Great communication and I got exactly the bouquet of my dreams! It was so stunning I didn't put it down. It's in most of my wedding photos because I wanted to enjoy looking at them. We made a few changes at the last minute and the end result was perfect. They made it easy!
Our boutonnières were beautiful and I added some tiny skulls that went with our naturalist theme.

Everything was beyond my expectations! It was stress-free with a minimum of meeting time and yet Sally & Co. created EXACTLY, I mean exactly what I had envisioned for the wedding and reception. Kelly and Lori had the distillery available when we needed it and were there for everything we needed. They incorporated those personal touches that we brought to the reception seamlessly into the items that we had rented from them. I want to thank the entire Welborn's team for a job well done.

Sally and her staff are AMAZING! I explained to her the vision I wanted for my wedding and she got everything down to the loose diamonds on the table cloths. She is great to work with and I believe enjoys your wedding day as much as you do.

Their prices seem a bit steep, but they are the main vendor in town and offer everything from flowers to tablecloths to anything you would need for a tabletop setup to chairs and chair covers. If you're looking for it for an event, they have it. Katheryn and Sally were so wonderful helping me with pricing and planning, even when I ran into the hurdle of having to last minute add a dozen tablecloths to my rental order!

I had heard good things about Welborn's from friends around Owensboro, but was very disappointed with my experience. Let me first say that the times I did interact with Sally and Kathryn, they were very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. They also made it easy to call and adjust things on my quote when needed, which was especially convenient. However, I had major issues getting in contact with Sally in the final 2 weeks before our wedding. They schedule a final consultation 2 weeks before the day to iron out final details. My husband-to-be and I came in for this on a Friday and were helped as much as possible by Kathryn, but ended up waiting over an hour for Sally to arrive. When she still hadn't showed, we finally had to leave, but were promised she would call us as soon as she got in. I never got a call. I had to call back 3 or 4 times throughout the following week, and Kathryn, who was as helpful as she could have been, apologized each time that Sally hadn't called. Each time I was promised she'd call me back that day. When she finally called, she said only that she knew we had been "playing phone tag," when she had missed our appointment entirely and failed to return a call for over a week. We got things back on track at that point, but in the end, our reception flowers had very few of the peonies I had requested and numerous purple-y blue flowers in what were supposed to be pink and white arrangements. Our bouquets were beautiful, but the reception flowers were not what we had discussed. After the wedding, my mother tried to contact Sally to discuss the issues and never even received a return call. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with their service. I also found their pricing on things like tablecloths to be significantly higher than other places in town - I would recommend looking around.
