I truly could not imagine our wedding day without Sabrina’s support, attention to detail and preparedness. Sabrina guided us and maintained professionalism from the time we first met her all the way up to our wedding day. If we ever had a concern or worry, she reassured us and supported us through solving all obstacles that come up with planning a wedding. The weekend of our wedding she was on sight, helping us decorate and coordinating vendors. We would highly recommend Sabrina for any event and we hope to work with her again in the future!

Sabrina was amazing, she knew her job and did it well. We were impressed with how she handled issues that came up. She knew everyone in town so she can easily make recommendations or get vendors booked last minute for us (the string quartet). She was always professional and a joy to be around.

Sabrina was the BEST! Any issues we had or unique help we needed she had it covered (last minute signage, extra help for a Thursday night casual bbq, etc). She already has amazing relationships with any vendor you could think of in the area which made everything super easy. She was so supportive throughout the process and as a bride who had to replan the wedding after canceling in 2020, she picked up exactly where we left off and made everything so seamless. Her team was amazing and so professional. I could not recommend Sabrina and her team enough!!

We used Woodstock Productions for our wedding in Woodstock in July. The wedding ceremony was at a church in town and the reception was at my family farm. Sabrina and team were fantastic from start to finish. Sabrina met with me and my mother a few times in the months leading up to the wedding to go over all the details and put together a comprehensive plan. She did a great job of helping us develop our vision while also keeping us grounded on what would actually work. She really worked with us to get it right and make sure we were happy. Because the reception was located at a private residence, literally everything needed to be brought in (bathrooms, generators, water... literally everything), meaning Sabrina had to coordinate 10-15 vendors. She was on site when every single vendor arrived and was there to give direction and make sure everything was perfect. Everything was seamless and (felt to us) stress free!! She made everything feel so easy. She also helped us find most (if not all) of the vendors, giving us options and letting us know her opinion. Every single vendor we had was incredible. It made a big difference working with someone with such deep knowledge of the area. Best of all, Sabrina never stopped smiling the whole weekend.... we would have been so lost without her and her team!!

Sabrina Brown and Woodstock Productions were amazing stewards of a complex and larger-than-expected event with multiple venues and vendors and multiple specific desires on the part of the hosts (that would be us). Their expert counsel, good-humored collaboration and tireless effort ensured that not only did we have a dream-come-true 20th anniversary party that included a lunch, activities, barn dance/dinner and brunch, but our 90+ guests all left saying ours was the best party weekend ever. Sabrina at Woodstock Productions was everything we asked for and more in an event planner - not only was she incredibly professional, organized and DID NOT MISS A THING with our outdoor, many vendor (at times, complicated!) wedding, she was a very kind, compassionate, and fun person to share my wedding day with. She always remained focused on us and what was most important to us (food/self-serve beer tap/outdoor venue vs. let's say decorations/flowers/expensive toilets, etc.) and our personal touches, ensuring the wedding was a reflection of us as a couple .. where we have come from and where we are today.

We were suppose to get married outside, and of course, at 5pm on the dot, it started POURING and STORMING - Sabrina was incredibly resourceful and assertive and had already come up with some creative solutions to save the ceremony and keep everyone's clothing dry (while ensuring the guests had an awesome time at the party - a key piece for us) - the day would have been a mess without her! Thank you, Sabrina, our wedding was a huge success and an amazing party in large part to you.

Working with Sabrina was an absolute dream. We're both busy professionals, and it was our second weddings. We hosted it at my grandmother's farm, so there was also sensitivity to her needs and our private property. Sabrina handled all of this with grace, professionalism, and maturity, which made all the difference in our day. She was incredibly skilled at recognizing the things we wanted to spend money on and the others that really didn't matter to us and could be great opportunities for saving. One or two friends mentioned that Sabrina was a little strict w them - frankly, I thought that was exactly her role :) but that's the only cause for 4.5 of 5. Being a Type A New Yorker, there were (very) occasional moments when I wished she would've replied a little quicker, which is the only reason for the 4.5 instead of 5 - again, probably says more about my New York attitude and bride-centric sense of time! Most importantly, Sabrina made the day a total effortless joy for my husband and I and our families. Can't recommend more.

We contracted Sabrina as a "day-of" coordinator for our wedding day and the night before (rehearsal and rehearsal dinner). We realized relatively late in the game that we would need some help in addition to our venue-provided coordinator. Despite the short notice and timeline, Sabrina proved to be extremely valuable. She was familiar with all the venues and vendors in the area and helped to manage those relationships. She took all of the logistics and communications day-of off our plate and I can't really understate how much of a weight off our shoulders that was.
Our wedding day was pretty much flawless and Sabrina was a huge part of that. I would definitely recommend her for anyone looking to get married in the Woodstock area.
