Set along Toledo Bend—one of the country’s largest and most renowned bass-fishing waters—our resort offers scenic indoor and outdoor event spaces, extensive onsite lodging, resort amenities, and thoughtfully designed wedding packages for celebrations of up to 150 guests.

Exchange vows on our Wedding Deck overlooking landscaped grounds and a peaceful pond with a striking 30-foot fountain. Continue your celebration in The Hall, a warm and elegant indoor space featuring exposed wood beams, hardwood floors, and inviting lighting, or inside The Conservatory, a glass-enclosed venue filled with natural light and views of the surrounding property. The Hall and Conservatory are connected by a covered walkway, allowing your ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception to flow seamlessly between spaces.

Two private dressing suites provide comfortable spaces for both wedding parties to prepare, relax, and enjoy the excitement leading up to the ceremony. Couples also have access to golf carts for convenient transportation around the resort.

Our wedding packages include many of the essentials needed for a smooth and memorable event, including tables, chairs, standard linens, setup and breakdown of resort-owned items, pre-event decorating and vendor access, a dedicated Event Coordinator, and additional resort team members to assist with venue operations and guest support. Depending on the package selected, couples may also enjoy access to both event spaces, an extended nine-hour celebration, cocktail hour and hors d’oeuvres, professional photography, DJ services, audio equipment, a rehearsal dinner, a bridal-party cabin, honeymoon accommodations, and exclusive lodging discounts for wedding guests.

With 32 onsite cabins and 45 RV sites, Wildwood Resort makes it easy for your closest family and friends to stay together throughout the wedding weekend. Couples can retreat to a dedicated honeymoon suite, while larger wedding parties and families can gather in our spacious eight-bedroom lodge. This variety of accommodations allows guests to remain close to the celebration without worrying about late-night travel.

During their stay, guests can enjoy Wildwood’s restaurant, scenic grounds, stocked fishing ponds, farm animals, mini golf, paddle boats, and direct access to the beauty and recreation of Toledo Bend.
