the pictures were amazing and he sends a link with all of the pictures after within a few days which was so fun to look at. Ours was an open Photo Booth with a bunch of hilarious props which made it even funner. As the DJ, he was outstanding, in the portal I picked all my songs but let him know I was leaving it open for him to play what he felt best fit the party and the mood and he did not disappoint. My whole party had the best time dancing with his music selections. I highly recommend him as a DJ/Photobooth vendor. SO SO SO SO happy with his service.

One of the best decisions we made!
We knew we had found our DJ within the first 5 minutes of speaking to Mike during our initial consult. From the beginning he was nothing but professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. During our many months of planning, we asked Mike many questions, and it was amazing how quickly he responded to each and every one – making us feel like we were his most important client. Mike took the time to meet with us at our venue a couple months before our wedding, something we very much appreciated.
The web site offered by 1024 Productions is fantastic, and was a major selling point for us from the beginning. It offers a huge library of songs from which to choose, allows you to categorize and prioritize them and attach notes, and allows you to enter all the details and timelines for your wedding from start to finish – ensuring that the DJ is fully prepared and aware of what’s going on. Our wedding featured a lot of customized music – both in the selections we made and the special versions of songs we created for dances, etc. Mike made it really simple to for us send him our custom songs and everything was played exactly as we outlined, making for a very special and memorable evening. Our first dance was a “mashup” of various songs, and Mike did a great job helping us pull it off.
Many of our guests commented to us during and after the wedding how great our DJ was, and how much fun they had. There were a number of times during the evening that Mike came to us, often with our wedding coordinator, to offer suggestions in terms of timing of planned activities or to keep us informed of developments. We felt completely at ease during the whole evening knowing that Mike was truly the “master of ceremonies” and managing things behind the scenes.
In short, Mike is the consummate professional and we couldn’t recommend him more highly for whatever event you might have. Thanks again Mike!

Amazing Job!
We hired Mike with 1020 for our wedding and he did an amazing job! The online system he uses to organize your event makes it such an easy process. He even thought out the songs to go with the speeches! We asked him to mix the father daughter song into two songs and he delivered perfectly. Mike at 1024 Productions was easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. He was very familiar with our venue (South Coast Winery), so we had to give him almost no instructions - he just knew what to do! Even when we had to change all our plans 3 days before due to a rain forecast, he went with the flow and changed things up no problem. He has a great online system where you can input your schedule and your big song moments (first dance, father/daughter, etc). It also has tons of great suggestions (which my husband and I desperately needed as we're not really music people). Mike kept the energy going at our reception and anytime we wanted to jump to the next song, he was happy to oblige! He even played some Irish and Greek music for our big crazy family! I couldn't recommend him more!

Best Decision was Selecting 1024 Productions
Hands down our favorite vendor of our wedding in November in Temecula. My husband and I absolutely both agreed that hiring 1024 was one of the best decisions we made when it came to our wedding. For both of us, music and dancing is a huge deal. Being that my husband and I are from different backgrounds with different music tastes, finding a blend for both sides of the family was a concern. However, Mike did a brilliant job reading the crowd, involving people with games and how to play a beat that would have everyone rushing to the dance floor. Another concern for me was that the DJ spoke Spanish for some of my family (I am Mexican) and DJ Mike had that covered too.
Mike is extremely professional and great with responding less than an hour. He is great with making sure he understands the overall vision of both bride and groom. We also used his lighting services which everyone said made it a world of difference at the venue. The monogram was an brilliant touch. He also was great at letting us plan how we wanted the flow to go but also knowing when to step in to advise us when necessary. Thank you so much 1024 Productions for everything. We wish we could give you 10 stars on here. Hire them!! You won't regret it.

Mike and his team at 1024 Productions are great to work with. Any questions and concerns are dealt with within 24 hours. We threw last minute adjustments at Mike and there was no problem accommodating them. The pricing is very fair and not outrageous. We opted to have a 2-man team for our wedding, MC and DJ, as well as the photobooth. The photobooth was a hit and is affordable. I highly suggest the 2-man team. Mike was our MC and he always had the crowd excited for our events. 1024 as most other DJs has an online portal to make changes to timeline and music requests. This was extremely easy to communicate lots of information. Mike actually reads everything too. It surprised me how much Mike and his team care. We even had more than 1 phone conversation to go over details.

We could not have found a more perfect match! DJ Lenny was awesome! Party night!
We hired 1024 Productions for their DJ services for our wedding this past October out in Temecula. The overall team did an amazing job! Since we live in Orange County and our venue was out in Temecula it was a little bit of a drive but Mike Pearson made it super easy to coordinate everything. We were able to plan and agreed on a contract through the phone and emails. Mike was easy to reach and he answered all of our questions. I personally loved their website, it made the planning process super easy and it was very organized.
The music was great, our guests loved the variety of music and we can say we danced all night long! His team also did a great job with the lighting at the venue and our guests had a great time with the photo props that they provided :)
My husband and I absolutely loved the monogram they displayed. We liked it so much that we will be engraving it in our wedding photo album.

