I am Helaine (Lainey) Rappaport, I am A Justice of the Peace I have been Officiating weddings for the past ten years.

I love what I do. I write wedding vows, I take photographs and e-mail them, I have never had a bad wedding. I give every couple I have married a wedding card. People find me very easy to work with. I am also Ordained. I am willing to travel. I will make your day special. Do you know why the marriage ring is placed at the fourth finger from the thumb of your left hand? Because its the only finger that has a vein which is directly connected to our heart. I have been writing wedding vows and using ones that couples write themselves or that we dicsuss together. I have done most religions and have ring vows of 21 different faiths that I have used. I can meet with you or discuss on the phone or by mail or texting If you want a quick wedding I have several places that I can recommend to make your vows a memorable experience. I do use facebook. I have married couples in my home, in places I have found special in the Burlington, Vermont area. I will come to your resort wedding if you want me to be part of your weekend, I have married couples in hotels, Country Clubs, In doors and Outdoors, in a Treehouse, at Parks, at campgrounds, at the Beach and lots of other places.
