Yellow Rose Carriage did a phenomenal job at my son's wedding of creating a romantic and magical entrance for the Bride. They drove an 1 1/2 hours to meet with me months before the wedding to ensure that the selected route to a private pond was navigable. The painted horses and the silver carriage arrived well in advance of the event in impeccable condition. Thank you Yellow Rose Carriage for all you did.

The horse and carriage ride was a fairy tale ending to my night. The guests loved seeing the horses with the carriage driver dressed up. Very professional and lovely ride. They took us around the Marietta square in a secluded area before having an escort take us out on main road to our hotel. They allowed us to take pictures with the horses and pet them afterwards. Great price compared to other companies I searched!

This horse and carriage ride truly made our wedding. They were so easy to work with and the carriage and horses were gorgeous.

Cancelled 3 days before our wedding. Said that I had been "incommunicative" even though I had spoken with her on the phone 4 times, my day-of coordinator talked to her twice, and we mailed her a physical info packet with a parking pass and directions. She was extremely rude on the phone and yelling at me 3 days before our wedding - not a bride's dream come true. It was really weird. My friend's theory is that she got offered more money to do another wedding on the same day - we had only booked her for one hour - and she had to create drama to get out of it. Do not hire this company.

A reservation was made for Saturday night at 7:45pm for a carriage. I was surprisingly engaged at dinner, my mother prepaid for the carriage. There were family and friends awaiting for the carriage on the streets of downtown with gifts and banners to congratulate me on my engagement. Once arriving at the carriage, we were informed that, due to being late for the carriage, we must repay and we forfeited our money. The women was incredibly rude. She told us that there was nothing else she could do. She did not even try to find us another carriage. She reported that my mother was told on the phone she would forfeit her carriage if we were late. This is incorrect. My mother was not told this, and as a surprise to me it was not be a guarantee without spoiling the surprise the exact time of arrival. After she was incredibly rude, we ended up going in the back of my mothers car and had a wonderful evening. A few days later I called to speak with a manager, and sure enough the rude lady is the manager. She explained that it was a contract, and they held their end of the deal. My mother received no contact formally or did not sign anything of the sort. She reported there was nothing they could do. She reported that we would not give a refund nor a reschedule a carriage ride. I explained that I would turn them into the BBB and other sources, due to the customer service I received. She reported that there was nothing she could do, and she was sorry I felt that way.
