Calling them simply our “wedding planners” doesn’t even begin to describe what they were to us throughout this experience. From the very beginning, they were meticulous with every single detail, ensuring that every need, want, and part of our vision was heard, understood, and brought to life. Their care extended far beyond just us and the wedding itself. They took care of our entire wedding party and made each and every one of our guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. What made them so incredibly special was their ability to make everything feel deeply personal while never once compromising their professionalism. They gave us the space and comfort to completely be ourselves, and when welcomed into the fun by us and our guests, they happily joined in and became part of the memories we will cherish forever. They weren’t simply working our wedding, they became such a meaningful part of it. Margarida, with her enormous heart, and Monica, an absolute force, worked so effortlessly together. They managed the flow of our day without ever making us feel rushed or stressed. They adapted to every change or issue without any hesitation. When we discussed our vision for the day, they actively worked with us to come up with something amazing. They know their vendors inside and out, immediately offering us choices that they felt fit our aesthetic. They came up with creative and personal ideas that made our day extra special. We knew right away that they could see our vision, and were just as excited to execute it. Despite seeing the mock up designs, we were still blown away by the final result. Everything was above and beyond what we could have imagined. We are so grateful we trusted their choice in vendors and their vision for our day. Our wedding was not only magical and picture-perfect, It flowed effortlessly. And somehow, we were able to simply live in it. We didn’t have to worry about timelines, vendors, details, problems, or whether something was being handled. From the biggest decisions to the most minuscule details, during the six months leading up to our wedding and especially on our wedding day, we trusted them completely. Our wedding would never, in a million years, have been the same without Margarida, Monica, and their incredible team. They gave us something priceless, the ability to be fully present on one of the most important days of our lives, knowing everything else was taken care of. We started this journey with wedding planners and somehow walked away with people we genuinely hope to have in our lives for many, many years to come, even with thousands of miles between us.