DJ Lenny was so easy to work with and kept the dance party going strong! He provided all of the equipment for both our outdoor ceremony and our outdoor reception, despite the somewhat misty weather. He even coordinated to have my mom plug in her audio recorder to his sound system so we could make sure we got the audio from the ceremony. DJ Mike is the best! I really had no idea what to ask for or look for in a DJ but he delivered everything I didn't know I wanted! He came highly recommended from our venue (Peltzer Family Cellars). He made us feel super comfortable-we had nothing to worry about! My husband and I created a playlist ahead of time but when the dance floor took a different turn, Mike rolled with the punches! I live in NJ and had my wedding in California, which I thought how am I going to find a perfect DJ being 3000 miles away. My husband and I hired 1024 Productions probably a year or so before our actual wedding (09/09/17). I first heard/saw Mike at a bridal show I attended with my mom and mother-in-law last year at Pala Casino. I believe he was hosting the show and he was doing a great job so I knew I had to look into his company for my wedding. After researching several DJ’s, I decided to hire Mike & 1024 productions for our wedding. Mike was very professional from our first meeting all the way to our last. His prices are extremely fair compared to other companies/DJ’s out there. In addition to being able to hire Mike as our DJ we also took advantage of getting the photo booth package which I highly recommend. Mike had a web portal that we could log into and set up every detail imaginable for our big day. This web portal included adding songs for every event (cake cutting, garter toss, first dance, sand ceremony, etc.) and giving a detailed timeline of every event (time of speeches, time of grand entrance, time of cake cutting, etc.). As somebody who is a very detailed personality, this functionality worked wonders for me. You could also make your payments thru this web portal. We were not in too much communication until the big day got closer in which Mike was great about setting up an in-person meeting and a telephone meeting. Mike is great at responding back to emails very quickly and answering any and all questions I had. The big day went as smoothly as it could and much of that was due to Mike! There was probably one error that occurred on the big day & 1 that occurred after our wedding but not big enough to mention because it was not a big deal AT ALL! If you are considering hiring Mike and his company for your DJ and/or photo booth needs, do not hesitate!! They are a great company to work with!!

I cannot say enough good things about Mike! He is absolutely the best and blew our expectations out of the water. He was the DJ/MC for our wedding in June. From day 1 until the day of the wedding he was easy to work with, professional, genuine, and extremely helpful. I knew I could email, text, or call him whenever I needed and he would be there to answer questions. His website, which has the forms on it, was easy to navigate and even had a ton of suggestions for songs when we got stumped.
From the ceremony until the end of the reception Mike had everyone on their feet having a great time. He played a centerpiece game that had everyone laughing! So fun! We had several guests comment on how awesome he was throughout the night. We left music totally open for the reception and he took things to the next level. No one left the dance floor and he was great on the mic. We had a photo booth and he was great about telling people occasionally to go take pictures and even directed people throughout the buffet food process.
We had a fairly small venue and his equipment was perfect. Sound quality and levels were flawless through out the night. The mics were easy to use and no one had any issues hearing anything from the ceremony to the reception. His table was small and low profile which was a nice change from a huge DJ table. Pricing was great as well.
We could not have asked for a better person and DJ for our wedding!
We will continue to recommend Mike to anyone who needs a DJ. You will not be disappointed if you book with Mike. He will be our go to guy anytime we need a DJ in the future.

From our first email, first call and first meeting with Mike we felt comfortable and excited for him to DJ our wedding! He was professional, organized, full of enlightening information and even came to our details meeting at the venue and our ceremony rehearsal. He gave great advice on the flow of the event, lighting, and ask questions I would never think of! You would be hard pressed to find a better human and DJ to work with! The music website alone blew our mind and we LOVED it! Starting the wedding planning process was a lot to think about at first but when I booked 1024, I truly felt like I was in good hands. People always say that the Dj is often one of the most key elements to your wedding. Look no further then 1024 productions. Lenny was a fabulous dj, dressed for the occasion, and moved the event with finesse from start to end. I can't even begin to say how happy I am with the service we received from 1024 productions. They were so professional, prepared, on time and just overall amazing. Thank you Leonard and the team at 1024 productions for providing such a good time and seriously keeping our wedding on time! We don't know what we would've done without you!

Mike was such an amazing person to work with! He was so nice and any questions I had he would answer right away. He made the process of picking songs for the wedding very easy. He is very friendly and helped our wedding day move smoothly. I would highly recommend him as DJ!

It was such a pleasure to work with Mike for our wedding. Planning ahead of time was super simple with the online portal. It made it so convenient to communicate and plan out the day and events. He kept the party going with great song choices and did a pheonominal job MCing the whole event. Thanks so much!!

Mike at 1024 Productions is awesome! So nice and very timely in all communications! We used 1024 Productions for ceremony and reception music, Photo Booth, and uplighting for the reception. Everything went perfectly. There is a portal you can use to add any music you want, including Youtube clips which they will start and stop when you want. This was super helpful, as I wanted specific portions of songs for walking down the aisle and first dance. Mike was great as a DJ - the crowd was dancing all night. Photo Booth set up was great. Would highly recommend!!

Fall Wedding
The music was off for 45 minutes while the dj was at his car he thought he set it to auto play. He did not control the wedding times very well and we only ended up having an hour to dance with the music. Would not recommend this company or dj.

Horrible!! They wrecked our wedding!! The owner actually laughed when we called to explain how terrible everything was on our wedding day.
DO NOT USE THEM!!! If I could give zero stars I would!! We spoke to them multiple times and laid out exactly what we wanted and the song selection. A week before our ceremony we received a message saying they are Changing our DJ and they had a “ file corruption” and everything we had talked about was lost. They wrecked our ceremony!! My bridesmaids walked down to spotty music then it just stopped playing all together. I (the bride) had no music as I walked down the aisle! No apologies period from the DJ or the owner!! They re-played songs that they had already played 45 minutes earlier during the dance portion of our reception. The MC announced incorrect names for speeches and they had a second DJ show up with no introduction as to why he was there nor did he EVER talk to us the entire night. On top of that we requested a very meaningful end song that they did not play and they cut our dance music short and tried to do our final send off early! Again- DO NOT HIRE THEM!! We called incredibly upset and the owner could care less- she refused to help us in anyway. The MOST unprofessional vender/ DJ service I have ever worked with.
