Al's was a great caterer! It was buffet-style (with servers to refill) and everyone said the food was delicious (there are lots of choices but we had BBQ sausage, brisket, beans, bread, green beans, tea). We had them provide plastic forks, plates, etc. but they asked us about it so I assume they also have an option to use real dinnerware. The servers came by the tables as people finished their food and cleaned up all the plates, etc. The reason I gave a 3.5 on the professionalism is just because they gave the final bill to my mom DURING the reception, even though they had all my credit card information and said they were just going to charge the final amount after the wedding. It by no means overshadows what a great job they did though!

They were super helpful with planning and coordinating with our venue. They let us do a practice tasting of different menu items before we chose what we wanted. All of their food is delicious! I didn't lift a finger, they set everything up and cleaned up nicely. The guests LOVED the food! We had fajitas. Their pricing is very reasonable as well.
