    On time, clean limo, professionally dressed - was flexible as we chose to make a quick stop. Would use their service again.

    They were amazing and super professional. We had a goons limo and a brides limo inside they put the wedding colors as napkins in the drinking glasses. Brides limo was white. Grooms limo was black. I thought that was Really cool. They had a female driver for females and male for males. Both drivers were very nice and professional. My only pseudo qualm with the responsiveness was we wanted to go right from the end of the wedding and walk right into the limo. They were a bout 1-2minutes behind the end of ceremony so a little panic but not much. Though because of the stall I was able to have the ring bearer hop in and my wife's mom and aunt to get in. I highly recommend these guys. They are a class act all around.

    Everyone needs to run from this limo business! This place was a complete disaster from the start... they never send any kind of confirmation of arrival time although they did show up on time. We got in the limo right away and headed to church but it was super hot in the limo and we couldn’t get the radio turned on and when we asked the driver for help he ignored us and never responded until he finally said “there’s controls”. It was so hot in the limo my bridesmaid got really sick and almost didn’t make it to the church. But it got worse from there... when we got to the church he told us to take everything out because he had another wedding to pick up, we couldn’t believe we were paying for him to be there but that we was leaving still for another job! My mom & him (Pat) got in a argument about him leaving and he literally put his hand up in my moms face, walked away, and drove off! I was appalled but was trying to enjoy the moment as well. Pat drove off and was back by the end of the ceremony but as soon as we got in it was really hot in the back and could not get the air to blow cold air at all...the driver was not helping us either or responding which was frustrating. The driver waiters for everyone to leave the church and when we started to drive off the limo started to putter and eventually turned off; we sat in the back wondering what was happening but Pat was on the phone (I assume his boss) but I wish he would of told us something was wrong so we could of called someone right away! We ended up getting out of the limo since it was 92 degrees out and sat off in the shade waiting to hear if the limo would be able to drive us or not... after a full 20 minuets waiting outside we finally called family to come back and pick us up! I tried to make the most out of the whole thing but with the lack of communication from the driver it really dampened the whole experience! The company doesn’t give a hoot for the inconvenience they created and is refusing a refund, so my

    We do apologize if our driver, Pat (not owner) didn't explain the. There are controls for all of the systems in the rear for the customer and they’re easily visible. Our driver did state that he mentioned to Mary Cody that he had another event he had to go to, but that wasn't until her reservation was done. He was confirming with her what time they'd be done. He never once told anyone to take their stuff out of the car as he knew he'd be sitting there waiting until the ceremony was over. He did inform Mary Cody that he was going to get lunch during the ceremony. She agreed with him that would be OK. Mary Cody did confirm this with us on the phone today that he did leave, a short while later she did see him back at the church. The car never went to another event. We would never book two events at the same time with one car. On a 92* day with the car running and two a/c systems on, the car’s engine can get warm, which is what happened. The driver was busy checking out the car and on the phone with us relaying what was going on. We do apologize if he wasn't updating in a timely matter. He was trying to get the car good again and finding out if we needed to send the backup car. Once we were made aware of the situation we sent a backup car, which is stated in our contract that this will happen, in this situation. When the customer was told the backup car was going to be there in 15 min., they weren't OK with waiting for one and shuttled guests themselves (this was relayed to us today on the phone from Mary Cody). As small business owners we do give a "hoot" about the inconvenience that was caused and that is the reason we did offer, Mary Cody a partial refund, but she was not OK with that. She insulted one of our owners on the phone and hung up on her. Another owner called and talked to her as well and her response at that time was "If I don't get a full refund, I will leave scathing reviews of your company everywhere and I live in Minnetrista so everyone will see it"
