Our wedding was hit particularly hard with last minute drop-outs from COVID, terrible weather, and no cake! Liz was so amazing with communication throughout the entire process but especially the weekend of the wedding. The day before, when we discovered there was about a 90% chance of rain, she called and was so reassuring with multiple options and contingency plans. We were unable to do our cafe style lighting for the ceremony and cocktail hour due to the rain and were able to come up with an alternative. Our DJ was Gary Lucca and he was the best! He was great with communicating beforehand about our choices and was great at walking us through the app used for us to put our music choices in. I was very nervous about the reception as I'm a terrible dancer and half the people who were supposed to come ended up unable to come. Gary had everyone on the floor the whole night! He was great at being engaging yet not interrupting the music too much. I had never danced so much! Gary was great at reading the room and giving some breaks with slow songs and knew when it was good to pick everything back up again. He was great with our must-plays and our do no play lists as well! Gary also created a custom song for my husband and his mom, combining three of them together and making it so special for them and the whole family! He was also able to play a special song for my husband and his friends that all attended the same college. It really topped off the night with something special! The whole team was so nice and patient throughout the entire process and was amazing to work with. I highly recommend JLK!

We were so lucky and thankful to have Kaufman and Heinz as a part of our wedding day. We just told them the basic idea of what we were looking for and what our budget was, and they took it from there! We had an outdoor venue with minimal lighting already there, so it was so great to have such a wonderful lighting team to make the space really pop! They provided everything from cafe lights to lanterns that lit up paths for our guests to a projected monogram! The photos look WONDERFUL because of their expertise. If you want a real personal experience that will allow you to have your dream wedding look amazing, go with Kaufman and Heinz!

Advanced A/V really transformed my wedding day. When I first spoke to my planner about our elaborate idea to have a hybrid wedding once we had to postpone our 2020 wedding day, she immediately reached out to Sam at Advanced A/V. I shared with Sam via email our vision and he spoke with my husband during a call with thoughtful questions to make sure he understood our vision and took into consideration the technical aspects to bring it to life. We had been hearing that many couples trying to live stream their ceremonies, often had audio issues, and Sam assured us that they were taking critical steps to ensure that we had quality audio and live streaming. Live streaming was actually a new component to the business and what we wanted was more than just a simple live stream of the ceremony. We wanted a two-hour hybrid wedding that included a virtual program hosted by one of our ushers. The month before the wedding, my husband and I came to Savannah to knock off some wedding tasks while also vacationing, and Sam coordinated a meeting with us, our venue, our planner, and brought his VP of Ops Sarah, who was the live streaming expert. We walked through the venue and discussed the flow of the program and Sarah saw the vision and created a plan. Sarah and our usher hit it off well during the live stream portion of the wedding and it was truly amazing. The audio was great and Sarah seamlessly swapped the camera from different areas of the venue so our virtual guests could feel as though they were in-person. Sam and Sarah even brought our most intricate part of the vision to life, which was to have our guests displayed on the wall with two-way engagement during the start of the reception. All of our virtual attendees raved about the experience and I am so grateful to Advanced A/V for bringing our hybrid wedding vision to life.

Wow is all I can say!! When my grandmother saw the venue she was very pleased!!! Everything was beautiful and Japera is awesome to work with. Her vision to bring a venue alive is spectacular
