The team at Wimmer's was so helpful at getting the perfect ring (my husband wanted to find "the one") and afterwards getting is sized, cared for, and finding the perfect band to compliment it. We go to them when there is something we are looking for!

Wimmers was a dream to work with for my engagment and wedding rings. My fiance and I looked around for rings but never felt such a personal connection as when we worked with Wimmers. They made us feel important and not just another ring sale. Our consultant seemed truly excited for us and we have continued to go back to her for cleanings. She remembers us every time. Wonderful people who helped my fiance to pick out my ring. Very flexible as he ordered it from his deer stand! When I went to get my ring re-sized, they were very helpful and I got it back in less than a week, technically 3 days because it was over a weekend.

The ring I ordered was a tad too big for my husband. After a month of debating whether he wanted it resized, he brought it in and they were great. They actually got him a new ring a size smaller. The staff is friendly and is quick to jump on free ring cleanings that come with the purchase of a ring.

My husband an I had no idea what we were doing in regards to selecting our jewelry. They educated us so that we could make well informed decisions about what we were buying and worked with us to create a very unique wedding band for me. We worked primarily with Corey and Randy at the downtown location and when whenever we called, they knew exactly who we were and what we were talking about regarding the design and payment of our rings. In addition to that, we got a $100 gift card at Christmastime to be used toward any purchase, regardless of price. They also gave us a a gift for our wedding- two engraved glasses with our names on them.

The jewelers were very good. They listened to what we wanted and seemed genuinely interested in our lives. They seemed like they really wanted to make our wedding day (and the rest of our lives together) special.

We bought all our rings through Wimmer's. They're a locally owned business and have been around for years. My ring is beautiful! (And so is my groom's). They were great to work with 98% of the time, although one of the (male) staff almost told me how much my groom spent on the engagement ring. Not cool. One of the pave diamonds had fallen out a couple times, one was lost forever which they replaced with no charge, and the other they found in the cleaner. When they had to replace the first one they said it would be the last time they could do it because of how much my groom spent on the ring.

Both our rings looked absolutely beautiful! Wimmer's was very professional and didn't push rings or diamonds down our throats like all the other jewelry stores we visited. They took very good care of our rings and continue to do a great job cleaning our rings
