Boat Wedding Venues in Michigan

I cannot say enough wonderful things about getting married on The Ovation. The entire team was kind, caring, and helpful. I was not stressed for one single second planning my wedding. They handle pretty much everything!! Our wedding was absolutely perfect and I recommend to anyone and everyone. Special thanks to our coordinators Lizzie, Claire, and Rosa. Amazing, amazing, amazing!

We had our wedding on May 5, 2012 and I loved every moment of it! The Michigan Princess Riverboat team was great to work with, both in booking and setting it and up and with the team on the actual day. They paid attention to detail and really listened to what we (the bride and groom) wanted. I made a couple last minute changes a couple days before the ceremony and they were accommodating to any of my requests. We had the boat during the day (12-5) and it was perfect. The sun was shining and the green from the trees made it very relaxing. They allowed us to board early to set up and take pictures before the ceremony. The DJ boarded an hour early and was all set for the day too. If you are looking for something different, check out the Michigan Princess Riverboat. It was great!

Gwenn was very helpful and accommodating! Since there was no event the Friday before the wedding, we were able to start setting up a few things on Thursday night. This made things run so much smoother and calmer the rest of the weekend. We really appreciate that they allowed us to do that. We used both rooms and did dinner in the bigger room and the dance floor/bar in the other. It worked really well for us. Highly recommend!

The venue was absolutely beautiful and affordable. All the staff was great and helpful. We rented a condo at the facility and it was so beautiful and fun! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to get married!
